No drive thru. Very small location. While we were in process of ordering, they let another customer jump ahead of us because he was impatient. Coffee was like any other DD. No food.

I go here daily ... sometimes twice .. typically I have no complaints but lately I’ve been getting granulated sugar in my iced drinks. I do ask for liquid sugar, any of my iced coffee drinkers out there know regular sugar just sits at the bottom. Also when they’re out of something and I pay with the app I always have issue getting the refund. Been charged twice for an order, still disputing that one.

Very pleasant staff. Unfortunately whenever I go there they never seem to have regular blueberry muffins (only reduced-fat). Tastes OK but much prefer the regular one.

This Dunkin seemingly messes up my order literally every time I go. The quality is inconsistent, and if the staff wasn't friendly it would be 1 star. It shouldn't be a gamble whether my coffee is too bitter or too sweet. Staff needs retraining

I understand that young kids need jobs but if you’re going to have 2 young kids alone working in the store… show them the proper way to treat customers and also make a basic drink or have a supervisor there to oversee your store. I ordered a medium iced matcha latte. He puts the powder straight into the almond milk and ice puts a spoon in for 3-4 seconds but not on bottom to mix the powder and then hands it to me. I immediately said are you going to mix that it was straight almond milk so he goes oh ok and mixes it again at top of cup and not the actual powder on the bottom so again all the powder on bottom and hands it to me with the drink poured all over the side and then was annoyed I wanTed napkins. I couldn’t speak to a manager because again 2 school age kids working alone. Every Dunkin I go to they mix matcha into hot water first or blend / shake it up then pour into milk choice so you’re not getting all milk or straight powder on bottom. This is 3rd time I’ve been to this location and got a young kid with no customer service skills or care in the world to serve the customers. It’s aggravating that something simple is always a huff and a puff. If you don’t like your job find a new one not working with the public.

I was hopeful that after the Islip terrace location incident that this east Islip one would be better. I feel like I’m in an episode of punkd I placed a mobile order for a bacon and cheese sandwich on a toasted bagel and a coffee. I arrived and the order was being packaged. I was hopeful. I thanked the younger woman working and she didn’t even glance at me. No big deal. My order was ready and perfect! I parked to eat and opened the sandwich. I thought it was Odd it felt Cold from the outside. When I opened it I had an untoasted bagel with two cold pieces of cheese. I drove back to the location and showed the woman. Instead of saying sorry she argued that I didn’t order right and to show her my order. I was stunned. I asked if she could just remake it and Again she states I didn’t order correctly and walks away to make it. I find my receipt and show that I did indeed order toasted. She threw the bag on the counter and walked away. Additionally the munching were stale 😭 I don’t know what is going on with Dunkin in Long Island but it’s not good

You have to watch this place. The prices on the menu board are lower then your reciept. I caught this many times and they play stupid. I am done with this location. The other issue is they prepare food with out gloves.

6/30 - Monday 9:30 am, came in to order breakfast and a iced coffee. As I was placing my order, the cashier had a hard time placing my order. As she had great difficulty, another customer came in, so impatient he couldn't wait and was served causing my order be incorrectly handled and no breakfast. Don't come here, you won't be served correctly and other customers before you placed after you and you be stuck with incorrect orders, and going through the day with out eating.

Walked in to get a hot coffee. Three women working there screaming at each other. I tied to give my order 4 times and the woman just turned and started yelling even more at the other two. I finally walked out

Came in to pick up an order and I just want to say how rude these children are that work behind the counter . The girl who was working refused to give me her name! She was so rude I purposely didn’t say thank you for my drink where she repeatedly kept saying you’re welcome. She was rude from the time I walked in and you can tell she absolutely hates her job ! Her nails are excessively long which also poses a risk to bacteria growth and infection and she consistently touched her face. Please be mindful when hiring people like this you will lose customers very quickly and not having a supervisor within the facility is an extremely horrible look! If this is your supervisor I would highly recommend a new one ! Horrible customer service !!!!!!!

3 people working inside the store, at 11:46 on a Monday on Dec 2, with no customers inside, and somehow the workers are still lazy, ignorant and quite rude. They acted as if I wasn’t even standing there. They were all focused in their own little worlds. Except for this one older lady who was working, that I saw right before I walked out. Thank you to her! 🥲

And today I visited and I asked for a seasonal drink that is displayed everywhere in the store as an ad yet they managed to mess that up! I asked for oat milk in my drink and they gave me almond milk. What if I was allergic to almond milk? I was not satisfied. Don’t go to this one go to the other one in East Islip.

What?!?? I was mortified for that woman! What kind of rule is that especially saying it out loud in front of a pretty filled store for such a small location

Since new management all the previous hard working, pleasant, and quick to get you your orders employees have quit. Service has not been the same since. The quality of the coffee has declined as well. One of my coffee orders had coffee grinds at the bottom of the cup. Another few times my hot coffee was cold. I am disappointed. I use to look forward to my morning coffee and morning smiling crew.

I hate to write this because I come here all the time but the service here is horrible they take 20 mins to make my order when no one is in the store he called me to short to see me and laughed it off like bro that wasn’t funny and I could barely understand him and he is addicted to his phone go to the one by cvs

I don't know what happened to this DD, I have to say it is one of the worse on my list. The coffee taste watered down. I used to frequent this DD in the past and it was always great. Now the last two times I went there not happy. Maybe new owners not sure. I won't be going there anymore.

I hate to Write this but after several times I have to this is Hands down the worse Dunkin’ Donuts on the island this place messes up the orders everytime…everytime… workers are constantly falling asleep like they are on drugs and never using clean gloves touching there cuts and nose then the food then the money this place use to be good but the new owners run a terrible establishment drive 5 mins down the road to oakdale they are so amazing
