Service was great, manager in training was very customer service oriented. Food would of been 5 stars but when I got home I noticed I didn't have the blue cheese crumbles for my apple pecan salad. 😔😔😔 which is one of the key parts of the 🥗 for me.... the salad didn't taste the same without those crumbles.

The place is nice, the food is good and the service is friendly. You can spend a good time with your friends here.

Sabato sera pesce e crostacei crudi a volontà, qualità a mio parere ottima. Pesce, carni, pasta, sushi e anche pizza, anche chi non ama particolarmente la cucina orientale può comunque trovare una valida alternativa.

Devo dire che è stata una bella esperienza, rilassante in un ambiente ben tenuto e pulito. cibo di buona qualità Direi un buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Non posso dire che il cibo, l ambiente o il servizio siano male, anzi! Forse mi aspettavo qualcosa di diverso avrei preferito trovare più scelta nel cibo da cuocere, però quello che ho mangiato era buono, il buffet sempre rifornito con cibo caldo. Il personale gentile. Secondo me è da provare.

Cibo molto buono ,ma unica cosa e che regoledel locale un po strane,non voleva portare 2 birre ,solo una alla volta mah....

Buongiorno, sono stato a pranzo con la mia famiglia il giorno dell’Epifania. Al primo impatto il locale si presenta molto bello e curato: siamo stati accolti e fatti accomodare subito, con il servizio delle bevande rapido ed efficiente. Successivamente ci siamo recati al buffet, dove purtroppo la scelta era piuttosto limitata; diverse pietanze erano già terminate ed è stato necessario attendere il rifornimento. La qualità del cibo era discreta, ma non particolarmente elevata. Nel complesso lo consiglio a chi desidera un pranzo economico, senza aspettative di lusso o alta cucina.

I ordered a bacon bourbon triple burger with large fries and a large chocolate frosty, and a baked potato thru Doordash. I received the burger and fries, but the chocolate frosty and the baked potato was nowhere to be found. They never came with the order. I received a strawberry-looking frosty that tasted minty, and I received fries instead of the baked potato. Wendy's gets the blame for the frosty and baked potato, and the dasher gets some of the blame for not verifying the order and realizing that chocolate is not supposed to look pink.

Not a bad place. The food is okey but the self-service is bad, the plates are empty, they aren't refilling them as often as they should. I went like 4 times in 2 hours to get some sushi and I didn't find the full variety. 6/10 would not visit again.

I ordered a apple pecan salad. The salad did not come with the pecans and it did not come with blue cheese and I did not get a receipt. The lady at the drive-through was very nice And really emphasized on calling me love sweetie ETC… But Please check people’s orders before sending them out.

Order the #10. Had to tell them that bacon comes on it. Gave me the bacon. Problem solve. Didn't get the nuggets I paid for. Asked for the natural lemonade instead got the fountain lemonade. When I told her she said " oh were out". Ok.tell me that when I'm ordering. Your out. I've given this Wendy's several chances. Not anymore

Siamo andati a pranzo giovedì, non c'era niente da mangiare... proprio quello che c'era era freddo e non mangiabile perché non è fresco per niente......e soprattutto il gamberi ed il pesce.... Sushi non mangiabile ed il fritti tanto olio..anche quelli che fanno sparicchiatura sono fastidiosi e non sorridono nemmeno e vogliono portare via subito il piatto quello che sto mangiando ancora ...non torniamo più....

Took 20 minutes to get my order although I was the ONLY customer. My Order was bought out in 4separate trips. My order was wrong, half of my drinks were incorrect. Staff gave no customer service, except 1 male on staff. Left frustrated and with the wrong drinks because I just didn’t want to spend any more time here.

Rude and unprofessional. Got there before they opened by four minutes. Waited until 9 o’clock got ignored for five minutes drove up to the window had to bang on the window to get assistance. Stated they don’t serve breakfast, when I’ve gotten breakfast.

The reason why I'm giving this location a 1-star is because they share a restroom with the adjoining gas station and there's not a single soap dispenser in there. So, my question is this....where are the male employees going to wash their hands? And if you're somehow washing your hands in the back why are your guys potentially touching fecal matter on the doorhandles on the way to the back?

Staff is extremely rude . Black guy who attended me at the morning expressed discomfort taking my order. He even rolled his eyes to me and when I confronted him he acted like nothing happened. This guy took my order to me with extremely rudeness. Overall vibes is that he doesn't want to be there. And overall attention to customers is extremely Poor! Advice to manager facility: you already have lower scores , you should hire people that really wants to work and make an earning.Not people that doesn't want to be there and shows discomfort working . I was about to tell the guy to disregard my order and leave. I'll rather to go to handi stop next door and get ripped off for any snack, and I will next time

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the pecan chicken salad. The buns were straight out the bag, no toasting or dressing… just dry… there were no pickles on the sandwich. It’s the first disappointment for the sandwich. Now this salad…. The chicken was so hard and old it looks like croutons. Someone who cares about customer service needs to manage this place. It was one car ahead of me and I sat in the drive through about 10 minutes before anyone came to the intercom. This used to be my favorite Wendy’s.

I ordered from the drive thru a triple Dave without the meal. Just the triple Dave burger. I asked for there not to be any cheese because I'm allergic to cheese. They said ok and I insisted again and they said ok. Then when I got home I sat down to eat and found it full of cheese. I threw it away.

Extremely appalled at the lack of food safety regulations being followed at this Wendy’s location. I never write reviews for any food place, so this is saying a lot. A baby was placed on the food serving counter by an employee. Same employee placed fries and burgers in the bag with no gloves on. The burger was placed in the bag half unwrapped as well. The burger buns are on the floor next to the mop and it’s fully visible to customers. The fries were cold and the order was wrong. Honestly just cannot believe everything that was happening

They are preparing food with their bare hands after touching their hair and phones handling cash & credit cards. The one guy who had on gloves did all of the above without changing them. I saw 5 people touching food. ABSOLUTELY GROSS🤮💀 not to mention the terrible attitudes. Health Department will receive a report. Eat here at your own risk. I couldn't do it.

This place is completely clapped out. Soda machine is broken. Trash and dirt everywhere. Booths are ripped open. The tvs with the menu are not functioning.

I know this is fast food so you shouldn’t expect much but I just ordered the sausage croissant and instead of actual cheese they put like a cheese spread on it. Before when I used to go here they would take forever to fix the food. They started cooking the food faster now but this isn’t it. Also $10 for just a croissant, fries, and orange juice is expensive especially when they’re not putting an actual piece of cheese on the croissant.

Stop don't eat here , they serve old food and will look you in your face and just give you back your money with no problem. When we got our food and thank you , we got no reply back. They have poor customer service and management allowed this to happen he was right there watching them and had the nerve to say sorry and hand us our money back. Other customers had the same complaint. Don't treat yourself bad by coming here.

This is easily the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I don’t know what happened to these nuggets, but they were completely inedible. The staff was rude also.
