Waited 20min for drive thru meanwhile watched at least 20 cars recieve their food and drive around me while I remained parked and waiting. When I finally went in, they had my sitting on the counter and were all arguing about who was supposed to take it out to me. Food was cold and chicke. Strips looked more like chicken nuggets.

First, avoid the outside drive thru. If you are on the outside ordering area, the inside drive thru lane will be prioritized for orders (I watched 3 cars pull up, order and continue before anyone attempted to take my order). Second, this is NOT the McDonald's to order anything customized. It will confuse staff. I got frustrated with trying to order both at drive thru and in lobby, so I just left. Wasn't trying to drive to another McDonald's and roll the dice again for something I wanted to treat myself with, but such is life, it seems.

McDonald's is where kids dreams go to die. This location is scraping the bottom of the barrel, employees are rude and something was very off about the taste of my big Mac. It's like the meat tasted not like meat. And my daughter got a terrible stomach ache from her McChicken and we both got diarrhea. I abhor going to McDonald's but every once my kid asks for it.

Inside order kiosk , so it Wasnt fast food lol, waited almost 25-30 min for our order. Employees were very busy in the "back caged " area but it just seemed there flow needed to tweaked not sure of issue but the wait was way to long. Think that shift manager needs more training to better assist the flow of their staff. Service date 8/16/25 near 12pm. Maybe someone or two called off work that day and short staffed. Front young girls filling bags were very pleasant through this situation.

Ordered breakfast 7/15 close to 10:30.2 coffee regular 4 sausage mcmuffin w/egg 2 hash browns. Check coffees no cream or sugar,go back to window girl gives small bag n walks away another girl had to take care of us with more.Get on road open sandwiches muffins not toasted,sandwiches were horrible. This is one of the dirtiest McDonalds I've ever been in. We waited nearly 5 minutes for a person to take our order, when only 2 others people were in the place. I will say our food order was correct, the cashier was nice, and the food was hot. After that ... the drink machines were dirty, the tables were filthy, the floors had sticky stuff all over it in the front and back, and both the men's and women's bathrooms were horrific. Overflowing trash cans with diapers and feminine hygiene products, no soap, very little toilet paper, hair all over the sinks. I could hear the employees all laughing and having a wonderful time, and when I walked by they were all huddled together chatting. I like the comradery, and again, very friendly but we were the only ones in the entire restaurant by this time and not a single employee was cleaning anything at all. I don't expect perfection but when it costs $40 for 3 people to eat, I do expect a clean table and some toilet paper.

Slowest drive through I’ve ever seen. In line for 20 minutes 5 cars ahead. Consistent mistakes customers handing food back through the window. Get to window, order isn’t there, everything mixed up. Dear owner, time for staff retraining.

While waiting for my food in the drive through; a manager literally slapped one of the workers hand down due to a minor mistake that could’ve been fixed. It was disturbing to see her do that in front of other workers and myself. The manager was a tall white lady that was rude. Handle situations away from others.
