I always order ahead in the morning, I also work less than 3 minutes away. My order is ready and waiting for me every single time. This has the best team working here to get every order right and done in the best amount of time possible!
Good coffee. Drive thru line has gotten really slow but that’s probably a staffing issue.
Couldn’t pick up my drinks that I paid $10 for that I mobile ordered because I did not feel safe waiting in the drive-through line that was backed up onto the road.

I asked for my grilled cheese sandwich to be well toasted and it was not. It was barely toasted. I asked for my grilled cheese sandwich to be cut in half and it wasn't. I expect to get what I ask for but apparently not. It's happened at this location many times.
This is the second time I ordered this week and both times my LARGE iced coffee has been half full or enough room for more ice or more coffee to be put in it. These coffees are not cheap. Get it together there people. You have one job.

I visited this location's drive-through at 8:46 PM on a Sunday. According to both Google's listing and the Dunkin' corporate website, the location closes at 9:00 PM. When I pulled up to the speaker, an automated message indicated they were closed for the evening — over 15 minutes before posted closing time. My frustration with the discrepancy led me to say something out loud to the recording (not directed at any person). What happened next was unexpected: a male employee in full Dunkin' uniform came out of the building and approached my car in an aggressive, confrontational manner. When I followed up by phone to address the situation, I was told by the employee who answered that I couldn't speak with anyone except a manager — and that no manager was available. I was asked to call back the next day. I have a long background in retail. When a customer pulls in as I'm walking out the door, I go back inside and take care of them. That's the standard. Closing 15+ minutes early — especially for an order as simple as a black iced coffee — and then responding to a customer's frustration with aggression is not the standard anyone expects from a nationally recognized brand. I'm sharing this because the employees representing Dunkin' in uniform are a direct reflection of the company. The inaccurate hours are a fixable issue. The way a customer was treated when they showed up during listed business hours is a more serious one.
I hate to leave bad reviews, but after reading through the rest of them I’m not alone here. Every time I visit, I order a FROZEN (blender with ice) coffee drink with oat milk. They will only make it half the time, other times they just refuse so I never know if I’ll actually get my drink or not after waiting in a long line. The one time I spoke to the manager, she said “Absolutely we can do that and they should not be refusing you.” The very next time I tried they refused me again. I’ve given up going there even though it’s close to my house. I have no trouble at other locations. Time to find a new spot.
Got in line at 9:25 am and have only moved up one spot in 12 minutes and that’s only because one car left the line. Totally amazing that they can’t move people through here. 30 minutes to get your order. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Spent 30 min in line they all seem dumbfounded and clueless, told us they needed a manager to get into the system. Maybe they were all new. Either way took forever for 1 drink

I ordered a latte. They gave it to me 3/4 full and said that's how it is. I also ordered a turkey breakfast sandwich that was disgusting and went inside and told the manager who told me she wouldn't let me exchange it for something else just because I didn't like it. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend this location.
Some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I placed an order yesterday thru the app at 12:35 and was 5 miles away. I didnt walk out of the shop until 12:5y. They just started brewing the midnight coffee. There was no hello, no goodbye, have a nice day or a you too when I said it to them. Tried to get a word out of them and just rude. When I asked if they could just switch my coffee to the original brew. Didn't say anything to acknowledge they heard me. And when they made it she slammed it down on the counter. How is this okay?
Why? Why are y'all still coming to this place for frozen donuts? Why are you fighting the traffic and drive thru for these crappy donuts? Go to Nik's Donuts for fresh made donuts. It's about a 1/4 mile away from this location. There is always parking and no traffic jams. The donuts are fresh, sometimes still warm. The coffee is from a local roaster. The service is always friendly. And it's a local, family owned business! Do better for yourself!
Always closes early, very poor customer service, acts like a Dunkin located in a really bad neighborhood. Overpriced coffee and food.
Worst experience from a Dunkin ever. Front counter was closed at 3pm. Don’t know why but there were at least two people working so why would the inside be closed. This occurs more that it should at this location. Then I ordered and they said they didn’t have something and I asked one question and the girl working gave me an attitude. Then a guy came over the drive though. He too gave me an attitude when I ordered. Then he came on asking me what donut I wanted and I said no donut. And yelled pull around. Normally I have patience with these issues but this was just rude and uncalled for. Avoid this location.
This Dunkin never has enough staff. The drive thru is always crowded and the front counter is closed. I will not be going here in the future. I would rather drive to Solon. It's about the same amount of time I would spend in there drive thru.
Ordered a medium hot coffee in the Drive-Thru and asked for 2 creams to go on the side. I reluctantly took the coffee even though they put in more than 2 creams. I pulled away and took a sip and the coffee almost ice cold. How can a company that's core Business is coffee serve a product like this? Even if it is cold should have a process internally that prohibits this. Makes me wonder clean the kitchen is the.
It took 23 minutes for a mobile order for a few orders of hash brown. It’s marketed as “skip the line”, and the drive-thru turned over multiple times as I sat. (They also didn’t have my order on their in progress board.) The woman working the pick up counter berated a customer for grabbing his items as they placed them on the counter - she scolded him they’d be on a different shelf when it was ready. Like a customer is supposed to know that. I can’t believe she spoke to him in such a condescending manner, when he was just waiting a long time for his paid food. Her demeanor was equally as negative to the other customers waiting. For a business that wants revenue, you shouldn’t treat paying customers this way.
This is definitely the worst Dunkin I’ve ever visited. We ordered drinks and food -while waiting for the food, I could see the guy cooking it literally EATING while making it and I was so disgusted. I asked them to refund the food as I wasn’t going to eat it and they told me they couldn’t refund it. What!!?! I told them I saw the cook eating, like putting food to his mouth, while preparing my food and they didn’t even care. You don’t do refunds!?? I drove away before I got really angry, wasn’t worth the time or money to argue about it.
They don't take ordersfrom inside the store. I pulled up in a truck height 10'6. The manager says oh the truck will fit. YOUR HEIGHT CLEARANCE IS 9'. So rude. A box truck cannot fit through a drive thru. A pickup truck can. Unless you want damage to your drive thru. Talk about ridiculous.
i hate leaving bad reviews but every time my boyfriend and i come here, any customizations i add to my drink, for example add whipped cream/add cold foam etc, i very rarely receive what i asked for. if the cold foam was free i wouldn’t have too much of a problem, but it’s getting out of hand how frequently they don’t pay attention to the drink they are making :(
