As a Minnesota native the coffee talk is always "Caribou vs. Starbucks" Caribou all day everyday. The Campfire Mocha is 1 of a kind. You will not find another mocha treat like it anywhere. Living in Texas its sad that I only can get my caribou fix when I fly through Dallas. Love Caribou wish there were more in TX

I had the most pleasant interaction with two of the greatest people this morning. They were kind, cordial, and knowledgeable. A great start to an otherwise long day. Our drinks (coffee and smoothies) were spot on and tasted great.

Nice to try something different. I went with the Turtle Mocha based off other reviews, it was good. Worth a try.

I had the refresher , which was great! The coffee wasn’t as good, it tasted more milk than anything.

Cold service. Drink was decent.

Not what you should expect from a modern coffee shop. No idea how to prepare or even charge for a double espresso, subpar frothing on the cappuccino and just very bland flavor on the coffee itself. Needs a detailed review of the baristas and how to make a proper coffee shop

Coffee tastes great. Unfortunately never received my food after many guests after me did. I went up to let them know and there was no apology or anything about the error. I just asked for a refund since my flight was boarding and they said "I can't do that but my manager can later" okay no problem, but no acknowledgement of anything is wild. The cashier was friendly and nice but the woman making the food had the sourest and unapproachable look on her face which is why I went back in the line to talk to the cashier again for my refund instead of asking her at the pick up window because I didn't want to deal with an upset person regarding my food (or lack thereof). On a second note, they had a trivia question for 10 cents off. "What email service does Microsoft own?" I say Outlook, the cashier says it's Hotmail. Hotmail was phased out into Outlook, so if you go to hotmail.com it will take you to OUTLOOK.

We ordered a fiesta bowl when we opened it was quarter full for $7:40 each most disappointing will not recommend if you need a healthy choice and are hungry and tired after hours of walking delays and cancelled flights

Was in a rush but wanted coffee before my flight, so I ordered but was not paying too much attention until I heard the final price. I decided to request my ticket and upon inspection I realized they charged me for my stuff plus a coffee of the day, which I also did not get.

Horrible service, it was an in convenience for the barista or person serving, no wonder there no customers in such a busy airport. Employee description is a tall, skinny African American guy, I had never experience such bad service. Very sad, I would never ever give them an opportunity again, first impression is the most important one. I am not sure if this is a franchise or a family owned business, I definitely make a recommendation ration to the owners, that you might want to evaluate the customer service and the employees.

Save your money and the wait time. Don’t stop at the B terminal Caribou at DFW. Worst Caribou EVER at terminal B in the DFW airport. There is not much of a line waiting because others already know it is terrible. No one was in line but it took forever to get our drinks because the 3 workers were chatting about their weekend plans. I wanted to jump back there to make it myself. After we finally got our drinks and rushed to the gate, both drinks were so awful that we handed them to the flight attendant on our way into the flight and asked if she could throw away our full drinks before we even sat down. She laughed and said, “Yes. I have wasted my money there before too and it is thee worst. Everyone who boards this flight with a Caribou cup asks me to throw it away.”
