I stopped by for breakfast on 6/25/16. During my visit, I observed a man who was walking with a cane and appeared to be suffering from possibly a stroke. I saw him filling up his water cup at the drink station, and he was turning around to walk to his table. I looked away for a moment, then I looked back, and I observed a gal who was working there come out from behind the counter and offer to carry his water back to his table for him. He gratefully accepted her offer. This was a tremendous exhibit of kindness I haven't seen in quite some time. I was truly impressed and I hope the owner of this Restaurant has the opportunity to see this post. I believe her name was Michelle.

I just had the steak burrito, and I usually don’t comment on fast food- but this was hot ingredients were fresh tastes awesome! I’ll be back for that!

Service was good. The person who took our order at the counter was cheerful. Unusual at a fast food restaurant. Chicken sandwich was good. Zucchini side was tasty.

Usually have the chicken tenders. They are really good. When you get them always ask for fresh cooked. You have to wait for about 7 Minutes. It is worth it. If it is quicker they are both not as crisp and tend to be rubbery.

you know when your super hungry and you see a carl's jr. things are going to get handled. service is perfect, prices are great. my choice is the guacamole thickburger combo. i haven't finished one yet. gonna keep trying

Holy Smokes! I have been to a bunch of Carl's Jr. Here in California, but this one is by far one of, if not the best. Every time I have been here the fries have been freshly fried, the buns are not stale, and the staff is very friendly. The dining area is clean and wonderful! Really happy with this location!

(Almost) every Saturday morning I make a trip to pick up some french toast sticks. I'm always grateful to see Betty's smiling face greet me at the drive-thru. I hardly ever take the time to write reviews, but just wanted to let your company know what a gem you have working for you. Oh, and the french toast sticks are delicious too!

Holy Smokes! I have been to a bunch of Carl's Jr. Here in California, but this one is by far one of, if not the best. Every time I have been here the fries have been freshly fried, the buns are not stale, and the staff is very friendly. The dining area is clean and wonderful! Really happy with this location!

This place is great. I love the guy at the drive-through and my food is always hot. I have no complaints.

This carl jr does the best lettuce wrap of all the local fast food, and there is one guy that takes my order that all ways sounds enthusiasts to do his job.

As far as fast food goes, Carl's Jr. Is top of the burger joints. They were fast and efficient. I had a special order (I can't eat cheese) and they happily obliged.

Fast drive thru, but the burgers were a bit old and dry and so were the onion rings on my western bacon. Fries were hot and pretty good..

Its always good. They gave me diet coke instead of dr pepper, and the bag ripped when they handed us the food and it all fell on the ground but they re made it and brought it all out for me.

Every thing is pretty good and about as you'd expect. But prices are ridiculous. $7.50 for just a Famous Star out the door, no drink or fries. That's a little much for what you get.

Pricey as all California fast food is. Food was typical Carl's jr. I enjoy it. Service was good. Friendly and efficient.

It's nice to see a fast food restaurant that still offers a grilled chicken sandwich vs deep fried chicken. The Habit is the best, but there is not a Habit near our home, unfortunately. CJ's will work in a pinch.

This place is hit and miss. Usually there ok but they do mess up more than you'd like. They area is rough especially at night. I wouldn't ever consider dine in to many weirdos roaming the area at all times. There's a light rail station accross the street so it's always busy .

Ordered my food via mobile app. Drive thru attendants' attitude was less than friendly. It wasn't hard to see that she didn't like her job.

Fast food has gone down hill, unfortunately Carl's has had to follow suit. Not what it was five short years ago. Still by far your best choice for a burger and fries.

Have had good experiences here, but I bought $100 in gift cards from scrip to support my sons school in Auburn for CJs and they won't accept them because they don't take gift cards. Total garbage.

I do like their hamburgers, but their breakfast sandwiches have soggy bread. I ordered a $3 hamburger today, but what I got was a $7 burger. I didn't want to make a scene, and they didn't offer to make my order right. But I admit the $7 hamburger was good.

Edit: my latest trip to Carl's Jr was MUCH better. The television was on food network and the staff was WAY more pleasant. The food was pretty good. The staff was very impolite as if my very presence was unwanted. The woman taking my order did not greet me. She did not smile, she was not polite. The television was on, blasting biased news.

I went through the drive thru today at 433pm. ( per my receipt) Did not get the entire order I paid for. Good thing this mom will give up her food for her kids.

They don't have the Hawaiian burger, I guess it was to much money to add a slice of pineapple on a burger. When I want a piece of fruit on my burger I want a pineapple, I can get a tomato anywhere.

We stopped in before visiting my sister to get a quick breakfast. Upset they gave me a biscuit breakfast sandwich when I ordered a breaded breakfast sandwich.

I waited for 11 minutes in the drive through for one large fry. And they were old and tough. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

They screwed up my order even after the person taking my order repeated it back to me. I was already home, a 20 min drive, when I discovered my order was wrong. I like the Carl's located on Lincoln Way in Auburn much better.

I ordered a lettuce wrapped guacamole burger I took it back in because I thought it was wrong i barely had any guacamole i honestly only saw 1 small circle the rest was this orange sauce all over so thick in that sauce.. the patty was really small too so it was find of lettuce wrap & orange sauce a sm patty looked like a child burger for way too much money. I was not happy at all. & my husband's burger a superstar was such a mess too and patty was little too it was mainly bun & sauce . 😣😠 won't go to this place again. Rip off & they wouldn't fix.

Not as good as most Carl's, burger just did not seem too fresh. The plus side though the red onions were thick cut, and lots of sauce. Good and messy.

I went there today December 2, 2017 ordered a grilled cheese breakfast sandwhich and received a cold “grilled” cheese sandwhich the cheese was just placed on there not melting or anything seemed like it was just pulled out of the fridge, the eggs and meat were chilly and bun was gross you could tell no one took the time to really make the sandwhich instead just threw things together and called it good. I will never be going back, and Carl’s Jr. is one of my favorite places to go out, just not this one

The carb burger was great. But I had to go BK they put onions on my burger...then they put a bun on it...then I was mad and got no apologises. I was late for work..Carl's on hwy49 auburn..dummy's working there

The food here is hit and miss, sometimes it looks and tastes amazing however more times than not my burgers have been put together extremely sloppy with half the burger overlappong the other half. The food also has a tendency to be extremely bland and at times cold. I have also witnessed the cooks in the back go from cleaning some equipment to making food without even washing their hands.

When I noticed my sandwich was nothing like what I remembered I took it to the counter, the girl was tripping up an older lady, as unpleasant as the girl herself, and I asked what happened to the sprouts and the bread and she told me sprouts are bad for you...nice 'medical' advice from a ffw. $24 for two subpar chicken sandwiches swimming in mayo, some fried zucc, and 6 piece poppers. Carl's Jr. used to be about quality fast food but not anymore...now it's just high priced mcdonald's. Never eating at carl's jr. again.

$10 for a burger that was actually cold. You deserve better. Stop supporting this chain.

This location is always closed although it’s listed as open on Google. Also it says big NOW OPEN on the front since forever and when you get there close enough you see the lights are out.

I have come here many times over the past few months. The burgers have been so cold that the cheese is not even melted on the patty. I will no longer come to this Carl’s Jr. 👎🏼

Visit any OTHER Carl's Jr. than this one!!! Paid $8 dollars for cold, soggy, famous star. The shake was good.

Good Biscuits however the rude behavior from employee Anahi G needs to stop. I have always been pleasant toward workers there but she seems to always take offense at me for no reason. Can't understand the open hostility toward a customer.

I just ordered a burger with 2 sides hamburger patties 2 sides of chease 2 sides of bacon & specifically said I'm gluten free that's why I order this way. It came on a bun. I called & they hung up on me & than wouldn'tanswer their phone! They attempted to put me in the hospital for Thanksgiving. I'm calling their corporate office.

The manager had zero compassion for two evacuees of the Bennett fire. My disabled father drove from Grass Valley to the restaurant. He needed to stretch his back out due to disability. He stretched out on the lawn in front of the restaurant. The manager came out and told us to move. When I explained the situation, he just stood there with his arms crossed and glaring at us. It made my father uncomfortable and he got up to leave slowly back to his car. I went in to ask the manager for the district manager or owner's phone number. He took my number instead. I am still waiting on that call Mr. Owner.

They refused a lady with a walker to use the restroom and still will not let you eat inside even with the county being open for indoor seating. I did not order anything because I would not support a business that is treating the public with no respect. Jeff

Got a firey chicken sandwich combo, asked for no sauce and i only got lettuce. Who knows how that happened. I called in to complain and Taylor the manager said i could come in the following day for a replacement meal. I went through the drive through the next day and the cashier said he can only replace the sandwich not the fry and drink that came with it. Super bad business.

Sign clearly says on their ordering screen breakfast burger all day but apparently they said they are no leon's serving it all day. I'm super pregnant and that is all I wanted. I really wish they didn't have it advertised if it wasn't true.

When I tell the person taking our order that we don't when the goupy cheese, the excessive mayo, or the onions, we mean it. I don't think we will go back again. Took a long time to get the goop off our hands.

Getting the worst food poisoning I've ever dealt with is unfortunate. Burger was cold so I assume food temps were not checked. Very unfortunate for me.

I went in real quick to grab my dog some chicken Stars. I get to the drive-thru window the manager that is always there greets me he's very pleasant. But what I saw next completely turn me off that I never want to eat there ever again I don't even want my dogs to eat there. This poor gentleman has psoriasis very bad and I guess they were itching but he was scratching them as he was talking to me at the window and it was flaking off and falling on the silver part in the Drive-Thru that's disgusting you work with food and then he did not wash his hands to go grab my chicken stars and put them in the bag for my dogs. Very unhealthy and very unsanitary, this should be covered up if it is this bad due to the fact that is contamination of food should really be looked into before the health department is involved.

I went through the drive through and presented the QR code on the app and the employee said that the code was ringing up as item not found and asked if I wanted to pay full price. No, I'd like to use the app and the deal that Carl's Jr has been spamming on Facebook for the past weeks.
