Had it for the first time last week and didn’t know it was a chain⛓️‍💥 ! Cesar wrap was beaaaautiful - next time will ask for tomatoes 🍅 like the actual Cesar salad 🥗 has. Will go again. Quick and easy before the museum visit. Nobody wants to go in and be hangry within an hour. My husband had an Italian sandwich 🥪 said would go for Cesar wrap next time. Recommend 💪🏼

Absolutely must try in NYC; Atmosphere is chill and calm. Veggies are fresh, flavorful and full. The meat is fresh cut and tastes amazing. Plenty of oil on the Italian sandwich without drenching it. Portions are fairly big for the price; definitely go for the hero size!

It is a spacious, nice place to dine in. Make sure to check if you got what you ordered, though. I asked black coffee but got with milk. It's not a big deal, of course, but still, if this simple mix up happen in a non rush hour, it might be a sign to just to make sure you got what you asked for before you leave the counter. It might just happen to me, too, of course 😀 enough about it. It is a nice place to eat, helpful staff.

From not having heard of LENWICH before to visiting twice in a day 🤣 this was a late lunch while I was super hungry, but all the 3 restaurants I wanted to try were so busy, so I opted for LENWICH 😄 had a reasonable experience in the morning at another location so I figured it would be solid here too. Did not disappoint. The place was bustling, clean, bright. The self-ordering touchscreen machines were easy to use. There were hand sanitizer packets nearby so customers could sanitize their hands after using the touchscreens. The wait was not bad. Maybe 5-7 minutes. The sandwich was reasonably good. Did not impress but also did not disappoint. Overall, a solid option for quick meals.

Average at best... Not all ingredients were fresh. Avocado was on the darker color. Fries were very good.

Chain restaurant sandwich shop- overall okay. Had a ruben- prepared pretty quick and lots of seating. Staff was very nice but sandwich a little try. Good for a quick grab but just ok.

I went to this location yesterday and one of the employee yelled at me, treated me very poorly and disrespectful because they left the door open and decided to closed it because it was cold. The reason that I went inside, it’s because it was cold, if not I just would’ve stay outside. That’s not a right way to treat a client, I’m certainly never going back again, I’m not spending my money to be yelled at.

Dogs are in and out without anyone saying anything. Said something to the front and they said there's nothing they can do. I own 5 dogs and will never do this. But im also not a privilege white person either.
