Supreme pizza !!! We are camping and had it delivered. It was like home town pizza from the 80's, so good! We had the Supreme with heavy sauce. It was very cheesy and so good! The guy taking the order was very polite and helpful. The delivery driver was polite too. We would definitely order it again!

WHOOOOAAAA!!! I ordered two pizzas - one deep dish and one thin crust. The crust on this deep dish is so crispy. The sauce is ABSOLUTELY insane. They make their own. Unbelievable. The cheese on this thing is superb. So creamy. So delicate. I got this thing with sausage and spinach. You GOTTA try this thing. I just got a small deep dish and that was a huge mistake - shoulda gone with a large. I ordered the thin crust with mushrooms, spinach, tomato and pineapple. INCREDIBLE. This thing looks like a work of art. The cheese does the thing we all love. This is my first time having pizza in Amarillo. Why would I ever go anywhere else? This is my Amarillo spot now. Never thought I’d have a pizza spot in Amarillo. This place is out of their minds. I did NOT expect THIS in Texas. Chicago, maybe. I’m blown away. These pies are the top of the league. Wow. Bring your appetite when you order here. They’re doing it right. Best flavors I’ve ever had in a pizza. Leslie took my order and was super-cool and accommodating. Customer service doesn’t exist anymore. This must be the last hold-out. Insane pizza. Extraordinarily perfect. Damn.

Great tasting pizza loaded up with toppings. We liked the garlic crust on our pie. It added a nice flare to it. Great tasting toppings and awesome cheesy crust piled high.We will come back!

Fantastic night at Big Jim’s Pizza. The menu blew us away. They have so much to offer! Tonight we had New York Style deep dish pizza, mushrooms and cheese curds. Ask for the caramel dip with your cheese curds and then eat a mushroom in ranch followed by a cheese curds in caramel! Whoa! Try the stout dark beer on tap. Incredible. These guys know their stuff!!! Great job! Will definitely be back.

We ❤ Big Jim's! From The Gobbler to the Shepherds Pie, every pizza tastes amazing. Get some of their delicious pasta to go with it and you're winning in life. Then add the donation barrel out front for wildfire aid. And even better, all the people donating. I know supplies have already been picked up 2 or 3 times. Panhandle Strong! Between the best owners, the fantastic crew, the always delicious food and the amazing customers, you cannot go wrong with Big Jim's Pizza Co. 10/10 every time.

Clean Cosy/Homie feeling Friendly staff Good pizza made with fresh ingredients I didn’t like the flavor of the enchilada pizza, BUT it was made well with good portions of all ingredients. (Just wasn’t my style) Chicken was tender and juicy. Cheese pizza was on point. Can’t wait to return and try more of the menu.

I had the sampler appetizer. Add corn nuggets mini tacos and fried mushrooms. I thought that the fried mushrooms were little on the burnt side. Probably a great place to order and pick up the pizza not so much room in the restaurant area. The one restroom was a multi-gender restroom and it was not very clean almost in all male staff. The staff was also mainly youngsters.

While traveling, I stopped to pick up a pizza to enjoy in my room while watching a basketball game. Knowing I wouldn't make it back to the hotel before the opening tip, I asked one the girls at Jim's if she would find the game on one of their TVs for me. She was very accommodating. I sat in the adjoining bar enjoying the game and the pizza until halftime, then rushed back to my room. The pizza was good, but the amazing service and the atmosphere was great. If I lived nearby, I'd go there often. I absolutely recommend Big Jim's Pizza Company.

Food was good but ordered “No Contact Delivery” as seen on the website. Delivery Driver stated it’s not allowed, but it was allowed last time. Conflicting information. Probably won’t order again not worth the confusion.

It was over all really good my 1 year old granddaughter could have ate 3 slices of the pepperoni pizza. I ate the taco pizza and my friend had the ham and cheese sandwich the sauce tasted good and the sizes were big I’m not complaining the staff was very friendly the only thing that was different was the water but it was fine the tea was out of stock but it was ok I would recommend this place for if you are in Amarillo Texas

So I placed an order last night and said it would be ready for pickup at 7:20pm. Well 7:35 comes and my daughter is inside waiting and was told at 7:35 the pizzas are just going in. I say what?! I call from the car because of course im in comfy clothes and ask if what she heard was correct and we have been waiting for 30 min at that point. Lady was rude. Had to wait for awkward silence before she even spoke and simply sad im sorry. This is the second time this had happened and no thanks. I will go somewhere else.

Don’t waste your money here. First time eating here. Ordered online, and arrived at the time it said it would be ready. Went to the drive thru and was told to pull up to the curb because the pizza won’t fit through the window. Waited 10 mins wondering if I had to come inside to get it, the employee tells me just a couple more mins. Why didn’t you tell me that before hand? So waited a little longer, decided to go inside and check. The lady in the front doesn’t greet or acknowledge me at all. The drive thru employee sees me and says just a couple more mins. I guess a couple more mins means 15 - 20 mins at this place. So I waited some more. I observed the employees in the back, no sense of urgency at all there. After another 10 mins, drive thru employee sees me and is reminded about my order. I watch him go to the kitchen and get my order that was sitting on a top shelf for who knows how long, the food wasn’t hot, luke warm at best. I leave frustrated, thinking the food will redeam Big Jim’s name for the horrible customer service. Of course when I warmed up the cold food, me and my family were very disappointed. The cheese has a weird texture taste. Definitely not real mozzarella. Sauce is more of a paste consistency than sauce. We have tried almost all the pizza places in town, and I would rate the place DEAD LAST. Spend your money at a real pizza place like 575 or Giovanni’s.

Was absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had 50 bucks 1 hour and 20 min for a pizza ok so I thought just busy. But no the worst taste no toppings we even paid 4 bucks for pepperoni who charges for a pepperoni? I thought I bought a dollar tree pizza and there freezer what broke and the pizza was bad then realized I bought big Jim's pizza and realized I wish I had a dollar tree pizza.dont do it folks if you want to waste time so so so much time and money for a less than horrible pizza by al means go for it but domino's or the countless others .at least one good thing came from it we now have a great running family joke about how bad I mean really bad the crust the sauce it's like they took tasteless tomatoes and just crushed it whole and put that on it there were 4 counted 4 pepperoni 4 and we had to pay for that wow please think twice before you waste your time and money. Just was so so bad.

BIG JIMS! What the heck happened?! Man oh man, this used to be my favorite spot and I didn’t wanna accept the fact that this place isn’t it anymore. For starters, y'all go through staff like I’ve never seen before - all the good ones leave. My favorite bartenders? Gone. I didn’t think it was possible to be a bartender and mess up serving a beer IN A BOTTLE, keep a clean bar, or not know how to talk to your customers. I miss the goofy guys that would cut up with us and make delicious drinks. Piles of dishes, food in the sink, and sticky bar top is gross. Kitchen staff that made sure the food is made correctly? Gone. My food is consistently either missing stuff, cold, or just gross - chewy chicken and raw pizza dough isn’t a good look. And forget going here for a quick bite, expect to wait AT LEAST an hour to get your food and don’t hold your breath to be checked on while you wait - you’ll be chewing on ice since your drink won’t be refilled. Friendly front staff? Gone. Girls up front need an attitude check - specifically the one with bangs. A business isn’t successful without good staff and this is such a shame. What a big ole disappointment.

Hope you love red onion a little ridiculous on top of adding a breadstick to our order and paying for it no breadstick but plenty of freaking red onion it smells so bad I can imagine what it’s going to taste like. Will NEVER order this again. No email order confirmation just pissed off. 😡
