We ordered take out from here several months ago and it was horrible. We decided to try them again a couple weeks ago and the food was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised. We ordered them for take out today and the food was great! I’m not sure if they switched management but the food is great now.

They were very nice and accommodating. We had to meet with a client and talked with them for a while before we even ordered chips and queso. BTW I always promise myself I’m not going to “pig out” on the chips and salsa… but I’m weak. Their chips and salsa is the best!

We have not eaten here in forever, Seriously, years. Chili's was our "go-to" in Utah, but after moving back to Texas, we know there's many great places to eat. Everything was just as we've known it in the past. Great! Our waitress was phenomenal! Wish I knew her name.

We had a really great meal, and our waitress was very patient as we tried to make a decision on our meals. The ribs were what you would expect from Chili's, Great, and our meals were both great. We had to take a box home and had lunch the next day!

We stopped in the watch a football game and some lunch. We sat in the bar area and ordered appetizers. The waitress was very nice and provided excellent service. After the game, she offered us to go cokes. We had a great experience.

Food, service, and atmosphere were great. Social distancing was in place and everyone was comfortable. I enjoyed the Mushroom Burger and Fries. Burger was loaded with a very nice amount of mushrooms. Fries were delicious as well. We also enjoyed the chips and dip ahead of our meal. I especially liked the Chili dip. We will return again.

Staff was attentive and professional. My soup was way TOO SALTY to eat. Mother's salad was drenched in dressing which was even too much for her. She could not eat more than a few bites. Sister's house salad was good. We all three got different soups and they were all TOO salty. I will be back again to try something else on the menu.

We had an incredible experience at Chili’s in Boerne, and a big part of that was due to our fantastic waitress, Lyndze. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us welcome. The chips and salsa were to die for, as always—fresh, flavorful, and perfect for snacking while we waited. The chicken strips were crispy yet juicy and flavorful, not dry at all, which is always a win. Our hamburger was cooked to a perfect medium—succulent, juicy, and just how we like it. First and for most I have been here 3 times and the Staff and Management are friendly and so helpful. I would recommend this location 💯%. I ate the BBQ BRISKET BURGER at first I thought it was a burger patty made with ground brisket, but nope it's a actual burger topped with brisket and coleslaw. OMG 😋😋😋😋 this burger was bomb 💣💣💣💥💥💥. Recommend this burger 💯% and omg the New Mozzarella sticks and warm Marinara Sauce appetizer was awesome to. I also recommend for my adult friends the Tito's Punch Amazing 🤩🤩🤩🤩.

This specific whataburger was busy! I thought for sure we would be waiting a while. My husband was still filling our drinks when the food arrived, it was that fast! The fries were perfectly cooked, not undercooked which is usually the case during busy times elsewhere.

Came on a late night and ordered the chips and salsa with guac, the guac came frozen but the manager was nice enough to discount our meal and remove the guac. The food was the usual good chilies but the manager resolved my issue easily and with no conflict, very generous. I love when people are able to resolve something with no arguing or aggression.

It has been a minute since we ate at a Chili's. Just not one near our house. But, my daughter had a bug for your mozzarella sticks and honey chipotle tenders so we went. My wife and I are regulars (7 yrs.) at the Boerne Chili’s. The Managing Partner, Robert does a great job of hiring, training and developing his staff and managers. The bartenders see us and prepare our beverages before we have time to even be greeted by our server! The hospitality and food quality experiences are consistently great! First time trying out this location. I actually love it more than my chilis I had been going to for over 20 years. It’s super clean, seating was quick, the food presentation was impeccable, staff was so friendly as well. I even got a souvenir Super Bowl shirt, which made my entire day! We have had Leona several times before but we always pay in cash so I never got the chance to put in a review for her so I will put it here. Leona was an amazing server. She truly cares about the customers. Every single time we have her it makes the experience so much more fun. She times the food perfectly for us so we can enjoy each course of the meal. It was ok, nothing spectacular. Almost like Dennys except they sell alcohol and have tvs. Our waitress blamed the cook for not making our appetizers, they blamed him again for not removing it from our check. Over all there is better places on Main St.

Place was very busy. Of course after the parade that was expected. Staff was clearly exhausted. Tables were barely cleared for next guests. Felt like any request of hostess or server was a burden. I know help is hard to find these Team Burger staff would be so much stronger if they worked together more. Servers seating people out of order with no regard to the waiting list is plain unacceptable. 20min wait for 1 party of4, and immediately seating another party without checking with the hostess not ok. Floors had trash and food all over. Just kicking it to the walls out of the walls gross.

You cannot beat the fajitas for two or their Presidente margaritas. Just wish they were more diligent about making sure our hometown Spurs were on their TVs during a game!

They have good service. The server was always checking on our table and made sure we were happy with everything and made sure our drinks were always full. They have a large variety of foods to choose from on the their menu. Everything from soups and salads to hamburgers and stuff of the grill. They also have the lite items. They have a great selection of drinks as well from the bar. Their margaritas are really good. The only thing I say is the pricing is alittle on the steep side. As we are restaurant enthusiasts and have been any places this places scored pretty high up there on overall bill as opposed to some restaurants that I find way better. But overall atmosphere and visit was great. Would go back

What more can I say it’s a chili it’s about four stars. It’s not the best thing in the world is that the worst thing in the world the one thing this chilies has going for they’ve added a partition in men’s bathroom so you can no longer see the person at the urinal from the open door, which is very nice. I recommend that for any men’s restroom to cover up the urinal from the open door.

Food was great I had the ultimate pasta can’t go wrong with that dish, only thing is the drinks wasn’t as strong as I had previously at other locations sometimes it’s a off night other than that i would definitely return for dinner. Thank and the bartender was amazing.

Had supper here on 11.16.2025. Considering the restaurant was packed when we arrived and throughout the duration of our visit, the experience was very good. Our drinks were always full and the food was outstanding! The only issues were the long delays to get acknowledged after seating and to submit our primary food order. Maybe it was an off night for the wait staff. However, this is definitely one of the better Chili's in the San Antonio area and I would definitely eat here again.

Standard Chili's (we've eaten at Chili's in seven states over the years). Party of three on a Thursday evening. Server was friendly and attentive. 20 minutes from time of order to delivery at table. Food is typical Chili's, though the amount of fries with our orders has diminished over the past couple of years. Burger and Sliders rated as very good, the Shrimp Pasta was rated as excellent. Sound level was appropriate for it being 2/3 full. Tables were a bit sticky though.

Love this location. Foods always good and staff is always friendly. Update: We frequent chillis and I just am not a fan of how they have changed thier 3 for me. Don't get me wrong it's a wonderful value but they took off the chicken margrita dish I always use to get which is a total bummer. It would be nice to have the chicken margarita option back or even the chicken Cajun pasta option. Possibly even a salad option on there. Service does vary at this location. Just depends on who you get.

This chill’s is a decent spot to have lunch, with good food and drinks it’s a sure to stop location. The service was good and the waitress was very helpful, although the amount of fries they gave us with our meal was inadequate. If anyone doesn’t like spicy food you probably shouldn’t get the chili. Overall it’s a good spot to dine in at with friends and family.

The waitress was distracted and did come to the table often. When I asked the food server for help, she said, "Not my job, wait for your waitress." Normally, we enjoy Chile's food, but all the food was terrible. They did credit my wife's main plate, but I had an upset stomach for the rest of the night. Charcoal and Imodium fix me. Must be having management issues.

This is the most inconsistent restaurant I have ever been too. Generally the food is good, not amazing but it is still good. The service though can be extremely frustrating. Sometimes I get served quickly, other times I wait 10 minutes just to find out who my server is and never get a single refill throughout my entire meal. It's literally the toss of a coin on whether or not you are going to have good service or not.

Ordered the white spinach queso for pickup. It was put in a tiny container and was only about 1/4 full with no toppings. When I asked what I was paying 8.99 for, the guy at curbside said there should be more, but they didn't have bigger containers. So why not use more containers? They did put the toppings on, but didn't add any more queso to the tiny dab already in the container. Unless you order for dine in, pass on this for delivery or curbside.

I got to go and one of my salads was missing and the other salad had two dressings crammed into it with hardly any space for actual salad. I requested utensils and I didn't get them. Honestly, I wouldn't even be all that upset about those things because I had a big order and the food was good quality, but at the same time, I don't live far from the Chili's and by the time I got home, most of the food was cold. On top of all of this, I called and talked to someone about my issues and she said she would have her manager call me back to get a refund for the salad I paid for but didn't receive and I have yet to receive the call and 2 days have passed since then.

Lately food is not as good. Last two times Ive ordered a burger had to send back. First time I asked for medium rare and it was raw and bleeding on plate. 2nd time I said well done and it was still rare. Waiter offered to remake it which was nice but by the time it was ready (20 min later) my fries were cold and my family was already done and had to take to go. Bad experience won't be back for awhile.

I tried order on the app at 920pm and it didn't let me (while I was putting my little girls to sleep I tried ordering). So I text my wife to call in an order. She called at 928pm. They said they weren't taking orders anymore on the phone but as long as we make it there by 10pm they'll take our order. I arrived at 9:54pm to find all doors locked. I got someone's attention. And they said they were closed. I said "but you're supposed to close at 10". Then the gentleman said "oh well we close 5 minutes before" and shut the door in my face. I've been a rather loyal customer and generous tipper.. not anymore.

All I did was sub meat for the black bean veggie patty and sub cheese for a piece of lettuce, and they said the pickles come on the side by default. What I got 45 minutes later was pickles on the side (so far so good), black bean patty (ok), a slice of tomatoe (ok), a sneeze of sauce on a dry bun (uhh?), a single ring of red onion (really?), 3 slices of avocado so thin they'd make paper feel fat (dude...), a pile of shredded lettuce on the side (W), no cilantro (T), no jalapenos (F...). My wife and daughter's food was messed up too. But my Dad's guacamole burger with black bean patty, no cheese....totally perfect. 😒

We were invisible to the server. Ordered beef fajita dinner.rice was dry,stiff, and had no flavor. Fajitas became dry and cold after about 15 minutes. Been about 10 years since I was last at this restaurant. Menu has totally gone downhill.

First off the sweet tea was horrible and that’s what most people love about Chili’s.. it tasted watered down and not fresh. We are seated and the table was dirty with cheese from a salad all over it and it was sticky so my boyfriend asked for them to wipe it down which they did with no problem. Food comes and mine is warm and the boneless wings are cold and hard like they were sitting out. Horrible. My boyfriend got the big mouth bites which are the sliders and the last one he eats is red inside. Usually the meat is light red and it’s good but this was bloody red. He spit it out when taking a bite because of the texture. 3/4 sliders were cooked properly. After we left on the way home he threw up a little. Such a disappointing experience.

I ordered 2 orders of the 10 for me of the Cajun Chicken pasta as take out and I was not impressed. When I placed the order the food took about 25 minuets to make and in the application they expect to pay a tip. A hidden fee of 15% 20% 25%. The application does not really give you a choice you just have to pay the tip. Furtheremore, when I arrived it took about 5-10 mins befoere I recieved the food. However, next time I order through Chilis it will likely be a phone order and just pick up on site. Additionally, when I got home they gave alot of chips and Salsa but they were a little light on the main entree. Lastly, the taste was not fully there the Chicken was dry, food was cold and it was average and subpar. If Gordan Ramsey tasted this he would throw it out of the kitchen. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The Quality Sucked. Do Better Chilis Team!

I ordered the Ribs combo and when the food came I didn’t get ribs. the sever told me I never said I wanted the ribs. When I spoke with the manager he told me that the rib combo doesn’t come with ribs but you can ask for them. Then why is called the rib combo if it doesn’t come with ribs I asked and the manager told me he didn’t know. The picture on the menu shows ribs for the ribs combo.

I ordered a house salad, with portion of grilled chicken. The waitress seemed to be confused as to what was allowed to be added to that house salad with an additional cost. After getting my meal, the grilled chicken was cold & dry, requested to have chicken warmed up or removed. Manager came to the table, however and corrected the order and said a % would be removed from the bill. When the bill arrived, they removed my salad and chicken but left my compulary chips and salsa of which, the table app wouldnt allow me to apply because I no longer had more than a $5.00 balance. When i called the waitress over I explained that first I need a split bill as I was eating with a friend. She then advised she didnt know how to do that. At that point I asked to speak with a manager. While speaking to the manager the waitress went over to a customer and started complaining about my table and how she was so over people like me. I wasn't trying to get the meal for free, I had full I mentions of paying for my meal and so wasn't my friend. That said we were treated with indecency with food not arriving and staff passing blame to me as if was so difficult. I left a tip mind you, but if you tell a consumer a percentage will be removed from the bill thats what im expecting. I did state on the way out I would never visit this location again. Lastly if you are not familiar with the area you have to drive away from the HWY of 10 to go in the direction of leaving Borne but turning in another parking lot of a different establishment to even park to go inside.

I would steer clear of this Chilis. My to-go orders are never correct and they were not complicated requests. No tomato, mayo in stead of mustard type requests and it’s never correct. I can let that slide, but asking for burger to be no pink and getting almost raw hamburgers is not acceptable. This is not a location to consider for take out.
