I would give 3.5 stars if Yelp allowed it, but since I cannot I am rounding UP to balance out the negative reviews. This was my first time there. The service was excellent. The woman at the counter was friendly and professional. Two egg sandwiches on fresh bagels came to just under $9. (Normal for Long Island.) My sandwich (two scrambled with American cheese) was excellent. Eggs cooked perfectly. Cheese warm and melt. Bagel fresh and soft. Bagels were coming out of the kitchen while we waited. (I believe - but cannot swear to it - that they were hot, fresh, and prepared on-site.) Cold cuts are Boar's Head. Lunch sandwiches include salad (potato, macaroni, or coleslaw) and a beverage (coffee, hot tea, or iced tea).

I think they have some pretty interesting ideas but they don't always hit. Their iced coffee and lemonade for example feels like an approximation of those flavors rather than the flavors themselves, and some may find that unpalatable. With how many items they serve and the limited staffing, it's no wonder. I hope they find consistency, but in the mean time I will stick to their egg sandwiches.

Went in for a bagel and cream cheese. Easy order. There were no less than 5 people behind the counter but no one asked if I needed help. Food is sub par and they are not friendly in there. It was actually uncomfortable in there and I won’t be going back

This place is absolutely disgusting. The owner and employees literally sit outside the front door blowing cigarette smoke on there customers as they walk in. On purpose I watched them go back in and not wash there hands. They thought nobody was looking. I wanted to vomit how disgusting this place is. Then to make things worse awhile back I left as a potential future customer because they were handling food with no gloves. Some people have no pride in what they do.

I ordered on uber eats I requested a bagel supreme which came with cream cheese, lox, tomato and onions I also asked for this bagel to be toasted dark and scooped out! Not only Was it not toasted not scooped out but there was no tomato and a pound of onions! Very disappointing first time ordering from here.

Making those pre cooked egg sandwiches cheese out a some Tupperware at 1pm to put up front for the next day as they were closing. Using egg mix not real eggs and eating off the grill with his hands then he continued to make tge sandwiches. Look at the kitchen dust and food everywhere ugh. Lady in the front was just as unsanitary no gloves touching all the bagels to find the one as she was coughing away. Ordered a turkey wrap for my husband with Swiss he took 2 bites said something was off. I did not even bother to eat my bagel I was so grossed out. Never again!! $28 in the garbage no way I was eating this food. I would not eat those precooked egg sandwiches they are definitely not fresh cooked the day before. Health dept should definitely visit this place.

Ordered on "Too Good To Go". was supposed to get a $15 dollar value from a 5 dollar purchase, got one sandwich instead. That is fraud, falsze advertising, and we will be contacting the better business bureau as well as the app we ordered on. I won't be ordering or going to this place ever again and if we don't get a refund I am going to continue to post this review to every single site I can. You get no stars if possible.

I ordered bakers dozen with a side of cream cheese through DoorDash. It cost $31.99 + taxes and fees. Got one bagel with cream cheese. Thanks for being rude on the phone and not intelligent enough to realize one bagel shouldn’t cost $35. DoorDash refunded me immediately.

I was here this morning for bagels for my son and I. I asked for an egg bagel lightly buttered with 2 scrambled eggs (for my young son) and an onion bagel toasted lightly buttered for myself. I saw the young lady grab an egg everything bagel and i asked if that was the one for my son (as it was wrong and I knew he’d never eat a bagel with seeds on it). She responded to me with an attitude and said no it’s not his, clearly very bothered that I questioned her. She came back from out of the back asking me to clarify my order for her again. I did, despite her seeming annoyed when I questioned her. Even with me clarifying, the order was wrong. I came home and there was and egg everything bagel for my son and a salt bagel for me. Unhappy with the attitude I got and the wrong order that both my son and I did not eat.

I nearly broke my tooth on their bagels. Completely stale and dry.
