I am very satisfied with the taste of the food. The restaurant was clean and the food prep area was clean. The price was right. This is definitely a favorite on my list of restaurants!

Very delicious! Will definitely be back. All of the ingredients seemed very fresh, and tasted amazing. When you arrive and order they cook everything right in front of you (in the case of the chicken for the hot bowl) and it came out great. The lemon lime tea was also extremely good. On top of that, the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Absolutely delicious!! Fresh and super tasty. When my bowl arrived I thought it looked bland but I was so wrong. The garlic butter flavor was bold and savory. This bowl was better than any lo mein I've ever ordered in upstate NY. Loved the veggie options and again-- that flavor was perfect. I also tried the egg salad sandwich and it was creamy, fresh and delicious as well. I highly recommend the garlic butter on whatever hot bowl you order. I would buy that stuff if they sold it in a bottle for sure.

Service is fast, staff is courteous, food is delicious, and the price is right. I will look forward to eating here whenever I visit Albany!

EDIT: I wrote the below review just after they opened, and I just came back to say that my initial assessment was spot on. I've gone about a dozen times and not once have I walked away disappointed. The food is delicious. Seriously, this is place is like a vegan's dream. They have delicious options for meat-eaters, but this is one of the few places where I didn't feel like my options were limited when I made the switch to plant-based. Not only that, but the staff are some of the sweetest, friendliest people you'll encounter during your day. I only ordered from this place because it’s super close to my work and because I enjoy other eateries like CoreLife. I thought it would be a knock off of a place like that, but I was SO wrong. It’s BETTER. The price and portions are comparable but the quality and flavor of the ingredients was superior, in my opinion. Really, really delicious, fresh, and light. Not only that, but it was raining when I got there and the employee met me at the door with my order! Such a special touch. I try to pack a lunch and bring it to work, only ordering out when I forget my lunch at home. I may be “forgetting” a little more frequently now! This place will definitely before a regular spot!

Great little place. The warm noodle bowl is so reasonably priced and is two meals for me. Staff is always friendly, place is clean and modern decor , veggies are fresh. I always ask for less sauce and oil when they make my bowl and they seem happy to accommodate. Fast service too.

Just ordered for the first time from this place - it was fantastic!!! We had 2 shrimp bowls and a chicken bowl with assorted veggies, all bowls were in the garlic butter sauce. Super tasty!! The only thing we noticed was 2 of our bowls didn't have many bean sprouts, but otherwise we were all really happy. 10/10 would recommend, and we can't wait to order again!

Just a lovely place. Everytime I get food from here the workers are just genuine pleasant to be around. Their food and teas are so full of perfect flavors. And today they gave me extra dumplings because of 4th of July coming up. If you’ve never been here, you should try it at least once! 10/10 will eat here again.

My fiancé and I stopped in for lunch, it was our first time here. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there were many ingredients to choose from and it’s all cooked fresh! I love this place. You build your own stir fry bowl similar to the way at chipotle. The ingredients are fresh and your bowl is assembled right in front of you. The portion is also very generous. I love the Thai curry sauce for my bowl. This is a great local business.

A first time visit but it won't be my last! I ordered a bowl with spaghetti, beef, broccoli, corn, sprouts and green onions... The sirachi sauce was just spicy enough to make the bowl delicious! A great value for a freshly cooked delicious meal. Can't wait to go back!

We came here on a whim on a Friday night. I am surprised this place wasn't bursting at the seams. The staff is so sweet and knowledgeable, they helped us pick everything out. The food was DELICIOUS and perfectly cooked. The teas are all amazing and we were able to sample them all. I'm picky with teas and I loved every one of them but bought the peach tea. The food was the right temperature as well. This may be our new favorite place to go.

The kindest and friendliest people work here. They are so thoughtful and generous, you can tell they really care about their customers. My boyfriend and I eat here frequently enough to where they know what we like or they will put a random treat in our pickup order every now and then because we've been coming here for so long. I think that is so sweet. The food is AMAZING. It is always on point and cooked to perfection, everything is fresh. They always have kombucha stocked (my favorite is the Pineapple Peach by Kevita) too. There are so many options to customize a meal to your liking. You're missing out if you haven't been here. We found this place by accident I walked in and the vibe was great! All the ingredients looked fresh and delicious. The food came out and it was really hot. We also got free dumplings which were the best dumplings I have ever had. I highly recommend this place for people that don't know what they want to eat.

My Fiancé and I have been enjoying this restaurant for nearly 2 years. Management along with staff have been very pleasant and the food is always fresh and brought to our table much faster than one would expect. I thought I already left a review; these guys definitely deserve every piece of five stars and I am always looking forward to eating there again!

11/10 - would eat here every day if I could. Super reasonable prices, especially considering the amount of food you get. The ingredients are super fresh and their house-made dressings are so phenomenal that I always order an extra to take home (the roasted sesame is perfection). If that wasn’t enough to keep you coming back, the owners and staff are so sweet and welcoming. I’ve literally never had a subpar experience here, and I go back whenever I have the opportunity.

Went here for the first time on Friday and had such a delightful experience! The 2 people working were so excited to explain how it works when I told them it was my fist time. I was looking for a salad bar, but this is actually better. I picked all the options and drove here and it was waiting by the door. This is the best salad I have had in a long time! I realized I don't actually know what I'm doing at salad bars. Their cilantro lime dressing, fruit salad and tea were also excellent. Everything is fresh. A bit pricey for some but you also really get what you pay for here! I will be back regularly.

We were visiting the area and had not been eating all that well. I was determined to find something that was healthy and delicious. This fit the bill! My husband and I shared a noodle bowl and a salad bowl. The woman who took our order was so pleasant and explained everything, and gave us samples of the sauces/dressings we wanted to try. We had a truly delicious meal for very little money. I LOVE the concept of this "Fast Food" restaurant and wish I'd thought of it!

I got a bowl with spaghetti, white sauce with chicken! Overall the food was super fresh and cooked perfectly, just needed a little more flavor. I added Parmesan cheese and garlic salt to it which was delicious . The house teas are really good and refreshing, especially the passion fruit. Thank you! 😍 I've been here countless times and has always been super yum and generous portions. Excellent service too! My latest order was supposed to be a bowl with chicken and veggies. When I picked up the to-go bag, I could already tell it was too light. When I got it home, I dumped it into a bowl and noticed the lack of just about everything but the noodles. There were literally 6 tiny pieces of chicken. And the veggies? Well they weren't any better. A few little pieces of each vegetable I'd ordered. Not sure if I'll return if that's going to be the norm. I sure hope not.

People are sleeping on this gem. I had the egg noodles with chicken and tofu smothered with garlic butter sauce. It was amazing. I’m not even exaggerating. Now I’m Asian (so I’m picky when it comes to stir fry noodles) and let me tell you their flavors are on point, seasoned to perfection. My husband had the beef and it was tender af. The Bowl now has 2 returning customers.

I'm a regular visitor to the Colonie/Wolf Road and was excited to try this new restaurant in the area since I love stir fried noodle dishes! The staff was friendly in explaining the ordering process (choose noodle, protein, veggies and sauce). Portion size was perfect. The fruit teas were a great accompaniment. Service was quick even as a short line was building at lunchtime. I hope they do really well here!

This place is a hidden gem. Convenient fresh food at great prices. Noodle bowls, salads, sandwiches (haven't tried these yet). But, can attest to the noodles and salads that you can customize with fresh ingredients and make your own. They even have small fresh fruit cups for kids. Employees and owner are so friendly and the restaurant is very clean. Will be coming back!

Your food and employees are wonderful. We have gone there many times. Very accommodating with choices. It is rare to find good food and have gluten free options. My only complaint is not having gluten free sauce option that is also nut free as well. I am sad we cannot eat there anymore. I hope you add to that in the future.

I thought my bowl was very good tasting, a great portion size, and the service was friendly. I ordered ahead and paid online. I arrived slightly early and waited a few minutes for my order while they cooked and prepared it. I got a rice bowl with chicken and broccoli in teriyaki sauce. They also gave me a complementary drink as a grand opening gift. I got a cold green tea and it was very good. Will be back.

The stir fry bowl was delicious and would recommend.However when ordering 2 orders of the wings there were supposed to be 5.They served both orders with 3.Why short me out? What was the reason? I would advise customers to check your receipts upon receiving your food and comparing to make sure that you are getting ALL of your food and not what they want to give you.The restaurante is clean and the girl serving was pleasant.However the cooks knew exactly what they were doing when shorting me of wings.If I'm going to pay you $80 then I expect all of my food and not shorted.Check your receipts and food eveyone when ordering.

A great experience. Ingredients were fresh and preparation quick based on the woks as shown in the picture. Lots of choices of ingredients and decent size portions of the meats too. I think the sauces and the freshness makes the bowl of our new favorite places to get our food.

I really had higher expectations. I happened to be in the area on an errand with my wife and pulled up google maps to find a lunch spot. With a 4.8, I was really expecting more. I'm wondering if the majority of these reviews come from takeout or delivery? My biggest disappointment was Service was fine at the counter and the guy taking our orders was very helpful. It certainly is a lot of food, but honestly reminded me more of the stir fry station at the food court in college. It was good, it just wasn't "wow". I had the egg noodles with chicken and vegs and ginger Siracha sauce. Innovative concept overall, but I think the decor needs a refresh and an upgrade. Maybe a couple of "suggested" combos to keep things moving. Drinks at front of cooler were not cold, but I found cold in the back. I won't rush to go back, but overall I was at least satisfied with the value for my money. Thanks.

It was just OK. The noodles were overcooked and the chicken I had and the steak my companion had were both low quality Chinese grade. Not worth the price I paid. Will not go back again. Did not take a picture of the steak bowl as it looked as bad as it tasted.

I have no idea where these 5 star reviews come from. I literally could not eat my food it was so bland and unappetizing. I should have tried to get my money back. I got the garlic butter sauce with "chicken" and veggies. The chicken was suspect. I got yellow squash instead of zucchini which tastes totally different. I threw the whole bowl away and went across the street to The Cheesecake Factory.

Extremely disappointed with this restaurant and their customer service. I have been ordering from here since they opened through DoorDash. My order was canceled because of a “dasher issue” more likely was that the first dasher picked up my order then canceled it and stole it. DoorDash said that my order was canceled by the dasher because the dasher had an “issue”. DoorDash then sent the restaurant a remake order (which the restaurant accepted) at no additional cost to me but the restaurant still got paid for it. However, despite this being a dasher issue and DoorDash putting in a remake order for me, the restaurant refused to remake my order blaming me saying I canceled the order and just trying to get a free meal. I called them to ask about my remake order and they kept blaming me saying I canceled it when they told me the order was already picked up but other dashers kept going there to pick it up. Clearly the first driver STOLE IT! I told her someone stole it then and that’s why DoorDash submitted a remake for me and she still refused to remake my order. DoorDash called the restaurant to confirm what I said is true and that they did get paid for the remake order but the cashier kept insisting that this is a new order and that they didn’t get paid. How can they not get paid if the remake order went through and they accepted it? They also refused to just cancel my order even though multiple dashers kept going to pick up the remake that they refused to fulfill saying that it was already picked up and didn’t get paid. Had me waiting an hour for nothing, wasted my time. I asked her to just remake it since DoorDash put in the order for me and she they said they’re about to close. How long does a bowl of lettuce with chicken and avocado take??? They still had about 20 minutes left. While I was on the phone with the restaurant, I could hear another guy blaming me for it. I know they didn’t try to contact DoorDash because DoorDash would’ve just canceled my order. Restaurant did nothing to solve this issue even though I told her what DoorDash said and DoorDash themselves called them too. UPDATE: you still continue to blame the customer after I just showed you that I didnt cancel anything. what you should have done was call the customer and doordash which you failed to do so. had me wait an hour for nothing and wasting driver's time. instead of assuming and wondering you needed to ask me. how can doordash then cancel the redo order if it was still active on my app and clearly it was still up for grabs on the dashers side too, 3 drivers went to the restaurant to pick up the redo order so how can it be canceled? makes no sense especially after I had doordash call you to tell you that the order was in fact not canceled by me and it was the first dasher who canceled it (definitely stole my food). which is why doordash submitted another paid order on my behalf which again you accepted. how can anyone submit an order without a name. again, makes no sense. after being a recurring customer since you opened back in 2021, you could have done the coustery of remaking my order which is the same thing I have been getting for the past 2 years straight, before that I would get the noodle bowl. but no, you rather lose an ongoing 4 year long customer over a measly $15. excellent way to take care of customers lol
