Wanted to give a shout out to Mike- great hospitality. I watched him make connections with everyone at the bar and provide incredibly efficient service. I only had a short time before takeoff, but I still managed to grab two ice-cold Modelo’s and 3 Carne Asada Tacos. The meat was so good, I made him order me two Carne Asada Burritos to take back with me to NYC. Thanks for a great lunch yesterday! I’ll be back soon.
I ordered tacos ala carte - chicken, beef and shrimp with flour tortillas. Arrived in a flash and all three were excellent! Muy bien! I highly recommend. Sorry. I ate them so fast I forgot to take a photo. Great if you need something on the run! And, Kahloa was an excellent server if you decide to sit and pause a moment.
Best airport restaurant in DFW. I always try and eat at this location when I travel. I had the protein bowl with ground beef. It was perfect! I sat at the bar, however, I drank a coffee. Lori the bartender was very attentive and helpful. Always willing to accommodate request and offer drink tips.
Awesome airport restaurant experience. It was pretty busy, but we got seated immediately. Our server was fantastic, friendly, and fast! He also made sure to check on us several times during our meal. The food was incredible. Real, grilled chicken, not fake or over-processed meat. Will be stopping by next time I'm at DFW.
My wife and I were delayed in Terminal E and needed a place to take the edge off and unwind a little.. Enter 2.0 Taco & Tequila Bar for the win.. Located near Gate E31, we trekked down there from around E7 and scooted up to the bar.. We started with a pair of First Class margaritas and subbed out the Don Ramon Blanco with Casamigos Reposado and were delighted.. An ample pour and a very balanced flavor.. My wife sampled the ground beef nachos, and I had the grilled chicken burrito bowl.. Both menu offerings were very good for airport fare, but compared to similar offerings elsewhere, they lacked a little flair.. Otherwise, the service was fantastic, the atmosphere was great, and did I mention the First Class margaritas, as ordered, were sublime?? Anywho, if you find yourself with time to kill while in Terminal E, you should give 2.0 a go!! 😎
Stopped by for lunch at this cozy & spacious restaurant. They have a bar & several tables to accommodate fairly large groups. Our waitress was very friendly and informative of the menu items. My shrimp tacos with bits of pineapple & peppers had a nice sweet & spicy touch. Only bad part about this dish, is the dish it is served on. It is a nice blue dish that has triangle gaps for the tacos, but the juices stay in those gaps & make the tacos soggy; in which they fall apart. My rice & refried beans were warm but not hot. The steak nachos were fulfilling with juicy chunks of meat. The draft beer & cocktails were satisfying in size & taste. This is a nice spot to stop & eat at if you don't want the traditional fast food offered.
Great place to hang out and sip some good tequila. I had the Herradura Anejo, neat, $16. Delicious tequila. The chips are hot and crispy, salsa is mild but good flavor. Guacamole is fresh great by itself, or kick it up with some Pico. Mickey was a very efficient and attentive bar tender. Plenty of people ordering nachos and tacos. Friendly place.
Great spot for waiting between flights. Good music, variety of seating options for individuals or groups, a bar, and plenty of outlets. The tortilla soup tasted genuinely scratch-made, which was delicious. The menu doesn't include chimichangas, but Tiffany offered to fry the burrito a bit, showing she knows her stuff. Tiffany was very attentive. It's definitely my favorite spot in DFW so far.
Fast service; good, surprisingly fresh food! It was probably the best airport meal I've had in years. I had the carnitas, shrimp, and steak corn tortilla tacos and the Weather Delay. The relaxed atmosphere provided a wonderful space for rest and relief in the middle of a long travel day. My lovely waitress was perfectly attentive and didn't bother me every 5 minutes, and the restaurant area wasn't too loud to prevent me from taking phone calls. However, the bar area looked energetic and exciting for those who prefer a party layover experience!

Kelly, \n\nBy far the best service I have ever received at an airport. Thank you so so much for how well you took care of us.
Quick service, good beer selection, nice airport bar! We didn't try the food but it looked good from what we saw around us.

food was excellent, better than I had expected for airport food. Even though it was crowded, the service was excellent. Would definitely go here again.

Julio the bartender is the sweetest ever. He made my 2 hour layover worth it. So kind and friendly, gave me recommendations. The food may not be the best, but he sure is!
Before I get started...I almost missed this gem had I kept walking after dealing with the hosts at the entrance (that is why I removed a star from the review). On a recent trip where I had a two and a half-hour layover, I decided to get a decent meal for once and looked for a sit-down restaurant. Based on the options in my terminal I decided I wanted to try something new and ended up at 2.0 Taco and Tequila Bar. I think that was my best meal decision the entire day. My server’s name was Sherry, and she was amazing! I saw the nachos and knew I was going to order them based on what was on them. Sherry helped me kick them up with the chicken (which was grilled). They were so flavorful and fresh. It did not take them long to make them at all. The cheese on the nachos was a white queso but I have to tell you about the guacamole, it was amazing, the best and most flavorful guacamole I have ever had! I highly recommend chicken nachos if you are in the area.
For an airport restaurant, 2.0 taco & Tequila Bar does a decent enough job at Tex-Mex and honestly, there are not a lot of options for a sit down restaurant. \n\nOur server was friendly enough and …

thomas is actually pretty rude. i guess he didn’t think i was going to tip him and he flung my receipt at me and was dismissive to me during my whole stay. that’s sad. as a fellow bartender i expect more. needless to say i put my $15 dollars back in my purse. respect is earned not guaranteed especially with attitude. you don’t treat people like that. to everyone else when they ask for they’re check he says ofc be right there. when i asked after the second time he just nodded without a smile.
Hungry during my layover at DFW Airport. Was recommended to come here by a staff member. Service was good- our waitress was super nice. The food I didn't have high expectations for being in the airport etc. Glad I had that mindset because you'll not be impressed or Wow'd by any of it.... At all. If I had to say get any of the best I'd to get the grilled steak. Chicken was meh. The beef was a complete letdown. Of course you are paying airport type prices- I believe three tacos with rice/beans was $22. I think I'd try finding a sandwich shop or something instead.
2.0 gets credit for being open shortly after 5:00 am. I had coffee and a muffin. Neither were anything special, but at that early hour I was simply happy to be able to get something.

$18 for a carnitas burrito called “Texas sized”, but definitely not. Was approximately half the size I was expecting given the description in the menu. Also pretty sure it was not made to order. It’s fine, but you could do a lot better.
Mostly here to complain about the size of the steak pieces, my burrito and my wife's tacos. They were huge pieces very difficult to bite through with your teeth. We both had to pull the meat out, cut it up and eat it separately. The margaritas were weak. The chips were good.
Stopped here while waiting for my flight at DFW and honestly was disappointed. The atmosphere looked inviting, but the food and service didn’t deliver. Ordered 1 steak taco and nachos. It was below average at best and didn’t seem fresh for the price being charged. Service was fast and the place wasn’t that busy. For being inside such a major airport, I expected better quality and efficiency. Go for the drinks. Not food. $45. See picture. It says it all.

Yikes. They closed early and the manager very aggressively and rudely kicked out patrons while telling co workers he had to be back at 6 am.
Ordered the beef burritto bowl for $18 bucks… It was served in about 5 minutes and was literally a very small bowl of iceberg lettuce and crockpot lukewarm taco meat dumped on top of it. Tasted aw…
How the hell do you duck up nachos? Cold and bald. No flavor what so ever. I also love being judged for me riding a mimosa and the server saying “isn’t it a little too early for that?”. I ordered nachos and the first one came- I had to send it back as everything was actually COLD, she came back with a whole new plate and it was - maybe heated for about 14 seconds? I literally had to send it back a second time and ask that they simply microwave it for a minute.
