So, I usually don't share long reviews, but in this case I am. I have been going to this Panera for years. I live in the area and my job is close as well, that's why I choose this location. But the last few times I have been there, they messed up my order three times. However, they did offer to make them up. I will say that kaMonica, one of the managers was really helpful and had great customer service. And honestly one of the times Rory who originally stated he was the general manager but who is actually a team leader, he was helpful on one of my orders that was messed up. However this morning, Rorys customer service could have been a lot better. When I was telling him about the sandwich, he said there was nothing wrong with it. I ordered the chicken avocado Cabata breakfast sandwich. There were two to three SMALL pieces of chicken on there. I did not see any avocado on there, but he claims it was on there but I checked twice. He did replace my sandwich which was appreciated, but I didn't like his tone. It was kind of rude and not customer friendly at all. Even his facial expressions were a bit rude. (He actually looked as if he was irritated by me making the complaint) But if I'm spending my money and not getting what I should be getting, of course I'm going to complain, and I'm sure he would too.When being a manager or team lead, and working with the public, you really need to have good customer service skills, and some of them at this location is lacking in that area. Honestly, if there was another Panera close to me I would actually give them a try. But since it's not I guess I'll continue to go there.I just hope the customer service gets better, especially when you're a frequent customer. I'm hoping my next experience there will be much better.

The staff are nice, but the place feels like a ghost town and it often takes a while just to get a drink cup—they sometimes forget to hand it to you. The floors are always sticky, like from spilled lemonade, and they’re often out of drinks.

Shrinkflation hit the place HARD. I got 1/8th of a baguette with a few pieces of steak and a handful of salad for $20. I’m actively still hungry. The portion sizes here are not big enough to be considered a full meal. What a ripoff.

It's no wonder why only 3.8 Theresa was really not into serving us. Got my order wrong. We asked for sweetener for the tea did not get. Handed the food an immediately left the window. Waited and honked horm. Never came back. Left unsatisfied Giest 268 order 1304268

What is this???? I ordered online through Uber eats and I wanted a chiabatta sandwich Instead this is what I got, I wanted egg white no regular scramble, I spent about 24 dollars with the drink, and all I could get was a 2 dollar reimbursement.

Long waits for tiny portions of over-salted food, that's overpriced to begin with. Really? I would love to come here more often but NO. I've given them plenty of chances and every time they fail every aspect. So many other places to go. Skip Paneras. Maybe in another 3 years I'll give them another chance. That's if they're even still open. Advice? Hire folks that actually want to work. Lazy indifferent and entitled workers produce low quality food and that with a BAD attitude. Even the assistant mismanager doesn't care. Maybe the Owner would? Maybe not, by their continued poooor service. Buh-BYE and good luck!

I had gone couple weeks in the evening to order the broccoli cheddar soup. They had told me that the soup was discontinued. I believed it so I only order a smoothie. I just saw an ad for that soup and I call another location which confirm indeed is still available. This is ridiculous. Drive thru

I spent $45 here for VERY LAUGHABLY tiny portions of food. The Panera of my college years was on my tastebuds this Saturday afternoon. So I thought I'd give this new location a try. I received my food and as you can see in the photos, it was NOT what it appears on-screen (they have digital kiosks that you order on when you enter). The food is not homemade. It's pre-packaged, small portions of garbage! My fruit cup was tiny, my sandwich was tiny. I added bacon to it and it wasn't added. My daughter's teriyaki chicken looked like it was half eaten and they forgot my side of mac n cheese. The manager was a rude, entitled teenager who told me she didn't see anything wrong with the spoonful of cucumber tomato salad that I ordered as a side. Also, the tables were all dirty and floor was sticky. This place is too new to be this poorly run. I'm still hungry. And Disappointed 😞 Shame on you, Panera!

Ordered tuna salad sandwich with no tomato. Order comes and there is hardly any tuna salad about 1/6th the amount to the size of the bread. Request for no tomatoes completely ignored and giant onion bomb hidden in the middle of the sandwich. Do not recommend unless you want to be surprised in a bad way.

I’ve been eating at Panera Bread for years, however, this is the only location that I always have issues with. It also happens to be the closest location to where I currently live. I’m going to keep it short and let the pictures speak for itself. I ordered a sandwich and salad combo with a regular coffee. The sandwich was not edible—it was a mess I couldn’t even eat it, and the lettuce in the salad were wilted. $16 and some change for something I couldn’t eat. I chose Panera because I was craving something fresh but also didn’t want to get out of my car. This is what I get for being lazy. I won’t be returning to this location anymore, and honestly I doubt I will eat anything from Panera again besides their bagels because I like to order them by the dozen. It’s just at this point too expensive for the level of service they provide.

The food tasted ok, but it was cold. The staff were rude, the spoons were stained. There was a young waiter who was laughing at us when we asked if we should order at the kiosk or at the table. Well, We are not going back to this location again. Edit: Look at how uncooked the pasta was. They did not even bother mixing the sauce evenly.
