I Come here multiple times a week and have always had good interactions. Staff always made sure I got everything I ordered and the supervisors go out of their way to apologize if the place was busy and it took a little longer to get my order that planned. I order through the app a lot.

Friendly person at the counter, food was fast and the order was correct. Excellent. I drove past 5 other whataburgers to come to this one because they lack all 3 of those!

I actually drive further out to come to this location because the other whataburgers near me are horrible. This one has better customer service and food taste better. Also place seems cleaner.

Stopped in for breakfast received a genuine friendly welcome and my meal was out promptly. The meal was fresh and cooked to perfect crispness along with having heaping amounts of honey butter on my biscuit. You can tell the folks here take pride in their work

As a trucker, this is the first and only whataburger I have seen with truck parking, and it's a welcome suprise! Food was hot and fresh, and the service was fairly quick. Got nothing to really complain about. It's a good whataburger, which seems hard to find now a days sadly.

At first I was going to leave a bad review, I had placed an order for my family though the app and had some items missing. Called back and requested to just have the items replaced or some credit back for another time. The manager Adam really cares for the customer and Instead replaced the entire order. Will definitely be coming back, great customer service and the order came back out to a T!

I came in to grab another bite to eat tonight. The service was great again and the food was great as well. I ordered the Double Meat Whataburger with Cheese and Bacon this time. The speed of service was quick and the employees (family members) were courteous and professional. This location also has truck parking and the parking lot is spacious. It is also easy to access on and off the interstate (Interstate 45, southbound side, but can be accessed easily from the Northbound direction as well.

I'm unfortunately from New England so ive apparently never had a decent burger before. Food was perfect, burger was juicy, topped beautifully, fries were cooked well and crispy. I have no complaints other than WE NEED THIS IN THE NORTH LOL. Great store, wonderfully experience. 12 out of 10 guys.

I order the breakfast burger did not realized it has a sauce and i didn’t like it and I was going to buy another one without the sauce but he did better and remade it without the sauce. So when it comes to comes to any fast food, I look at the reviews. I was really needing some food before work. And I looked up the closest Whataburger, although this was not the closest. It had the best reviews. And so when I went inside to order, someone immediately took my order. It probably took them about 5 to 8 minutes to make my food. And although their drive-through was long. They still made me a priority of getting my food done instead of making me wait 15 to 20 minutes like other locations. And I greatly appreciate it because I wasn’t trying to be late to work.

I went here on third day of the third month of the third year at 3:33 and I ordered the number 3 large with a Powerade no ice. I asked for extra jalapenos and they said right away sir here are you're little peppers sir. I enthusiastically consumed my burger and tots and was like yum this is neat burger. I then proceed to wash down my tasty meal with my equally as tasty beverage. I will return many times with my money and proceed to pay for burger and tots and drink and jalapenos that they provide. Was very busy around 8pm at night. Lots of open parking available. Location is 24hrs. Food is the same as any whataburger. If you're in the area it's a solid choice to make.

This is one of the spots I go when I am working overnight. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Depending on what you get the food is okay. I had a Patty melt. I didn't really like it because it was just so greasy. But the sweet and spicy bacon burger is always good. It is my favorite item on the menu list.

I ordered food on door dash . Burger was hot and fresh and it was pretty good . Not the best burger I've had from a fast food joint but it's a solid 3.5 out of 5 . Taste better then burger king and in n out . I did think it would be better but it's okay. I would have it once and a while . Fries were hot and fresh and good , top quality for fast food fries , it's better then McDonald's fries . Only downside was the milkshake. Milkshake maybe the worst milkshake I ever had .

Great service, by far the best burger in the 🇺🇸, awesome food. But was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant, dirty floors, no clean tables, fountain area hadn't been cleaned in a while, one trash can full and running over. Wheelchair accessible, no unisex restrooms, no problem there. Clean parking lot, some truck parking available. Dead flies in the window seals. But where else can you find such a awesome burger. Return twice in the last two weeks, has really improved as far as cleanliness. Revisited today 10/7/23 still a great choice.

My burger and fries were lukewarm at best, and my order did not have the condiments in my bag as I ordered. This is the third time I visited this location and was hoping the 3rd time was a charm. NOT! Not sure if I will give them another try.

Tables were not cleaned, bathrooms were okay but could have been cleaner especially with the amount of workers there. A lot of young people work there so there was a lot of noise in the kitchen area. The drive-thru was super slow. When I paid, I gave the drive-thru employee my card, then asked to scan my phone for rewards. He said it was too late, you can put it on the app. He had a bit of an attitude, and that wasn't very good. They got my order wrong, as they gave us an extra burger that I paid for. I didn't want to go back because we had been on the road for 2 days and were almost home. Although the food was good.

More than anything... I would love it if I could stop getting nasty hot cheeto finger drinks at night. I get it the nights long want a snack cool but does that mean my food also has nasty cheeto fingers in it. Also lets face it most people eating chips are sucking one their fingers. Their was a whole finger print but my friend swiped it before I got a Pic because he couldn't believe it. Besides this happening a few times now atleast their nice and make good food. I'm just over finding these red greasy chip residue finger prints one food that has nothing to do with it. Then leaving me wondering if gloves where even used and if there's someone's spit finger residue in my food. It's hard as hell to ignore and taking it back at that time won't do anything and who knows who's doing it and when they are there.

First let me say thank you. Thank you for going through the trouble and expense of providing truck parking. However, that all falls apart when you get inside and the counter help cannot be bothered to listen to you. The young lady who started taking my order was at least trying. But second girl kept interrupting and for unknown reasons, reached around and changed my order. Then, she took over the order, and had to change it back to what we had to begin with. Problem is, in the middle of all this she walked away twice and could not stop talking to everybody else instead of listening to what I was asking her for. I asked four times for for very well done fries. She did not acknowledge it a single time which is probably why I ended up with this... I threw them away. Very disappointing.

Ended up ordering Uber eats. We don't have Whataburger out west. It's not bad but highly overrated

This was the first time I’ve ever ate at Whataburger. To be honest with you, I’m not really impressed by this place. You walk in and several tables are dirty, trash on the floor under the tables and it took like 8 to 10 minutes to get my food delivered to the table I was sitting at.

I arrived at the restaurant around 12 am. The Christmas decorations were festive, but the overall atmosphere was unappealing. The restaurant itself was in disarray, with dirty tables and remnants of straw wrappers scattered on the floor. To make matters worse, I spotted a large cockroach crawling across the floor. I approached a waitress, but she simply shrugged and said, “Ohh,” in a tone of disappointment. I never saw her again after that. I ordered the number 3 and the number 10 burgers. The customer service was disappointing, as they gave me an Apple hot pocket as a token of their apology for the long wait of 15 minutes. The three-patty burger didn’t look particularly appetizing, but surprisingly, it tasted much better than it appeared. It was loaded with lettuce, pickles, cheese, onions, and tomatoes, and the seasoned lettuce was particularly noteworthy. It reminded me of Burger King, and the fries were quite similar to those from McDonald’s. Overall, I would rate the burger joint a 6 out of 10. The fries were a solid 7 out of 10. However, the apple pie hot pocket was a major disappointment. With every bite, the apple sauce would fall off, resulting in messy clothes. Coming from the East Coast, where I’ve tried In-N-Out and Whataburger, I was quite disappointed with this experience.

Went there for a curbside pickup. Watched the time go by and called the store the guy said they would be right out ,waited longer and knew I would be late for work . Lady comes out and she said she came out earlier but didn't see my truck with the hazards on. She runs back in brings out an order,the wrong order I wanted a double whataburger which my receipt reflected but instead got a double junior all dried out . This is not the only store that whataburger lacks in quality. Stuff is so expensive these days at the fastfood places and they have so much business they just don't care to deliver a good product anymore.

Sign says truck parking stop now which is meant for 18 wheelers. However, while the sign is true don’t expect to be able to go into the dining area to order/eat your meal. You will be forced to stand in line on foot behind moving cars.

I had an order of just fries on the side and one of the burger from the menu, just a very simple order. Yet they forgot the fries. Now this isn't the only time they forgot something that is part of order that I once had. I once had a meal of the patty melt with an addition of brownies added to it and I did not get fries or neither of the brownies that were ordered. I'm starting to think this place never has any fries.

Went in this AM and ordered a Breakfast on a Bun. I added grape jelly but after tasting the bun. The cook decided and added mayo as an option on my breakfast bun. That was the worst breakfast I have ever had. Wont return to this one WAB truck stop.

Very rude staff member taking orders. Never had a problem just trying to order food for my family being 4pm and not as busy. Having to order with someone who has an attitude and making you feel not comfortable just made me walk out and having to travel further out from home even more is really annoying.

Everyone was just standing with a screen full of orders… she then said that there is going to be a hold. Two more groups left before we did … this used to be my go to Whataburger in Hutchins and it’s gone downhill. Very disappointing. Management needs to take some accountability in their people

My order was incorrect twice, I went in the restaurant and asked for the manager. The manager Jake came to the front, I explained what happened and I asked for my food to be made over or issue a refund. He immediately got an attitude and told me that he wasn’t going to do both, I said sir I said either or. He yelled at me and said I will give you a refund and I said ok. He gave me my refund by shoving the money in my hand, I then asked for corporate number and a lady at the counter said google it. Then Jake proceeded to the drive thru register, grabs a receipt and points to whataburger website and say contact them. I realized he gave me someone else’s receipt so I asked for mine. He started yelling at me saying I wasn’t going to get my receipt because I got a refund and told me to get out. I asked for my receipt again and he kept yelling no and get out.

I ordered a burger meal with fries and a drink. Doordash did well, but burger was lukewarm, fries were cold, requested tomato and mayo only, but got pickles and mayo. No straw for my drink. The burger was partly crushed. Very sad excuse for a fast food restaurant. McDonald's would have been a better option. Lastly, you are unable to make special requests via delivery options, not that it would matter, you likely wouldn't get it anyway.

I really don’t know why they even show up to work when they have this ugly face at the window drive tru, dnt listen to the entire order before asking another question giving the orders all wrong… plus this food was so cold and is because they took like 15min after we payed for 2 meals for them to be cold… if you really hate your job well then stop showing up because i pay money to get what i want not what ya want to serve me…. I successfully navigated through the drive-thru, only encountering one vehicle in my immediate vicinity. The process of processing the order of the vehicle in my vicinity took approximately 20 minutes. The employees at the drive-thru were somewhat unfriendly.

Horrible! Placed my order through the app for faster service and that failed, order wasn't even made when I got there 15 minutes after placing the order. Upon my arrival order isn't ready and everyone is standing around talking and laughing. After waiting additional 15 minutes at the counter a gentleman finally came up to help. I noticed he was walking around the entire time of me standing at the counter with cleaning gloves, cleaning chemicals in a bottle and rag and with those same gloves made my drink 😔.... I'm never coming back, plus this isn't the first time I've had worsen to happen. As for the food, fries still cold and bacon& cheese burger is stiff on the edges of the bun

Team leads and managers need customer service training IMMEDIATELY! I first called to see if they were still doing call in orders, they weren’t. Arrived at the restaurant and seen it was 5 cars ahead of me and the speaker wasn’t working so I thought i would be helpful by giving a call to inform that most of my order was chicken and I wanted it fresh and as a previous employee, i know it takes 7 mins. Instead of the gentleman responding with “ ok great thanks for the heads up”, he replied “ basically your telling me your order and I’m not about to do that, you have to place your order at the window as we are making EVERYONE’S ORDER FRESH!” That left a bad taste in my mouth but the cheerful Ms.Jo at the second window with the great customer service left me with a smile. *********************************** Got home to enjoy my spicy chicken sandwich and it was hard and dried out, not FRESH as they stated it would. Returned to a long line and gave another call to inform as they just did a shift change and a woman told me that she wouldn’t accept a picture of my receipt as i left it home and that she couldn’t bring it to the door for me, i would have to wait in line, not even an apology for a paying customer that was promised fresh food but instead got dried out chicken that was left in the warmer. ** Original order placed at 9:36pm, returned to restaurant at 10:05pm, received food at 11:08pm.** And y’all lied and told Jo i said her fries were cold when i said repeatedly the CHICKEN!!! I showed her the picture!
