I had a problem with an order a while back and did not hear back from the company website. I've been reluctant to order but I called in today and spoke To Anna (Ana?) and she very quickly and professionally handled my issue and even sent me a free pizza! This is how a business is supposed to be run.....excellent customer service at the store level, corporate needs to wake up however.

The true definition of great customer service. Did not catch their names. And I know how hard your jobs are and to be paid so little. This review is specifically for whoever was working around dinner time (6pm) on Dec 30, 2024. I'm not one to leave reviews, but I felt compelled to for the service and food we received today. The lady who greeted my brother and I at this location was so warm and pleasant, and when we got home, my entire family agreed that the pizza was surprisingly the best we've ever gotten from this location. You can tell a level of care was put into each pizza, and it wasn't just blindly thrown together (which we've gotten before). We don't know if it was the same lady that made the pizzas, but we wanted to acknowledge the food and service we received today. Honestly 6 out of 5 stars when you consider the price.

It's OPEN! The pizza is so far, good. I haven't had Papa Johns for years. I'm glad I went.

You should download papa johns app because it has many good deals and discounts. I ordered a XL pepperoni pizza for 50% off its price for pick up. The pizza crust and sauce were too sweet for my taste. The ingredients like cheese and pepperoni tasted fresh though. Overall, it’s not my favorite pizza but it’s only $13 so I don’t regret my purchase.

I ordered pizza at 11 and it said it was gonna be here at 11:40, it never arrived I got a text message from the driver at 11:59 saying he was here and he wasn't than I got a call from the lady at the store saying he got here at 11:40 and waited for 20 min which is not true the time doesn't even match

Your New PAPADIAS had so much grease it's not health. I purchase two for me and my wife Again the bread is drench in grease. Just awful was very disappointed with purchase on Easter Sunday.

I order an small perpperoni for $16.99 online from Uber Eat,it showed "BUY ONE GET ONE FREE" but after I check out , went to check my credit card account, they had charged me from my credit card for $62! 😱 It 4 times price higher than the amount U should pay!! 😱 OMG!! I then cancelled the order, but they had charged me the cancellation fee 😱 NEVER NERVER BUY FRÓM THEM AGAIN, NOT ANYMORE!! 😱

We were in Alhambra, a place I am not too familiar with and my grandson insisted we stop at Papa Johns because he saw it on TV. Now, I told him we have been to others and it is not good. He said this one will be. He was starving. We went. There is nothing nice about this place. The parking is free is the nicest thing I can come up with. The place gets too dark with little outdoor lighting. The exterior is down right creepy. You walk in and the place is somewhat clean, but really, I was the only one there, can someone not get a broom. We ordered our pizza and waited and waited and in about 35 minutes they gave it to us. They were not friendly, they were not polite. There was no thank you. They did not even greet us when we came in. We went to the counter and finally someone spoke, "what do you want?" We took the pizza with us and when we opened the box it had somehow been shaken I guess, or maybe they dropped it, I know I did not and it was in pieces. The bottom of the box was dirty. It had these little fruit flies, not on the pizza, but on the bottom of the box. Gross. The pizza was disgusting. It was hot, however. It all went in the trash. I was worried we would get sick. Don't go here. It is the worst. You can buy the cheapest frozen pizza, cook it wrong, burn it and it would still be better. Just awful.

I canceled- 10min later the driver arrives. I refused my order, and choose to drive elsewhere. 2nd Experience: i chose to pick-up(carry out) this time in order to avoid last times experience; this time was told that they charge for cheese (packets) in a very disturbing way, as if i was angering them for requesting free packets. I've had better papa johns else where and my experience with the location has been awful. I will never buy from this locations again!!!!!
