I convinced my husband to eat there since he had eaten it before and I loved it but he didn't want to, in the end he said ok and we went to buy the biggest basket they had, to my surprise it's the worst chicken I've ever tasted in my life without exaggeration, an extra moist dough, nothing to do with crispy and I asked for a mix and they gave me everything just as sad, if I could upload a video of this chicken so you can understand what I'm talking about, now I have 16 pieces of chicken that nobody wants eat.

I went to this location and had Long John silver's and I got to tell you it was terrible I had it too before anything good but today that food was old the chicken place was burnt and taste like old oil the same with the shrimp and the fish I've been trying to call them all day they can get my money back I've had no luck nobody answers the phone there it goes right to answering machine and one number and then run the receipt is a number into a voicemail they doesn't have voicemail terrible terrible location

These young kids working here need a new hobby. Terrible customer service. Was told it will be a few minutes and to wait in my car parked in front of the store. Waited over 30 mins. No one came. I went inside and asked for my food. Only ordered sides btw

One of the worst customer service ever. They don’t care about customers. Placed my order at the drive thru and was told to wait at the front of the store. No one came and I’ve been waiting patiently. I had to go inside and ask for my order and they forgot about my order. I just ordered sides and waited 30 mins. Never coming back here.

Chicken was super dry and restaurant claims all kfc have stopped having butter but this is the only one that stopped giving out butter with biscuits and last time I got biscuits here they were hard. They are very skimpy.

This place has bad service make sure you check your bag before leaving always leaving something out. I want fresh food not food that has been sitting for a hour. They are very rude when then see you standing their it may be busy but acknowledge your customers you need better training. When the manager Toni was their it ran smoother. The biscuits I wouldn't give them to my dog if that's KFC's recipe it's very nasty! I definitely will not be going back to this place. I can cook better than the food they have there but sometimes you want a change but it won't be their. One more thing I purchased Nashville nuggets and they are also very oily you need to fix that not good for people's health. It's better to take pride in serving customers instead of rushing and half preparing food.
