I love how i can order ahead in the app and as soon as i pull up my order is ready and delivered to me in less than 2 minutes and im back to my daily activities. I have to admit their red bull summer edition dragon fruit slushies with nerds are the best especially in this hot weather. When my ac went out in my truck i could always depend on sonics slushies to cool me and my kids right on down. They're literally a must have in the summer months!!!!!!!
We had their famous Slushies! Peach was great and orange was pretty good. Clean place. Server was very engaging and nice. Thanks for a great visit!
Sonic is one of my favorite restaurants in Lumberton North Carolina, it's always nice to catch a car hop working on skates it really gives an experience that you hardly ever get to see anywhere else.. The people are friendly and the food is breath taking, they have huge burgers and the super sonic burrito is ti die for!!!
Always a great place to eat. Yeah it's fast food but it's a vastly different experience. They always get my order right and the food is always good.
Despite the place was full, our food was served real quick and exactly as we ordered, so with that being said, I believe this guys deserve a A+++on service, very polite staff, thank you!

Its fast food-- but they have really good chili cheese dogs with crispy tater tots. if you are traveling or want a quick meal great choice.
I have eaten breakfast here religiously for the last 3 years. I order the Superman Special, literally. It is a bacon, egg, and cheese burrito with a large Coke. I typically have my order within three minutes, and then I am off to work. Staff members have always provided great customer service. The grounds are always clean, and the location is accessible via three entrances.
Great service, clean, fast, custom breakfast sandwich perfect. Food lost a star because the sausage party was paper thin. But overall great stop.🙂
Over all it's a 10/10 mostly because I am a minor so I found sonic to be really cool and the things that they had to order your food was so cool 😎 and why ever played to music had exquisite taste 🤌🏾. I would love to go back honestly and try one of theirs shakes and sweets.🦧
Our food was prepared and the order packed perfectly. Service was quick and very friendly. We even got all the condiments and utensils requested. This was an "All As" visit!

I always have a great experience at this Sonic, but I wanted to especially say thanks to the owner for the extra customer service this morning. While I was waiting for my breakfast, my car died in the drive-through line and he was right there with jumper cables like it was no big deal at all. He had me on my way to work in a flash. Small town life at its finest. Thank you!
Workers were nice. Fast. Patient. I had to repeat myself in the ordering speaker when it got noisy in there, so maybe headphones (or better headphones) could be used. Overall, extremely happy with choice. I drove down from Buffalo area in way to Florida and was looking for a fast food place with a little better than fast-food food, which is what I found. Two thumbs up.

I ordered that new Double Burger that's out ! It's Soo good Soo delicious 😋! I didn't like the fries. There small & gets hard quick. The lady that took my order at the drive thru, got my order wrong. But , the Manager was kind & made up for it...with a smile ! Thank you!
I love getting the Sprite Zero and add strawberries 🍓 I ordered in the drive thru and I had maybe 5 cars ahead of m. The line moved very quickly. The staff is super friendly and when they informed me that there wasn’t any strawberries to put in my drink, they suggested a tasty alternative… when this place first came to Lumberton N.C. It was one of my mother’s favorite fast food joints! She loved getting the chili cheese coney all the way add slaw. 🥰 some days you’ll see some of the employees rolling throughout the Parking lot on their roller skates 🛼 Check this place out, you won’t be disappointed! 🤩🤩🤩
What can I say awesome place to drive up order in your car and enjoy good fast food and you can also eat outside on there tables , this place has easy access and easy to see from road plus it's nice to have friendly service and verity of food from big thick juicy burgers to hotdogs and plenty of choices in between , the drink selection is very good and different plus they have icy type drinks and there is something there for the hole family to be happy with a good choice for a family or just relaxing meal.
The person on the drive-tru speaker had me repeat the order too much. The food was great though. That's why they get 4 stars
Great chicken sandwich 🥪 and awesome Cheeseburgers 🍔 no cheese 🧀. Tot are pretty good too. Awesome milkshake and ice cream 🍨. Corn dogs are delicious as well.
The food took very long to arrive and the server was not wearing skates. That is a classic Sonic thing! She was SUPER nice though, and I felt bad she had to work in that burning hot summer day. She was sweating bullets! I only rated 4 stars solely because of her. The food was not all that and they gave me cold fries.
Waited in line a long time. Finally was able to receive my order. The girl at the window hands me the bag and I continue to wait on my beverages. She comes back to the window and asks if something is wrong. I tell her I didn't receive my two butterfinger blasts I paid for. They hadn't even made them. So I'm waiting longer while my fries are getting cold. Will not be going back.
I wish I knew the managers names here. They treat their customers with respect and make sure the employees do also. Usually here at night.
Food was not great. But I go for the slushes which were phenenomal. Burger was not very good though as a side note.

It's a New Walmart which is much better than the old Walmart....the check out area is strangely configured and really doesn't flow in the direction in which you want to exit...the Bakery is at best only fair in quality and offers somewhat reasonable pricing...but in general it's a huge. Improvement over the previous rendition..
Went to try the new red bull slush and get some onion rings. I enjoyed the slushy the reason for the 3 star was because they said they were out of onion rings ended up getting some mozzarella sticks that were cold. #smh
The wait is very long in the drive thru. It's better to just pull up and order from there. The food here is always n fresh.
We like this place because of the outdoor eating area and the playground. The bathroom area needs help though. We went in yesterday and it was disgusting. Urine was all over the toilet and the grout in the tiles was pure black with filth. I know the bathrooms are on the outside of the building but they seriously need to pay more attention to them. If they could fix the bathroom problem and update the playground a little this place would be even better.

Niece ordered a Super Sonic Double cheeseburger and a Classic Grilled chicken on a brioche bun. Burger was fine, but the grilled chicken sandwich was cooked too done and very dry. This is the first time the grilled chicken sandwich has been cooked that way. In the past, it has always been cooked just right and juicy. Very disappointed.
The sundae we had was good, but it looked and sounded like a circus inside. The poor girl taking our order couldn't even hear us because of the boisterous noise in the background.
Went through the drive thru and from the time we started ordering til she told us our total which was before we was done ordering, we was RUSHED ! Not the customer service your fast good restaurant needs 😆. Been in fast food myself going on 10 years and trust I never rush people like that. You can do things in a nice way without rushing them especially when they are spending their money with you!
Ordered using the mobile app and the screen at restaurant said food was coming out but waited 10 minutes and had to call for a manager. The manager came out and apologized and said they have alot of new employees. This has happened on 3 separate occasions. Food was good and was hot when it arrived. I think they need better training for there mobile ordering system.
They were super busy. We order an ice coffee a regular coffee and smal drink. Well got the ice coffee and small drink and then was told we didn't order coffee that was on our receipt so he left mad at us and then brought the cream and sugar but not coffee waiter left mad again at us. Then after about 30 min we were told they are working on our coffee well after the waiters attitude I wasn't about to drink anything he brought us so we asked for a refund and they shorted us on the refund an no we never got ugly or mean it was all thank you and please. He must have been tired or mad because they were busy. But its all good want make or brake the place. But want ever go back.
On 6/20/2025 I purchased a foot long chilli corny and it smell weird and the winner was old or overcooked and I was very unhappy
The food was good but my milkshake was disgusting! Half of the cup was whip cream and they don't even use the one with real milk. I had a warm scoop of ice cream with oil a lot of oil in top basically. so if you're going there I highly recommend the food but steer clear of the milkshakes
The food was mediocre and overpriced. My burger barely had sauce or bacon, and they forgot my extra sauce packet.
Horrible drive through if you have a bigger vehicle, extremely slow service, definitely not impressed
I love Sonics shakes and the shake itself was not bad. The wait, however, is something else. I used the app to order pulled in and checked in. I watched the screen for my order to leave the kitchen (1 large oreo shake) Then I saw it say "on it's way", and a few minutes later the screen reset for another order. One problem, I had no shake. At this point 7ish mins had gone by and curiosity (and this being the second time this had happened) I start a timer on my watch. 15 minutes later my shake arrived. This Sonic is slow and is manipulating their numbers to seem faster to corporate. This is twice it's happened. I love the shakes but a 20 minute wait (while there were many open stalls and almost no drive thru line) is not ok.
Waited 20 minutes for a footlong one of the workers came outside picking his nose right in front of everyone. I threw the 20 minute hot dog in garbage and stopped later to eat somewhere else
My burger was burnt. The edges around the whole burger were hard. So disappointed. Can't believe the staff actually sent that out.
Not clean. Disappointed b/c we came so often & it works great for the kids. Asked to speak w/the manager but they never came out to address us. The gate was open at play area and all caution tape removed, which I assumed meant it was open. My 5YO son was ecstatic he hadn't gotten to play on this set since b4 C19. Inside play structure was horrendous filth left for how long?! Obviously it was a No. Go. But to not come out and address our concern/put caution tape back up/secure gate properly/clean play structure PROPERLY I assume they cut other corners or lack team communication. So I left with a very upset little boy. Felt like our money was wasted from a bad experience. And probably won't bother returning. We can't even visit the park across the street b/c of vagrants and druggies, so there weren't many options for littles to play in Lumberton to begin with.
The customer service from the girl (Cali) who brought out my food was outstanding. But they messed up my order. She fixed it, but they sent her back to get the burger and tots that were wrong and took them back into the store which is a health code violation. I didn't want them so I was fine giving it to her, but I know that it's a health code violation and they are not supposed to do that. Makes me wonder what they do with it when it goes back inside 🧐
Sat at a curb booth 10 minutes and GOT NO service. Yes they were busy, However the reason for my rating is the drive thru line emptied twice about 12 automobiles. I finally called out to a curbhop, and she came over to take my order. When she went back inside, my order popped up and in a moment my order (2 bags of ice) came out. In the meantime as soon as my order popped up on the screen. 2 cars had pulled up and their orders were taken immediately. I guess I just fell through a hole. I tipped the car hop generously. (90% of the cost of my order-AT LEAST she got things rolling)
1st time at a Sonic. Not impressed. Understaffed and that's understandable and gave benefit of the doubt there. Tried to order from car but wait 15 mins so just went thru drive thru. Young lady at drive thru was pleasant, unfortunately she was focused on her phone and forgot straws. 😕 Food tasted good even if I didn't get what I ordered. Was nice hot and fresh. Was a bit disappointed I did t get the texas toast bacon burger but hadn't eaten in 12 hrs during a long rainy road trip so I ate it.
The onion rings taste like they had vanilla flavoring in them to me. They even smelled like vanilla and not cooked enough. Crust was falling off. Cheeseburger would have been good but it was cold. Very disappointing. The server was very nice.
We were given incorrect items. The grilled chicken breast was small, at best and it was 2 pieces instead of one. The tomato had the green stem on it still and we were given a Coke when we didn’t order one. We ordered another drink. The employees should concentrate on the customers so that they get the orders right. I won’t be coming back to this location.
This is now the second time I have been to this sonic and I have to say it is by far the worst I've been too. The first time I waited almost 45 mins and only got my food after I pushed the button again asking where it was. After all that it was burnt, horrible and cold. Well I stopped today 9-15-16 and I again asked for a new burger because both patties was burnt, cold, and the bun was hard. The cold tatter tots tasted like old burnt oil. I fed them to the dogs. Then I wanted to taste the sonic blast cores and asked for the snickers one with carmel in the center. Well they forgot the Carmel and if I wanted vanilla ice cream with a few specs of chocolate in it I'll by a gallon and speckle a few pieces of chocolate in it. The guy taking my order was very rude. The only good thing out of the experience was the car hops! They were moving and shaking trying to fix things. I believe in second chances but when it's horrible twice I'll never eat there again. Fool me once shame on you! Fool me twice shame on me!. Trust me stay away from this sonic.
Ordered blt had 1 piece of bacon folded over to make it look like it was two. Chicken fingers .... my saddles taste better. This was in Hope Mills NC
Placed order @ 5:26 pm April 4 2020 thru the mobile app 5:57pm still haven’t received order.Informed workers they bring out half my meal 10 minutes later, no bbq sauce for popcorn chicken no marinara sauce for mozzarella sticks no ketchup for tater tots. Lady said I’ll be right back with other part of your order we never received an order receipt, 20 mins later and still have to call and inform them I haven’t received the rest of my order.
Last 2 visits my order has been wrong! No dipping sauce for pretzel when checked in bag to check my order. When I asked...oh we out!!! Milk shake was melted so when I asked if I could get a thicker milk shake the teenager had a bit of attitude!! Teenagers now days seem to have no manners anymore why there should be adult supervision present!

Service was poor we told them we have three orders three ppl in car lady take 1st orders and gold on after several mins waiting I pressed button again she came back asked if she could help I said did u get my 1st order I want make sure there was a long pause of silent then a young man asked if he could help...he said I'm coming out to you he was very polite as was I was he explained they have to charge each order separately debit your card three times for each order I said can't you add the 3 together and debit my card 1 time he said no by this time my wife was fit to rob tied he said no that how they have to do I give him permission go ahead I tipped him this is the short version by time we got our food it was cold we left I didn't want to call them back I will be a long time b4 I go there again the young man was very polite is why I tipped him well..
My last 3 visits at this location has been the worst. First they couldn't get my drink right, second it was my ice cream slush then it was my burger. I'm really sick of this location. I probably want be returning after I receive my refund today!
They always get my drinks wrong and I never understand why. Yesterday I ordered a cranberry limeade and a ginger ale with cherry flavor. When I got to the window the have me a cherry limeade and a ginger ale with no cherry flavor. I told them my order was wrong then they gave me THE SAME WRONG DRINKS AGAIN. When the right order was on the receipt!!!! And I need my 15€ since I didn’t get what I paid for !
Ordered food and waited for 20 minutes until it said that it was on the way (on the computer screen) . I Then waited an additional 20 minutes (since it said it was on the way). I had pushed the red button and spoken with someone once, they stated it was on the way. 10 minutes later I hit the button again, they stopped answering. Since I could get no answer from anyone, I called The location as well. I’ve wasted 40 minutes (and counting) waiting on a freaking sonic meal. I can assure you you will not have to worry about me coming back to this location. This is ridiculous! Update… I’ve wasted a total of 50 minutes. The guy who delivered my food was nice… But never again will I wait this long for fast food.
It took 10 min for them to answer the call button. Then got the order wrong. Gave us sweet tea and said it was suppose to be unsweet. My husband is a diabetic. Called them to fix it and they didn’t answer. Went in to have it fixed and took another 20 min just to get an unsweet tea. All the employees were just setting around and talking to each other. And no one was working!!
Worst Sonic experience I’ve ever had. After multiple attempts to use the restroom over 30 minutes an employee came out, smoked a cigarette then went back in. The burger looked like someone had smashed it in a door. The fries were cold and stale (thought they would be fresh after waiting almost 30 minutes for them). Will likely never go to another sonic.
Didn’t even want to rate one star. The service was terrible, I waited for 40 minutes to get my food and the food was cold. The fries tasted old and cold the hot dog was also cold and it literally left a nasty taste in my mouth. Our slushies were so watery. I am very unsatisfied with sonic.
If you don't want to have the squirts and stomach issues for 3 days, I would highly recommend not eating here. The employees do not care about hygiene or changing out bad grease. Me and my family ate this before heading down to Jacksonville for the weekend. It destroyed our stomachs for the whole trip .

Just left from there and pulled up to order and female worker says we're closed and it was 10 minutes til. If the hours are til 12 then you stop customers at 12 not 10 minutes til. Me and my husband we set on eating us a good one burger and fries and a route 44 blue coconut slush. Wishful thinking. So we settled for cookout . Very disappointed.
Didn’t even want to rate this place one star , service is HORRIBLE and I would like to file a complaint with the franchise owner. The whole night shift needs to be fired ! I’ve been there 2 nights in a row and they haven’t gotten one order correct NOT ONE!! But this isn’t the first bad experience there have been several I just now have decided to leave a review. There is no excuse for the service they have if you don’t want to do your job then don’t get one and if you can’t do it right you shouldn’t be left on the team! The first night I ordered a hot fudge Sunday extra chocolate (which was made correct) and a crispy chicken sandwich with only Mayo when we pulled around we had to correct order at the window and the girl working the drive through tried to tell the people working the kitchen only Mayo 3 times and they just continued while one girl swirled the gum in her mouth around with her finger (UNPROFESSIONAL) so of course the sandwich did not only have Mayo which we then had to pull back around for not including waiting several minutes for a chicken sandwich and just to mention the sundae wasn’t in the cup it’s usually in. The second night the order was a lil bigger we had a kids meal , hotdog meal, and a burger and a crispy chicken sandwich meal … YET AGAIN they just couldn’t get it right lmaooo they didn’t give us a drink nor the whole chicken sandwich meal which all was paid for and I will take fault of not checking my order before I got home but this is ridiculous and I have so many other bad experiences and long unnecessary waits when they aren’t even busy it’s just rhetoric at this point! Like if you can’t do your job or hire people that can you shouldn’t even be open !! Workers are unprofessional and only a select few have good service and be doing what they should be doing.

25 minutes for 2 cones…staff was rude when I asked about it. On top of that a random person who I assume to be a off the clock employee walks right in with her kid and goes fixes food and walks out. Will not be coming back.
We ordered drinks only on the app. We got there and checked in. We got a message that carhop was coming. Then 15 minutes later I pressed the red button and the guy said he had to deliver food first!
Came here 2 diffent times to eat and hit the red button to order and waited 15 mins and know buddy takes the order both times .....this place needs more help ......or closes it down
I love Sonic. If you love Sonic as well, skip this location. Terrible service, we were lied to twice, shorted one food order and then told that the restrooms were for employees only, and that we could use Zaxby's next door. It was fine for everyone else to use theirs though. Must have been my skin tone. Really, skip this one and drive to the next one.
Awful. Ordered on line. All drive thru taken care of. If I hadn’t paid would have left. Called using button 2x. Finally had to get out of my car and chase someone down for my food after waiting 25 minutes. Don’t order or pay on line. Also no ketchup packets for fries as requested
Used to be one of my favorite places to grab a burger. The last few times I’ve gotten a burger from them, the bread tasted cold, the meat was old, the condiments weren’t right either. I don’t even wanna talk about the fries. At one point they had some of the best food and service around. Now they have all of those nonchalant ppl on the speaker and at the window. Hopefully upper management will see fit to make improvements and hire ppl who really wanna work and actually make fresh food.
Went by Sunday afternoon and they were busy. However, I ordered only 2 medium milkshakes at the same time the fellow in his truck placed a large food and milkshake order. Waited 35 minutes without receiving mine but the fellow next to me had received his about 10 minutes earlier. Waitress walked by her and I told her about it. She said she would check on it and let me know right away. After 6 minutes never heard from her. We left.
Went on a weekend trip and wanted to stop at a local sonic to get a drink. My ocean water was fine. However, my husband’s cherry limeade had so much syrup in it he had to throw it away and upon throwing it out there was no cherry or lime in his drink. He got popcorn chicken as well and his condiments as I reached in the bag were sticky and covered in syrup. On top of the majority of his order being fried crumbs. Practically no chicken at all. The only good thing I can say about this location is that the drive through worker was really nice.
First off, ordered through the Sonic app and arrived during the designated time. Once there, my order still did not arrive. Hit the red button and told them, they said it will be out. Still waited another 20 mins. Then an employee came out and asked if I received it. I said no. If I had not paid I would have left. For those thinking they were busy, they wasn’t. Looking inside employees were playing and talking to each other, another employee was outside talking to a young man at his car. SMH If you want to come to a place that takes forever and don’t care about their customers, please come here .
We used to love going here for the water & we would add a flavor to it. They shortly started leaving flavors out of our water. The last time we went I got plain water & it tasted like blood. So I stopped getting anything to drink from there. It shouldve been my last straw but it wasnt. I doordashed some for vacation money & while i was inside waiting on someones food I watched the heavyset black guy walk inside & start making burgers with no gloves on, and didnt even wash his hands. I haven't been back since. There's a skinny black girl that's usually doing drive-through but sometimes brings food out, she's really good!

They apparently overwork the people or don't care who they hire. I go to order I wait 5 minutes after pressing the button. Guy comes on I proceeded to give my order I go to correct him on the order he says I should speak up, I stated I did speak up, the guy stops taking the order and comes out to my vehicle as if he wanted to start trouble. I called the business as soon as I left spoke to the manager and let them know what happened. I'm quite sure nothing was said or done. I won't be going there anymore.
Awful experience! I ordered our food online from the app. Once I arrived, I never received my order. After standing outside my vehicle and stopping 3 different employees, I received my order. Elapsed time 58 minutes! One of the employees stated they got busy and forgot the order! Now the food! The hot dogs were awful, and the onion rings and fries appeared and smelled like they had been overcooked using 2 day old oil. Due to the taste and awful smell, we had to throw the entire order away. The oder from the cooking oil was so bad we had to open the house to let it air out. We have been used to eating at the Sonic in Wadesboro NC and the food has always been great. They also offer slaw on their hotdogs, not some over sweet relish. The Lumberton location was also out of tater tots. I will not be returning to this restaurant!
We didn't get all that we ordered the first time. It took 3 reminders and then we had to ask for our receipt twice. Bathrooms were completely gross. The floor was so nasty that it felt like the floor in the grill area. No soap in the men's restroom, only in the women's.
I had the worst experience on my last visit in the drive-thru for several reasons. The employees didnt seem like teammate's and work together to get fresh hot food to us in a professional manner. First we ordered 4 combos which was supposed to be 4 footlongs all the way with drinks and fries for side. When we pulled up to pay for our food it was wrong. The price and our whole order. I think the girl at window was a 1st time fast food worker by the way she handled our order and just by me having 20 years experience on restaurant and new employees. Another reason I have only 1star is the cleaniness of the inside. It was a disaster and the manager basically told us we could get tots as a side or have cold food if we waited on fries. He was even rude to new girl and other employees while we sat and heard all of it. So unprofessional
Was missing tenders from my doordash order, the lady at sonic just told me to call door dash because they put everything in the bag and hung up, even though it was sealed completely shut.

Every single time I go here something is WRONG with my order !!’ This am I order cheese sticks and waited an absurd amount of time with ONE car in front of me. To leave and open my bag and there was a got damn cheeseburger. I looked at the ticket and it said CHEESE STICKS. I had to get back in line now behind 3 cars, and after another 15 min I pulled around to the front and got out and asked for my food. She informed me she gave my food to someone else and me their food. Seriously??? There were 2 cars in the whole place at 10am!!! I swear, we are so doomed with the future of our country and what’s going to be here to lead us.
3rd and last time I visit Lumberton location. I ordered the smash burger with extra mayo and I received a mess of mayo. The food in Lumberton at this location has been bad 3 times now. I visit the Siler City location weekly and the food there is always on point. Also the service is always some kind that acts like they don't want to be there.
On 5/14/25 @5:48pm… my kids wanted sonic for dinner and after a long day of work I chose to eat out. I was placing a order for my family of 4 when my kids seen on the screen stall #9 the new unicorn slush and both my kids wanted one as I proceeded to order I told Mr ANDREW also known apparently as HARDAWAY add them to my kids order ( I clearly seen the fine print stating only comes in medium size) so obviously Mr Andrew I clearly know from my own years in fast food that clearly it would be added separately and not onto the kids meals ! He then proceeded as if I couldn’t afford my order by saying the difference in charge as if I can’t read !!! He is bad for this business and seems like other employees also do not want to work around him when asked who was placing orders and being so rude and judgemental each employee didn’t hesitate to give his name to us customers along with his so called street name as they called it! I only came because of small kids but remember you are in Lumberton and just because your name is hardaway you will meet somebody who will give you a hard way to go with that attitude ‼️
I ordered a m&n shake. I mixed it around a few times, there wasnt much m&ns… but when i ate to the middle/bottom, there was some red liquid at the bottom!? I was guessing it was strawberries but i didnt know what it was, and i sure didnt order it! It was gross… and they had me waiting thirty minutes out in the cold for this…
We went through the drive through and so much was wrong with our order, first they waited until after they gave us food after waiting 10 minutes and food was luke warm to start to make our drinks which they gave my wife a sweet tea instead of what we ordered and we pulled out missing a corn dog in our bag as well. We pulled back in to get the order fixed and even after that once we pulled back out I noticed my double cheeseburger was missing a whole patty on it and was only a single. I will never come to this establishment again and I will make it my mission to deter as many people as I can as well. 0 stars if it was possible.
Went for a quick lunch. I've never had as bad an experience here as I had today. When I pulled up to get my order, they told me to pull ahead as "they're making your burger". Sat out in the area as instructed for more than 5 minutes and when food finally arrived, the food was room temperature as best and they neglected to give my drink. I will have to think twice about returning.
This place has turned to junk! We waited in the drive thru for 30 mins or more just to get to the speaker.. when I got to the speaker it took them 15 mins to take my order. Then when I get my food I got rotten tomatoes which I have a picture of. Old squishy pickles , and very mushy meat! They didn’t give me the sides I ordered. I ordered 2 large fry’s they gave me mozzarella sticks (which were nasty) and a small fry (which fry’s were very soggy) I didn’t check it until I got home I called and they said they can’t do anything without a receipt. I’m not driving 30 mins back into town for fresh food when it should have been fresh and made correctly the first time. I understand mistakes happen but serving people old food and not checking the bag to make sure it’s correct is not ok. I’m very disappointed!
