The fast-food restaurant was well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The service met expectations, but unfortunately, the shake machine was out of order. This wasn't the employees' fault, but since our primary reason for visiting was to enjoy the shakes, I can only give it 4 stars.

In & out. Jalapeño poppers were very hot snd good....but the actual store was excruciatingly hot. The owners need to make sure they turn on the air condition geeesssh!

This is probably the best one of places I've found to be able to grab a quick bite and be met with consistency and all around accuracy. The staff are both knowledgeable on the regular menu they carry and perfectly at ease with offering you their latest promotional items and competent with adjusting the two to suit your dining requirements. Tell then your nutritional requirements and they are always more than happy to meet your needs. All around interested in making your dining visit into a good experience. Definitely an "A+"!

Food is fine, its what you should expect from a jack in the box. The people seem nice, the atmosphere is the same as any other McDonalds or basic fast food restaurant. Its a great place to go if you want a pretty cheap reliably ok burger, nothing pops out is just ok.

Ordered 5 piece of chicken tenders, and got 5 oddly shaped and small sized tenders. Yes that nugget on the top right counted as one of my 5 tenders. The drink sizes are now down sized as well. I won't be eating here again since this specific location is cutting corners. What a rip off.

Mentioned 3 times a plain ultimate cheeseburger to Veronica she asked for help and the gentleman rang up an ultimate cheeseburger which has mustard, and ketchup on it. The senior discount was charged correctly but had to be reviewed by several people whom had trouble finding that key. Some people have allergies be more careful! PS your phone line is constantly busy.

I went on Monday July 21, 2025 and got a salad with crispy chicken and a coffee boba drink and it tasted so bad and the salad made me get sick with nauseous and stomach issues and that was the last thing I ate and that made me really sick

I went through the drive thru and the lady taking the order July 2nd around 7pm was extremely rude. I started of by asking for #13 and she immeditaly cuts me off and procceed to say in very aggresive and confrantetional manner to not yell at her. I ignored that comment and procced to order my food as I can tell she was being rude. I speak spanish and english and could here her talking spanish in the back to coworkers so i continued to order in spanish once she asked for my size I said "large" and she rudly confronted me about speaking spanish corretly and pronoucing it in spanish and not english. She didnt stop there she also said that I need to learn to make my mind up. I was very shocked and disappointed at how I was being treated that I decided to cancel and go inside to speak with management. Management did nothing, horrible expierence cant imagine how they talk to other people. Do not recommend coming here at all. Ironically I seen a video of her in another review shes the lady in the back with the headset and added the screen shot. Ive been coming to this spot for years and never been treated like this Jack in the box do better!

It's disgusting. Even by fast food standards. Like I don't expect much it's jack in the box but they handed me a bag of the BBQ curly fries and the bag was so saturated with sauce LEAKING out of it that it went through the bag and got all over me and the inside of the car. Go eat garbage it'll be less greasy than what you get from here.
