Good pizza as always,the girls working could have been a little more friendly and welcoming. When I walked in I felt like I wasn't supposed to be there by the way they looked at me and didn't say anything.

They have quite a good menu, many choices and the customer service is really nice and attentive. My son placed an order over the phone for delivery and they forgot the jalapeno poppers but they where fast in accommodation by giving credit to get them at any later time. When I came to get them (the same day) the employee was really attentive and really quick just told me he would prep a fresh one, only I had to wait about 10 min, but still, and then have me the one they forgot plus the new one. The only tiny detail is, I think the company should provide three employees with a better uniform since the one they wear gets dusty with the Dough powder really fast and the cooks are the same that do cashiering, I mean, presentation is important too. But other than that, this place has really nice customer service oriented workers and good tasty, hot and fresh choices of food.

The works which turned out great but my second pizza was the Hawaiian bbq and it was missing pineapple. I was super annoyed because that's the main ingredient to me in Hawaiian pizza plus my toddler is a picky eater and loves pineapple. So sad to say both times I ordered and my orders were not great. I love papa John's and lived in Lakewood before which is where I would order prior but now that I moved this location is who delivers to me. Hopefully they can get better. Otherwise pizza hut it is.

We had a take out order and when we got home, the order was incorrect. We had several toppings and they only put cheese on it. Called the store and they said we had to return it to store to have it verified and if it was true, they would make another one. In other words, the only thing they would do to fix their mistake was making a new pizza. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t do it because not verify what I was saying. I offered to send a video/pic, still denied. They offered a quality control credit for the future but didn’t offered any code to redeem it, even after asking for one. But you get what you pay for, right?

DONT ASK FOR EXTRA TOPPINGS. If im going to be charged 25 dollars for a pizza with extra toppings, i would expect just that. Its funny how i asked for a regular amount of yellow peppers and thats what i got the most of. Dont get extra toppings. Literally the only enjoyable thing on this pizza was the stuffed crust. The meat isnt that good either. In the words of reviewbrah "My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined" Take notes from little ceasars in terms of toppings.

Do not! I repeat! Do not get robbed by this place! Placed an order through the app, and it says delivery will be 50-60 minutes. 20 minutes past after the promised delivery time, no delivery in sight. Even with a 20% TIP, they do not have the sense of promptness. Called the number, but nobody answered. Two minutes later the delivery lady called and said they would have to cancel the buffalo wings I ordered with the pizza because they do not have it. I said fine. 10 more minutes later, my order finally arrived, and even reminded the delivery lady about the cancellation of the buffalo wings charge. She reiterated that it will be cancelled. Two days later after the credit card transaction got posted, I still got charged! This place is run by thieves!

Ordered a pizza and waited 5 hours for it to be delivered, the app said 38 minutes for it to be delivered. I called in after an hour and was told they were really busy. I was willing to wait for another hour. But it never came while the app said it was delivered. No one knows what happened. I don’t even know if it was ever made. This is not acceptable. I was offered a free pizza as a replacement because there is no way I’m getting my money back. I’ll probably take it but I won’t be back to this branch. I wanted to give zero stars for no service and having my family go hungry tonight but it wasn’t available. I shouldn’t have waited for it…..In the future if I continue with Papa’s and my order isn’t it’s delivered on time then I’m canceling and getting my money back because there is no getting your money back after that.

There is a lady that was working on 1/3/24 asking 5pm that at first may have just forgotten to give the total price of the food ordered but, over the phone when we asked what's the total, because she was going to hang up, she said well what did it say. As if I can see it somewhere. And have an attitude after and just said yup and hung up. We haven't are papajohns in years and was excited to try it until now. Every visit is a surprise, just never a good one. The staff acts like you're ruining their day by asking for the food you actually paid for. Aggressive, clueless, and somehow proud of it. Honestly, it’s almost impressive how consistently bad they are. Almost.

Tonight I tried to order but it wouldn’t accept my card info, tried twice & it still didn’t accept. So I cleared my “cart” closed the app & ordered food from somewhere else. Then I get 2 alerts from my bank about 2 separate $57.00 charges to my account from this location, & while I called to see why & make sure they weren’t making the order(s) & see why the charge(s) I was hung up on before I was finished trying to get complete info. Now I have to waste my time AGAIN to try & clear w/my bank. I will never, I repeat NEVER order from Papa John’s again & would urge caution if you do.

This place is really unreliable. I ordered a pizza today at 4:55, my delivery estimate was 1hr. Okay, cool. I check status at 6:15 and pizza says it's on its way. OK, cool. Pizza isn't here and it's 6:45 so I call and I'm told that driver just left. Pizza shows up at 7:15 and is cold. The establishment has literally just given up on taking any calls because it just rings. I've tried multiple times and they're just ignoring the lines.

Instead of being helpful, they spoke to me with an attitude and acted like I was bothering them for asking simple questions about the prices. When I said the pizza was more expensive than I expected, they laughed, hung up on me, and then called back just to insult me by saying I was broke. The whole experience was embarrassing and disrespectful, and it made me feel like customers aren’t treated with basic kindness or professionalism.After the call ended, the situation got even worse when the employee threatened to post my phone number publicly. They said they could “expose” me online, which felt scary and completely inappropriate for anyone, especially someone representing a business. That kind of threat crossed a serious line and made me feel unsafe, not just disrespected. No customer should ever have to worry about their privacy being violated over something as simple as asking about prices.

Online order paid for pizza, got it home wrong pizza not my order when contacted about the mistake placed on hold while management never answered or apologized offered to make the order I bought. Horrible way to treat someone who made a purchase. Avoid this location unacceptable way to do business.

This franchise needs severe micromanagement. A month ago we ordered for our kids and baby sitter as we went out for a date night. We ordered just before 5 and it typically takes 40-50 minutes for a delivery. As we are getting ready to leave for our date night no pizza has arrived. So I call, the line rings non stop until I hear the receiver pick up and then hang up. Weird, I wait a few minutes try again. Same thing happens. I tried two more times before we had to leave for dinner. I this point I order food from somewhere else. While we are at dinner we keep calling. Someone finally answers but we are put on hold. And we will never talk to a person again. Needless to say it was hard to enjoy ourselves not knowing what is going on. While finishing our dinner we notice on our home cameras that papa John’s finally delivered, it was 8:30, 3 1/2 hours late. They dropped it at the door step and It arrived cold as well. My wife wants to give the store a visit so after dinner we headed there. The store was in chaos and we were told some one forgot to load the receipt paper. They even offered us pizza’s that were from previous back orders. All we wanted was a refund which they fulfilled. Fast forward to last night we ordered two sides cheese sticks and garlic breadsticks. They arrived on time, no issue. However the breadsticks were burnt and not “fluffy like a pillow” as they advertise. We called and a woman said they would send out another to us. It never came. That’s store is an absolute failure and should be converted to a round table. We will no longer order from there. I much prefer round table anyways.
