Ordered 2 snickerdoodles, chocolate chip, peanut butter, M&M, and cookies and cream cookies. The cookies were baked well and tasted fresh. They were also very good. The shop was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I've been to various locations, and I like that they are very consistent.

Placed an order of chocolate chip cookies for my sons 2nd COCO Themed birthday party and this is what I got. Job well done! Birthday boy loved them. I provided two cookie cutters and told Elsa what I wanted and she did not disappoint. Highly recommended.

Decided to order from this location even though it’s a little further of a drive instead of the last because this location has never let me down. Glad I did! They did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure everything I wanted could be done! Had it ready even earlier than originally planned. I ordered delivery and the delivery driver delivered it to the wrong house. When we went to the house they said they had already eaten it. I was so upset because my dad just got engaged so this was an engagement cookie cake to surprise them. I called the store not knowing what else to do and the lady on the phone was extremely nice and offered to make me a new cake if we were able to pick it up. She had it ready within 30 min. Extremely grateful for her and will order from here again !

I just picked up my double doozycookie cake and I couldn’t be happier. The lady that made it has been working there for like nine years and you can really tell. Her handwriting is so beautiful on the cake and she is super fast. I only had to wait 30 minutes. I will definitely come back again.

I ordered a custom mermaid cake, and it tasted delicious and was ready on time. However, I really wish someone would have contacted me and told me they didn't do mermaid themed cakes. It looked like I did it myself. It provided many laughs, but is not what I expected from a professional establishment.

The cookies here always taste great, let's say that. However, I've had an issue with the middle part of the cookie. After enjoying the edges, I find the main bulk in the center is often soft and doughy, like I'm eating an uncooked cookie. I thought it was a one-time fluke and waited a few months before trying again, hoping for a better result. But every time, especially with the peanut butter flavor, it's the same issue—mushy, soft, and tasting like raw dough in the middle. Maybe I need to start asking for a fully cooked cookie when I place my order, but it's disappointing that it doesn't have the texture of a fully cooked treat.

I could hear her through the phone and I can't believe the way she was conducting herself, talking to her staff or telling me to "deal with it." It took me a bit to see if they would even look up my order but instead I was met with "if it left my store, it's not my problem." Wow. I also ordered directly through the Great American Cookie website, she told me to call Doordash and get my money back there. I did not order through or do business with Doordash for this transaction. While I understand company websites do integrate with third party providers, ordering systems and payment processer, I felt that her dismissal was not good customer service. Also, probably not a wise idea when your caller ID from a different state and your response back is "if you want us to remake it, come get it yourself." Cookie cake was fine, but I doubt I will be ordering again or recommending this business.

I honestly don’t understand what the worker was thinking when she made this, but it looks like she was training or I hope she was training because this is absolutely atrocious.

First time I went in two Caucasian females had a whole conversation going that continued when I walked in. Neither one greeted me, neither one acted as if I were present. I almost left but decided not to waste a 15 min drive. Second visit, I was greeted but the young female (same one from before) acted as if she couldn’t wait for me to leave. Very dry, unfriendly turned her back and started talking to her co worker before I had a chance to walk out. Just rude. I’ll start going back to the Stonebriar location. The staff there smile, act excited to see their customers, explain free cookie options etc. They’re happy to do their JOB!

I told her that I'm there to pick up my order and I guess she did not hear me and said in a rude way "what?" with a grim on her face. I felt treated like a "second class citizen" and disrespected. If it wasn't my son's birthday, I would have not gotten that cake at all.

My order was cancelled on my sons birthday understandably due to the shooting the weekend before. But I was never refunded my money ~$50.00. I called the store owner and she said oh it needs to go through the third party, but it was ordered off their website no third party reached out to me, I had no name etc. Just GAC. So I called the owner said she sees the refund was processed, I said okay and let it ride for a few days. No refund. I called again on the 18th, and the girl told me the manager would call the office and find out what happened, and fix it . Its been a week now, no call- no refund, and I had to spend another $50.00 ordering from a different location so $100.00 for one cookie cake. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION, ITS A SCAM, - also they seem to run the one in Stonebriar Mall because every time I call the Allen store , I get the mall. Filing with BBB
