ALWAYS amazing experience here when Christina is in!!! Plus there are Jensen's donuts right next to you so there's really nothing better. I use to go her a lot more often but I recently went with family to meet some friends and my son got some candid photos!! Photo credit to my 3 year old!! :)

Very friendly. Christina who I think is the manager was very nice and offered to remake my drink when I questioned it. I didn't have her remake it but it's always nice when customer service is good.

Revered seeing locals/visitors alike in this exclusive town where a purchase awards the owner with lake rights. Visiting Starbucks---domestically and internationally---alots a certain appreciation for consistency (a Nobel Laureate said "it wins"). Still learning through exploring this theme slowly while observing and writing. Gracious for the interactions and in terms of reviews my senses are on alert post review. Quality of drinks here is top-notch and I am thankful for Jensen's (in business for over 7 decades).Visit and find out why. Love the fall and holiday decorations here.

Every time I enter Jensens, I almost always get a Starbucks. For good reason though, and that is the amazing service. The folks that work there are very nice and even more helpful.
I am a local and go here pretty ofter up until recently they have been messing up alot of my orders like for instance i bought a snowman cake pop and i get a birthday cake one then after that i go with a friend and we get two different size gingerbread chai one venti and one grande and it even said it on the sticker and i received two grande and then just today i ordered online a cranberry bliss bar tray and they give me a piece of the bliss bar i paid $19 for it and didn’t get what i paid for it should be pretty clear on the sticker on what it is and i still receive things wrong.
I’m giving this a solid 3 stars. I’ll subtract a star for two reasons. -1 because of their system. It’s always slow. CANNOT ACCEPT STARBUCKS REWARDS. It’s very bad, you often have to wait. Annoying is the word. -1 for location. Right inside the Jensen’s. Not ideal. Not a fun environment. Makes you feel like a coffee addict. They often get drinks wrong here. But the people are relatively nice. Mountain people aren’t often nice (they tend to hate flatlanders) but they are relatively nice here.

Visit midday. More likely not to be closed. As stated previously, this is a franchised location, no points earned or redeemed. Employees are very open to the customers about the pay and benefits…. However this is 2021……

They should take there schedule conflict conversation to the back and focus on work. No happy faces behind counter or customers. Seems orders were being returned for mistakes too. Ugh.
I just left this store and had really unpleasant experience. All 3 ppl behind the counter look unhealthy and barista lady was really rude. They messed up my order and did not want to correct it. This is not customer service worthy of Starbucks. They need to be retrained!

Not ta be tooo harsh, love me some StarBizzle... however, this particular location... lacking. It is ran by kids, I've never seen anyone over 18 yrs of age employed by Starbucks here (not downing you youths baristas). All that's needed is better management (experience) to take control and bring that 2 up to the 5 stars most Starbucks the World over strives to achieve... There is hope for this, the ONLY Starbucks for us mountianfolk, to deliver the gold standard brews we pay $8 + for our expectations of excellence.😻😻

This is the fifth time that the establishment's employees have shown a lack of mental capacity to take an order correctly and deliver it within 25 minutes, Dylan and a new person took an order on the night of November 12th at 8:10 pm, which was followed in the poorest and most miserable way possible. Our order was never delivered because Dylan and the other employee were talking about Dylan's problems at school. Our order was ignored by both employees even though they knew we had ordered two drinks just a few minutes earlier. We asked for a refund, and they didn't even bother to apologize for their mediocre customer service. It was truly awful service, not to mention that on previous visits, Dylan himself took our orders incorrectly and mocked us inappropriately because he couldn't admit his mistake. Disgusting service.
Disappointed – Overloaded Sugar and Poor Coffee Quality I’m truly disappointed with Starbucks lately. The drinks have become overly sweet — it’s almost impossible to taste the actual coffee anymore. It feels like the recipes are loaded with unnecessary sugar to cover up poor quality or lack of flavor. When you order a coffee, you expect a balance — not a dessert disguised as a drink. Even when I ask for “less sweet,” it still comes out overloaded with syrup and sugar. It’s frustrating to pay premium prices for something that tastes artificial and nothing like true coffee. Starbucks used to stand for quality and craftsmanship, but now it feels like a corporate scam built on sugar, not coffee. Please bring back the real coffee experience — simple, rich, and made with care.
Should have seen the reviews before placing an order, the service was horrible honestly would not be returning and would not recommend to anyone.
I had a disappointing experience at this location. The server, Caleb, appeared to have difficulty understanding orders and was condescending in his interactions with me. His attitude and communication issues made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. While I understand everyone can have off days, customer service training seems necessary. Due to this experience, I won't be returning to this location.
I had the misfortune of encountering the most uncomfortable customer service at this Starbucks on January 12th, 2025, around 11 AM. There were two girls working the register—one was a tall, blonde, and fuller-figured girl, and the other was a brunette, skinny, and seemed like she couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge anyone around her. These two seemed more interested in their own little gossip session than actually doing their jobs. I had to stand there awkwardly, waiting to even be acknowledged. There was a guy working, who was at least polite enough to greet me when I walked in, but those two girls? Absolutely zero interest in helping customers. When I finally had to say hello to get their attention, they both looked at me like I was interrupting their personal hangout. Honestly, it felt like I was invisible, and I couldn't help but feel like they think they’re too good to take orders. The attitude was condescending, with a tone that was downright dismissive. I’m all for a bad day, but when it’s clear that these girls just don’t care about their jobs, it’s a huge turn-off. If you don’t want to be there, maybe you should reconsider why you’re working in customer service. I won’t be back if I see them working again.
Was out grocery shopping with my family and decided to get some Starbucks. Our cashier Caleb was very rude and unpleasant towards us. He treated us with such a condescending form, it made for very uncomfortable experience. I really doubt that aligns with starbucks views, especially since this is the first time I have an experience like this at a Starbucks. The store was beautiful but he definitely tainted our experience there.
Caleb was so rude to my family am honestly disgusted and I hope that what he showed is not the Starbucks customer values, totally unacceptable. I know that Starbucks can do better than him. A horrible bad experience.
