Went inside to eat,, man who took my order was very nice. The food was made freshly, and did not make me sick like other burger kings ive been to. I love burger king but my local one is terrible. Only went to this one as I was visiting family in the area

Excelente Burger King, the best fast food place I have ever been. The attendants are great, the place is clean, the bathroom is super-clean. Great job.

Ate at this location a few times for lunch the last couple of weeks. Fries and onion rings were always hot and fresh. Whopper and Whopper Jr.s were also good. One of the best Burger Kings I've ever eaten at.

Spacious, very clean, friendly staff. Definitely one of the better fast food locations.

Food was good. Service was excellent People were friendly

I enjoyed my meal there I ordered the specialty wraps that they have will be back for more in the future.

Fast Food is Fast food but the place is CLEAN service was GREAT. CLEANEST BK I have ever gone too! Had breakfast ZERO TO COMPLAIN ABOUT!

When I got there, they had one person working the front counter register as well as the drive thru so it took a while to get service. Afterwards, I found out that one of the workers, that would have been at the front, was helping a person outside getting their car started. Things have improved both at the drive thru and inside.

If you get the App, the Wednesday Whopper special makes for a swell dinner deal. Even at quiet times, this branch is always clean and the staff is always cheerful.

I asked for a double burger and the gave me a regular one

The onion rings were soggy and super undercooked. They also weren’t warm so I know they had to been sitting out for a while. I also ordered regular chicken nuggets and received the ghost pepper ones! I was upset that I got the spicy ones, but I was hungry so I ate them anyway!

The nearby Wendy's was completely closed and BK was the only place convenient. Food was as expected. French fries were much less salty than the ones I had eaten from Wendy's. Thank goodness for that!

The drive thru socks the server at the window you can't understand and this was not the 1st time this has happened. Sometimes the food is cold when you get it.

I ordered two Double Quarter Pounders with cheese and only got one patty on each Burger

bad Customer service, do not go there. they don't respect the Customer when people come inside. do not go there.

I would give u a 0, but that’s not possible so I give u a 1. I unveganed tonight and after avoiding chicken for 3 years I went to Burger King for chicken nuggets and got 4 measly, coin-sized, lukewarm, moist, dry pieces of unfrozen chicken. Also the lady serving my friend was rude

This is the worst location EVER! It will be closed soon. Always gets your order wrong and tonight after finding out my order was wrong, I called and the rude employee said they made my order correctly and hung up the phone. Unbelievable, I know English is his second language but he know exactly what I was saying to him.

Worst burger king ive ever been too. This place only got 5 stars because Burger King itself gave it that rating. Not worth it

Horrible! They sold me a big fish with a piece of fish that must’ve been sitting in the warmer all day. It’s pretty much fish jerky at this point. Just lazy serving something like this.

If you want slow service definitely go heee. You're going to wait at least 8 minutes for service through the drive thru. They didn't fill my cup properly. It's not even close to the brim. And the barbecue sauce didn't even come in the normal packaging. Looks like the took a spoonfull of the BBQ sauce and placed it in a small plastic container.

They make DoorDash drivers come in for no reason at all. They say it’s not ready yet which doesn’t mean anything to me. I’ll wait on the drive thru like everyone else when mine should be ready right when I’m there anyway. Even if there is no one else on line they do to this you. I will never deliver for them again or go as a customer again. They even made me come inside during a literally hurricane and once a giant snowstorm. All for no reason when I could just use the drivethru

I used to go to this location every Sunday with the girlfriend because we really enjoy Burger King's style of food; but this location has failed our order 3 times this month. The young lady at the window seems to be the common factor and hope the issues are fix for future customers. As for myself I will stop my business here. If you hear young woman's voice don't feel bad asking for the manager so you can get your order correct the first time. Good luck to others with your orders.

The fries were hot and fresh, but they don't taste like real potatoes. Too starchy! The burgers were not juicy and they were served kinda cold. Quality of meat has gone down in my opinion. What ever happened to the full flavor of a sloppy juicy hot fresh burger king whopper?

If you want your food prepared fresh, the best location is Montvale, NJ Travel Plaza service area.The food taste fresh and is hot. Go there instead!

If I could give zero stars I would. I was charged for things I didnt ask for & then was told I wasnt charged for the drink I ordered. Order was completely incorrect the lady at the counter pulled out a calculator when I went to pay because she couldn't count. And almost tired to make me pay twice. There was no ketchup or lids and the mozzarella sticks were cold. Horrible experience. Fast food isnt hard...

My bread was stale and my burger was cold and the fries were old with no seasoning. I LIVE DOWN THE STREEt but I have to mahwahs burger and they never disappoint! DISGUSTING!!

I just bought food, got home and of course a part of the order was missing ( yes I should have checked before driving off) I called them to inform them of the error. They picked up and literally hung up on me. Called back no answer. The food was dry, overly salty and the customer service was disgusting. Shut it down!!
