Super chronic bagel spot! All of them are, it's a tough call going to Ulia's or here because they are so close but a good bagel can't be passed up! Had super killer tuna melt on a pesto cheese bagel with tomato, onion, and avocado topped with melted American cheese. All this with A V-8 for my health and under $10 score for work lunch!

Staff are very kind, especially a gal named Marilyn..food is cooked to order, bagels always fresh, their new Khmai cuisine is amazing. Prices are fair.

Super nice and friendly! Most importantly, they have delicious bagel sandwiches and baked goods!! Great grab and go spot. We will be coming back

On my way back through a few days later I stopped and got a bag of bagels for my freezer so I could enjoy the taste of Sonoma valley Bagels! Oh I got their cream cheese too- perfection!

There are probably close to a hundred little bagel shops littered around Santa Rosa and I've tried most of them. Sonoma Valley Bagel is by far the best. Kind and quick service, low prices and big amazing bagel sandwiches. Love this place!!

Bagels from my hometown that I can't get anywhere else, what more is there to say? I got there right as it opened so bagels were still warm 😁😁😁! I now live ~2hours from Santa Rosa and can rarely find brands I grew up with like Clover, La Tortilla and NEVER SVB! That requires a trip to mom's..... Update: I had a dream the other day that I was at SVB and the cashier was..... Eddie Van Halen. That's how good these bagels are, they taste like heaven. (Apparently, I have no idea where that dream came from!)

SUPER good bagel. It was almost 6 dollars but it was delicious. The interior is quite dated and dark, but there's charm. Good customer service, didn't take too long to get in and out.

As a former NYer and self professed bagel snob finding 'your' bagel place is very important (same with pizza). I've now made the rounds of the bagel place in and around Santa Rosa, purchased bagels from most of them, and Sonoma Valley is a clear winner for being the closest thing to a real NY bagel. I don't buy the non-traditional types of bagels, for me it's just poppy, plain, sesame, and everything with cream cheese and sometimes lox, if you want a review of the non-traditional types with sandwich fillings that make no sense for me you will need to look elsewhere, sorry.

My husband was a food service rep for 11 years just recently. So food cost and plate cost are in his brain every time we go out. Just spent $22 on two toasted ham bagels. At most with labor and packaging that bagel cost them no more than $3. Math isn’t matching in this restaurants anymore. Good luck out there

They usually have had a good selection of bagel and a cream cheese flavors. There a several sandwiches to choose from as well. However, the bagel selection the last couple of times as been more limited. I can deal with that to some extent because I like different kinds. The last breakfast there, the bagels were not quite as good as they usually are, but we're still decent. But the real problem is the service. Not only have the young people working there been less than friendly, they have messed up simple 2-bagel orders three times in a row despite repeating it back to us correctly. When getting the wrong spread the last time, they told me they were out of what I asked for. What they didn't do was tell me that in advance, or if plain cream cheese was ok. They just don't listen, or care anymore. I'm sorry to say but I think we'll be better off finding another place for bagels.

Ordered two egg bacon cheese English muffins and added sausage to both of them it took supper long to be made and ofc they charged extra for sausage on both but wen I got it I noticed the was wonky a half price in each sandwich cheese was not melted all the way and the kitchen looked a hot mess so not recommend

Worst experience ever the older Asian lady was so rude she kept messing up my simple order of egg, cheese and onion with salt and pepper breakfast sandwich she started touching it with her fingers and rearranging the sandwich trying to add the salt and pepper she forgot and pulling up the melted cheese and egg to add mayonnaise after it was already done and talking about me and her language because she messed up the order she also toasted my two other Bagels when I didn't ask for it toasted and then got mad again when I corrected her I've been here a few times and it hasn't ever really been a good experience and they advertise boba drinks and they haven't had it not one time since I have come here.. the worst!!.. I like the product just not the people and the only gentleman that works there all the time, after I asked for a refund he did not try to be accommodating at all he gave me my money as if I was a problem and told me to have a nice day awful customer service

The cashiers are not very enthusiastic, they ask you "if you want something else" as if they already wanted you to leave and not order more very bad Service on their part, the bagels were fine I have nothing to complain about.
