Blue Cheese & Bacon Hamburger was the best I’ve ever had. Homemade bun!!
I’ve been here multiple times and drive from an hour away to get here. My favorite burger in Texas. Service has always been quite good too. Really appreciate places like this - hope they do well.
Best sweet potato fried and beans I’ve had. The brisket tacos were also out of this world. The beers were also great. One of the best bocks and hazy ipas that I’ve tried.
We had frito pay, fish tacos, brisket sandwiches and wings as per the excellent recommendation of our friend Ariah. Como visit her!
Love this brewery! Staff is awesome! Great beers! I'll definitely come back.
Really nice pub with a great selection of beers. However it was the food that was amazing and really surprised me! I wasn't expecting that from a place that primarily focuses on their beer. But it was really good! The beer is of course good too. We went in the afternoon, between lunch and dinner so there was only one worker but he was great. Super friendly, got our order perfect, and was attentive to getting us drink refills. I highly recommend this place!
This is a great little brewery with quite a selection of beers that they brew themselves and an excellent menu. On my most recent visit, the Ranger Rye and the Susanna IPA were the big hits for me. They went great with the fried green tomatoes and the Frito pie. It's a small place but big on beers and food and they come highly recommended.
Super cool redo of this building. They’ll have more wines on tap soon and beers are solid. Kitchen opening in days to come however you can order from elsewhere in the square and bring it in 2022 update: ask for Bubba’s Boracho Beans. They are some of the most flavorful, spicy, delicious beans I may have EVER had.
My favorite was the Immortal 32 and the Stout Nitro. All of the beers were smooth and flavorful. The beer didn’t try too hard. Service was fast and helpful with the beer selection. Food was good, the pretzel and beer cheese was especially a favorite. Great spot after a day at the Blanco State park or shopping local antiques.
Dog friendly… even on a chilly afternoon our waitress was attentive & friendly - we were not “left out in the cold”. Our brisket was super tasty in a fresh bun with the smoky bbq complimented with pickles and coleslaw topping. The sweet potato fries were really fresh & tasty 😋 so glad we stopped in on our drive.
Great brewery and restaurant, we had wings and chicken tacos which were very good! Brews are always good here and a large variety to accompany everyone’s tastes!! The El Jefe, The Immortal Bock and the ESB are not to miss!! There is also a small wine selection if you prefer that!! It’s a don’t miss if you are around Blanco!!
What a cool spot of the Blanco Square. I stopped in after a walk through the Blanco State Park ready for a bite and beverage. Brandon was wearing ALL the hats that day, and doing a great job! He was very welcoming, friendly and attentive to all the customers. My beer, the Texian was tasty and my Old Fashion burger & tots were delicious. I highly recommend this place when passing through Blanco Texas!
Had a cedar salad! It was amazing. Family really liked the beer too. 10/10 would come again
Husband had a beer flight then a large beer of his favorite from the flight. I had tea, half sweet half unsweet and let me tell you their tea was SO AMAZING! I wished later I had gotten some to go. We shared a taco plate. The beans were delicious and the steak tacos amazing. I didn’t like the bbq tacos on the corn tortillas but that is just my preference not liking sweet bbq sauce with the corn tortillas.
Called in an order after leaving the Johnson city light extravaganza and was greeted and explained very politely Any questions I asked placed my order was told 25 min wait was done in 15 min, the food was delicious, hot and fresh and the service was top notch at pick up
Enjoyed the atmosphere! Beautiful little place. The beer was fantastic!! The food was outstanding, will be making this place a habit!!
I’m absolutely in love with the Big Tex Bacon Cheeseburger. This has got to be the best burger I’ve had in many years. The menu shows a good variety of other types of burgers as well. My son ordered the Chicken tenders and he was equally impressed with the quality and size of his meal. Staff here are super friendly and very helpful when it comes time to deciding what to order. This was our first time visiting and no doubt we will be back again real soon. I’m even willing to drive from over an hour away (even if I am not passing through) just to eat here again. Highly recommend this place to everyone! 10 out of 10
I'm visiting Blanco and decided to give this place a try. The food was excellent, and the beer selection was good. I had the smoked brisket sandwich and tater tots. The brisket was tender, and the barbecue was just tangy enough for my liking. The tater tots were freshly made and not soggy like some restaurants. The beers I chose were very different from each other. The best of the 4 by far was a surprise to me after reading the description. El Hefe had a full flavor, good fizz, and a nice smooth finish. Who knew banana and clove would taste great in a beer!? I even left with a growler to take home! My second was the Canon Stout. The flavor was bold, with good chocolate overtones. I know my husband would like it. Next up was Ranger Rye. I don't normally care for a piney taste, and that came through on my tastebuds. The other two of the IPA & Hoppy category were unavailable, or I would have tried one of those. Last on the list of four was a lighter golden lager called The Texian. If that's what you enjoy, then you may like this one. I prefer a fuller bodied beer with unique flavors. The restaurant area was comfortable, a bit rustic, and they had great music playing. The waitstaff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and there was a steady stream of people coming in for the bar or to pick up takeout orders. I would definitely recommend trying this place out! I know I'll be back. 😊
We had an awesome time here. I'd come back here any time at all! Jennifer was a great server!
Really good! The sweet potato fries are to die for and don't skip the special sauce. Chicken tacos were great! Nice music overhead. Seating for a large group on a day when it's not busy. I recommend this place for sure!
It's a nice brewery in Old town Blanco. They have nice choices of beers like hazy IPA, hefeweizen, stout and pilsners. They're good, I liked the Hefeweizen and the stout beers. You can take a 16 OZ glass or a smaller size snifter. I liked the ambience a lot and the bartender, Jennifer, is really ice person. Thanks a ton for your wonderful service and hospitality!
Finger foos were great to share. Beer was ok. They were out of certain drinks and menu items. Over all good place and staff. Place was cute and we had a good time.

Stopped in for lunch after visiting Blanco State Park. Seated immediately, friendly service. I had a Crispy Chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The Immortal 32 Bock is outstanding! I highly recommend both!

Super happy with our choice. Food and service were really great here. We got the Spicy cheese curds and the Blackened Fish (salmon) tacos, and both were awesome! While I'm not a big fan of beer, there were a bunch of alternative options.

The Bacon Swiss Burger was off the hook. It was a hot juicy Burger with a perfectly toasted bun. The fries were served hot and crispy. Our server Ariyah was on top of her job. 5 stars all the way around!
My wife and I ate here this evening and the food was excellent, staff was great too. But we were in for a treat because a guy named Duke sat down and started playing his guitar and singing. He is outstanding! Im hoping to learn his full name so I can hear more. He did two of my favorites "John Prine and Guy Clark" and he did them perfectly. I hope to hear more from him. And Duke, if you're reading this, don't stop doing what you're doing. You are the best I've heard in a very long time.
Blackened tacos were great. Atmosphere was great and great service. My husband lost his wallet there and they mailed it to us, everything including money was still in the wallet. Love this place.
We loved this little brewery so much we stopped in both days we were here. Very good beer, very friendly and accommodating staff, and frequent live music.

Overall, I really enjoyed this brewery. I found the beer to be a pleasant, malt-forward, southern English style beer. I enjoyed the outdoor seating, even though it was a little cramped. Service was excellent. They have a limited bar menu, although I am unable to describe the quality because we only had tasty beer. I had them can four beers to take when we left. Prices are excellent also. I would definitely revisit.
This is a Really cute place, we missed our turn and happened to stop and eat a late dinner here. We shared the Texas size pretzel and I had the brisket quesadilla and my husband had the crispy alligator po boy that was on special. Food came out quick and was super delish. Pretzel was a little tougher than I like but it was absolutely huge. Quesadilla was a little spicier than I expected because of the jalapeños but they had sour cream to dip it in at my request. And my husbands roll on his po boy he wished it were a little firmer. Glad we stopped, we would definitely come back again.
Love the atmosphere and look of the place. Beers were alright but a little light for my taste - we sampled 8 different ones and felt they were all light. The big surprise was the food. Queso and salsa were both excellent. Green chili white queso that was creamy and flavorful and didn’t get gelatinous. We split the double meat Big Tex bacon burger and it was also very good. The killer for me was the fries. I’m NOT a fry eater, one or two is enough for me. These fries were so good I could have eaten an entire basketful by myself! Golden brown and crisp exterior with a soft fluffy inside. These are 5 star chef fries!!
Cool spot to stop for a beer and lunch. Nothing really stood out about the beer. Middle of the road and drinkable. The brisket philly was good and somehow come on an actual Amoroso roll. Not sure how they pulled that one off.
Stopped into this place for lunch on a Friday. This Brewpub seems to be fairly new as everything is clean and fresh, and it offers a variety of beers they produce themselves. You have indoor and outdoor seating as well as at the bar. They offer a menu of appetizers / snacks as well as lunch items. All are moderately priced. I had the 4 street taco plate, and my friend had the chicken fingers with sweet potato fries. My tacos were delicious but I wish it was a larger portion. Chicken dish was a more substantial portion. Everyone enjoyed the food and drink but the service was poor. Finished plates weren't cleared, drinks weren't refilled, and checkout was slow. Obviously need more staff and appear to be trying to hire more help. Desserts are available as well as canned brews, TV'S also available for sports. I will recommend this place and hope they will improve the quality of service ASAP.
6-19-2025: Great service from one person who was working the bar, the phone and the dining room. Enjoyed the El Hefe pint. Appetizer - Southwest egg rolls were slightly overcooked but still tasty.
Our first time here, loved the sweet potato fries! Plus their burgers are amazing 😍. Chicken sandwich was huge!
Superior draft lagers, pills, bitters and IPAs! As a brewer myself I can tell you these folks make a high quality brew and charge a reasonable price. Great atmosphere with a tasty menu, we will be back to consume many more of these adult beverages!

First time at this brewery. I had a Rio Rojo and my husband had the Cannon Hazy. I was skeptical because the description mentioned pine. You couldn't tell it had pine. Very smooth and tasty. Both were very good. We split the smokey brisket sandwich and it was delicious. The staff was prompt and very nice and chatty! The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. We will be back for more when we are in the area.

Food was average but the price was good. Wouldn’t be a place I’d go to again for the food personally. The waitress we had wasn’t necessarily rude, just a bit unfriendly and not personable at all. Never checked on us or asked if we needed anything. Because of this I found the service to be subpar. All in all, okay place… just not great.

I have tried this place three times and you’re out. Absolutely the worst food in Blanco. The third time my burger was so salty I couldn’t eat it. When they remade it was so bland it had no flavor. My dogs liked it though but they like just about anything. Definitely would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The one time I did try the beer I was not impressed either. Real Ale is right down the road and has fantastic beer. Just an all around bad experience and won’t go back again.
The fish was over cooked and you could see fryer basket marks on it along with the fried shrimp. The tater tots tasted like the fryer hasn’t been changed since they opened. The cheese curds were the best thing about this meal. They only serve in house beer which was lackluster at best.
