Our server, Davin was great! Very attentive, kind, and prompt. I also enjoyed the manager, Donnell who came to make sure our food and service was excellent. Food was hot and fresh. Will definitely be back!

Loved the music and the wings. The customer service was great. Faith and Donnell checked on me throughout my dining experience. I ordered the hot honey wings and although I didn’t like the fries with honey, Faith got me another basket of fries….bottomless fries were a great treat. Everyone laughed and communicated well. Again, great dining experience.

This was my first time in a very long time that I have came into this restaurant. I was taken out for lunch on my birthday, 11/2. The turkey burger was just a good and juicy as I remembered. Also their new caramel apple lemonade was quite good as well.

Best restaurant experience I have had in years! (I do go out at least once or twice a month.) Everything was phenomenal. Ivan (Ernesto) was a great and attentive server. The manager, Donnell, was the crown of hospitality and every other employee we interacted with (at least 2) kept that bar high!

I do not write reviews typically and I have been to many restaurants and had many servers. But, my experience at this particular restaurant was amazing! My waitress Ellyce was the absolute best server I have ever had at any restaurant. She was extremely kind to my children and she made sure we had a great experience. 10 out of 10 service! I will be back just to see her!!

I had a great experience at Red Robin, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Tori! She was super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Our orders were accurate, and she checked on us just the right amount. Tori really made our meal enjoyable – definitely ask for her section if you visit!

This place never fails to disappoint!!! My daughter ordered a Scorpion burger and if you like spicy or heat order one it was great!!! She also ordered a cocktail and it was delicious and reasonably priced. They have cauliflower crusted and gluten free pizzas(donators) they were excellent!!! William and Amanda are great employees and always go over and beyond in service!!!

I stopped in today for a quick lunch and had a great experience. I sat at the bar, where Luis and Javion provided excellent service. Managers Kristi and Teresa also came by to check in, and it’s clear they’re doing an outstanding job running the store. The entire bar staff was friendly and efficient—truly a well-managed team.

Luis is a phenomenal server and ambassador for Red Robin. An awesome employee that anyone would be lucky to have. Donnell is a great manager too. I have severe gluten issues and they both take specific care in getting my order right. They even take extreme care with potential cross contamination. Very much appreciated!

Loved our visit! The waiter was friendly and prompt! We ordered drinks and realized he was actually our bartender, as well! For him to be servicing both sides, he provided superb customer service! Both the food & drinks were amazing! There was a special on the Margaritas! Pear and Watermelon flavors are delicious! The food pricing was just a tad bit higher than other restaurants but not too bad. The only thing I'd request for the price of the Avo-Cabo Salad is a lil more chicken! The cut up chicken breast was just nestled in the middle of the salad bed with tons & tons of salad & extras around it, but I would've loved a lil more meat! Other than that everything was great! We ordered Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Pizza & the waiter recommended the cauliflower crust!! Out of this world!!! Peaceful environment! Fast service! Kind waiter! Tasty food! Definitely 5 stars!!

SUPER, SUPER customer service! Our waiter was amazing! Ok, our food was delicious! But I have to admit, that Donatos pizza was erethreal! Hands down one of the best pizza's I've EVER had! We weren't going to order it because it's thin crust. Sooo glad we did! It's thin crust but not hard. The ingredients are delicious and they are abundant! I encourage everyone to try the pizza!

We had an amazing server named Jocelyn. She was really good. Very attentive. We also had another person who stopped by our table to assist Jocelyn as well and she was very friendly. Very kind. Our food was hot, flavorful and on time we didn't have a very long wait with anything that we ordered so it allowed us to finish our food quickly. They continue to check on us repeatedly to make sure that we had everything that we need. Even though we did not order Waters, they brought it to us knowing that that would be something that we may desire later on. That was a tremendous help. I would definitely come back and recommend it place to any and everyone.

We ordered take out from Cross Creek Red Robin in Fayetteville, NC. The food was phenomenal. Not only that, but the manager, Desiree, took the time to call us and check on us to make sure our food was good. It was delicious. We love our Red Robin. Whenever we go there the staff is so amazing! Desiree is an excellent manager. Anyone who takes the time to care that much about their clients and their company is top notch.

Bottomless fries, will always be. A hit with me. They have several items that are bottomless which I think is always a great deal.

We love this place. We’ve been coming here since our twins were newborns and the waitresses love them. ( even though one accidentally made one twin cry, I think it scarred her for life lol ) Fried pickles are great. Liked the Blue cheese burger but didn’t have much blue cheese flavor. Sunset Lemonade needed more pineapple juice. Otherwise, delicious.

Went here to celebrate with my daughter and mom. The food was amazing, the staff were very nice and professional. We went during lunch time, it wasn’t a lot of people which works great for me.

This was my first time coming to this Red Robin. We were greeted warmly by the front entrance staff and seated shortly thereafter. Our server was Amanda and she is the best. She's kind, friendly, funny and honest. She took our order and the food was served to us promptly. It was hot, fresh and delicious. Our drink glasses were never empty and we never had to ask. I highly recommend coming here. Please ask for Amanda. She works during the day Mon-Fri. 🙂 She's shy so, I don't have a picture of her. She's the only Amanda that works there. We will be back.

The service was nice and our waitress was friendly. The food was good. I'm very much impressed with how much volume of food I received when ordering the side salad. My picture shows the leftovers of my third side salad, and I'm pretty sure it was the biggest of all three.

The burgers are delish. And the bottomless fries are fantastic. Also had the tower of onion rings, fresh, crispy and comes with sauces. I took my grandchild here for their birthday and had to have the birthday song and ice cream sundae delivered. The best part of the night.

We came to eat and left with all the feels! From door entry to exit it was such a positive experience. Our food took a little longer than expected. I’ve had SEVERAL customer service experiences this past week I’ve fought the urge to rant about. Various lackluster, disrespectful, courtesy-void, tragic encounters that left me utterly displeased. This would have just been one more. Went to Red Robin Saturday night and had an excellent experience! And not just because the kitchen manager took accountability and came to our table (unprovoked) and comped our meal, but because from the door, it was pleasant. Entry to exit, I didn’t encounter anyone who hated their job, was ready to get off and it showed, who didn’t like their shift lead, etc…all things that are very apparent and can make a dining experience feel far less than pleasant. Food was hot and delicious. Space was clean. Red Robin, Ms. Tee -our server- got it right. Just wanted to say publicly how well we were treated and how thankful I am to have canceled out the bad vibes I had all week.

Original: The food was amazing but we were disappointed to not be explained how the kiosk worked to obtain the incentive that we were *strongly* suggested that we sign up for. Also, we were unable to get a second order of the 'unlimited/bottomless' sweet potato fries that we paid an upcharge for as the only server we saw working (ours) was bombarded and oversat. Overall, we will give them a try again when we are in the area, since travel here frequently for weddings.

My first time through the doors of any Red Robbin, the atmosphere was perfect for me, I enjoyed the music they had playing over the speakers. The manager came over to the table with a serving of fries, complimentary, for me, a first timer. The food was delicious and came to the table quite fast. I liked the bottomless sides and drinks idea, however I couldn't finish my first go around. Our server and service was spot on. I will go again, the next time I'm in Fayetteville. If you don’t reserve a table then you should expect waiting 10 - 16 minutes for a table just so you’re aware. Staff is pretty nice, I also enjoy how they frequently check up on you for refills so you aren’t nagging behind them. Food took a bit longer than expected but never the less the food was delicious. I recommend the Queso Lava Burger and orange cream soda float. You also get unlimited refills which fills you right up! PS: Enjoy the video of me giving my boyfriend all of the tomatoes on my burger because I dislike them.

Food was great and Dustin our server was the best. He was running around every where handling it like a pro. I never saw him not moving and he was always on point, he was kind to everyone and took a little extra time for the kids. If you plan on eating here ask to be seated in his area, best service I have had in a while.

Normally I would rate this restaurant a 5, but this time my burger was under cooked and when they brought out a new one, it was taken to another table and put in their hands. The waitress then brought it from that table to give it to me. She said it was fine because they didn't do anything to it. I didn't have the patience to educate her that once it's in another person's hands/table it doesn't get served to another person. The manager was very apologetic and nice, I ended up taking that off of my check because my grandkids were ready to leave. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant in 20 years. I would definitely still come back here to eat.

The menu had a nice variety, and the food was quite good. Service was just okay—our server disappeared for extended periods, which was a bit frustrating. That said, we still enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back again.

The waitress was very attentive, but her team ruined it. The drinks and food came out rather slow. The strawberry lemonade lacked strawberries.

Food and service was good but the past 2 times I have went they tried to sit us on the bar side. There was plenty of tables on the "family" side that were empty and the bar side was almost full. I don't want to be cramped in a small area when there are plenty of seats available. The first time I sat on the bar side. The last time I told them I did not want to sit on the bar side and they took me to the other side. I suggest don't try and cram everyone into one side of the restaurant. I understand if it was busy but it was not at the time I went.

The lava burger was awesome, and I ordered it based on our waitress recommendation.

We went two times within the last month. The first time we went our waitress was on top of refills and checking in. My husbands burger came out want was so raw they had to remake it. We waited 20 mins for his burger to be recooked. The second time was a mess. The waitress was very nice, but we waited 15 mins for drinks, never got our refill fries until we paid and were getting up from our table. The apps came out with our food which was a 30 min wait. I understand people are short staffed but half the time the staff was standing in the kitchen laughing and joking. Redrobin also has this set up where someone aside from your waiter/waitress brings your drinks. I understand this is to take some of load off of your waitress. However, if you have someone getting drinks for the 10 tables just sat you will be waiting awhile. Im not sure this new method really helps. Especially when we got items brought to us that were not even ours on 3 occasions and recieved a look from the staff as if it was our fault. Overall the food was good once recieved minus the undercooked burger. The service was okay nothing over the top.

Elana was an amazing waitress during our visit to Red Robin. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Even when it got busy, she stayed upbeat and on top of everything. Red Robin is lucky to have her!

I really like their burgers. I also like they have kids half price day on Wednesday. But make sure some of the sides are extra $3 and bottomless refill available. I ordered sweet potato fries and never got asked If I wanted more refill. I wish I knew that. Also I order for pick up and waited 20 more min than estimated time. Parking is always available but today their Guard business car parked on the middle of parking lot and blocked my car for 10 min even though my car was on whole time. I complained and got told they can’t until Guard is done collecting money inside. Please don’t waste someone’s valuable time especially during lunch hour.

I went to Red Robin to go and eat my free birthday burger. It's a good place to grab a good burger 🍔 I ordered the Monster burger medium well. I did send it back because it was too red inside for me. I went for my free B'day Burger. The bartender was great. He gave great recommendations and made sure I was okay. His drinks were just right! However my Burger was not well done as I requested. The zucchini fries were great!!

The staff that was working was super friendly the food is great but seems like they changed the seasoning on the fries. You should try island heat wings with fries instead of chips because the chips aren't great. The tropical Mai Tai comes in a cool Glas and isn't to bad I think it should taste a little bit more tropical but it was still good.

I wanted to visit somewhere I had not been in a while until I decided to go to Red Robin. It was early in the day on a Friday, it wasn't busy, so parking was easy right up front. Upon entering the hostess asked me how many and seated me right away. I went to the bathroom, the first stall I entered was not clean so I tried another. Overall the bathroom was not too bad, I've seen worse. When I get back to my seat my waitress was ready to take my drink order and asked if I wanted any appetizers. My waitress was very nice and attentive. I was undecided but soon thought I would get the towering onion rings. The appetizer came out pretty quick, I soon placed my entree order which took a little longer. I'm not sure if it was me, but the onion rings were not as good as I had expected. I've had them there before, but it's been a long time ago, for some reason I thought they were really good. Nonetheless, they were hot and came with two dipping sauces. I did like the fact that they didn't taste too salty. My burger and fries soon arrived and let me tell you, they were delicious. When I visit again I will skip the onion rings. If you've never been you must know that it is a bit pricey. However, I recommend the Fayetteville location.

UPDATE 26 FEB 23. They brought back the bottomless sweet potato fries! Service was much better this time and our wait was only 30 minutes for a table of eight. The staff was very friendly and attentive and we had a pretty good time. It looks like they've hired some better people who really care about taking care of the customers. UPDATE 17 FEB 20. The last 3 times we've been here, the service was slow. The wait staff seems to not take much pride. Came in today and they gave us photocopy kids meal menus with crayons and no pictures. My son spilled his drink all over the table. There were 4 employees within 5 feet of me and not one offered to help as I cleaned it up. It seems this place is cutting corners and not retaining quality staff. This may be the death gasp of another dying franchise in Fayetteville. The endless fries and salads are a hit with the kids, so we'll be back again to see if they improve. Wonderful place to take the family. Staff is awesome and service is fairly quick. If you’re looking for something low carb, their zucchini fries are a great alternative but not exactly Keto. Great for a carb re-feed day for sure. Their burgers are thick and juicy and their kids meals are just the right size for the little ones. Our waitress Summer was awesome and very patient with us as 3 of us were ordering Keto, so no bun and wrapped in lettuce. Summer was amazing and the food was also. That on top of the beautiful décor, it was a great experience. The whole place is clean and bright. I would definitely recommend this for a family or couples outing.

Overall a good visit. Server seemed fairly new as having to keep going back to retrieve something forgotten. The food was great and cooked as ordered the first time.

Always as expected. Decent food at good prices. Never had a bad server here. Last time just seemed like some updates need to be done. Chairs were worn out, table rocked, table top worn out, but it's been there for years and they stay busy so understandable. But service is and food is good! Plus bottomless fries!

The server Julio I think, was very attentive and was very welcoming. It was our first time there. The reason why it is 3 stars for the atmosphere is because I noticed that most of the windows had hand/grease prints and like crusted sauce or food. I honestly don't know what it was but it was not appetizing. It was a little slow to get our order and when we ordered the food came out in pretty good time. Also, my husband was looking at the touchscreen module on the table and was just trying to get familiar with it and it charged us 2.99 for entertainment fee, like what?! We didn't even when to play the games. But the manager was so gracious and took off the charge and the menu doesnt tell you this but if you get anything OTHER than steak fries. They charge you 2.99 or 3.99. And to be honest the garlic fries I got were just garlic sprinkled on top and they weren't fresh. BUT the end of the experience was good because not only they took off the 2.99 for the entertainment and the uncharge for the garlic fries, they brought us fresh new fries ( this time i told them I wanted sweet potato fries) and they even gave them to us to take home. Great service, maybe cleaning the windows and seats could be better but other than that. Excellent place. The food was REALLY good. But definitely ask for fresh fries. That's just a petpeeve I have. Definitely recommend going there here in Fayetteville NC.

Is it just me or is Red Robin’s becoming very stingy with their fries. We ordered online today and even specified extra fries with each order. We did not get extra. Feels like we got less. Come on Red Robin! Your slogan is BOTTOMLESS fries. That’s why we love you.

Main pros: bottomless sides with meals. Main cons: 6 dollar burger with 10 dollar price, lazy management, poor attention to detail, laissez-faire attitude of servers. This place isn't bad, but it's not great either. Never has been. There are a few waiters/waitresses that really shine and genuinely care and do a good job. But the majority of the wait staff, if they care, they don't know how to be proactive about service. To be fair, each "waiter" only takes the table's order, but doesn't really serve them per se. All the tasks are done by the food runners, so I'm guessing that's why each server I saw had 5-8 tables. Overall not the worst place in Fayetteville, but certainly matches most of the mediocre service epidemic of the 'Nam.

Wasn't busy I think due to Memorial day. Got seated quickly and the waitress took our drink order fairly quickly. I ordered just a water and he got the chocolate milk shake. I got the fire love burger and he got the bacon burger. The meal arrived decently fast. His burger was over cooked a little but he did say to be cooked well. I'd say the best way to order would be with a little pink in the burger . Mine was good however it was very wet . Meaning there was a Ton of liquid which made the burger slide out of the bun . The fries were good and overall the service was great.

The food was good, they were just out of many items, including draft beers. Had to go through a whole list of beer to get the fourth or fifth one down the list. The tables in the middle of the room were weirdly positioned. Our table for five was crammed in next to another table of four, so much so that the chairs between the table overlapped and my gf was quite literally sitting next to the woman at the table behind us.

Nothing is "free" we are really paying for the fries in the $$$ price of the burgers. I must say this: their burgers are delicious and the buns are spot on. Fries are good, yet the second round usually are cold and few. For some reason the sweet potato fries are usually cold or not quite,"fresh". Great waiters is Javon, and Ms. T. try to get their table! We ordered from Grubhub and were severely disappointed. I got the whiskey river burger but it was flavorless and cold. I paid $1.49 extra for garlic seasoned fries and got 9. 9 fries. My husbands plate was much more full with regular fries. They tasted old, both orders.

We were seated immediately, them sat in 15 minute increment for drinks, ordering and then 45 minutes for the food, most of the fries were unseasened and cold, and the food was sub par, the server was nice and understanding

The food was good. The service was great. Atmosphere was good but for two hamburgers. Lemonade, root beer float and fries come to a total of $70. That doesn't make sense. I will not return because of the high prices. I can eat many places, a lot cheaper with food just as good.

Salt, salt, and yea more salt! My order was a takeout. The fries had enough salt on them to put a person in the hospital. The blue bacon burger...more salt! Everything tasted like salt. I should have known when I walked in at 7:30pm something was off when there is only 1 couple in the establishment. No napkins in bag. It's ashame when you pay 17+ for something to eat and you can't enjoy it because of all the salt. Once is enough for me. Do better!!!!

This burger was such a mess! I don't know why they put the cheese sauce on top of the bun and not on the burger, it was so hard to eat and they have gotten so expensive!

This place served me a raw hamburger Wednesday night and still charged me 61 dollars. Ruined my thanksgiving. I COULD NOT LEAVE THE HOUSE FROM THE SICKNESS I INCURRED. NOW REMOVE THIS REVIEW LIKEYOU DID THE FIRST ONE

First time was ok. But at the next time we got the most horrible service ever. 25min we just were waiting when someone gets the order. Eventually we got our food in 45min. It was a dinner but the restaurant wasn't packed. The food wasnt cooked, it was warmed in a microwave... Of course no tip... Never will be back.

Do not know where to begin, was meeting another couple for dinner, got our appetizers and drinks quick, but the food? An hour later! Would not have gotten it then if we hadn't said anything, when we finally got it! ICE COLD! (No thank you) I understand places are short staff, but that shouldn't affect services, places have been short staff before all this we got going on. Hadn't we knew before they were short staff up front, we would understand the wait. Note the drink glasses in the picture, same drink different glasses.

We waited for a very long time for our food, which was already cold upon arrival. The burger patty lacked seasoning, was plain, and also burnt, indicating that the frying oil needed to be changed. Furthermore, the sweet potato fries did not taste good. Burger King's burgers taste significantly better than those served here.😌

Not worth the money like before

Really disappointed with this place. Normally when you order appetizers, they come before the meal, so I'm going to assume the employees here don't know the definition: a small dish of food or a drink taken before a meal or the main course of a meal to stimulate one's appetite. Anyway, we ordered tower onion rings and fried pickles. The fried pickles were horrible. They were over-fried to the point where the pickle even disappeared. The onion ring tower was great. I ordered a banzai burger for myself, a cheeseburger for my youngest, while my other two kids had pizza and they refused to eat the pizza. I don't know what kid ever refuses to eat pizza. On the other hand, the Banzai burger was great. My husband got a classic cheeseburger, however, due to his medical, he ordered a Coke Zero. When we got the drink, it was regular coke, and when it was mentioned to our waitress, she never came back with anything, not even water, so he went the whole meal without anything to drink. Being from Hawaii, where Red Robin does not exist, this experience for us was horrible.

Red Robin by Cross Creek Mall has really fallen off. The floors are always slippery in this place so be careful. If you like the thought of bottomless fries you will be highly disappointed. They used to bring out a good amount of fries in a basket and if you wanted more, you could keep it coming. Instead, they now bring out about 8 fries in a basket at a time. My fiance thought we were being punked. Don't bother trying to order a side of broccoli with cheese. What they brought out was a broccoli garnish with a side of cold shredded cheese. For the price you pay it is simply not worth it. The onion ring appetizer was good and the bartender was great. If you just want an appetizer and a good drink I suggest the onion rings and the bartenders strawberry margarita!

Terrible experience. They were sitting all guest within arms reach when the whole restaurant was open. When asked to move the host said she had nothing else. They could have separated each party a little bit. The host stated we couldn’t sit at the bar when no one was sitting there. The high top table had no place for your feet so they dangled the whole time. They didn’t have the drink options we wanted so after all of that we just decided to go else where. The whole experience was uncomfortable plus the restaurant was dead silent. Typically there is music playing.

This was honestly the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Red Robin. Our waitress, who wasn’t wearing a mask and coughing couldn’t be bothered to check on us. Took forever to get our drinks. Never got our appetizers or my cocktail from the bar. She didn’t even care. Empty tables sat dirty. Multiple men in the kitchen with no gloves on handling food, which is probably the reason for the 91 sanitation rating. Decided to get up and leave to go somewhere else which was much better.

Placed a to go order food was cold as excepted since having to wait an extra 20 minutes when they said it will be ready in 15 minutes. Probably never will order or go there again.

I just ordered chicken Sammies who is owned by red robins. Every chicken sandwiches we ordered arrived burnt and we even got a wrong sandwich. This is crazy since I just spent $85 on 5 sandwiches. If I wanted a sandwich that looked like a burger I would have ordered burgers not burnt chicken. I can't leave a review on their site so the parent company gets it. This is not acceptable especially with the cost of everything going up. So not happy and will not order from them again. What terrible service. Obviously they don't care about their customers. I do not recommend them at all!

Food was expensive and not good at all. Really disappointing because we do not go out to eat hardly ever and this was the place we chose🤦‍♂️ . Maybe should have ordered a burger but won’t risk finding out in the future. Too many other options available around the area.

I will never eat here ever again. It was a mess. First thing first sweet tea was not sweet. I order a salad it took forever to get the food. My order came out no dressing but it did have hair in my food. They had the nerve to charge me for the whole meal. No apologies or trying to say I’ll give a discount. Never again, I do have the picture with the hair.

We ordered our food. Two burgers. Waited and waited. Tables around us came in after us, got food and finished and still our burgers never came. Finally we were told "the plates dropped" so they have to get remade and brought us out fries. At this point we were there almost an hour. Manager never came out UNTIL I asked for her. She comped our drinks and we left. If we had already been waiting a while and the plates dropped she should have come spoken to us right away. We didn't want fries and no burgers.

Last night I just dined in with my husband. It took 20 minutes for someone to take our order. We ordered a margarita and a mojito — the worst drinks we’ve ever had. They asked us to choose a side for the burger, but they weren’t clear that it would be an extra charge. And finally, the burgers were not “gourmet” at all, plus they made us really sick 🤢.

Haven't eaten here in Months due too Service.. Should have just stayed away and went to a Restaurant that has servers that listen to you and care about your Experience. When they say endless fries they mean it, what you get on your first plate that ends it... We aske for another order of fries and asked if they could be warmer than the previous fries. Don't get me wrong what came out with our food was a little cool but we still ate them. Two servers came and asked if we were ok and we repeated can we get some more fries and refills on drinks. We never seen any more fries come out to our table or refills on our drinks. But it's fine to many other great establishments in town to think about going back to Red Robin in Fayetteville NC.

Came in for a birthday burger and sat at the bar. The service was awful, the single shot was almost $10, food was DRIPPING with grease (my bun was wet and soggy from it) and there was maybe 10 fries on my plate. I waited over 10 minutes for the bar tender while she talked to other employees and random people before i just asked for a box and paid on the kiosk and left. Would not recommend for the prices, portions, or staffing. Just overall not a great experience. Also not a child, no need for a bar tender to speak to me as a child.
