Had a great experience. Always when I visit the several Wendy's locations I tend to visit. Food is always hot and quickly served and never had any issues. Also the locations are always very well maintained and clean.

Ran out of chocolate frosty... HOW??? It's catasstrophic. But everything else was great, best fries (next to CFL?) awesome sugar cookies. Nice people to deal with, my fault for missing dinner rush on the chocolate frosty. Vanilla is good but less awesome to dip fried into (like salted caramel).

First I ordered through the app some Nuggets and Ketchup Packets but when I got there to get my food they gave me spicy chicken nuggets and BBQ sauce I would ask them to fix it but was in a rush that day. This other time I ordered here through the drive thru they told me to go up front and they'll give me my food and had to wait about 30 minutes for my food I parked my car and go inside so they could give me my order apparently where they make the fries was broken if they have just told me that I would've just ordered my food without fries so I didn't have to wait so long.

Got my order wrong three times, their drink machine drenched my whole left leg, and sprayed some kind of orange dye that won’t come off easily on my hand, and made me waste 30 minutes of my day because they can’t just get a bite-sized burger right in that much time.

Would have probably given them more stars for the food if they would have got the order right. Had to get out of my truck after going thru the drive-thru because they forgot one of my burgers. Got back in the truck to leave and realized the original burger they put in the bag wasn't even correct. Not condiments, just the completely wrong order. Plus, I know it's only Wendy's, but it wouldn't kill them for at least one person to crack a smile. It felt kind of like the movies when a bank is getting robbed and everybody has absolutely no personality because they are trying to pretend like nothing is wrong. It's like none of them wanted to be there

Was waiting to pick up an order, and store seemed closed. I waited for 25min in the drive thr, after leaving i turned to the windows and saw about 3 guys playing. Literally playing video games, like really bro... smh completely bad customer service

⭐☆☆☆☆ One of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. They call it a “hamburger,” but it has nothing to do with beef or what a real hamburger should taste like. The texture and flavor were so strange that I honestly wouldn’t even give it to my dog. The place feels like it’s on the verge of closing — no customers, run-down atmosphere, and the staff look unprofessional with no uniforms and a careless attitude. Service at the drive-through is painfully slow, even though I was the only car there. The property itself is huge, but it feels wasted on this location. If management doesn’t step in, I wouldn’t be surprised if this Wendy’s shuts down soon. Absolutely disappointing.

I accidentally sent my mobile order to this store instead of the one near me, as for whatever reason it showed this location as closest despite being 14 miles away. Couldn't cancel through the app; and their support was already closed. This should of been an easy enough fix with a call to the store to cancel the order so I can reorder it at the Wendy's that's right up the street from me. After trying to call over 10 times, I ended up having to drive over 30 minutes away to pick up food that'd be cold by the time I'd get home just to have one the employee's giggle and let me know they don't pick up the work phone at this location for whatever reason? The guy even looked confused when I suggested they should maybe answer their phone if their location is accepting mobile orders. Not to mention they weren't even busy, it practically looked closed. Ridiculous.

Just left from the drive thru, out shopping and running errands; decided to grab a quick snack. I ordered 2 six piece spicy chicken nuggets. It should've been a simple easy order right? Nope, the nuggets were old and cold. It's the small and simple orders that shows you how a restaurant feels about the quality of food they serve their customers. My food should've been fresh and hot as they promised. This Wendy's is always a hit or miss, Why? Not just give every customer good food everytime!!
