Been here on average twice a week for the past 6 years whenever I'm home. During rush hour they might get held up but my footlong spicy italian has always tasted the same.
I come here regularly every Wednesday and Sunday and the service here is pretty good... I used to go to the one by LHC, but that one closed... their service was also very good... Rodriguez is one of the workers over here and I forgot the other one but he goes to another one very far away. Overall AWESOME service from this Subway
Best Subway I have been in! Clean restroom. Dining area was clean and spaced for Covid. Team made our sandwiches quickly and nicely. Well done.

I’d like to comment on how great the food is but it was nothing compared to the act of kindness my family and I witnessed from the employee Rodrigo. We watched an elderly couple with difficulty getting around slowly shuffle to the door. Rodrigo also noticed and hustled to open the door but it didn’t stop there. This gentleman walked them all the way to the car, lending his arm for them to hang on to for balance and security, and he opened the door and helped them get in. It is people like Rodrigo that make not only a business great but they make America great! This man deserves recognition and I wanted to take the time to let you know that this is the caliber of human we should all try to strive for. Thank you Rodrigo!

I love Subway, and this is the best Subway restaurant in Austin. Rodrigo is an excellent manager, and he has hired a top-notch team. They are always friendly, efficient, and the restaurant is always clean and tidy. The bread, meats, and vegetables are fresh. There is another Subway that is closer to our home, but we prefer to frequent this one because of Rodrigo, his team, and the excellent food. It's a real treat to eat there. Thank you Rodrigo and Team!
Was going through town on a work trip and stopped here for a bite. The food is amazing! They don't make skimpy sandwiches with the bare minimum. The restaurant is very clean, and the employees were super friendly! This is one of the best Subway experiences I've ever had.
I’ve been going to this location since I moved to Texas, the food here never fails to leave me wanting more, but more than that, is the extremely friendly atmosphere as soon as you step in. Now, this modern look to the store looks immaculate and makes me feel so great to walk into. More than that, the employees have become more like family through the years as they’ve watched me grow up with them, it makes it that much special. Great people with a great memory too, always bringing back remarkable memories and stories that make you feel special. The price is absolutely perfect for what you’re getting, only problem you will have, is that you didn’t buy more!

Usually a good sandwich, I believe its the manager who always does a great job and is super friendly but one specific co worker always seems to be laughing instead of doing a good job on my sandwich, always frustrating.
I came in for a sandwich at lunch today. The only person working there was Rodrigo. Although i waited in line for 15 minutes and could not stay to order food Rodrigo was awesome! He was not flustered, he was courteous and professional. You are lucky to have an employee like that. I suggest you have a plan in order to prevent that situation from happening again. Rodrigo deserves a bonus for his work today!
What can I say?….It’s a Subway. Friendly workers, decent sandwiches, and the surroundings were relatively clean. No complaints here. As you can see in the photo, my children gobbled down their food 😃

By Subway standards, the food chain s great. The ingredients were fresh and the meats were tasty. The staff performed their jobs well, but they weren’t very welcoming. I got the impression I was interrupting something. It was kind of early, but still.. I wish the location was a little more convenient (it’s tucked away a bit so you may have to hunt for it). What really bothers me about this location is actually the interior. This is still a fairly new shopping center, so why this Subway seems so rundown already is puzzling. A little facelift could make this a really nice local Subway.

Standing in line at 12:30 on a Sunday.. only one dude working with a line to the door. He's working hard but can only do so much.. people walking out left and right. Someone needs to get this dude some help.. down to just a few chip choices too
Haven't been to this location in some months. But I do frequent Subway restaurants. It could be my imagination, but it seems the buns got smaller since last time? The tomatoes were without doubt soggy, and my sub wasn't as good this time around.

This place is pretty gross cause no one cleans it up or at least they dont clean up good last week I ordered a pizza when I got it half of it was cold I had to go back and ask if they could heat it up more most of the time staff dosent care about the customer at does their jobs mediocre
Absolutely Terrible. After waiting 10 minutes I placed my order fort their meatball sub. The gentleman making the sandwiches told me unless I wanted it toasted he couldn't help me and then walked into the back. Needless to say I will not be returning
Ordered a BMT wrap for delivery. When I opened the wrap, there was no meat! Just the toppings. Have tried to call them but no answer.
Deliberately overcharged me for my sub didn’t have time to argue but I got a ham sub and they charged me for a turkey sub with a bunch of add ons I didn’t get.
The guy making my sandwich here at SUBMART straight up said I'm hung over as hell I'm tired as hell and I don't want to be here. he clearly hates his job and it shows. I ended up tossing my sandwich it was awful I will never be back.
Went to this location for the first time in a while, since the Bee Cave road location shut down. They only had one person staffed there during a 6 pm dinner rush taking all of the online orders, the orders for 8 customers in line and also working the register. She was a hard worker though and deserves to be paid more since she is working two other people’s jobs. I was the second person in line and I waited 20 minutes because of all the online orders. The tomato’s were all slimy and tasted like they have been sitting out all day. The management for this location needs to make some changes.
Ordered something via third party to be delivered from this restaurant at a specific time. When the third party arrived for pickup - this store claimed they never received the order minutes before delivery time - causing my order to be cancelled. When I tried calling the store to straighten things out they won’t answer the phone. Phone is conveniently off the hook when it rang previously. Poor customer service.
Very unprofessional. Came in to pick up a doordash order. The guy at the front saw me look at the shelf and did not ask me what order I was waiting on. Ok fine I sat down and waited because obviously they would make the order and get it out soon. No. I waited over 20 min for the order, another guy came in and sat down. They immediately asked him what order he was waiting on, my order was done and they sat it down behind the counter. I got up and waited another 5 min (the clearly saw I was waiting didn’t ask me if I needed anything) just to get the order handed to me.
This chain & location are ridiculous. I ordered and paid online only because my daughter loves their tuna sub and I'meeting her. One person chose a breakfast sandwich which it specifically said during ordering process was available at this location and asked me to select a time to pick-up since it was a cooked breakfast item. Got all the way to the shop only to be told they don't make breakfast here and staff don't know what to do to fix it since I already paid. They said it happens all the time...if that's the case, wouldn't you have fixed it by now or at least have a procedure in place to refund the transaction?
When you have an issue with an employee (rhys or rheese or something He wasn't wearing a name tag), It shouldn't be hard to get the name of a manager or store owner. I was lied to several times by this man within a 3 minute period. I asked to speak to a manager and was told 1) the manager was busy. I said I was willing to wait then they said 2) the manager isn't here. I then said why did you just say the manager is busy, may I have their name? Then I was told 3) if you want to talk to a manager, come back in the morning. I asked who I would be asking for in the morning and I got no response. I asked the other two employees present who the manager was and and they silently pointed at the "rheese" guy. At this point I'm just trying to figure out the name of the store owner so I can understand the issue I had in the first place. Which was that I was told they didn't have something in stock, then the person immediately behind me in line asked for two of the same thing, the item suddenly appeared. Twice! So I asked if I could have one too and they said No! I was trying to understand why they would served the item to this lady and her kids literally right behind me in line, but they wouldn't serve me the exact same item which I asked for first. So when I asked to speak to a manager or store owner, there was suddenly no ability to recall this name. While asking for a manager, I was told that I was causing problems and should leave. At no point did I raise my voice or anything. I JUST asked for a manger while being completely demeaned by this Rhys person. While refusing to answer my question, he would say things like, "I know it's hard for you to understand" and "I know it's difficult for you to process", etc... My husband returned the following morning just to get the name of the manager and the store owner since he did say "come back in the morning if you want to talk to a manager. This Rheese guy was there and said that HE was actually the manger on duty. He then told my husband (who was audio recording) "Is this about the lady yesterday? If that's your wife, she was being rude! We have cameras!". I would just like the store owner to explain why any of this is acceptable at all. 1) Why would he serve one random customer an item while not serving another? 2) Why would your store manager lie about being the store manager? 3) Why would your store manager not disclose who to speak to in order to resolve any issues? Lastly if you are the store owner and are reading this 4) Please review the cameras and determine for yourself if this was appropriate way for a manager in charge to respond to a customer. I have contacted corporate so far and am hoping for some type of response from someone at Subway since there seems to be no accountability for customer service at this location.
They do not honor their coupons?!? Was supposed to have a 6" combo/daily deal for $6.50 with no extras, provided their coupon for a free 6" and was charged an additional $1.50, no thank you.
