Great workers with a cheerful attitude that embody the Jimmy John's feel. Groovy music in the background and I always love the #9 Italian with extra mayo and extra tomatoes They have a nice patio outside that is perfect for kids and it has the gorgeous view of the Colorado River valley as you can see for 10 me across to the ridge of the other side of Lake Travis. Great for lunch or just to take in the beautiful view.

Great service, great food, but PLEASE do not repeat my card number out loud over the phone. You never know who is listening. Over all they have a great staff team and great service. Keep up the great work!
This location rocks! The guys that work here are so nice. Someone accidentally opened my sandwich so they remade my entire order even though I told them it was fine. Definitely recommend.
The Lakeway location is always top-notch. I use the app and pick up in-store. My food is always ready with a quickness and made well. I tend to customize my sandwiches heavily and they nail it every time! Don't sleep on the kickin' ranch add on.
I ordered online while driving to the location. I paid about 3 or 4 miles before arriving. After waiting in line to ask about my sandwich they still hadn't made it. There was seating available and we had ordered sodas so we sipped our sodas while waiting.
Picked up a sandwich sat 19 at 6:50 and never had anyone so kind at a Jimmy John's like the person who prepared my sandwich thanks
Lake Travis HS football has an important game today, 4th round of Texas 6A Division 1 playoffs. My son wanted his "lucky sandwich" from Jimmy John's. But his bus leaves at 11am, the same time the store opens. Thank you Dan for making our sandwich early. Dan at Lakeway Jimmy John's was nice enough to go above and beyond. Thank you Jimmy John's and Thank you Dan!!

The kid that is making sandwiches today, Nov 23, loves his job and he is good at it. Hugh energy, positive and makes a great sandwich. Best ever! The kid taking orders didn't want to bothered. Clean store, super quick service and great quality. Thanks!

I come here all the time and they do amazing on the Italian sub but recently they have been giving me like one slice of turkey on my beach club how is that even a sandwich without the turkey??

The main reason I go to JJ's is their great whole wheat sandwich bread. I was disappointed on my last trip because I forgot to ask for the bread upgrade and ended up with the default white roll. Please be proactive and offer options that are available, and swap the crispy cookies for soft & chewy ones. Your competition at Jersey Mike's does it right!

Food was good and they got my order correct. However, one of the workers wearing an orange shirt was being almost aggressive while taking my order. While I was eating my sandwich, I heard him mocking the other workers extremely loudly which was very off putting. I will probably not be coming back here for my lunch break anymore.
Long story short: Waited forty minutes for a sandwich that when I called to ask about they said the guy never closed the ticket and then they wanted to charge me for their mistake. The only reason I am giving them a two is they finally did agree to send me a sandwich for free otherwise it'd be a one.

My husband and I came in together to get sandwiches for our family, and unfortunately, we were met with very poor attitude from the staff. The sandwiches themselves are excellent — some of the best we’ve had — but a positive customer experience matters just as much. Let’s match the great food with great service to truly make someone’s day!
It took me a day to write this.. I was so upset. I went in around 12:30 on Tuesday May 12 and was one of the only people in the store. I ordered a little Turkey Tom . The guy confirmed my order at which point I thought he was making it.Three customers came In after me and all got their sandwiches before me, and no it wasn’t uber . I asked after they all received their sandwiches and they were still making mine. Mind you it was a turkey small 🙂↔️Finally I received it and was missing lettuce and tomato’s, cheese and peppers I had asked for, and was put together disgustingly . I went back in to ask for them to put the items I missed and had a rude encounter with a person named NICK who asked me what sandwich I ordered and he suggested I just get a refund and leave. I adamantly told him I would like have a sand which I paid for. I asked him to give me his managers name and he said he wouldn’t. . Per usual being black and upset he told me he would call the police on me instead. The way I was treated for a small turkey sandwich was beyond me. There was a kid who was working that was understanding but NICK was very dismissive and disrespectful. Be careful rude encounters and bad customer service . If NICK is working he might call the police on you for wanting to add missing items to your sandwich
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Jimmy John’s! Purchased sandwiches on 8/8/24 at 7:00 PM and a manager by the name of Phoenixg was extremely rude while taking our order (tried to rush me and acted really impatient). How does Jimmy John’s hire a manager who represents their store like that???
Sandwich doesn't come with cheese. Have to pay extra for it. And my sandwich is so thin I thought nothing was in it when I got it. 6 pieces of thin turkey and 3 slices of cheese. For 9 dollars. This is incredible. I don't know why anyone would ever go to Jimmy johns. I mean it's pathetic and disrespectful to a sandwich.
Went in last night at 7:51pm. Was told that their time on their computer says 8:06pm and that they are closed. Even Google said they were still open as I was driving away. How does one stay in business by turning away customers? I shook my head and walked out. Then was chased by employee out to my Jeep. I believe she was trying to right her wrong but I was hungry after getting off work from the hospital and wasn't about to deal with someone that turned me away. I don't like people who complain that don't have a suggestion to make things better so here are my thoughts. I feel that a Customer Service class (refresher courses each year if needed) should be required either by every single high school (senior year) or by business owners.
Ordered apparently at closing time. Unaware of this I sat down to eat when after about 4 minutes the "Manager" looked at me and said "I'm gonna have to kick you out of here in about 5 minutes" That really pissed me off sense they were fine with taking my money then were rude about simply trying to eat in peace. The whole staff had a cranky attitude! I said I would not be back and the punk behind the counter shouted "Have a nice day!" I have owned award winning businesses and lived in Lakeway for over 26 years with several family members also living in the area. My entire family will never patronize that store. There are too many small business owners that appreciate our business and would never think of embarrassing a customer as they did.
