Service was incredible!! Greg went above and beyond to make sure I got my food, I had ordered on ubereats and ended up missing a bowl so I called up and he offered to drive it out and make sure I received what I paid for. Even threw in an extra cookie so I really appreciated the kind gestures ((: will be ordering again

I can't say enough about the excellent service I received from Pokeworks. I made an online order for a delivery at 12:30p, but the online ordering system for some reason made it a pickup order for an hour earlier. Add to that, the phone number on the order was to the wrong store, but lucky me, the GM was the one to pick up the phone. He not only went to the original store the order was intended, but he personally drove my order to me. What restaurant do you know would provide this kind of top notch service? Not many! This is an example of going above and beyond exceptional service. Bravo! 👏🏾👏🏾 Btw, the food is superb as well. 👌🏾

Fist time trying this place and Dee (I think he said his name was) was great. Very pleasant and inviting. Ask about my day and we talked about the other location that I normally go to. Clean place, fresh ingredients. All around great experience. Dee, definitely made it more inviting!

One of the rare poke spots in town that offers cream cheese

This is the 2nd time I have been here. It recently opened and both times I have ordered the large poke bowl with 3 proteins. Normally get salmon, spicy salmon and spicy tuna with one of the spicy aioli sauces and many toppings. Both times my order has been ready when I got there and the location is very clean and the ingredients are fresh. Definitely recommended for poke.

Build your own is the way to go. All their Ingredients are fresh, 100% recommended!

I had this door dashed to me. So I wasn’t able to see the atmosphere! However the food was amazing and it did arrive in a timely manner. I had the hot miso soup which was absolutely perfect and also had the 2 protein poke bowl. I had spicy tuna and spicy salmon. It tasted fresh and the poke sauce was on point! I will definitely be ordering again .

We ordered spicy ahi and coco mango Haupia. Delicious in taste and fulfilling. I loved the coco mango Haupia after having the spicy ahi.

Pokéworks is the next best thing to Malibu Poke, and I have to admit, it's pretty solid for what you get. The place was decently clean and not too crowded, which made for a pleasant experience. I really liked their exotic juices, especially the spicy Sriracha one--quality over quantity, for sure. While they don't have the most extensive selection, what they do offer is good. The staff knows what they're doing, and they kept the place tidy. My meal cost around $20, which is quite reasonable compared to the $30-$35 I usually spend at other poke places. It's not the best, but for the price and experience, it's definitely worth a visit. Four stars!

My food was delivered 20 mins late. I pointed this out to the delivery driver, no apology for the tardiness. The tuna is not looking as fresh as usual today.

Love this location because it’s by my apartment. Honestly the food is great but sometimes they may forget the occasional topping. They forget a dessert I ordered just once. It’s not often they forget things, but for the most part they’re pretty good.

Customer Service was good though the food wasn’t great. Unless you like dry rice it’s not for you. The price for what it is is pretty bad too. I love rice with fish but I couldn’t get myself to finish it.

I usually love their poke bowls and I get a salmon and “lobster” one from time to time. I usually order through the app and most every time they get the order right but today’s order is disappointing. I paid for avocado and masago to be added to my bowl neither one are there. I also requested seaweed salad to be added but it’s not there either. This has happened one other time before where I ordered on the app and things I paid for were missing. That time I thought it was a fluke, someone had an off day; yet it’s happened again. Let this be a lesson to me not to order online anymore but instead in the store. I will say what I did get is delicious and tasty, as their food usually is. Online buyers beware.

Very disappointed in misleading advertising and cutting costs - I love musubi but these days they started cutting spam paper thin so you can barely taste it. I'd rather them raise the price than turn my favorite snack in to a joke 🤨

Worst poke I’ve ever had. The food tasted old and soggy. The rice was off, the tuna was chewy, and the cucumber looked spoiled. I tried calling the restaurant 3–4 times but no one answered. My friend even went in person and saw four people working while it wasn’t busy, so there’s no excuse for ignoring calls. I’m definitely not eating here again.

I got it from uber eats. There was the promotion going on, however it was no worth at all. Salmon and cucumber was not fresh, also the topping was not accurate.

First time at this location. There was a ton of rice and not much actual protein, it was lukewarm, almost flavorless, except for some fish that did not taste like fish so I spit it out and did not finish it. The $12 poke bowls at Kroger are better. Very disappointed

Saw a buy one get one on ubereats, the place looked like it had potential plenty of good reviews, but it looks like recently my experience isnt alone and I should have checked google before ordering. Both my pokebowls Salmon and Tuna were bad. The fish was clearly not fresh and unfortunately I had to throw it away. It was actually repulsive and I have tolerated a lot of not so great seafood. Looking at the bowl its like pictures youll see on here, hardly any sauce which I could have lived with but honestly the fish was just unedible. I cant bring myself to eat it in fear of getting violently ill. What a waste of money. Do not eat here.

After a 20 minute drive, I arrived to the Addison location at 8:48 PM on the night of 10/17/24. To my surprise all the food was already put away and no one had the decency to speak to me. They all just looked at me and proceeded to clean up the restaurant. MIND you they close at 9 PM. And granted I understand it’s close to closing time, but the fact that all the food was put away before at least the 10 min mark was extremely unprofessional on their part. I gave this location a break by not writing a review the very first time that I came here. I would not have stopped at this location if they weren’t about to close. After my first visit I decided to take the 30 min drive to the FRISCO location which is 10x better than the Addison location. I will never return to this location again.

I ordered this on Uber. I am very shocked that someone who doesn't know how to cook can run business. I thought the ipoke bowl comes with the lettuce because the topping choice did not offer any lettuce, so I chose onion. Turns out no veggie. There were just few salmon, and Ive eaten poke all over place. This is the worst amount of salmon Ive ever seen despite it being $19. I could have not left review if it was only the poke problem. I ordered spicy edamame, and it was not spicy edamame at all. It did not have any seasoning. It only had few sprinkle of "gochugaru" (Red pepper powder Koreans use). This does not taste anything savory but give you spicy note. You use this along with other seasoning. I've worked at sushi place, and also ate spicy edamame elsewhere. What most people do is they heat the edamame, put butter and put salty-spicy-already-made seasoning and shake it like fries. That way it's supposed to taste like cajun sauce. Not a watery cold bean with pepper sprinkle. You guys shouldnt do this to customer.

Wildly overpriced for what they provide. There was barely any salmon or tuna in my bowl that was supposed to have two protein options- 4 tiny cubes of fish, to be exact (I ordered delivery so it was too late to know). So I paid $20 a bowl for mostly rice and lettuce?? Never again.

Don’t order from this location on uber. I ordered from them maybe 3 times and each time they leave out something. This time around I ordered a large bowl with 3 proteins and a scoop of avocado. I got no avocado and maybe 2 proteins. Thought at first it could’ve been a accident, but after seeing reviews from other people i’m genuinely convinced they do this on purpose because how do you always manage to miss something I payed extra for on every order i’ve ever made??
