I was pleasantly surprised by this location. I never did have a fantastic experience at other locations (Bronx and Manhattan). But this one here in long Island changed my mind bout the Chili's franchise. The restaurants manager was there keeping an eye on things , making sure everything is going smoothly , but what surprised me was how kind and sociable she was to guests and employees. The staff was also remarkable, they were all friendly , always checked in every once in a while making sure if we're ok or if we would like something else. The food was also delicious and and inexpensive, I got the griller plate which was absolutely delicious (you get to choose 3 out of a selection of items, I strongly recommend getting the cheddar jalapeno sausages. I absolutely plan on coming back whenever I'm in the area again.

We had a Mothers Day celebration at the Bay Shore Chilis. Holy cow Nicole made our dinner so much fun. She took care of everything and helped guide us through our choices. Nicole is the best.

Lowkey best time I’ve had at one of these EVER. This team was particularly exceptional. We showed up here on a Sunday night without a reservation and a group of about 20 after a lacrosse tournament. We didn't expect to get a table but were quickly accommodated and served our food almost immediately after ordering. Our waitress managed to keep track of all of our separate checks - Just tipping her didn't feel like enough; if there is anything else I can do to explain to people how great this Chilis was I would!

Visited this location with my family the other day. Such an inviting positive environment. The server Patricia was very attentive and positive. Handled my energetic children’s orders perfectly and we were in and not with no problem. The Manager I think his name was Mitch even stopped by and was very courteous. After a long evening checking out a haunted corn maze (and house), we were tired, weary, and hungry. There weren't a lot of places still open, which limited our options. So we decided to eat at Chili's for their prices and value. BEST CHOICE EVER! We arrived with a little over an hour left, which still wasn't a lot of time. When we arrived, we got a table very quickly, and our server took our order. The drinks and food arrived with little wait. And despite their swift approach, the food was delicious. I personally went with spicy battered chicken with french fries, which was a choice I didn't regret. It was delicious, and the server was on point with our refills. The price for a party of 4 was very fair, and the atmosphere of the place was warm and friendly. Which is a straight contrast to us waiting in line in the dark, cold area just outside a cornfield (haunted attraction). In the end, we had a blast, and it was thanks to Chili's for delivering a wonderful end to our Halloween evening.

I brought in a group of 16 - YES - 16 on a Saturday evening around 6pm. They do not take reservations - and told us it would be a 20 minute wait! Let me tell you how I don’t even think we waited that long!! We had Michelle as our server! INCREDIBLE!!! This girl has it going on!! EVERYTHING was PERFECT! Drinks were there literally 2 minutes after ordering! Food, not long after!! Michelle shared with me she wasn’t supposed to work tonight BUT picked up a shift! It was SO meant to be!! My family went for dinner recently to celebrate my nephew’s birthday. It was my first time going to Chili’s. I always wanted to try it because the commercials make everything look very enticing. We were very pleased with the experience. The app came out right away while we decided on our entrees. We went with steaks and burgers. The steaks were cooked perfectly. I had the burger and was extremely satisfied. It was pink and juicy. The service was exceptional. Our waiter, Key, was very helpful and took excellent care of us. I look forward to returning soon. I definitely recommend this location.

What an experience! My family and I typically go to another Chili’s when we get the craving but we took the chance to come here today while out shopping and it was fantastic. We were greeted by Nicole, one of the servers, and she was so friendly, welcoming, and warm. The way Nicole greeted us felt like seeing an old friend and it set the tone for our wonderful lunch. The food came quickly and was fantastic, it was all so delicious! Overall, what stuck with us was how incredible Nicole was. She exceeds the standard and is the example of how to go above and beyond. After a disappointing experience at another restaurant earlier in the evening, we decided to stop at Chili’s in Bayshore—and I’m so glad we did. Our server, Leanne, was attentive, friendly, and efficient. The entire team worked together smoothly. My soup came out hot and fresh, and my steak (ordered medium) was cooked to perfection. The loaded mashed potatoes were hearty and flavorful, and the broccoli was crisp and well-prepared. We ended the night with a molten lava Bundt cake that hit the spot. Honestly, I found myself wishing we had chosen Chili’s as our first stop that evening. Then came the cherry on top: the next day (Saturday, July 5th), my boyfriend realized he had left his wallet behind. We returned around lunchtime, and to our relief, the staff had it. The manager had kept it safe overnight and only asked to verify his name with the ID inside before returning it. Not a single dollar was missing. That level of honesty and professionalism is rare and truly appreciated. We’ve had consistently great experiences at this location, but this visit went above and beyond. From quality food to outstanding service and integrity. Chili’s in Bayshore is a solid five stars.

The service was impeccable. They listened to seating request and had us seated almost instantly. Our server heard part of our order that showed us how to get more for our money and how to actually save money. The drinks and food came out so much faster than I could've ever expected. Unsurprisingly busy on Cinco de Mayo. To my amazement my companions and I only had to wait 20 minutes. I hear that the wait at the Farmingdale location was 45 minutes. Our waiter, Dre quickly greeted us and was as personable as one can be when dealing with a packed restaurant. Our food and drinks were brought out quicker than we expected and there were no issues. Although I wasn’t able to order food or drinks via the table’s tablet I was able to use it to pay the bill. I ordered the shrimp tacos and substituted corn for the rice. They’re not the best shrimp tacos but they did the trick. By the time I reached taco number three I deconstructed it and ate it without the tortilla.

We went most recently on veterans day. We had burgers and fries, both excellent. I ordered my fries extra crispy and they were perfect. Staff was busy bit pleasant and friendly. Burgers were really good. Only slight complaint would be the music, it was ridiculously loud, hard to have a conversation over dinner.

I would love to see this Chili's have more items in stock, especially considering how long it has been in the game. A franchise of this size should not be running out of basic items like beverages. The manager needs to oversee the inventory checklist more closely. Overall, it's a great restaurant.

Had the fajitas trio and chicken crispers with fries & mac and cheese. My husband and our two kids all enjoyed the food. Our servers were really nice. We did end up moving tables in the beginning because when we were seated in the bar right by the kitchen there was a strong cleaning smell.

I had a nice lunch here with a friend of mine. The restaurant had just opened. We asked for a seat by the window. Our waitress was also the bartender. I guess us being sat by the window may have been an inconvenience. I wanted a drink but I had to wait for her to serve her customers at the bar. Overall she was nice and her service was good. I had the Southwestern Eggrolls. It's one of my favorite dishes here. I always order them and these were awesome as usual. I also had the Brisket Quesadilla. It was my first time having it. I really liked it except it has jalapenos! If you don't like them, make sure to tell your server. Oh and the fries are good too. I just prefer my fries a little more crispy but the seasoning was great. As far as atmosphere, it was nice, but I didn't like that where I was sitting, there was a window walkway at the entrance into the restaurant. Everytime someone walked in, I could see them and they could see me. Just think a black solid wall would be better for privacy. The restaurant looked clean. I used the bathroom and it was pretty clean too. I would definitely come back for more eggrolls and to try their cajun chicken pasta - another fave of mine!

Waited on line for a table, only to find out high tops in the bar are self-serve tables. Oops!! Did lots of appetizers and a margarita!! Waitress recommended one and I went with it. It was a spontaneous stop last night at the Bay Shore location. Of course it was Saturday night and we expected it to be busy. We were sat very quickly which was unexpected and extremely nice. Our waiter came up to us very quickly and he was very nice to give us time to look at the menu and had some great recommendations for drinks. My partner and I decided to share a meal because we were not extremely hungry and what we picked was enough for 2. The combination had half rack of ribs, which we asked the waiter if they were beef or pork only because my partner does not eat beef. He had said the ribs were pork and we ordered chicken crispers and chicken bacon ranch quesadillas in the combo. We asked for half ribs, chicken crispers, CHICKEN BACON RANCH QUESADILLAS. When to food came my partner that does not eat beef took a bit of the quesadillas and said it didn’t taste like chicken. Upon inspecting the quesadilla it had brisket inside and not chicken. I had spoke with the manager and he said they were sorry and take care of it. He did. They came with the chicken in a timely manner and that was much appreciated. We had told the waiter we were sharing a meal. We had no extra plates. No water was brought to the table which we asked for but it was loud and it’s possible he did not hear us. After speaking with the manager the waiter only came back once to check to see if we ok and left quickly. I do think he was a little upset at his mistake which is normal but we did need some extra things that I had to ask another waiter for. The manager did help us with the bill for our in convenience but my point is when some sez no beef because of an issue that it should have been noted by the waiter and checked before the meal came out. I’ve waitress for many years and yes mistakes happen but as far as a food that someone does not eat or Allergic to then maybe special precautions should be taken. Needless to say we were disappointed. Another note is that the bathrooms were disgusting. The seats were dirty with others lack of respect for others using the bathroom and there was toilet tissue all over the floors. Like I said it was busy but the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom is a put off.

They took the only thing I liked off the menu so I had a burger. They can't screw up a burger and they didn't. The place is always crowded and loud.

Considering COVID making it unenjoyable to eat out they did a good job. Plastic utensils, menus you need to scan the QR code to get which I didn't even have so had to download it then scan. Not great but solves issue to be safer. Food was decent, new that we went to this location due to being in area. IMO other location food was so much better. Waitress was fine. Best is the corn on stick w their seasoning (its little spicy) AND LAVA CAKE yum!!

Lots of hyper kids and table changes complicated the dining experience but the most surprising, the sizzling steak fajitas locked some sizzling and lots of aroma! The grilled chicken was quite white, and the appetizer we shared was barely there. For a Chili’s restaurant and only 2 drinks, $50 per person was a bit overpriced.

Dear Chili's, Since your method for pick-up ordering is to 'text us when the order is ready', please make sure that your system works, and your employees use it. I placed my order online around 7:15p for 8:15p pick-up. Your acknowledgement message stated that my order would be ready between 8:15p-8:20p, and that you'd text me when it's ready. I arrived in one of your pick-up parking spots at 8:10p, in case my order was early. I waited in my car, enjoying my full 5G cellphone service (not missing any text messages from anyone else), until 8:30p. At 8:30p, I entered the restaurant and asked if my order was ready. The staff went to the back and immediately brought out my order, already packaged and bagged. I commented that I didn't receive a text message, and they said "oh, it's automatic". As of my writing this review around 10p, I _still_ haven't received the text saying that my order was ready, so I'd probably still be sitting in my car if I hadn't decided on going inside to check. So while I _was_ sitting in my car wasting my time and gas, my order was actually ready, with my hot food cooling off, my cold food warming up, and the ice in my drinks melting. While the food tasted great (aside from the temperature), please do improve your notification system. There was another customer also waiting for an order at the same time, and it seemed like his order was also ready, without him being notified about it. Thank you for your time.

Use to go here on a week with the family, 3 out of 5 of us got food poisoning from here. Called to let the manager know and was told the GM would give us a call. It's been over a month with no call. Doesn't seem to care the Chicken crispers were bad.

Had a horrible server she took forever to come over and even offer drinks to start then constantly disappeared. I had to ask the hostess to get 2 boxes so we could leave it was lunch time not many people in there you think she could do better. the food and service here is phenomenal, but the increasing prices, especially targeting the 3 for me “deal” made it not worth it to go anymore. my boyfriend and i used to love going here, as it was affordable (and filling) for college students on a budget. within this 2 year period, it had changed several times by charging more for smaller portions. this was our spot for the longest time, but wow, chili’s (the corporation, not the staff as they aren’t to blame) can’t even give us back one more tender, or the second side in the deal?? </3

We usually eat at Chilis in Farmingdale or Northport. Was near this one and gave it a try. Parking lot by main entrance was full. Parked behind building but side entrance not open. Long walk . A dozen or so folks waiting for tables in Main dining area. Don't know why as half the tables were empty. We went to bar area as we usually do. Sat only open high table next to the bar. We noticed there were many unbussed tables. After 10 minutes did not see a waiter. Flagged down the bartender who took our drink order and said someone would set us up with menus shortly. After another 10 minutes no waiter. Bartender also did not bring our drinks . There was a table next to us that they seated a couple with 2 kids that were jumping around and screaming. They should not have seated them in the bar area where Adults like to eat "relaxed." The music was also very loud and not to our preference. A waitress finally walked past us without acknowledging us and told the folks at the table next to us that their food was delayed due to some problem in the kitchen. That was the final straw. We left.

Not sure what happened during our visit tonight, but I'm extremely frustrated. Long time weekly customers, love staff and location. Always gave a positive review, every visit. We were told That we Couldn't watch NY Mets playoff game, as other customers wanted to watch Giants football. Not sure what type of NY bar doesn't put on a NY baseball playoff game, over a regular season football game. Went to TGI Fridays in C. Islip, where the game was on all television screens. ** just wanted to write, this happened in the bar section, not restaurant.

First off we went in when the place was empty. We ordered drinks and I received a dirty glass. Pointed it out the the server and she said “where” I laughed at her. Since when do servers question when a customer makes a complaint. She needs to go back to 101 training. Why do I have to show you where the glass has disgusting smudges and fingerprints IDK maybe she needed to take her glasses off to see. Second the place had flies-YUCK. Third the food was not good. I mean yeah it’s Chili’s but why do we go to Farmingdales location to get good service and food, BAY SHORE should be trained by Farmingdale because whewww the difference! I refuse to even bother at this location. I was sick to my stomach after eating the soup here. The tables and seating were wet like the cleaned it with a soaking wet mop. The economy is already rough. People want to come into a restaurant and get what they spend their money on. If you have an itch to eat at Chili’s do yourself a favor and travel far away from this one! Absolutely disgusting.

We enjoyed the environment and it was a great place to meet to commune and break bread... ... Nicole our server was excellent and she also mixed the salad with shrimp instead of chicken... ... The salad had an amazing name I think explosive for something like that and came with chicken but she substituted shrimp

Never treated so poorly. Usually love the place. IF you hate your job , stay home or get another job. Never sat, it seemed we were bothering the hostess. How many bad looks could we receive before being seated. Walked out

My daughter’s hamburger came out before my nachos. I waited 30 minutes for nachos to come out. Which was ridiculous to begin with. The cheese was cold, lumpy and burnt and tasted like grease was poured on top. I complained to the manager who brought me another one later and that one also was not good. I Didn’t eat it. I received no apology no comp and no discount for the poor service. Chili needs to work on customer service and satisfaction at that location, it’s poor. You can’t be in the service industry and not provide decent service to customers.

Came in on a busy Saturday night where seemingly every table was taken. Was told we would be seated in 10-15 minutes. Waited 20, then was told to wait 5 more minutes. Then we were told because the kitchen was backed up they couldn’t seat anyone even though tables had opened. Is having your restaurant to maximum capacity not enough to be transparent with potential customers in telling them you probably won’t be able to seat them from the get go, rather than waste a half hour of their time in the hopes you’ll squeeze a little more profit out of the night? What an absolutely terrible methodology that only negatively impacts the customer experience. Went to B-Dub’s instead after getting our time wasted. I rarely leave Google reviews but this place made my night markedly worse.

The order came out wrong. Our waiter sat at another customer’s table and talked for over 15 minutes, and when he did get up, he went to his two other tables to check in but bypassed our table. On his way back to the table he was sitting at, he nonchalantly asked, "How's everything?" Mind you it's been over 15 minutes sitting with the wrong order, no refill on our drinks, nothing, so we told him what was wrong with the food and he asked did want to have it remade, we told him no because by that time we were getting full off just my order. He left, and a manager came over to "apologize" and offered to have the food remade, which we declined again. We then were offered a gift card, which we also declined. We didn't come to the restaurant to get a gift card. We just wanted to get our food and pay for what we were getting. Needless to say, this was one of the worst waiters I've encountered in a long time. Management was more concerned about trying to push a gift on us rather than the waiters' behavior being addressed. So it's ok for your waite staff to sit down and chat while they have tables to serve? Training is definitely needed.

I went to this location with my adult nephew and a mutual friend, asked to have a seat at the bar, the counter was very greasy not properly cleaned we ordered soup my nephew and friend had beer’s and I ordered a glass of white wine the glass was dirty and had lip print on it from the previous customer, then the soup came out and it was warm to cold when I picked up the spoon and looked it spots of food and finger prints on it. This place is very dirty and disgusting. Where are the inspectors to inspect and close this disgusting place down?

Has to be one of the worse chain restaurants i ever experienced. I live 2 blocks away, got the food home all was cold, the portion was a joke, more beans than rice 4 pieces of steak, things were leaking, the fried mozzarella wasn't cooked, $60 in the garbage won't be going here ever again... disgraceful...

I was with my daughter and we got the three for 10 deal. Steak was very good. Broccoli was good. The only problem the two of us had were the two margaritas which we both thought had no alcohol in them and we were a little pissed off, but definitely tasted no alcohol whatsoever in a margarita. I was a little upset.

don’t eat or order food from here unless you want your food poorly made & money wasted. Go to a different location

While the effort is appreciated, the execution at Chilis on the recent visit left much to be desired. Expectations for chilis were high, but the reality of the experience fell far short . My party of 3 and I got there at 10pm and didn’t get seated until 10:20 pm . Workers would walk to the front see us standing at the host podium and they would walk away from the area . As we were walking out TOM I believe a manager came up to us with a nasty attitude and said we still had 30 minutes before closing to order and walked us to our booth and threw the menus on the table and walked away . My party and I felt uncomfortable and very nervous at an establishment I’ve been going to my entire life . Such a horrible experience and I thought it was better than any other chilis I’ve gone to before . Won’t recommend to anyone else moving forward. Do better for the future customers very unpleasant situation don’t make paying customers uncomfortable for deciding to want a late snack . Not even AppleBees treats customers like that .

They were out of bitters which isn’t a big deal but they couldn’t make an old fashioned and that’s something you can literally buy at any supermarket. That’s fine I guess then we ordered I got boneless wings and I don’t know if they put cold sauce on the wings or what but my boneless wings were ice cold. The bartender wasn’t present but when he was he was very nice. No manager in sight she was holding up the wall in the kitchen. I always beg to come to Chili’s and we finally did and it was horrible.

The manager at this establishment, who goes by the name of Kat, is very rude and unkindly which is a bad look for someone who is in charge of others. Also there barbecue ribs are utterly disgusting and an embarrassment to even be mentioned in their menu.

Ordered a door dash. Soup and salad. Got the salad but no soup. Also no utensils in the bag at all. So I can’t even eat the salad if I wanted to. The woman on the phone was yawning, rude, and uninterested in the problem at hand. Chilis is usually great, just steer clear of this location.
