If I could give 10 stars I would, the owner of the restaurant greeted us and was so accommodating with our kids. The food was the best we have had in Dallas. You must try the braised pork and rum cake!

Great brunch place on Saturday or Sunday. I had the Risotto waffle and Americano drink with amaretto and Prosecco. Delicious.

Incredible atmosphere, food and service. Came here for a quiet anniversary dinner on the patio and we got it. Meatball app delish, steak cooked perfectly. We will be back

5 stars isn’t enough! We hosted a corporate event here and everything was amazing. Blake, the manager and Mitch, our server did an outstanding job. Truly above and beyond. I highly recommend Stellini!

This place rocks! Just had dinner here with family - excellent service right near Main Street and Hop & Sting Brewery. Knowledgeable staff and welcoming. Come expecting a quality dining experience. And great for dates!

They have a good variety of vegan options. Everything was tasty, and the restaurant had a warm, hoomy feel.

Amazing, simply amazing! Right from the first bite to the last, everything was bursting with flavor! We had the Cacio E Pepe, Gnocchi, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Focaccia, and Arancini. I had no idea the cuisine had that much flavor potential. Will definitely be recommending to everyone! Monet, our waitress was so friendly and helpful!!

Nice setting, easy free parking, plenty of seating and booths, beautiful presentation, clean and well stocked. I had the spinach salad and margarita pizza, the purple onion in the salad tasted raspberry infused which was really good and made the salad more flavorful with out needing extra dressing. The dessert tray was awe inspiring for the entire table young and old. All the fruit in the desserts was super fresh, clean, and perfect as well as the fresh mint. I usually try not to camp out at tables but this place was very relaxing for conversation and catching up.

Such a cute place! I had a house salad and shrimp and it was great! The mojito was perfect! Wonderful service! We would absolutely go again! Make sure to check them out. A tad pricey but it is a more upscale setting!

Nice Italian restaurant located just off the Main Street district of Grapevine, just across from the new Hotel Vin. The environment is nice and the food is pretty good. Pizza and a lot of classic Italian shareables. Had a nice meal here with family and will be back to try more of their menu. Good , local spot - nothing too fancy.

Amazing! Everything was top notch. The house salad and the mushroom gnocchi was phenomenal. Had a delicious bottle of Malbec. Great service and amazing atmosphere. This is my new favorite place!

We had a great experience here on Valentine's Day! The crab cakes , oh my gosh fantastic!! They need to add these as a regular menu item! The fish and caprese salad were awesome and look at the dessert- it speaks for itself! We will definitely go back again!

I went with coworkers for dinner on a Monday night. The restaurant was half full. The waitress was very nice, she made some suggestions. I ordered the pork shank. The meat was soft, tender and tasty. The pork was over a risotto, creamy. I recommend it. But the best was yet to come. I had the best tiramisu in years! Loved it! So soft… I will definitely come back.

With its upscale yet laid back charm, this trattoria is sure to accommodate all - from date night to a meetup after work. Nestled in the Southern section of downtown Grapevine, this restaurant promises and demands greatness. In walking distance of The Vin and Main Street, Stellini offers a nice bar, party rooms, and an enclosed patio.

My friends and I had the most amazing dinner at Stellini! We started with Italian martinis at the bar with the bartender Carl who was so nice! Then we moved to a table and Mitch was really great and so funny! The chef came to our table and made us these amazing scallops!! We had the vegan meatballs (stupid good) amazing beef carpaccio, beef filet with gnocchi, and lobster ravioli. We took Mitches suggestion for the carrot cake and the spiced pear gelato! The manager even came over and gave us some delicious Godfather cocktails too!! Overall, absolutely spectacular in every way!

A Perfect Christmas Eve Dinner Nestled in the heart of Grapevine, the Christmas capital of Texas, Stellini Trattoria exceeded all expectations during our Christmas Eve visit. Despite arriving earlier than our reservation, the staff graciously accommodated us without hesitation, setting the tone for a wonderful evening. The food was nothing short of amazing—every dish was a perfect balance of flavor and presentation, showcasing the artistry behind their cuisine. Adding to the experience, our server, Beaux, delivered impeccable service. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, making the evening feel extra special. The atmosphere struck a harmonious balance between laid-back and upscale, creating a welcoming yet refined setting that complemented high-quality food. Whether you’re a local or visiting Grapevine during the holidays, Stellini Trattoria is a must-visit for an unforgettable dining experience.

We hosted our son and now daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner here. The staff made planning easy. The private dining space was comfortable and well decorated, so we had to do very little decorating ourselves. We chose a limited menu and had plenty of delicious options for everyone. The festive dessert trays were a lovely end to a great evening. The servers took excellent care of all of our guests. Would definitely use again.

Great Italian spot! Watch for the * on the menu for chef specialties. Everything was delicious! Stellar service. All around ideal dining experience.

The limoncello creme brulee is fantastic! Yoko, our server was on point. She was very attentive and personable. The floor manager, let's call him "six seeeven", was always present and you can tell he cares about good service. Not our first time and won't be our last. Ciao for now.

An Exceptional Dining Experience at Stellini! We had an absolutely incredible evening at Stellini. The ribeye steak was exceptional — perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. The red wine recommended by the staff paired beautifully with the steak, making it an unforgettable combination. We also tried a few appetizers and the lasagna, which was simply outstanding. Every dish was crafted with care and full of flavor. The service was flawless! Chef Vittorio Di Buglione personally came to greet us, and the team was truly exceptional. A special mention to Blake, the restaurant manager, whose hospitality and professionalism made us feel sincerely welcomed. He even served the ribeye tableside, which added a special touch and made the experience even more memorable. And Alexis, our waitress, provided outstanding service with attention, warmth, and genuine care. Together, they elevated the experience from great to unforgettable. The restaurant is located in Grapevine, easy to access with plenty of parking available. Considering the outstanding quality of the food and service, the prices are remarkably reasonable. A fantastic discovery! Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to return on my next trip to Grapevine!

Just got back from dinner with work group and everyone was raving about what they had. My lasagna was honestly the best I've ever had, and I've had a lot of lasagna in my day. The manager and the chef both came to visit our table and were gracious and humble. I look forward to my next visit.

The food was outstanding - I look forward to returning and ordering the lasagna again. The service our group of 13 received was also great and the separate room we had for dining made it even better.

Blake and Chef assembled a wonderful spread of appetizers and entrees for the catered engagement dinner we recently hosted in our home. Everything was first-rate from the food to the presentation. Blake recommended outstanding selections and bent over backwards to make things convenient for us. He even arranged for two deliveries & set up: hors d’oeuvres & then a few hours later the entrees. Chef personally delivered and set up everything. He was so friendly and professional. The evening was a huge success. We’ll definitely be using Stellini’s again!

The experience was nothing short of breathtaking—marvelous in every conceivable way, and enchanted almost, as though I had stepped into a world where every sense was heightened, every flavor amplified, and every moment suspended in time. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere enveloped me with its warm, inviting charm, effortlessly blending rustic elegance with a cozy, welcoming ambiance. The soft hum of conversation, the subtle glow of ambient lighting, and the tantalizing aromas wafting from the kitchen all hinted that something extraordinary awaited. And then, the food arrived, transforming an already delightful evening into something truly unforgettable. The pizza was a work of art—each element meticulously crafted to perfection. The crust was the ideal balance of crispness and chew, kissed by the flames of the oven just enough to impart a smoky depth that lingered on the palate. The tomato sauce, vibrant and rich, tasted like the essence of sun-ripened tomatoes distilled into a single, harmonious note. Every topping was a testament to quality, from the creamy mozzarella that melted into luxurious pools to the fresh basil that added a fragrant, herbaceous lift with every bite. But the rustic focaccia—oh, the rustic focaccia—was an experience in itself. Its golden-brown exterior, kissed with just the right amount of olive oil, crackled ever so slightly under the gentle pressure of my fingers before yielding to a pillowy-soft interior. Each bite was a perfect harmony of textures and flavors, a delicate dance between simplicity and sophistication that left me craving more even as I savored every morsel. And then came the crowning jewel of the evening: the vanilla bean dessert. At $13.99, it might seem like a simple indulgence, but from the very first spoonful, it became clear that its value far exceeded its price. Smooth and velvety, with the unmistakable richness of real vanilla beans speckled throughout, it was a dessert that transcended mere culinary delight. In that moment, it felt like it deserved to be priced at $112.62 billion dollars—not because of any arbitrary number, but because it offered an experience so profound, so exquisitely pleasurable, that it felt priceless. Each bite was a symphony of flavor, a delicate balance of sweetness and depth that lingered on my tongue long after the last spoonful was gone. This wasn’t just a meal—it was a journey, a memory etched into my mind, a testament to the magic that happens when passion, skill, and creativity come together on a plate. Even now, as I reflect on the experience, I find myself longing to relive it, knowing that it wasn’t merely about the food, but about the feelings it evoked, the moments it created, and the pure, unadulterated joy it brought me.

There are not enough words to express how high well my family and I would recommend this place. The service was exceptional. Cocktails ordered were excellent. The wine selection is extensive. The host was warm and welcoming. Our waiter was exceptional and knowledgeable. We will be coming back for sure. Don’t forget to order the one of the great desserts!!!!

Very positive experience. We're in from out of town & saw positive reviews online so decided to walk in. We came in around 6PM & with a 4 year old & 3 year old in tow & after being asked for our reservation by the host, we explained that we were simply walking in & were immediately accommodated despite reservations signs visible on a majority of the tables. Our server was extremely pleasant & made solid recommendations. The meatballs & meat pizza were VERY good & was just enough to fill all of us up without any take away & without being painfully full. The manager came up & chatted with us at the end of our meal & talked with us while engaging our kids even though the restaurant had filled up substantially. As we were leaving, the host made it a point to give our girls fist bumps & asked them how the meal was. We'll definitely visit again & highly recommend dining here.

Wow! We loved Stellini Trattoria! Food was over the top. All homemade pasta. The Focaccia bread with cherry tomatoes, rosemary and candied walnuts was delish. We shared (huge portions) Tagliatelle Al Barolo, Red tagliatelle pasta with shrimp, porcini mushroom in a Barolo sauce - was fabulous. You won’t be disappointed.

T
Tony DeB

Very surprised and impressed. With so few reviews didn't know what to expect. Started with the carpaccio which was fantastic and quite large. The arugula was so plentiful we cancelled our salad. My wife ordered the halibut, which was fantastic. The accompanying risotto was a bit bland, butt the fish was great. I ordered a pasta dish with ribbon pasta and Brussels sprouts. Absolutely wonderful! Our server, Kayla was great. Recommended items without being pushy or overbearing. We'll be going back. Especially for some of the happy hour specials! Try this place. It's a hidden gem

Me and my wife love this restaurant. The lasagna was amazing! So was the creme brulee! Top notch food and a great atmosphere! Also you have to try the rustic focaccia bread it's the best bread ever. They have a very thick vinegar that comes with it that's so good.

This was a last minute find while looking for a place to have dinner for our large group in Grapevine for a conference. Wow! The service was great! Very friendly and attentive. Food was delicious…pasta was fresh. Everyone had a great time, loved their meals and I was a hero for finding such a great place to have dinner. Will be a go to for future conferences!

What a nice surprise! We really enjoyed our meal! Nice, casual yet festive atmosphere and smells divine when you walk in. What a lovely find. After five days of eating inside the nearby Gaylord resort while working a trade show, our team was looking forward (desperate?) to find something off-campus. We picked Stellini Trattoria at random and everyone was thrilled with the result. Stellar homemade pasta, perfect burrata, reasonably priced wines, friendly and attentive service. It was by far the best meal we had all week. So thankful we wrapped up our long week with a final meal at this restaurant.

N

Fantastic food with fresh pasta made on site, great wine selection, excellent prices. Seats were comfortable and spacing was good. Noise level was a little high due to lots of hard surfaces and no acoustic management, music was great though! Will be going back!

Was in Grapevine attending a conference and enjoyed a private dining experience for 24 in a separate room (formerly the market) last night. The owner, chef and staff were friendly and attentive. Quality of the appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts was excellent. Service was polite and attentive but not intrusive. Pairing recommendations were informed and effective. It isn't easy to deliver on all fronts consistently but the Stellini team did last night. Thanks for a delicious meal and enjoyable evening!

Nothing but fantastic things to say. With Blake, we planned a Holiday Party in a private room for our group of 26. He helped with excellent communication every step of the way. Menu was done exactly how we dreamed it up and he was even accommodating to a few changes we wanted. As for the dinner, it was amazing. The staff was absolutely top notch. Annette was the main person taking drink and other orders from our room and to say she was fantastic is an understatement. Everyone had a great time and loved the food and fun.

C

We joined our friends for a post nuptial dinner here. We thoroughly enjoined our experience. The food, service and atmosphere is exceptional. We dined as private party. We had a minor mishap with a young one and the staff handled it with professionalism and grace. I did not hear anything but compliments from the other attendees. I would like to return to dine. This restaurant was a great venue for a private party. I was surprised that we only had one attendant and she did an excellent job. She was never truly by herself and was never in the weeds. Great job on her part.

S
Samantha Schneider

Monet and Blake helped make my birthday celebration so memorable! Our party opted for family style to enjoy more choices and everything was delicious, with the stars being the calamari, rigatoni and pork shank. The cocktails were equally enjoyable and dessert topped it all off. I can’t believe I hadn’t been there yet and I look forward to going back and/or hosting a private party there.

Being from Northern New Jersey, Stellini was a breath of fresh air. Since my wife and I moved to Texas we have been looking for authentic Italian cuisine. We have finally found it in Stellini! The only drawback were the TVs at the bar and the low seating. We didn’t feel rushed and service was great! Coming back many many times again!

R
Ross Lindsey

We went the last two nights, everything was so good. We sat at the bar, and Charles was so great we had to go back the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable about their wines, we’ll keep coming back for him alone, but all the food was amazing and it was a great atmosphere. We may be back tonight, who knows!

Fantastic place. Drinks and apps were very good. The bar knows how to make a double jack and a splash of sprite. The lasagna was really good, better than mine🤔 and the bolognese was really good. Service was fast and friendly. Monie(i think) was great. Definitely goes on the "go back again" list. Couldn't recommend it more.

Stellini Trattoria is a delightful Italian gem in Grapevine that strikes the perfect balance between upscale and inviting. The food is exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Their homemade pasta is a standout, and the Pasta alla Ruota is both a fantastic meal and a show, prepared tableside in a wheel of cheese. The bar is lively and well-stocked, adding great energy to the space without overwhelming it. The service is warm and attentive, and the ambiance makes it ideal for date night, celebrations, or just treating yourself to a great meal.

I've been here before for a private event and the food was amazing, this time it was just ok, there was no wow factor and they don't do anything for birthdays.

G
Greg B

Very good...however, avoid this place before 3pm on the weekends as they don't serve pasta. Can you imagine an Italian place without pasta! Otherwise, I would Suggest the mussels appetizer... Amazing, just a little bit of spice. Peroni, Italian beer, of course. Espresso... Very good!

D
Darija Meier

Lovely setting and atmosphere. The food was good, but not super impressed and expensive. We came for brunch and were seated right away. The breakfast pizza wasn’t very flavorful but my fiancé enjoyed the Benedict (it’s served on focaccia bread). I’d definitely try this place for dinner!

C
Cassie M

Beautiful and quaint. Not overly expensive (just make sure you know adding scallops to that filet will cost you an extra $30. Everything we had was superb. I'd pass on the carrot cake. The lemoncello cake could have used more lemon (according to my boo, boo).

H

Had a lovely Mother’s Day dinner. I’ve been here several times and the service is always great and they are good at suggesting wine pairing / just answering questions about dishes in general. I have always made a reservation (OpenTable) before going, but I don’t think you would have any problem getting a table or a spot at the bar. The food is pretty good! I even order salads for pick up sometimes.

D
Debra Davis

What a great atmosphere! Food was quite good! The Bisteca ribeye was so tender and tasty, caesar salad was good and crispy...and huge. The salmon, focaccia and arancini were delicious too. To top off the night, the shining star was the espresso martini! Will be back!

M
Marie Simon

The atmosphere is nice, the service was slow, but there are inaccurate ingredients in the menu.

B
Brian Anderson

Amazing service - from hostess, to waiter, to manager. Atmosphere is great, felt LGBTQ+ friendly/safe, and the food was good for the prices. Only critique is the menu was more limiting if you don’t want beef or pork. Those dishes might be 4-5 stars but I had the vegetable ravioli + chicken and it was only fine.

N
N. G.

Quiet place, great for a girls night or date night. The Amanti della carne was an excellent choice if having a hard time to decide on pizza. We also went with the 7 layer lasagne, which was good but not my favorite.

A
Amber Arrington

Went last night for my birthday. I didn’t say it was my birthday because my boyfriend and I were trying to have a lowkey night. Everything was amazing except our waitress. We had a young lady that was not attentive at all. She kept disappearing for 30 and 40 minute stretches where we would see her following other waiters around making conversation, staring at her phone, or just staring off into space. She was nice but didn’t seem focused on her work. Everything else was perfect. The food was world class. You can tell an incredible amount of thought and execution goes into every single plate. Definitely the best meal I have had at a restaurant in 2025. The other servers seemed to be very attentive to their tables and professional. The vibes were impeccable. Will definitely be back. And maybe ask for a more experienced waiter.

F
Fred Leuzinger

Food and atmosphere was great! I would have given 5 stars but they charge $15 for the smallest piece of cheesecake I have ever had at a nice restaurant and it was not even that good. Skip the dessert at this place. Everything else was good.

Had a fantastic meal with a friend of mine who showed up pretty early there was hardly anybody seated yet, but they couldn’t fit us in. I guess they had too many reservations so we sat at the bar. We ordered a lasagna and caico de pepe which was absolutely amazing. Lasagna was just good. I wish I had more of the caico de Pepe though. service great no issues at all. It was a really nice meal will be back.

Currently sitting in the restaurant for Valentines. It’s a decent place. Doesn’t have the “wow” factor but decent. The valentines dinner was so underwhelming and overpriced. The 24k gold is a pinch so don’t expect too much. Was such a disappointment . The tartare didn’t come with crackers. The salad was basic. The filet minot was a 6oz. Waiting on the dessert but this was priced at $160. You could have ordered the most expensive salad, 8 oz filet minot, most expensive appetizer and dessert and it would have come out to less than $160. Just very disappointed. I was expecting much more. Just stick to the regular menu and the pizza.

First time here. It’s a bit of a cross between a nice Italian restaurant and a sports bar, but leaning towards the later - maybe not great for a date night. Service is on the slower side, if not just slow. Food wasn’t bad - the calamari steak was probably the highlight, but neither of us finished our main meals as we had grown tired of eating them and decided to go elsewhere for dessert and snacks. There are several (3?) TVs throughout the small establishment, and if lucky, you can get a 6 way glare from 2 of them and subsequently see nothing but 6 TVs, a distracting feature to say the least. (We asked to turn off one nearest us, but the manager stated it was the tv for half the restaurant, no biggie it’s y’all’s restaurant but I don’t think anyone was or was wanting to watch the weird 4 way split screen tv from 50 ft away). We probably won’t be back as Calabrese isn’t too far away and offered vastly superior food, service and atmosphere at a similar price point.

We were here on a busy evening, Christmas Eve dinner. I ordered the chicken cotoletta, which wasn't great. The chicken filet was a breaded chicken back which was more than 50% bones. We asked for a children's portion for our 10 year old daughter. She got a child's portion but we were charged for a full adult entree. On a positive note, our server, Lauren, was very good. Overall, I will not return.

A

Me & my lady were in town & decided to stop by for some Italian food that was highly recommend by some of our buddies here in Oklahoma. We were generously welcomed by the host and were sat and waited about 25+ minutes to be served while other tables that got there way after us were already getting their drinks and meals while we were still waiting to place a drink order. It honestly felt like we were being highly discriminated till we spoke up and said something about it. The service after was highly appreciated and the food was amazing but it was definitely the first and last time we’ll stop by.

A
Alyssa Cole

Nice atmosphere. When we were seated , it took a long time for the waitstaff to greet us, otherwise very good. Food was extremely bland. Prices are outrageous for a three shrimp pasta dish. Many other Italian restaurants in the area provide better experiences for the same price.

M
Michelle Gonzales

While I appreciate the ambiance of this place, the food needs some more care and attention. We came here for the gluten free options as my daughter can now tolerate gluten in food. We ordered the calamari steak and meatballs for appetizers. I was surprised to see the calamari was overcooked so much they were like greasy chicharrones. The manager apologized and ordered us another, and although it was better it was still so greasy and tough. We then ordered entrees to which my daughter ordered GF pasta and when it came back it had a piece of bread with it. We asked if it was GF and was told it was but she double checked and it turns out it wasn’t, which could have turned out to be a really bad night for us. There was no apology or acknowledgment. We never saw the manager again. Everything was so greasy and overcooked. Really wish I could have given a rave review

Food is pretty good. I wouldn't say great, but they try. Reservations were screwed up and had to wait 45 minutes for table. Atmosphere is so-so, try to be upscale, but atmosphere is not. Variety of dress, shorts to gowns, gives a weird vibe. Management is nice. Pretty busy and understaffed, so service is a bit slow. Fairly loud place, for environment.

Honest review here. Very disappointed with service. Poured my own 120 dollar bottle of wine and served my family the sparkling water. Food was tasty, but gratuity was never warranted for such poor service. Would never go back after general manager’s smart remark. I don’t recommend this place for families.

It's a mixed bag honestly, here we go: I've been here a few times in the past years and each time the quality of the entrees got a little worse. During my most recent visit I got to try a few things: (apps) rustic focaccia and calamari steak, both were great - no notes, a caesar salad - again no notes, (entrees) agnolotti and the scallops Stellini, details below, and the zeppole for dessert - these were great (they're very similar to a doughnut hole so who can dislike that). First the agnolotti, this dish is little pastas stuffed with tenderloin and parmesan, not unlike a ravioli, covered with a demi-glace sauce. It's not great. And as of writing certainly not $34 great. Given that tenderloin has such a mild flavor you'd expect the parmesan, the pasta of the agnolotto, and the sauce to be responsible for the dish's flavor, and they are, and they fail at that I'm sorry to say. The pasta the dish is made from should be flavorful on its own to the point were not even much sauce is needed, but it wasn't. On the demi - glace sauce, it's F-tier. Very disappointing. One can't expect the Italian cuisine interpretation of a French sauce to be identical in all ways, but this was abysmal. No hyperbole. It's so, so close to a packet of instant brown gravy. Please do better, this restaurant gets so many things right that aren't easily done. To fail this badly at something like a demi - glace is trivial and so fixable. The scallops Stellini, it's a simpler dish and it was the entree I ordered for myself so I got to try more of it. The size of each scallop was okay, ~20/30, but very oddly my dish was served with only 3, not the 4 as depicted on the menu. Just, why? Our meal was early in the night so I doubt they were trying to stretch inventory. Their done-ess was fine, minorly over cooked but not enough to recommend a change. They're served with a paprika butter sauce containg bits of pancetta fond. Somehow , the flavor of the dish was plain and dissappointing, with the polenta underneath the scallops being forgettable and irrelevant. Appetizers and dessert 9/10. Entrees 2/10 and 3/10 respectively. Please Stellini, the entrees are addressable, you're excelling at everything else. I want this place to succeed.

This is some of the best Italian around Grapevine, worth going again and again. Unfortunately this was our last visit. After being charged for $120 in champagne we didn’t order it is hard to justify going back. The staff was apologetic and yet did not remove the charge, which is kind of a deal breaker. Keep an eye on your bill.

DON’T BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. They have nothing to offer kids other than a highchair. We got my 2 year old buttered spaghetti noodles and were charged $25. Yes, $25 for buttered noodles. My husband got the 7 layered lasagna and it was okay. I know service quality usually declines with larger parties. Our server was nice but we had 17 people so he (understandably) missed a few of our needs. Hope this was helpful.

Food was good just small portion sizes with big prices. My company did a graduation dinner there and the waitresses did not seem to want to serve anyone who was not drinking alcohol. They removed the water pitchers from the table as they were serving dessert, then they brought them back after they saw us going to other tables to get water. When I made plenty of eye contact with the waitress they acted like everything was closed and refused to come to the table. I was hoping for something else to drink besides water but they only offered water and juice. Since we were a large group with a pre-ordered meal it seemed like service was the last thing on this restaurants mind. The company where I work does a lot of graduation ceremonies here but I am for sure never coming back. I see your response and it seems you forgot to insert the contact email.

We visited for the first time and was immediately turned off by the cold uninviting male host, who scolded us for not making a reservation, lol. Despite this statement, we saw open tables throughout that remained for the duration of our stay. The service was on par, Really sweet waitress took care of our needs and we tipped her well. Food and atmosphere was average and minimum for what one should expect. Really loud and unpleasant though due to being very chaotic. In this area of grapevine, the bar is set high as there are many good places to eat that are all about the experience and know how to deliver. I think with a higher level of service and appreciation, the rating would have been higher. It's in a bad location and despite this, they finally drew us in and missed the mark. If you don't take care of you customers and make them feel welcome, don't worry, they will go away. Beware! Reading many of the reviews it appears there is a pattern of rudeness with the tall male host who is actually owner. Wow! I wish I would have read those reviews before visiting this unappreciative establishment. We won't be back!

We have now been to Stellini three times, the first time we enjoyed it, the second and third time were terrible. After the second time, we were not planning to go back but went back a third time due to a group dinner being organized by other people (all locals). The second time, our pasta was so overcooked that you couldn't twirl it without it breaking apart and the pizza tasted like cardboard. The salads and arancini were ok. The third time, the lasagna was not good at all, the polenta tasted like mush, and the mussels were hard and gritty. Perhaps our fault, but we thought the lemon chicken would be more Piccata style, but even accepting the fact that it's not, it didn't have any flavor. The "host" is rather condescending, the server was friendly but not readily available, I think maybe short-staffed. It was extremely slow, we waited an hour for our food and instead of an apology, were told that they were busy and not their fault. I'm not sure how that's an excuse, it's a Saturday during Christmas, in the "Christmas Capital of Texas", maybe they were expecting it to be slow 🤦🏻‍♀️. Definitely will not be back, we do not live here full time and only visit a few times a year, so I'm sure we can find a better place. However, they probably won't notice, there seem to be a lot of people that accept mediocre Italian food, as the place was packed.

It was Super Bowl Sunday. They were closed. Game had not started yet. Just not happy we wasted our time trying to eat somewhere that closes for any ole reason. Lets make it very clear...we were there to eat, not watch the game. As you can see below, the owner made some assumptions about me/us. I personally do not know anyone who would go anywhere to watch the game other than a sports bar or friends house. Who in their right mind would think...lets go to the italian restaurant to watch the game. NO ONE.

If you think waters going dry, wine/beverages going dry, plates not being cleared away, and cold/warm food is worth $250 it to you - this is your place. Owner/manager thought that was a satisfactory experience in his book. Food overall very average. Atmosphere ok but playing deft punk loudly not very relaxing. Poor service. All topped off with what tasted like 3 day old stale desert. Again, owner completely unapologetic when this was brought to his attention.

Regarding your feedback: would that be the manager that tried to help pre bus tables but only halfway and never spoke? Also the same person that my wife observed ogling the server all night? There is a reason we didn't waste our time with a manager. Terrible experience overall. Sat in glass enclosed porch (echo chamber). 30 minute wait for drink order and then had to ask for a wine menu (more waiting). Watched our appetizer get placed on another table. Runner came back, picked it up and placed it on our table (DISGUSTING). The Arancini had absolutely no taste outside of the sauce it sat in. 15 minutes after ordering entree, server comes back to say they are out of the pork shank. Okay, change from a $58 dish to a $34 dish. The piece of salmon was no wider than the fork but actually had some flaver. The filet had absolutely no flavor, less than the Arancini if possible. Good news is we found the seasoning, in the form of 10 pounds of salt in the spinach and mushrooms. They had multiple dishes we would love to try and three desserts we were interested in as well. Sadly, after choking down the main course we decided to call it quits. They lost over $50 in sales just off of two people on one visit. How much are they lsoing on a typical night? We won't be back.

One of the worst dining experiences I have had in a long time. We reserved a private dining room and put a credit card down to hold it. When we got there the manager denied that was done, basically called me a liar, and refused to make any accommodation or apologize. He had an attitude, and was a jerk. The food was adequate, the server nice but inexperienced. I would never recommend them, especially the Saturday night manager. We will not be returning

We have normally had great experiences here. I am Italian, first generation born in America, with a mom who was from Rome and family still there. I go often to visit them. So naturally, I enjoy an authentic Italian experience and normally we love the cuisine. However, tonight we went for Valentine’s Day, hoping for the normal experience and were shocked at the quality of the food. The lobster pasta was mushy instead of al dente, did not have a full lobster tail on it, and had USDA prime rib, cut up in cubes and well done thrown in the pasta. My husband‘s risotto was mushy and flavorless. The Panna cotta dessert was not served chilled enough and they poured warm berries on top, almost melting the Panna cotta so that it couldn’t hold it shape. The appetizer was one prawn fully fried with the head on it. This is not Italian food. I did give the manager a review of what we experienced. But there are better places to get true authentic Italian like Loveria Café in Colleyville. I would’ve rather gone there then spend $200 on mushy pasta, risotto, and melted desserts. What a letdown on a night we hoped would be both romantic and full of good food. My take is that they probably mass produced the menu and then had the dishes sitting under a heat lamp instead of freshly made. That’s probably why the pasta and risotto were so mushy… I don’t know why somebody would cut up cubed steak and throw it in pasta though. All Italians, including my Nonna are rolling in her grave right now over that.

This restaurant came highly recommended, so we were really looking forward to trying it. Unfortunately, it ended up being quite disappointing, especially considering the price. We ordered two alcoholic drinks, which were fine, but things went downhill when it came to the food and service. Our waitress didn’t seem fully informed about the gluten-free options and insisted that certain items didn't contain gluten when they actually did. That made ordering more stressful than it needed to be. My fiancé ordered several à la carte items, and the quality was underwhelming. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were made from instant potato flakes, the grilled chicken was extremely dry and came in a noticeably small portion, and the Caesar salad had a very unpleasant flavor. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations, and we left feeling disappointed rather than satisfied. I would give a half start rating if I could.
