Good service fast and efficient. Awesome location with ample parking space. Food and drinks are made to order. My bacon was well cooked and the croissant soft and light.
Always friendly staff. They do not kick you out for using Wi-Fi only. They let you use the restroom without hassle. Super clean store. I love visiting with my children.

I know this is a coffee chain, but the service at this Dunkin Donuts is outstanding. On a busy Sunday morning, we were greeted by a lovely, kind woman who took our order. Another young woman was helpful in filling our order (a box of Joe and few other items). While waiting, we watched a young man efficiently filling orders for breakfast sandwiches, etc. Everyone we dealt with with extremely friendly, kind and professional. It was noteworthy service. We loved this place (obviously enough to pen a review)!
Concerning Dunkin Donuts-- and I am a big -time customer of this franchise-- I can say that the place is one of the cleanest Dunkin's that I have visited... and that also applies to their restrooms. This place has 2 of them , and they are kept very clean and well stocked. That means a lot to me. You can tell how much regard a place has for it's customers by how well they maintain their restrooms( if they have one.)

Service depends on who is working that day. Much better than the Dobbs Ferry and Tuckahoe Road location. The dining area is cuter and better kept.
Update on May 13 - much improved and I am updating my rating. Clean floors, trash bins emptied and prompt and friendly service! Update on April 11 - floors clean at midday - coffee a bit better - not burnt Disappointing- floors need mopping and is overflowing in the bins. P.s. the coffee tastes burnt!

Their changed location to a few outdoor strip malls over from it's previous location is a breath of fresh air into this franchise's Ardsley location. There is a nice lounge upon entering with free WiFi. You'd think you're in an upscale coffee shop, and not a generic chain location. Long lines are still prevalent on weekends and busy times of the days, but the decor and service are greater than ever before.
A little off the beaten path and not easily visible from Saw Mill River Road. Otherwise it's a great find with fantastic service. Clean, courteous staff and always well stocked plus more than enough parking.

They are great & willing to give donations for baseball and soccer games or fundraising, Great for the community.

I don’t like that I come to the Dunkin’ all the time.
I normally don't have any bad experiences here, this was my first. There was a hair in my wake up wrap. I was too tired to realize to take the picture and but it was in there. The lady did not say sorry. They just made the new one and gave it to me.

Ordered a $6 sandwich and got prison food. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich which comes with bacon cheddar and 2 fried eggs in a nice set of toasted bread. Atleast that what the ad shows. We know we're never going to actually get ad-quality food, but they really got me by surprise this time. I received 2 fried eggs in an untoasted sandwich. No bacon, no cheddar. God Bless America and these massive chains

Today I ordered hot chocolote for my daughter. It tasted so different that it usually was- very diluted, watery. I came to a DD employee, told him that I was not satisfied, that my drink didn't taste as usual. He just put a new cap on my cup claiming that he added milk, instead of making a new drink. The taste remained the same. Their customer service sucks!
The service is terrible, especially the chubby one, I'm sorry I don't know her name, she shows that she doesn't want to be at work and every time I go to receive my order, she always has an attitude, she is not polite, and she looks with I despise people. That person should not be in the establishment does not give good vibes. I thought her attitude was only with me, but in reality I checked the reviews and it is seen that her attitude is with all the clients. I don't understand why that person is still in the establishment. Why as a client I have to see her attitude or was it perhaps I made a mistake for her to give me an attitude?
My wife and I have been coming to this Dunkin for more than 2 years either before or after church. We've had some not so great experiences but this morning, I ordered the 2 English muffins for $3 and confirmed before I ordered that it was indeed $3 and after it was entered I saw a $6.78 charge and confirmed it was in fact $3 before paying. But of course it was not $3. Only the manager could make the refund but she felt the need to explain in a contemptuous tone how I should have said something before it was charged. The workers had to come over and confirm that I indeed attempted to clarify twice before paying. The issues we've almost always had is with the management of this site. The staff have generally been very good, but we've noticed the management of this site has gone done over the years.
Store is good and service was fast But this is kinda bad experiences because one of your staff made my sandwich without gloves but when another customer ordered for another sandwich they made with gloves. I could’ve call 311 for this but this is one kind of a bad feelings. Anyway I hope they will give better service. Peace.
Ordered ahead and still took 30 minutes for a simple order. Got there and they were making food orders one at a time. 2 staff working, 4 standing around not helping. Will not visit this one again.
This has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming here every single morning for the past three weeks, ordering the exact same thing without any problems — until today. Out of nowhere, an employee tells me I can’t get what I’ve been getting because it’s “not part of the deal.” Make it make sense! It felt like she was just looking for a reason to deny me my order. What made it worse was her attitude — completely dismissive and cold. I couldn’t help but feel like I was being singled out, maybe even judged because I’m not white. This store is in a mostly white neighborhood, and as a Hispanic woman with a darker complexion, that moment made me feel completely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I work two customer service jobs, so I understand how stressful it can be, but there’s absolutely no excuse for treating customers like that — especially when I was calm, polite, and even explained that I’m pregnant. This drink has been one of the few things that’s made my mornings easier these past few weeks, and to be spoken to with attitude and zero empathy honestly ruined my entire day. What’s even more frustrating is that when I checked the Dunkin’ app, I was able to order the same exact thing online for the same price — so clearly, she could have done something. She just chose not to help. This experience left me feeling humiliated and discriminated against when all I wanted was a simple coffee. Management really needs to train their employees not only in customer service but also in basic human decency. No paying customer should walk out of Dunkin’ feeling targeted, disrespected, or like they don’t belong.
