Tacos Uruapan is amazing! We ordered 10 quesabirria with 2 consomés, and it was hands down the best we’ve ever had. The place was busy (which is always a good sign), and while we waited outside, the owner Miguel came over to chat with us. He was super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Once we got home and tried the food, it blew us away—absolutely delicious! We’ll definitely be coming back ASAP.

The owner Miguel and his wife are super friendly and just treat you good! The portions do not leave you hungry! I am so happy that South Central Wichita is finally getting some love it so desperately needs! I absolutely recommend coming here and supporting local business owners who want to provide a positive impact to our community!

We tried several items, and loved every single one. Their salsas are great, too. So far, a nice and clean location since they're new, but it's in a very sketchy part of Broadway. But it was a very pleasant and flavorful experience! Definitely lived up their reputation.

I can't believe I just found this place. The food is amazing. Service was wonderful and the atmosphere was easy. I am so sad I have missed out on this place for so long. I tried 4 different meats in tacos and tortas and they all were so flavorful. The salsa was excellent, a flavor explosion in my mouth. So so good. Go try it!!!

Nice quiet little place in downtown right next to 54/400. Food was fast and fresh. I went with friends, next time I will being my family. Every that worked there was fun and inviting.

If you dine in, you get fresh chips and salsa and the salsa has a really nice heat to it that we thoroughly enjoyed. We got the flautas which are called something else at this location but they were absolutely amazing. Can't wait to try some other menu items at another time.

Amazing food! Abuelita in the kitchen and you can tell!! Handmade tortillas and it tastes like they make their own masa to make them! My husband got the menudo and loved it! The server is nice but seems a little in over her head causing unnecessary confusion in the dining room. That being said I’m sure they will get it worked out. We will definitely be back!

I keep forgetting they closed on Mondays and I'll be just as a mad that I got to go somewhere else first time trying it and I liked it off of one taco I was full

The food is of good quality but quantity vs quality is an issue. Renes gives you more food for less cost. Lobby was clean but was dusty. Staf was super friendly and courteous. For me price for amount of food isn't worth it.with no other customers waited a good 30 minutes for our food.

First visit 08/14/25 ☆☆☆ It's was ok. Got three birria tacos, a birria quesadilla and a birria chimichanga...beef was very tender, but very bland. Not much flavor. The quesadilla was ok, not much filling, and the chimichanga was ok, they didn't like the rice filler, I wasn't much of a fan of that either. The salsas were spicy. We were highly disappointed that the birria didn't come with the consume sauce. I didn't realize it had to be ordered at an extra charge. I thought it came with it. I mean is it really birria without that?! It was already expensive $50, for those items. Granted this order was shared with three people. (We each had a taco, and split the other items in three pieces. The staff were very nice and friendly. The place was clean from what I could see.

My first time visiting was horrible. The person taking the order told me to drive forward because she couldn’t hear me. The ladies in that area just looked at me. After 5-6 minutes I blew my horn and one of the ladies came to the window and threw a bag to me…. I had no clue what was in the bag, Again, she couldn’t hear me. The lady was abrasive she spoke no English and I spoke no Spanish. Finally, the lady who was taking the orders came. Confused, I asked her why the lady was upset and what was in the bag. She said it was the item I ordered, I asked what was that because I was the person you said you couldn’t hear. She offered no apology, she said they were busy. Well I have determined I will not come back again no matter how the food tastes, THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!!
