Went to Karin Thai while we visited Auburn as the reviews by others noted they offer vegan options. We ordered four entrees between the four of us to be able to try different items: Pumpkin curry with veggies Green curry with veggies Cashew Nut with Tofu Pad Kee Mow with Tofu We substituted brown rice for the standard white rice. My personal favorite was the Cashew Nut- it was one of the best I've ever had anywhere. The flavors were strong which was a delight as usually this dish is lighter in flavor and requires chili sauce (sambal) to enhance the flavor. No need here! My son's love the pumpkin curry. Again, hard to find pumpkin curry at most Thai restaurants in the US and this was so delicious and they didn't skimp on the pumpkin. In fact, the same was true for all of our entrees as you can see from the overflowing plates and bowls. So glad we came to this Thai restaurant while we visited the area.

Sum Tum salad large enough to share X2. Red Curry +3 temperature added Shrimp. (1-5 Temperature) I prefer vegetables cut long more crunch. It was decent tasting overall.

So pleasantly surprised by this place! The woman at the register was so kind and lovely. I had the Pad See Ew and spring rolls… The food was wonderful!! Not greasy, perfectly portioned and so tasty. Definitely will come back here again :)

This was my first time here, and it was certainly worth it. Me and my dad got pad Thai, and they were super good. We got to go, and they prepped it fast. Our food was waiting there when we arrived, and it was hot. I would recommend this to anyone.

Nu, the one one who served me and my friends was very accommodating despite the fact that we came in 30 minutes to their afternoon closing. He did not hurry us to dinish in fact he told us to take our time and enjoy their delicious food.

Crying Tiger (Ribeye steak marinated with Thai herbs and served with a spicy Thai dipping sauce and sticky rice) So much flavor. So many other dishes I will need to try in the future.

We ate here for the first time today and my only regret was not visiting sooner. The food here is amazing, the best Thai food I've ever had. Highly recommend trying the samosas, fresh avocado rolls and green curry. We also had Pad Thai and it was so authentic and flavorful. I can't wait to go back and try everything!

The calamari -- top notch!!! Absolutely the best. The Tom Yum soup -- my husband says yours is his favorite. I prefer mine a bit more sour, but he says yours was slightly less sour and he loved it. The yellow curry -- very fragrant! You offered the BEST customer service hands down! I have some free beautiful Ganesha statues I will bring by in the next few months to you. I've been looking for a home for them, and I just know they will be appreciated at your restaurant!!!

My wife and I were looking for a Thai restaurant outside of the Sacramento area. Karin Thai did not disappoint! The food was out of this world, we went with the Thai Iced Tea, Tom Kha soup and Yellow Curry. The service there was very friendly and attentive to our requests. Prices were very fair, which is hard to find now a days when eating out. Thank you Karin Thai, we will definitely be coming back again soon.

Very good Thai food on the way to Tahoe. Portion sizes were good. Chef was able to customize some varieties for kids too. Their daily specials deserve an extra credit - order some from their specials list, totally worth it. We are a group of 12, they easily accommodated it in the short space.

Our first time here. Love the space and decor of the elephants. The server was super personable shared her story of living in Thailand also super attentive - kept checking us to make sure we are doing ok. Our son wanted steak without any sauce and it was not on the menu so the chef made something special for him. It was cooked perfectly and delicious. We will definitely come back again to this little gem. Thank you for making it a great experience today!
