The food was amazing and good prices. Parn was our server and she made us feel so welcomed. She was attentive and kind.

Incredible restaurant within Gaylord. Authentic Colorado cuisine - good food, nice cocktails. Marcos is king of this place, best drinks best service. Remembered me by name a year after my last visit.

Had Mahlet as our server for breakfast and she was SO FUN! I had such a blast joking with her and she was always smiling and told us about all the special menu recommendations. Absolutely coming back tomorrow to sit in her section. She is like my restaurant mom now.

Sushant is a great server. The best location if you fly into Denver this is the place to stay.

The chicken and biscuits were very good, although it seemed more like chicken pot pie. The grain salad was phenomenal. I added salmon which was a little overcooked. My daughter-in-law got truffle fries with some hot chicken. The amount of food was over the top. Our service was good, but the prices were too high.

Our server Sushant was absolutely amazing. We had such a beautiful dinner for our anniversary. He had great recommendations for what to order. I got the prime rib and my sweetheart got the duck mole. The food was absolutely incredible!

Came for a special event. No need to leave the convention center for a nice sit down meal. Copper Table offers Gourmet quality food. The waitress recommended a drink and it wasn’t to my taste. No qualm getting it replaced with another recommendation. We enjoyed our main course and dessert. Just a pleasant experience and atmosphere.

Alicia was a fantastic bartender and server! She was super attentive and friendly. I got the breakfast buffet and it was delicious! Lots of options to choose from and they even had a real life honeycomb! Great place to have breakfast and a great start to the morning! Highly recommend! ☕️🍳🥓

Based on other excellent reviews, we decided to try Copper Table. Like the others, we were not disappointed. The food exceeded our expectations with excellent flavors, perfect spices, excellent preparation and great presentation. We had a a great server. We very much enjoyed out first meal here and what will definitely not be the last.

Came here for a work trip and stopped by here for appetizers and cocktails. Ashley was our server/bartender and she was the bomb!! She made our cocktails perfectly and listened to all of our requests for how we wanted our cocktails crafted! Best passion fruit martini I’ve EVER had!! I will definitely be back!!

Beautiful restaurant with a lovely ambiance. Parn, our server, was delightful.... Checking in on us frequently. The food was delicious and presentation was top notch. Highly recommend the avocado toast. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Items are labeled for allergens, making it easy to know what is safe.

Came here for breakfast but stayed for the conversations with Mahlet. She provided top notch service and the food was great. I loved my steak and eggs entree.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing! I had the Biscuits and Gravy and it was prepared perfectly, with just the right amount of seasoning. Even the presentation was beautiful. Our server Carmella was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu offerings. She checked on us frequently and provided phenomenal service!

What a meal, the venue was fantastic. Really a beautiful festive atmosphere. This was a new experience for us from a holiday perspective and I think may quickly become a tradition. Glenda was an incredible host. Attentive and sincere. We wanted for nothing and got all the feels of a home cooked dinner. I hope her and hers have an awesome holiday. We had an absolutely delightful breakfast. Excellent food.. I need to know where they get that bacon!!! Omg, absolutely addictive! 😂 But the best part of the experience was our exceptionally delightful waitress. Mahlet was so lovely. Polite, kind and very friendly. Even if the food had been horrible, which was not the case, I would have given the experience 5 stars for her service. Highly recommend asking for her!

We had such a great experience here, and a huge part of that was our bartender, Ashley. From the moment we sat down, she took amazing care of us from walking us through the food menu with great recommendations to making sure everything came out perfect. The food was incredible, the service was top-tier, and the drinks were absolutely amazing. Ashley’s drinks were so good that we actually came back later just for her and she did not disappoint. Her energy, attention to detail, and overall vibe really made the experience. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it shows. Best drinks ever!!!! She knows what she's doing for sure. We’ll definitely be back, and if you’re there, do yourself a favor and ask for Ashley. We’ll see you there too.

Our service was outstanding. Alicia was so attentive. We didn’t come in wanting the buffet, we are just gonna order a simple breakfast, but she encouraged us to go take a look at it and everything was so good. The bacon was crispy. The eggs were cooked. The eggs Benedict was perfect and hot We ordered a waffle and it was light and fluffy and delicious. Can’t wait to come back for breakfast tomorrow.

My partner and I stopped in for lunch. Our server Carmella was fantastic. We had corn bread (fresh; served in a crock), chicken tortilla soup (lovely rotisserie chicken), and my partner had a bison burger with fries (loved the crispy fries). It’s a cosy place - reasonably priced and our service was excellent. I would’ve appreciated more vegetarian options as there were very few, but we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless. Great atmosphere - the music and artwork are all in keeping with a “luxe rustic” theme and our food was elegantly presented. I was especially grateful they have cushions on the chairs and plenty of space to allow for privacy. Be sure to bring your parking voucher or you’ll have to run out and return to be reimbursed.

Mahlet was the sweetest waitress ever!! She checked in on us constantly and we had the best conversations with her (real conversations, not just small talk)! We absolutely loved having her as our waitress. She took great care of us. We ordered the breakfast burrito and it was wonderful! Big enough to feed two! Highly recommend!

Lovely restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere! The breakfast buffet s so good with so many options, including an omelet station. The service was also outstanding. Mahlet was my waitress and she did everything to make the dining experience so pleasant. She was so friendly and helpful and she helped to start my day off in the right way. Will definitely recommend this restaurant and will come back.

They were able to customize the meat option for the smothered burrito. It was absolutely delicious! Parn was my server and she was very professional and knowledgeable. She truly cares about the guest experience and made sure mine was amazing! Parn goes above and beyond for the guest’s happiness and overall enjoyment.

I want to give a special shout-out to Parn Pan, who was our server. She is very lovely and provided outstanding service. She was kind, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Her warm attitude truly made our experience even more enjoyable. A special thank-you to the chef as well — the Eggs Benedict were excellent. As a very demanding customer, I would give them a 9 out of 10, which says a lot. I would definitely come back and would be happy to be served by her again. Excellent service!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Copper Table inside the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, and it was all thanks to Erica! From the moment we were seated, Erica was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She struck the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness, making us feel completely taken care of without ever being intrusive. She knew the menu inside and out, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure every detail of our meal was just right. What really stood out was her positive energy and attention to detail. Our drinks were always refreshed at the perfect time, our food arrived smoothly, and she checked in just enough to make sure everything was perfect. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly cares about her guests’ experience. Dining at Copper Table was already a great choice, but Erica elevated it into a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Erica!

Great atmosphere (beautifully decorated, good lighting, not too loud) and great service (Lenworth was great, very attentive). We enjoyed the cornbread, cocktails, and the half chicken was cooked perfectly. Kids’ meals were enjoyed as well. My husband didn’t love the ribeye dip or mountain chips, but he was just expecting more of a kick from the horseradish. Overall the experience was still 5 stars.

We made a same day reservation and were seated promptly even with an early arrival. Love that as a local resident you can enroll in their membership program and get 10% off when dining and free parking if staying less than 4 hours. We ordered the truffle fries, wings, bison meat loaf, and the braised short rib. Our group had 0 complaints about the food. Everything arrived hot and fresh, super flavorful. Ansari and Anthony were attentive as well. They checked in the appropriate amount of times and were great to chat with.

Ate at The Copper Table twice - once for dinner and once for brunch. They have kind of odd hours like closing at noon on weekdays which can be inconvenient. I got the Bison ribeye sandwich with Bison au jus. The meat was very tender and had a unique more gamey taste but in a good way. The cheese was a bit much but was still a great sandwich. The chips felt homemade but a bit salty. The au jus actually was pretty hearty and gave a nice balance to the saltiness from the rest of the meal. I also went for brunch on Saturday. Just an FYI, they have a separate brunch menu and a $30 brunch buffet which I decided to try. There were a lot of options including french toast, sausage, chia pudding, eggs Benedict, breakfast potatoes, lox, and had a Belgian waffle and omelet station. I thought the value was there with all the options and they were all pretty good quality. The honeycomb station was a nice touch too. I enjoyed everything I ate though only downside was there were quite a few fruit flies on some of the fruit at the waffle station. It's a bit pricey but the variety of options makes it worth it. I think this restaurant and others at the Gaylord do a weird thing where they ask customers to write reviews with their names in it so they can earn extra commission. Well, Lenworth provided great service at dinner and Mahlet friendly service at brunch. So, hope that helps.

Amazing environment and food was excellent. My only hesitation for 5 stars was our drinks did not arrive until dinner was almost done. Thought they would offer to comp them or at least a little off but nothing was said. Either way well worth going and dining there

Copper Table is one of the restaurants inside the Gaylord Rockies Resort. Upscale restaurant with bar. Colorado themed food (bison, fish, rotisserie chicken). Delicious desserts. 🤤 Bar seating or low chairs.

The loud singing from another restaurant. was a little distracting. But Lemworth is a fantastic server who is extremely attentive and the food was tasty. Would eat here again

We came in for brunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had the best experience! We had Mahlet as our server and she was wonderful. Personable, timely, kind, and even gave us a free slice of cheesecake to celebrate! Highly recommend coming in to eat and have a wonderful experience.

Food and ambiance here was great. Our favorite was the duck mole, elote dip and cookie skillet. Our waiter Anasari is very awesome!

Went there with my family due to the highly rated reviews and mouth watering photos of the foods in google. But photos are fake. They don’t serve stakes. Attached is the dinner menu. Ordered a bison cheese burger and it was the horrible burger ever. When I place the order, the waiter asked me whether I need a medium or a well done which gives me the impression of the burger is made from fresh. But what I got was totally different. The patty was so dry, stiff and burnt outside. Not hot. Had a very mild temperature. Which means the patty was a pre-cooked or already grilled one. They simply put it on the grill again or re-heat and serve. The cheese on top of it was also dry and stiff. Not even melted. This gives me a clear indication that the food is not fresh.
