Remember when you got good Taco Bell. Well it’s been so long since I have got Taco Bell that reminded me of what good Taco Bell tastes like. Well twice in row this location hit the spot. They need to train the Oconee connector store on what good Taco Bell tastes like.

Broad st. The food was fresh and hot. Server was nice and ask if I need condiments. I also visited the one in winder a week ago. Food was cold. The lettece was on frozen side. They didn't have the score showing in the window. Should have been a tell tell sign.

This place is one of my wife and I fast food escapes. Just one of several in our little neighborhood. What's neat here are the young people. Good demeanor, helpful and friendly. Yep the food is typical good TB fare. But when you feel your among friends it's a buffet for royalty. OLE!

If you’re looking for a good time come to this Taco Bell. In the 45 minutes we were in the drive thru line, we saw an employee throw food at a customer and witnessed a car accident. So exciting! Dinner and a show! 10/10 would recommend.

I don't know what these other people reviewing this place are even saying. I have been to this place multiple times over the last few years. Every single time I go, the employees are kind to me. (Hint: They are nice to you if you are nice to them). Not only were they nice and the service fast but they stuff the tacos with so much meat, cheese, and everything else. Usually I order multiple items because traditionally they hardly put anything in the tacos but not this place. They load everything up and make sure you got the portion you paid for. They are outstanding. Every Taco Bell should prepare their food like this one.

Had lunch here today with a coworker, it took only a few minutes to get our order and the food was very good! I love a Taco Bell quesadilla with extra jalapeno sauce, but I've had dry chicken and not enough sauce at other locations - no issues here.

I hadn't left a review in my years living in Athens simply because it was just taco bell, but this fall it seems to have really stepped up. I've been 4 or 5 times since August and each time the ordering has been easier and kinder, the food has been fresh and obviously not just sitting, and it seems busier. It's been wonderfully tempting not to see how long this streak lasts. Definitely worth the drive to this location. Thanks taco bell 🌮🔔!

Would have liked to order inside but everything else was great. the guy taking my order made sure everything was correct since the first taco bell I went to didnt have the things I wanted. Very patient staff and food was good.

I ordered online the service wasn't the fastest but the employees where great, I was offered a drink for my wait which is great. Self service available and sauces,napkins and cutlery available at pick up window. Clean well managed and friendly staff. Food was fresher than other taco bell's in the area I've been to. Overall it was a good experience for a quick bite.

This Taco Bell a few months ago had the work staff service I have ever dealt with as a customer. BUT now I have been incredibly please with them being able to get my order correctly and quickly. It has definitely stepped up its game.

Way higher quality and fresher ingredients than the average taco bell, everything was constructed way better than usual as well, and they got my order right despite multiple modifications. But, it was among the smallest portions I've gotten from any location I've ever been to. I wouldn't mind not getting a ton of food, but it meant that everything had way too much tortilla

So I was preparing for a St Paddys day party and I was craving food. This was literally the closest thing to me. So I go get taco bell, and lowkey it took forever. But omg. When I tell you that food HIT. Bro. Omg. And then I went back the same day bc it was literally all I could think about, not to sound big rn. But omg. Just so so, we waited quite a while on our food even though there was no one inside and only one car in the drive thru. We ordered our food on the self-checkout kiosk it was covered in crud. The best part about our visit was the employee that gave us our food he seemed happy to help and eager to please.

Late night fast food at its most famous. However, the staff seemed terribly overworked with between the drive-thru and Grubhub/DoorDash/Uber Rats pickups. As such, my lone burrito ordered in the dining room took 20 minutes to make.

For some reason they're much more expensive than the other taco bells in town. Three stars because at 11pm the drive through guy was high af, handed me my order and said he didn't feel like charging me. So that was nice.

Went through the drive-thru ordered the same thing I always get so I knew exactly how it comes,and I get home and it’s made completely wrong! So I call up there 20 minutes before closing at this point by the time I realize it to be told oh sorry they didn’t even have any shredded chicken and that’s probably why it was not on my meal and that they already put everything away so I could come back in the morning 🤦🏻‍♀️ I was like like so what about my dinner not your problem? Rude and not okay!! Very mad

Terrible! Wait time at the window is 15 minutes. Inside is 10. They talked about closing the dining room to catch up. Hire competent employees and maybe you can keep up with basic orders. Meal was cold too.

Hands down the worst Taco Bell in town, and I'm including the one on east side where there was a shooting. Slow service, food either wrong or cold or both, and just an all around bad time. The renovation hasn't improved things. For the price you're better off going almost anywhere else. Gave them a star because while most of the people there probably don't care, none of them have ever been rude to me.

I live in Watkinsville, so I quite literally pass other Taco Bells to get to this location, because historically, they have been the best & most accurate... However, this most recent visit, the drive thru lady was soooo rude to me.. I was actually embarrassed.. I had my middle schooler in the car with me and HE APOLOGIZED to me for the way this young woman treated me... Middle school boys are pretty nonchalant and unbothered by what I would describe as mild disrespect... So for her to incite that reaction and compulsive apologizing from my son - tells you how bad it was! Why was she rude to me? Because she charged me for a root beer I had ordered at the order box, but told me when I pulled up at the window they were out of root beer and to "pick some other drink" and I told her No Thank You - just take the drink off... Yeah, not wanting anything other than a root beer is what made her flip 🤷🏼‍♀️

Got in like at the drive through and 10pm 8/21. While I watched a staff member have a smoke break, we got out of the drive through line after 20 mins of waiting. Shortly after we gave up on the drive through to order inside, the staff member went back inside and the line started moving. Is this taco bell policy to temporarily close while one staff member takes a break (3 other staff were inside?). Needless to say, after a 30 minute ordeal. We got no food.

This is the slowest drive thru service I have ever experienced. Not on one occasion but multiple especially during evening hours. Something is definitely wrong during the evening working hours. 30-45 minutes wait time is to long. Maybe you should take page from Chick-fil-A.

Order a Mexican pizza and the shells tasted bitter like the grease was old. Also order a nacho grande and I had to search for the cheese it was like the three chips had cheese on it. Got home and I had no sauce even after asking for some. To add I worked at Taco Bell myself for many years but now it's horrible. Never again will I waste my money

If you have to go here past ten o clock pm, dont do it. Employees take their time making food, music so loud you cant hear any thing. Between taking an hour to make one taco and the employees "taste testing" the food, I wont be going here. Good luck to who does.

Ordered food and waited 1 hour, and it never came out. Tons of other pay patrons waited and didn't receive their orders either. Wasn't able to get a refund. Kitchen staff was rude and not working.

As an ex Taco Bell manager this was a horrible experience. Both of the times I’ve been here I’ve been asked to pull up One time because they ran out of beef. On my first visit they left out my drink and I had to bang on the window for sauces. On my second visit here they put lettuce and tomato on my five layer burrito. Not only were there two extra ingredients but the burrito wrapper was sloppily wrapped with bean all over the wrapper. I asked the price of an item on the menu that is not listed as it’s an add-on and I simply got a “I don’t kno”. My visit was early in the morning and I tried to call for a manager and I simply got no answer. I think corporate needs to visit!

Waited in line for nearly 40 minutes on a Sunday evening, and we finally get to order and they say they are closed...at 10:30 pm (they close at 1am). When I asked "don't you close at 1am?" she responded snarkingly "WE CLOSED". No explanation, no nothing. Another night we waited nearly 45 minutes but actually got food. Night shift never has their act together.

Went here Thursday 2/23 at about 11:15. They had no customers and me and another driver were coming to pick up orders. They just laughed and shrugged and said well we can't see the orders so they made us cancel them. Cost me $10. Fire these lazy people and hire people that want to work

Dear Franchise Owner: Management here has given up. I completely respect the longer than normal wait times due to the lack of staff these days, but the middle aged woman who, at the very least, acts like she runs the place, is unprofessional, lazy, and focused on herself as her #1 priority while she's on the clock, working for you. I have blacklisted this Taco Bell for 1 year with a big note on my Google Maps saying "DO NOT EAT HERE". If I see the same middle-aged woman working there acting as management and not general staff, I will add another year to my lost business. Management at this Taco Bell is fundamentally incompetent, and chooses lost business over basic effort. You can find someone better, and if you're losing money on this place, I am certain your management is the root cause. EDIT: I am going to contact RC Group (the apparent owners) and see what they think about their Google Reviews at this location

They had a line wrapped around the building instead of opening the doors and allowing drivers in which would have stopped Alot of the problems called and asked if I could come inside the building I had been waiting a hour in line the woman on the phone proceeded to catch a attitude saying don't talk to me like that we are trying to get these orders done as fast as possible I asked for her name she went quite then said hello again I said what is your name so I can give it to them when I call corporate when I was remaining calmly when I finally made it to the window 2 hours later she was standing there on her phone eating and wearing gloves while trying to make people's orders

This place should get 0 stars. I always order 2 taco and burrito party boxes which I did this evening. I asked for all the toppings this time and understand the upcharge so didn't think $24.29 was suspicious for the total. I was given 1 box (no receipt), this has happened before and I was told by staff in the past they condensed the order into 1 box. I drove out of line and decided to check the order because the box felt lighter and it was just one order. I went back to the window and asked for the rest of my order, I was told it was rung in wrong and it should have been $21.50, for 1 taco and burrito party box with all the toppings and I could get the difference refunded. I needed 2 boxes so I asked for the 2nd without the extra toppings (tomato and sour cream aka supreme) because $9 seemed off for the upcharge. The manager charged me $12.42 for the 2nd box and said she would have the kitchen add toppings on the 2nd box to make up for the difference in the charge, could I pull into a stall and someone would bring it out. When I got the 2nd I checked all of the items again and didn't see tomato on any of them (1st or 2nd box). I drove to the front and was met by the manager who was speaking to someone outside. I told her that there were no tomatoes and I couldn't see sour cream and that at this point I don't want them just my money back. She said they don't do refunds and they could fix it but she only charged for tomato not sour cream so I would have to pay extra for sour cream?! She dug the original receipt (for the incorrectly rung order $24.29) out of the trash but couldn't show me the price for the supreme upcharge on a taco and burrito party box...? This all took an hour and the energy coming from the staff makes me feel like someone spit in my food. Horrible customer service and the worst experience I've ever had at a Taco Bell.

Worst fast food around. I waited 45 minutes to receive burritos with literally ice cubes in them and tacos that half of them were entirely stuck to the (almost certainly) unclean wrapper. Two people of the 4 that also waited 45 minutes beside me inside came back in and demanded refunds before I left with my dog food. I couldn't bring myself to return and get a refund. Enjoy my $28 dollars, I'll never be back. Update: still not back.

They are so rude, I go there to pick up Uber eats all the time and you're sitting in the Drive-Thru for a half an hour just to get to the speaker for them to tell me that they don't have my order. I probably have about a 30% pickup rate there because of this. They are constantly turning down lines of cars. And this so-called rough economy how come this restaurant is turning down obvious money? I mean if I were the manager of this restaurant I would fire everybody. But usually when you have a restaurant ran like this even the manager doesn't care.

Hungry nursing staff disappointed... I placed a mobile order at 11:30 pm for a pick up in the drive thru. Taco bell is open till 1 AM. This gave them an hour and a half to get our order together. I went to the restaurant 11:55 pm and spent 45 minutes in the drive thru line just to be told that they did not have enough food and that they would not attempt to get us our food. There were still 15 cars behind me at that time. They refused to help me figure out how to get a refund and they were rude the entire time. If you don't have the help or the food to complete orders then maybe you shouldn't be accepting orders on the app and close the drive thru.

Do not eat here! Terrible! I just waited over an hour for my Uber Eats delivery from this location only for Uber support to call and tell me that the people at the store had told them I wanted to cancel my order. I told support that was inaccurate, and I had been waiting for 45 minutes already. It was in the wrapping up stage of the delivery for 30+ minutes. Two different delivery drivers sat there and waited for my food just for Uber to finally cancel it. These people working at this location now are terrible. They're rude, and they don't give receipts. The last delivery I had before this one took forever, and they left items out. The last time I went there in person they gave me someone else's bag, and no receipt, and wouldn't come back to the window to correct the issue, so I just took what I was given. This was their last chance. They're not getting any more business from me. These people do not care at all. I wish I could speak to someone in management. Until service here improves, take your business elsewhere!

So bad. The food is the food. It’s ok for cheap Mexican. It’s the employees who are horrible. They don’t care about the guest 1 iota. Standing at the counter they just look straight through you like you aren’t even there. I was waiting for a long time for a delivery order and I asked the employee hey do you know how long it might be? And she walked by and smiled and said no. So I canceled my delivery and let someone else take it when it was ready. Whenever that might have been. Athens Taco Bell’s are in a state of disarray.

Delivery driver here. Customer ordered three sodas. The crew failed to tell me both at the mic and at the window that they were out of that soda, and then they had me wait for ten minutes for the food. The person who walked the food out to me said nothing about the drinks. I went to the window, they were unprofessional about telling me. I called the customer to get a substitute, and then went back to the window. I asked for the new soda, and they simply said I couldn’t walk up to the window and I had to drive back through the lane.....and wait through the very long line. Finally came up to the window, gave the manager the customer’s THIRS choice of drink, and the manager tried to pass the order off as having two drinks, not three. Finally got everything sorted and drove off. Worst visit EVER. And coming from a delivery driver active since May ‘20 who eats Taco Bell at least once a day, that’s saying something.

I literally just went n\here and they were closed when they were supposed to be open. This is the single worst managed taco bell I have ever been to in my life. I've waited for more than 30 minutes in the drive thru on multiple occasions, even when there are only 3 cars in front of me. Whoever owns and manages this franchise needs to be fired and hand over the business to someone who actually cares about the customer. It is simply inexcusable for a fast food chain restaurant to operate so poorly, inefficiently, and be close without posted notice when they are supposed to be open until 4am. GARBAGE MANAGEMENT!

Never accept a DoorDash order from this Taco Bell, especially late at night. You will have to go through the drive thru, putting up with their incessantly long wait time (since they will be as inconsiderate to others as they will to you, in their time), and chances are on an order of sufficient size they will simply pretend they never received it. The person in front of me, also attempting to pick up an order (I am unaware if it was DoorDash, I heard only scattered bits of the conversation) was very loudly and rudely told that his order had not been received either. Before I could even confer with my customer on what to do I was asked to leave the line (as if they were going to service anyone in my absence anyway). Not worth the hit to your sanity, unless the customer pays in gold or you are masochistic enough to put up with truly horrible service.

Horrible. We were in the drive thru and the employee would not even ask us and had delayed in talking to us. Quesadilla was not cut, they forgot the Power-bowl, did not add any sauces, gave me beef instead of beans, and some of the food was cold. We waited in line for 1 hr. Yes you heard that right. Horrible place. I love taco bell food but never going there again. Disgusting

I wish I could give zero stars. this is by far the WORST taco bell i’ve ever been to. IF they take your order, they’re the slowest, most rude fast food experience i’ve ever had.. and that’s EVERY time. 99% of the time they close 2 hours early at least. one time i felt like the woman in the drive through was going to fight me just because they got my order wrong and included beef (i’m allergic). 0/10 do not recommending

My friends and I had two separate orders, and though they received and gave the first order correctly, they completely ignored the second order. When we tried to notify them of their mistake, we were rudely told that we were holding up the line. Lo and behold when we returned home to find that the second order did not exist. This comes after trying to get Taco Bell last night, to which we were told they were out of tortillas and cheese. For the most part, this location is unreliable, as it closes as early as a half hour before their posted hours. You’re better off going to Cook Out; at least they’re consistent and dependable.

They are the worst taco bell I've been to. These people can't even do their job right. You telling a paying customer they can't get more food because you messed up the order initially is insane. What’s the point in even leaving a well thought out review? It’s apparent that upper management does not care about their stores. RC Group runs the Athens area locations. They must have just given up completely. I guess it’s hard to make trash have any manners or customer service skills. So rude. First, don’t go here. In fact, don’t go to any Taco Bell in Athens. Every single one of them closes before it’s time to close.At 9:30pm, I was in the drive thru tonight because it looked like the lobby was closed. I saw a woman walk in so I decided to park and get my Uber eats order inside. As I was walking in, the lady was hurriedly locking the door. I’m waving and she opens the door. I said I had an Uber eats order. She said I’d have to get back in line in the drive thru. Cancel! Secondly, don’t expect your food to be prepared at less than a snail’s pace. I have never had one positive experience in any Taco Bell locations in Athens. RC Group…what exactly do you do? There’s so many negative reviews all saying the same thing. Are the not fixable?

The food was okay. The lady running the drive-thru was a complete unnecessary rude woman. I didn't get my hot sauce I asked for. And had to pay for a drink when I asked for a combo. Will not revisit the Athens Taco Bell. I'm changing this to one star because I tried to give this Taco Bell another chance. I ordered nachos and they forgot to give me the cup of cheese how can you forget that. Really need @tacobell to come give these people some help.

Terrible service. It doesn't matter what day or time, the drive-thru always takes forever, regardless of how many cars. There is almost always something wrong with my order. Last time they didn't even get the sauce right. Cashiers are extremely rude and I've even had one roll her eyes at me when I wanted my food remade after it was made with meat (I'm vegetarian) and specifically asked, more than once, for "no beef". And they are usually out of Baja Blast so, basically this is the worst Taco Hell I know of.

I spent probably an hour in the drive thru line just to pick up a Doordash order. And this was at about 1-2 am! They could have either a mobile pick up window or at least let me pick it up at the door to save me some time.

Order took 45 minutes to fill despite it being fully staffed with no one inside and never more than one vehicle in the drive through. I had to remind them multiple times about my order for it to be filled. Many employees were just standing around.

One of the worst taco bells I've been too, there was one car ahead of me, yet somehow I had to wait 2o minutes to order and another 30 to get my food. I ordered 2 cravings boxes and some side items, everything was wrecklessly shoved into ONE big BAG. If I order a box, that's what I expect, they could have at LEAST separated the meals into different bags. I was also overcharged and didn't get everything I paid for. not to mention the food was nearly cold. not exaggerating when I say this was the most disappointing taco bell experience I've had.

seeing previous reviews of the last month, I am seeing my experience is no different. I placed a mobile order for the drive thru and sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before pulling up. Before I even got to the window the worker already had the window open and waiting for me so she knew I was there the whole time. She tried telling me “there was a new policy that pick up orders were inside only.” I told her there needed to be a sign or notification on the app or something if that was the case and went inside. I had my two year old with me so that is why I did drive thru in the first place. I got my food after being inside for five minutes and 3 separate things were missing. My drink, chips and cheese and wings. I told them and had to wait 5 more minutes for the rest of my food all my food being hot and fresh was out the window. I watched NUMEROUS people walk in and not be acknowledged by the staff. When they would be able to get the staffs attention they would make them order at the kiosk. This location is full of people who do not want to work and make you order your own food or come inside to get it. That is really hard for people with kids or even disabled people! You bet I called customer service to report it and I will be back to see if it’s better and if not will be taking appropriate actions because we have to stand up for disabled or elderly people who need that assistance this location isn’t willing to give.

Staff were super unprofessional. Nobody expects Taco Bell employees to be great, but at least take our order when we're in the drive thru. The people in front of us left, and we had to say "hello?" after five minutes of sitting in silence. The employees were laughing and joking amongst themselves, clearly just not interested in doing their jobs. We had to repeat our order twice just because they weren't paying attention. Taco Bell, somehow failing at even doing the bare minimum.

Once again, night shift was rude towards my Husband! They never have the food we want to order because they are “out” of it!!!! Instead of being more professional the young lady got loud and smart with him… we left and went to McDonalds! Please retrain your staff properly and make sure inventory is done correctly during all shifts! Not sure how a fast food Taco place keeps running out the food they advertise on their menu 🤷🏾‍♀️ Respect and common courtesy go a long way 😉

Genuinley the longest wait time ever. The workers simply don’t care. Clearly a very relaxed and fun place for the “workers” to hangout with their friends. The problem is they don’t make food. genuinley awful

I would like to specifically call out the Assistant General Manager, Alesha, for her horrendous customer service. Her unwillingness to reason with the customer to sort out an issue caused by her employees is unfortunate. She was rude and care free. I have always been a satisfied customer with Taco Bell restaurants with their food and customer service. I am thoroughly disappointed in how this store is operated.

Food takes waaaaaaaaay too long to be made, placed a pick up order around 7:30 food wasn’t ready till 8:40pm. Like how? Order freezes and didn’t receive them, gave us fountain drinks. Upgraded our crunch wrap to steak and still got beef, ordered supreme tacos and they came without the tomato and lettuce.

Worst location in Athens. Employees are beyond rude. Only came today because I wanted something quick and vegetarian to eat. Online ordered and I had to drive around THREE times due to stuff missing/made incorrectly. If they were busy, I get it, as stuff happens; I’m a restaurant manager myself and I understand. I ended up just leaving after the employee tried to tell me I was wrong about what I ordered (when I had my phone screen out with the itemized receipt, total, and pictures of the items I ordered). Half of my food was made with steak, was missing an item, then when they made it, put who could have guessed…steak in it. I waited 30 minutes for my food to be made wrong, missing items, given stuff I did not order/can’t eat, and given an attitude. Never coming to this location again.

This is the absolute worst location. The night shift staff are the rudest people I've ever had the misfortune of interacting with. Tonight is just one of many horrible experiences I've had at this location. Trash. I work for uber. I arrived at 11:40pm. They are open until 1:00am. It took me 30 minutes just to get to the intercom to let them k m ow i had two orders to pick up. They told me to hold on. That's it. HOLD ON. Then they had me wit until 12:56am before I pulled around after they refused to reply to me and they told me they don't have any food they are closed. They need to fire the night shift manager and 90% of their staff. Absolutely horrible people.

Don’t waste your time and money. Ordered online and paid. Got in the drive thru. Waited 45 minutes and only 1 car moved meanwhile an employee was standing outside the front door twerking. Hands on the ground, butt in the air, going to town with a drive thru full of cars. Never got our food, just some questionable entertainment.

Came here 3 weeks ago at 8pm after craving Taco Bell for a few days I was at the drive thru speaker for about 5 minutes with no answer doors to inside were locked as well, employees were inside doing who knows what in the window, truck behind me also got ignored. I made this review because my online Uber eats order also got ignored. I had 3 drivers all cancel on me after getting to the store the only reason I could think of is the employees ignoring customers again. I had to cancel my order as I was never gonna get it and was charged because they had to compensate the restaurant for something the employees were never gonna make. I don’t understand how you can just ignore paid orders, stay away from this location until they get new management.

I'm editing my previous rating from depends on the day to depends on the race - this restaurant is clearly biased to who they serve based on the color of your skin. I would never make this accusation lightly but after countless bad experiences it is impossible to ignore the difference in service my wife and I receive compared to some of the other customers. The way they always speak to us is appalling and just nasty.I won't be going back after this last time and I urge others to drive a little further down Atlanta Hwy to the one near the thrift store.

The worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. 45 mins for 2 cars to order in drive thru!!! Rudest most disrespectful people working. This place should be shut down for sheer fact they don't know how to run a business. The line was to the street until 6 cars pulled off because of how long it took. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves for your behavior in this restaurant. So unprofessional will never attempt to eat there again. In utter shock at this place!

I try not to leave negative reviews, but this is one of the worst fast food locations ever. I have kept coming(over the span of 2 years) hoping things will improve, but every time my order is wrong(whether I order through the app or in person, I don’t make large or picky orders). They ignore you when you walk in to order(I’ve been ignored even when I’ve tried to say hi to get their attention), and the drive thru always takes forever even if you’re the 2nd person in line. This time really was what pushed me to write this review. We ordered on the app, waited in the drive thru and get up to the speaker. It’s blacked out and we waited about 10min and said hi a couple times. We finally said to the speaker that we thought it was broken and would be pulling around to the window. Pulled up to the first window because we assumed the speaker must be broken, it wasn’t. She heard us talking and didn’t respond at all. The woman was absolutely out of line. She said we had to pull back in line(there were now 8 cars in line). We explained again we thought the speaker was broken but we have a mobile order that’s already paid for. She was extremely rude and said it didn’t matter and there’s only two people working and shut the window on us. I understand food workers go through hell(I worked at a Taco Bell/kfc as my first job and other fast food chains for almost 10yrs), but this was totally unnecessary and they need a serious retraining and new management. It would have been literal hours if we had continued to wait at the speaker with no response or got back in line all over again. I have NEVER received such terrible service but it just keeps getting worse here. For reference we ordered 2 burritos and had zero attitude because we know how hard it is to work fast food, but there was no excuse for this. I wish I could say I’m exaggerating but it is crazy how bad this location is. I think this was finally the last time I will ever go here.

We ordered inside the dining room on the kiosks. Service was extremely slow, and no human was available to acknowledge our presence whee we inquired about our order status. The non-service team was seemingly bothered by my request for order status. I used to love taco bell, but never have been treated so lowly in any of my dining experiences. Shame on you #PepsiCo, #tacobell. You should be better than this.

Ordered a Lux Box, Mexican Pizza, and drink. Food has old grease taste and smell. They did offer to remake it but what's the point if its the same oil?

It was horrible I stood there for 2 hours waiting on my order and watched the whole taco bell crew play around and flirt with each other slowly making one order at a time until they stacked 10 orders up there beside the sandwich board. Ignoring the lobby full of customers the whole time and look on there phones before they would finally call a few of those orders out then again back to making more orders to stack up beside them it took 45 minutes after my order said it was ready on my phone to even start making my order and finally got the order after being there for like I said 2 hours. It's horrible and then when I got my order it was all wrong most my nacho taco was 3 quarters empty my bean burritos were so small it was mostly sour cream very little beans no cheese it was horrible I ended up going to McDonald's and feeding my family because the food was so scarce. And we were still hungry and by that point angry. What a waste of my money! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. 3 nacho taco party packs and 3 beefy 5 layer burritos couldn't feed 2 adults and 3 kids ..... Horrible! 😞😞😞😞😞

Claims they are open until 3 but when going through the drive through at 1:30am they said the system was down and couldn’t take orders. Yet through the window workers sitting and eating. Could have easily adapted by allowing people to come order at the window or come inside. If your not going to provide customer service at listed hours change them and close early.

Night shift attitude was horrible when my order was made wrong. The manager was so pleasant on the phone when I drove 20 minutes to get here and home then open my order and it was made wrong. When I came to have it remade, the chalupa bread was still cold. Another customer verified it was because the worker kept touching the bottom where the meat was saying it was hot. She blamed it on tomatoes being placed on my tacos why the chalupa bread was hot. She was so rude to me. I do not even complain at restaurants. I just decide to not come back but I have purchased from here before with no problem so I did not expect the attitude and problems when correcting an order that this establishment messed up. I waited 20 mins in line for an order I placed through Taco Bell. When the order was being corrected, I waited another 20 minutes for the employees to be mad at me because my order wasn’t correct. I will never place an order here again.

I ordered from door dash and didn’t really get to eat. I got loaded nachos and they put no meat on them so essentially I got chips with lettuce on it. I didn’t order my usual 2/3 tacos with it assuming the nachos would fill me up but now I’ve paid and waited for dinner and have no dinner because I have chips with lettuce delivered to me. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves.

I placed an online order at 11:50 and was told it takes 10-15 minutes for the order to come in and that I can pull around and wait in one of the parking spots. One guy who was very nice informed me that they still hadn’t received it yet and I asked if I could just show them my order and get my food that way. He asked and was told no, which is fine. On my Taco Bell app, it said that my order was completed. However, I waited until 12:40 and pulled back into the drive through to try and get an explanation. I pulled up and asked if they had received my order yet and the lady told me no and that their machine was down. I asked them why they didn’t tell me that initially and she said “we told you it wasn’t in yet” which is not at all the same as saying the system is down. They had me wait for an hour knowing the system was down? The girl I spoke with was very rude and short tempered and when I asked what her name was she refused to tell me and told me to have a good night. Very unprofessional. Not to mention they were only selling tacos and burritos for some reason yet the line still took about 10 minutes to move three cars. I was also unable to get a refund.

Just came to the drive thru and was rushed to place my order, then when checking my order for accuracy, found there was no extra sour cream on or for neither my taco or chalupa but was charged for extra sour cream on both. Then upon the first bite of my chalupa, found it to be quite stale and slightly chewy just like the taco I had ordered as well. Very disappointed and displeased with the experience.

Staffs need to become professional. I guess they get order anyway, so they dont care about being amicable. Your order can be waiting more than an 1-2 hr, specially on weekends. Worst, they will make you wait hours, saying, we are working on it or it will take few minutes. The volume of order they get, they should put a waiting time display. I saw people waiting hours on the front without knowing how long their order is going to take. Such a disregard for peoples time. Even worst, they took their pick up shelf inside and they dont come often to the front, its so chaotic, mismanaged place. Delivery driver, if you dont get your order by 10 mins, cancel and move on unless you get paid by hour.

Whoever was working tonight was incredibly rude. First we had pulled up to the window and one of our items were missing when we were handed our food. We asked if we could get the item and she had said that we didn’t order it. She was very rude when we were willing to pay for the item. We also waited forever for our first items and waited even longer for the second. She had told us to pull up when there was nobody behind us and it was only one item. Then we finally walked inside because we waited at least 15 minutes and they hanged us our bag with a very rude look and said nothing. Honestly dissapointing considering the fact it was not busy at all.

I had been waiting for a Doordash order when I discovered that the employees would place the orders in a giant pile on a table in the kitchen area, only calling out the names once and then ignoring them. When I called them out on it, they got an attitude with me and berated me for not listening. As someone who used to work at a Dairy Queen, I understand the frustration they must have had with me, but harassment was not the play. This is strike two for Taco Bell. Another one, and I am boycotting their restaurants until things get better.

I am currently waiting for my food that I ordered online as I type this. It has been over 1.5 hours since I ordered my food and I still have not received it. My friend ordered 4 minutes before me online and hers took 40 minutes to come out. I love taco bell but this is insane. If you guys do not have enough workers to get the food out on time, then be closed for the day. I feel bad for the workers and everyone that is waiting for their food. At 12:30 we arrived. At 12:45 they locked the doors to the inside after I placed an inside order. We finally told the speakers at 1 am. We are still here at 12:35 waiting on our food. Service is awful. The worst thing ever

Can't truly rate them on the food. Sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes and left, after waiting about 10 to order. Hopefully they were just understaffed this night and you don't run into it, but I'd say just go two miles up the road and try the other location.

Today I tried to go through the drive-through and the same associate yells at me for not being able to hear me at the drive-through. However, my car turns off when I’m at the drive-through and the person before me she managed to hear perfectly fine. I don’t know what is happening at this location if they need a new speaker system, but it needs to be addressed. I have asked some of my siblings and my dad has tried to go there and have the same experience. It literally makes you just drive off so you’re losing sales. I don’t know if this is just a disgruntled employee because the other employees they’re perfectly fine. It’s this particular employee and you know it’s this employee because they give you a hard time if you’re checking in with a Code. That is her letting you know she is already done with you. I was there around 11 AM. I hope this helps. This is a college town and we love our Taco Bell so much. It’s a shame to see so many bad reviews here when some of the staff is incredible, and they make the best food out of any of the Taco Bell‘s in our city.

I ordered 2 Doritos tacos & then asked to change it to the combo meal (3 Doritos tacos & drink) since it was inly a few dollars more when I went to the window. I was the only person in line. The individual working was very rude and refused & said they already made my order so I drove away because I’m not going to pay for something I don’t want.. She yelled something out the window at me as I drove off. All they had to do was make another taco just like the one I already ordered and a drink. Not a big deal. She was just looking for a fight. Trashy.

Do NOT go at night, it is a truly miserable place. They will take foreverrrrr and by forever I mean 40+ minutes. The staff, bless them, seem to be woefully incompetent, or maybe they just don’t care, or both. The one on Barnett Shoals is better, the one in Watkinsville is top tier. I assure you, the drive to those is worth it to avoid the abyss that is Taco Bell West Broad.

It took 22 minutes to get our order this morning. 22 minutes for 3 burritos and a quesadilla! No offer for compensation. Place hasn't been cleaned since yesterday. Ridiculous! Update: Seven months later and I made the mistake of giving them another chance. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. We ordered breakfast four five this weekend, Nothing huge, just the breakfast taco combo. It was 10 total tacos, half bacon and half sausage and almost all of them were burnt and none of them were sufficiently filled. There was hardly anything in them. The employees were cold and made the wrong number of drinks. The one said they were out of the coffee I ordered for one of the combos so she just made me two Pepsis. I had to remind her that I had five combos. She looks at the receipt then the other lady comes over and advised her to make me two more Pepsis since they didn't have the coffee (remember I ordered five combos) which would have made four total drinks. I had to tell them that I'd already paid for the coffee and still need five total drinks. The entire order was a train wreck. I never heard from anyone on the first order seven months ago and am waiting to see if there will be a reply on this one. It took a bit to get the app to let me submit my complaint. It wasn't going to let me choose to have someone contact me, but after several tries I finally got it to select that option. We'll see.
