I’ve always seen this place but never went. I received a gift card and I will say the food and service was spectacular. The lady at the entrance was VERY nice and our waitress Natalie was AMAZING from start to finish. She didn’t miss a beat with us and was very patient. Giving us great information and options. She was pleasant and smiled each time she stopped at our table. Definitely will go back.

On Tuesday, September 16, we were treated to an amazing Bonefish Grill experience. There for my birthday dinner/celebration with family and friends, the Bonefish staff were all so kind and professional. The food was amazing. The patio accommodations were amazing. The weather and temperature was amazing. Everyone who attended has had nothing but positive things to say. Thank you to the entire team who helped make this a beautiful evening for all of us. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Food was amazing and the atmosphere was very relaxing. We enjoyed the Diablo Unicorn Fish and Rockefeller Butterfish and the infamous Bone Fish Grill Bang Bang Shrimp. It was cooked perfectly and I highly suggest the Smokey Old Fashion to pair with it. Shay was an amazing hostess, server, bartender, and you can find her behind the bar mixing some of the best drinks. Highly recommend for some of the best fish that is expertly cooked.

My family and I came to Bonefish Grill to celebrate two very special occasions—my white coat ceremony for nursing school and my mom’s birthday. From the moment we walked in, we were met with warmth and outstanding hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make our celebration memorable, even surprising my mom with a beautifully plated dessert that had "Happy Birthday" written on it, along with a delicious chocolate brownie. Aside from the incredible service, the food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and exceeded our expectations. However, what truly made the night special was the exceptional service from both our waitress and the manager. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our experience unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the service shine equally, but Bonefish Grill delivered on both fronts. Thank you to the entire team for making our celebration so special! We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.

As we walked in, we were immediately created by the hostess who was fun and very friendly. After being seated we were immediately greeted by our waitress, she answered questions about the daily special it was very friendly and forthcoming. The food was delish as usual. They deserved with seasonal the, the pumpkin creme brulee which was top notch. That deserve alone deserves five stars. We went on a Friday afternoon, and there is no wait for seating. Great service great food and we will be going back again.

We visited the Fayetteville NC location. The atmosphere was great with a upscale appeal. The Seafood was delicious. I ordered the Mahi Mahi. My wife ordered the rainbow trout. Our meals were grilled to perfection and very good tasting. The service was good. We did have to send our Samuel Adam's beer back. It was kind of flat for some reason. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My wife and I stopped in for a late Sunday evening dinner, and overall it was a very solid experience. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which made it a great way to wind down the weekend. Our food was good definitely enjoyable and well prepared though not quite at the level that completely blew us away. I’d rate the food a solid 4 out of 5. Service was friendly and attentive, especially considering it was later in the evening. We never felt rushed, and everything came out in a timely manner. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience, and we would return, especially for a casual date night or relaxed evening out.

Lunch specials from a daily menu were reasonably priced but the food left something to be desired. I had the lunch menu sized fish and chips while my wife had the fish tacos. The tacos were good. I've been a fisherman all of my 73 years and have never seen a fish shaped like a cigar before. The breading was oily and strangely chewey. Our waitress though was wonderful, pleasant and conversational. The restaurant is nicely laid out, the seating comfortable and the music was at a reasonable volume allowing for conversation.

Bonefish Grill is where I chose to go for my birthday celebration. The food was good, and I appreciated receiving a free cheesecake as a birthday treat. However, I was a little disappointed that the staff didn’t sing “Happy Birthday,” especially since that was one of the main reasons I chose this restaurant to celebrate. Overall, we enjoyed the meal, but I wish the birthday experience had felt a bit more special.

The service and quality of food has gone down tremendously at this location. A few weeks ago a friend and I sat at the bar, it took forever with service. The bartender stated a few people called out and they were short staffed, understood but the food was over cooked. The salmon was dry and over cooked. I gave them a break, came back a few weeks later and ordered food to go. Again, over cooked. It took forever for someone to greet me just to pick up the food and receive it even with calling it in.
