I’m trying to make this my Friday night spot. Bertha was really nice on this last visit. I will try to update every Friday!….Saul was very welcoming. Tony and Mari were great. The food is tasty and spicy 🥵. I ordered Yellowtail aguachillies and a Tiger 🐯 Roll. So good 😊

Delicious and Friendly. I almost allowed the bad reviews to keep me from going. But, we decided to go anyway and I am glad we did. The food was so delicious and the service was impeccable. We ordered two rolls and hibachi. The main difference is that we don't have to sit around the hibachi tables and watch the show. I actually enjoyed that part. No hot fire in my face, making me hot. But, the food was really delicious and flavorful. Perhaps, more flavorful, then your typical Hibachi spots. I will definitely be returning. The Manger Kuko was so good to us. We had a party of 4 and did not have to pay any extra fees. However, the surcharge is only 3% and it helps them keep their prices reasonable and I can respect that. Other Hibachi places are a little more expensive. I will be back!!!

Her presence and customer service made the evening it’s like she was apart of our family! So sweet and she was so attentive it’s almost like we had rented out the restaurant perfect time to come for a Monday! Finding out that happy hour was until 6p was also a treat ! Everything she recommended we ended up trying from appetizers, drinks and the entrees. The chef Aaron was excellent !! The food was fresh hot and delicious! Juiciest chicken and the mango habanero sauce was so good. The rolls were so good and I highly recommend even the fried Riverside Roll and the Ay mi papa roll! The Mexican Korean fusion right there was a treat! Drinks were so good and they don’t skimp on liquor! The spicy Paloma and the soju were really good! Manager came over and even brought us birthday shots for the inconvenience from earlier and it definitely made an impression he even stopped by and asked if we were good! Service was fast, attentive, friendly and helpful. The decor in the establishment was picture worthy! Michelle went above and beyond!! Will definitely be returning !! The shrimp and chicken hibachi combo with the fried rice was 10/10! Very pleased with the turnaround and service!! Thank you for making my sisters 30th special

The service is great and so is the food. if you’re a night shifter like me who doesn’t always want to eat breakfast after work this place is a plus. They open early and serve both brunch and dinner menus all day.

The Ay Mi Pa roll is hands down my new favorite sushi roll. I tried every cocktail on the menu, you cannot go wrong with any of them. The Sayonara was best in my opinion. Isabel S. was my waitress, she was awesome! I could not have asked for better a experience. I highly recommend this place and will be back soon.

First time visiting this location, and the bartender was the person who did amazing for us tonight. He greeted us as soon as we arrived and gave us a place to sit. The drinks that he made for us were on point. Super nice and friendly guy. If we come back,it will be to have a drink . The food was ok. Also no happy that they still charge you a 3% extra on your bill for a law that pass on July first for business to stop doing that.

Lunch hibachi shrimp and vegetables were delish and a decent price. Fried rice was lacking but with ginger sauce it was tasty. Service was excellent. Prompt and attentive server, Michelle. Restaurant was clean and well staffed for the lunch hour. Only negative is that the music is too loud for such a small indoor space. Hard to relax and carry on a conversation.

Food was really good and it’s a cool spot but I unfortunately have to agree with others on the service part. Service was extremely slow regardless of ~4 servers being there, we were one of three tables. Food was great and priced fairly, and they have fun and unique menu items. But just because of how painfully slow the service is, I wouldn’t go again, and would instead order takeout.

Everything we got was good. A little disappointed with the lobster roll. But poke nachos,kamikaze roll , shrimp and salmon hibachi and spicy edamame are 🙌🏽

I was at the state building on business and needed some good food. Ordered the shrimp and chicken combo plate to go. It was good. Not great. Kind of pricy but it was fresh and hot. Service was good. Might try it again

Service was great. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. Service was quick. Came with a group and we all enjoyed our meal. Some of the group said their steak was a little over done, but still tasted good. Portion sizes are great. I had the scallops and they were great. Love the miso soup and salad. Will definitely be back!

Anyway, at the end our server went to take a break and the server in charge of us, didn't really check on our table. We ended up requesting service from other workers... Well, we most likely will not come back... There are lots of hibachi restaurants that are less expensive and offer better quality food...

Music added to the atmosphere. It was not crowded so I was able to enjoy my meal since the tables are close to each other. Would come back again.

Music was too loud, but understand this is a trend for younger generation. However, this place prices out the college crowd. The waitress was rude, unfriendly, and doesn’t make it a desirable place to visit even if the food is decent. People with money will go elsewhere. We came back because we liked our first visit. The food is bad ... very bad. I ordered traditional tuna roll and Mexican flag roll, the fish is old and sticky and smelled bad, I couldn't finish them, I actually got too scared because I thought I might get sick after eating it .. the sushi felt very gummy in my mouth. I ordered a side of noodles and it was cold and looks like it was prepared a long time before it was served or it was like a leftover from another order that they served us, it tasted horrible and very sticky, more like stale and the spices used on them seemed like they sprinkled them on top after the noodles was cooked and left to dry, it was very gummy in the mouth too. I also ordered a side of adémame and it was very bland... had nothing on it. Food experience overall: the worst sushi and noodles I ever had in my life. Having said that, I'm giving 3 stars not 1 for the waitress service, she was a sweetheart and she made sure we were doing fine and if we needed anything all the time. Also, food came on time although the place was busy on that night. And the ambiance of the place was nice. PS. I am not that picky of an eater, but honestly the food was very unpleasant :( Tips to improve: use fresh fish and rice, and make sure food is served hot.

Tried the chicken and salmon combo and the chicken and shrimp combo. Taste was good. Noodles were a little too tough for my taste. Couldn’t tell if they were overcooked or not fresh enough. It was an extra $3 for fried rice and $1 extra to have the protein with their teriyaki sauce. The food was a little too greasy for our taste. Edamame and drinks were okay.

Presentation is great. The food and drinks look nice, but do not taste that great. The service was decent but I will not be coming back sadly. I should have listened to the reviews.

The best part about this place was the sushi roll we had. The shrimp was a little too fishy. I was not given an option to view my receipt before paying and after I paid I received my receipt which was ridiculous to me. There was a 3% surcharge already applied and a large party fee (18%) which was $20.56. Crazy thing was that this “large” party was my bf and I and our toddler who did not eat a thing. The food was not horrible but the fact that they snuck those charges in there is why I will not be coming back. And here is a picture of the receipt

I ordered the Sinaloa roll and it was something like this; only one shrimp per roll ( or essence of it) filled with cream cheeses and rice with a 2 piece of cucumbers, 1 piece or tuna on top, decorated with bits of scallop and a mini wedge of lemon for $18 What you all think?

It's sounds like a club with the seating of a restaurant. Pretty loud and flashy with a lot of Asian aesthetic mixed with Latin vibes. But the food, I mean for what your paying, you might as well get sushi at Stater Brothers. 20 dollars for a few grams of fish spread out over a roll. I basically just had a roll of rice. The taste wasn't that much different either. Staff and service was fine, nothing amazing but polite and courteous. Just the prices, it's ridiculous for what you're getting and the food is not at all good at that price. I've had cheaper sushi that tastes better with less rice. If the price was less, I'd probably give it 3 stars.

I think this place is just convenient, the gyoza was good but everything else was not worth anything positive. I ordered a lychee martini for it to be full lemon juice, then had a waitress side eye me and tell me they don’t even have those despite being an actual lemon peel in it. The chicken was really dry and are sushi was warm. We didn’t order anything to warrant warm sushi. This place is not worth its price. Maybe as a take out place maybe but this food was grossly over priced and just banking on the convenience of location.

My order, on the other hand, not so much. They got my order wrong, but they rectified it quickly, and I was ok with it. Soda drinks only come in a can or bottle...no free refills. The steak was bland and the chicken was a little dry. The veggies were delicious, tho! We were happily eating our food when we received our appetizer I had ordered! I had forgotten we ordered it. We got the appetizer after our main food...lol. The rolls were supposed to be crunchy but were soggy, but the shrimp and cream cheese was really good. There were a lot of flies for some reason, which was a little annoying. If u like sushi or hibachi style food, I would recommend going elsewhere. The prices are about average but the food and service is not. Overall, the whole experience was just ok. Trying to find Parking was awful. The added surcharge was a surprise! I don't recommend this restaurant. Just my opinion...

Took awhile to receive service even though it wasn't busy. My sister in law had the shrimp hibachi and did not enjoy it. The DTR roll was not the worst sushi I've had,but the last bite had an odd aftertaste.

Ordered on door dash and they forgot to include a $20 sushi roll. Steak was over cooked, there was a very small amount of noodles. Would not Recommend getting this to go.

Worst experience ever! Bad customer service, food was cold, we got all you can eat sushi and took 50 mins to get 2 out of 6 items ordered. Hot plates came in cold and never were given utensils to eat, got up and got my own. Also never came to give napkins or utensil. Even refills were never offered. There was also some kind of insect flying around. More onions almost had no veggies for the hot food plate. FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME GOING!!!!
