Buffalo Wild Wings

I ordered hot wings, jerk wings, chicken tenders, fried pickles, french fries, and mozzarella sticks for my family for dinner. The fries were cold, hard, and incorrectly seasoned. The pickles were soggy. The mozzarella sticks were greasy. The chicken wings were so tough they were almost inedible. This was my first time ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings. It is also my last.

Very rude and irresponsible toward customers. I waited for almost 20 minutes, and no one addressed my order. Their display system is broken, and they don’t seem to care how long people are waiting. They should hire more responsible staff who actually know how to handle customers.

I recently visited this place and had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a 6-piece Thai curry wings, a 6-piece garlic parmesan wings, and a side of fries. First off, the fries were terrible. They tasted like they were soaked in oil, with no real flavor. As for the wings, they were overcooked and tasted stale. It felt like the food was far from fresh. To make matters worse, the food started reacting poorly in my stomach soon after eating. Additionally, the staff were not at the counter, and I had to wait a long time to get someone to help me. This has been the worst experience I've ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings. I won't be returning and I can't recommend this place to anyone.

1 star across the board. You walk in and it’s just the staff in the back and all you smell is weed. You stand at the front counter for 5 minutes before someone comes over to talk to you even though you made eye contact several times. I ordered the buy one get one boneless wings. A 15 count = 30 wings. Well not to them the staff gave me 19 and they were so over cooked you couldnt even tell what flavor it was. How this place gets business is insane I unfortunately tried to order wings for pick up from the far superior Clifton park location but I didn’t realize I accident ordered from this dump. Never again you guys need to shape up or shut down. Take it personal.

This is more of a take out and not dine in Buffalo Wild Wings. Different from the ones in NYC. The food is not fresh no Chefs. Kind of like a McDonald's but the Buffalo Wild Wings Version. They are attentive. Limted with employees on the same shift. Same person at register is also making the food and filling online orders. Lots to juggle for a small team of 2. The bathroom encouraged me to NEVER return. If the bathroom looks like this. Imagine the kitchen that you cannot see.

Want to get sick from an establishment that just opened less than a month, poorly ran and oh yea they even bag up your tator tots out in the open the go to this place. I literally watched this guy click the screen, answer phones and bag tator tots all while wearing the same gloves. I was disgusted!! Clearly no one competent enough to run this place because there are probably major health violations. The department of health most certainly needs to give this place a surprise visit.

The wings were not what I normally expect from Buffalo Wild Wings. Maybe this is just how it is in Albany but I’m from Cleveland. These wings were very small, dry and looked like they had freezer burn. The seasoning was just dumped on top. I had to shake my box to spread it around. I ate them because I was starving after a 7 hour drive. Will never order here again. Terrible! Avoid this place unless all the BW3s are like this in Albany.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings—coming from Texas, the wings are usually great. But at this particular location, the customer service was just atrocious. You’d think that being so close to two hospitals and set up as a Buffalo Wild Wings GO, they’d be more efficient. I ordered online and showed up well after my scheduled pickup time, but still had to wait almost 10 minutes. The cashier was nowhere to be found. I knocked, called, even whistled—no response. People were lined up just to pick up their food. No wonder the reviews is only 2 stars .

Ordered and paid for cauliflower wings, mozzarella sticks, and potato wedges. Only the mozzarella sticks and potato wedges arrived, so I paid 40 dollars for one order of mozzarella sticks and potato wedges. When I called to let them know they forgot my actual meal they didn't answer even though they were open for 2 more hours. I called four times. No answering machine so you can't leave a message. I had to resort to reaching out to corporate because they're the only ones you can actually get a hold of. I've spent a stupid amount of time trying to rectify something that should have been a 30 second phone call.

Ordered my fsmily dinner while staying at hospital and they gave us half ate order, we go back for the rest of order and they still messed up. Not a very good customer service. Worker wasn't even paying attention to orders.

Review as delivery driver: Location is incredibly slow and neglectful. They don't check what orders they hand out and half the time don't fill orders until drivers arrive. Expect to wait on atleast 15+ minutes. In the mean time expect to have attitude thrown at you from all the employees.
