I like the Turkey pesto sandwich and the chicken bake with bacon. The only thing I dont like is people are not considerate of others to use tables. But 4 bucks for turkey sandwich and 3 bucks for chicken bake not bad on price.

Get your food and run. Brooklyn Costco is for people who like to torture themselves.

Costco itself is good. But this is the only costco i have been so far where it feels like a zoo as soon as you enter the parking lot. Haven't seen a crowdier costco than this one

The two-floor concept and cart lift is interesting, but this place is an absolute madhouse! It's tough to find parking. I'll stay on Long Island.

Costco just isn’t the same as it used to be. Prices on goods, food, and other products keep going up, and the overall value feel less impressive. I used to really enjoy their roast chicken, but lately, it’s been way too salty, and the meat quality doesn’t seem as good anymore. Still convenient for some bulk items, but it’s not the Costco I once loved.

I had a very disappointing experience at Costco today. The cashier was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone. I am a regular Costco customer and I know the store rules well, but instead of calmly explaining something, she immediately started arguing with me just because I didn’t hear her the first time. What bothered me the most is that she was speaking politely to other customers, but treated me completely differently. That kind of behavior is unacceptable and made the whole shopping experience very uncomfortable. Costco is known for great customer service, but this interaction was the opposite. I hope management reviews this situation and reminds employees that all customers should be treated with the same respect.

Ordered a whole pizza, went to shop while it was being made due to the long waiting time. I came to pick it up but was told to go to their newly opened whole pizza pick up window. The workers there ignored the customers waiting by the window despite clearly having the pre-ordered pizzas stored behind them on the top shelf. They just passed by the window or single-mindedly cut up pizzas. I tried to show them my receipt with my order number, but they didn’t even spare it a glance. Waited for over 20 mins, before going back to the counter to ask for it since clearly nobody was willing to pay attention to the window! They continued taking new orders, when I’m just trying to pick mine up which was clearly ready to be collected behind them.

One word. HORRIBLE! First, you call and no one and i mean no one answers the phone to try to place an online order. When you get there, you understand why. This place is a mad house. From parking to placing an order. It took them 55 minutes for 2 pies and a hot dog. 55 minutes... really? Smh..
