The employee that helped me at my latest visit was very helpful. I had gone in thinking I placed my order on the app but I never hit submit. Once I finally did process the order he was so good at making sure it was done fast. The food is VERY good. Love the sweet potatoes and also the way the market place chicken is cut. Very tasty.

Everything tastes flavorful and fresh! I will definitely be coming back.

The food is really good! I’ve worked at UCLA for the last 5 years and never stopped by. Decided to come in today because the reviews were good and the chicken reminded me of el pollo loco but better. Not disappointed at all. The employees are extremely nice and let me use the restroom :) Totalyl wish I discovered this spot sooner

Their chicken is always fresh, and it tastes so good. I love their authentic corn tortillas. They're generous with their fresh guacamole. Don't get the mac and cheese. It's watery and cold. I think they forgot to reheat it.

There is a new Wildbird in Westwood on Lindbrook right outside of UCLA. Wildbird has free range, vegetarian fed, free of hormones raised chickens which I love. I had a to go order and tried the Quarter Chicken with Kale Slaw, Sweet Potatoes, and a side of their creamy green salsa. The meal came with corn tortillas too. The whole meal was very filling. The kale salad was delish! Sweet potatoes were good. The chicken I have to say was a little dry. I like for my chicken to be a lot more juicy. I’m hoping that was just a one time thing. And the tortillas smelled funny to me so I didn’t like them. But all in all I would definitely come here again and maybe try something else. I love food that doesn’t have all the extra hormones and chemicals. It’s so much healthier. Check out the new spot in Westwood, and see for yourself!

The chicken here was so good. I was a bit disappointed by the portion size, I was hoping there would be more for the cost. But overall the flavors were phenomenal. I really liked the kale salad a lot! My husband got the pozole and that was also pretty tasty.

Very good food. The guy hooked me up with an extra salsa without charging. I’m giving 4 stars only because I was charged a 3% surcharge even though I spent more than whatever a minimum would be. There was no sign about the surcharge, and the guy there didn’t know why the machine does that. In summary, good food but there’s an extra fee for using card whether you like it or not

I arrived 30 minutes before closing and guy at register didn’t want to make anything for me, finally convinced them to make my order if it was to go and i would leave with it.

Updated review! I kept ordering from here after trying their food for the first time and unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the manager not responding to my concerns with the food I received when I emailed him. The buffalo cauliflower was missing the sauce which is the main reason to even get buffalo cauliflower. See attached photo! And the burrito was falling apart, very soggy! I emailed him with my concerns and he never responded. I went to the store and the employees mentioned that OSCAR received the email because he did bring up my concerns to them but he didn’t bother to reply to my email! Very unprofessional person running a business like this that doesn’t care to fix the issues or even acknowledge them! Won’t be dining here anymore.

They litterally have me what I didn’t ask for or pay for. I asked for a large Mac and cheese and this is the second time they have gave me a small cup and some other side I didn’t ask or pay or want. And I got sick from their food last time so I won’t be eating this at all such a waste of my money. And y’all are definitely gonna get a shout out about how horrible your food and service is.
