Visited a few times with my boyfriend and his friend, I LOVE LOVE LOVE this BBQ! Micky usually serves us and she’s fantastic at what she does, we visited on Juneteenth and it was so busy but that didn’t stop Micky from giving exceptional service as always. My go to is the three meat platter with Brisket, Pork Belly and Ribs, I never end up finishing it but you’ll have plenty for a midnight snack. The food is cooked to perfection and I can never not go there when I visit my boyfriend! I get jealous every time he says he’s going to get food from dino without me 😔

What a tasty meal. Very satisfied with food.the deviled eggs and the Cajun fried shrimp was amazing. Chef Mike and Megan and the waitress Patrice was also amazing and helpful. We’re definitely coming back. We work in the food industry so we know great food when we taste it. Thanks for a wonderful lunch

If you’re looking for great brisket in Brooklyn, you’ve found it. Perfectly juicy and tender. Highly recommend the mac and cheese and the donkey punch as well. Our server Z was incredibly kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes.

Oldie but goodie, came in and sat at the bar it was happy hour and boy did it make us happy. The place wasn't too full. Josh the bartender did such an amazing job handling the bar and the tables in his area with attentiveness, grace and a smile. The ambience gives southern comfort. We only did an app on the happy hour menu the chicken bbq nachos delish and the Mac and cheese which was cheesy and gooey like I love. If you're in the park slop area by the Barclays center stop in.💛☺️

It was fun to have a dinner here with bunch of business associates. The place is massive and reminds me some of Houston TX BBQ establishments. Portions are large and well prepared. A great place for a large group of people.

I tried the meat combos two times and both times I was very satisfied. The waiters were very helpful with suggesting the Mac and Cheese sides. The corn pie with the set is really something too! The ribs lacked a bit of meat the second time I went. Apple pie was ok. Overall delicious!

Since it was my first visit, my server made a great recommendation. The pulled pork was tender and had lots of flavor. The chicken was juicy. Next time I'm in the area I'll go back so I can try other things on the menu.

Came here to eat dinner with some relatives, the food was delicious and the portions were huge! We all shared a meal with three sides and they were super filling. This was my 3rd time coming here and this place never disappoints! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good BBQ spot. The staff here are very kind and attentive as well.

I love going to Dino Saur Bbq. The food is good and the drink prices are good during happy hour. Also go to the bar and see Chami, she is the best bartender with the best drinks in harlem. George is the best cook at this location. Do not hesitate to tip her she will take care of you every time. Every other Tuesday is Kariokee with Dj Jesse! We ordered the 3 meat combo plates so we could share and try most of the options. The food was delicious. The waiter was also friendly and prompt. One of our orders was messed up but they quickly gave us the brisket we wanted for no charge as well.

Came here for a going away dinner surprise for a friend. Got seated at a high table during a busy Saturday afternoon, the host accommodated us even though our whole party wasn’t there yet. Jessica, our server, was quick and very lovely. We ordered the Frosted Cranberry, Guinness and a Pepsi to start while we waited for the others. Jessica was definitely patient with us, as we kept waiting for our friends we ordered an appetizer, the brisket nachos which was really good and filling! Ordered the salted caramel chocolate chip cookie bar with ice cream for dessert.

Food is great, had the brisket, pulled pork and ribs with sides of fries, black eyed peas, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious. The brisket was juicy and tender, the pulled pork was smoky and tender and the ribs were just falling off the bone. The sides were superb as well, the fries were crispy and fresh, the mashed potatoes buttery and garlicky, the coleslaw was crunchy and creamy, and the black eyed peas with onion and cilantro were refreshing. I have been here a few times over the past couple of years and the food has been consistently good.

Price quality ratio of the food here can’t be beat in NYC. We had the 3 meat sharing platter and some wings, and shared between the 3 of us. The brisket and pulled pork were excellent. The sides were great, the place is perfectly decorated. I would definitely come back and bring friends with me again!

Was in town and heard this place was good. Triny (sorry for spelling) from the bar was our server. She was absolutely outstanding. She made great drinks and gave us great food service too. We we’re there during happy hour, 4-7. They had great specials on food and drink. The bbq was really good, actually better than I expected in NYC. The pickles were the best I’ve ever had…seriously! Of course Triny brought me more when I remarked on that. The place had it all, great service, solid food, tasty drinks and good “feel.” I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and highly recommend them.

Great outdoor dining space, great service, great food. We are from Texas and can be a little judgy when it comes to BBQ. This place did not disappoint! The BBQ chicken was tender and juicy, the fries were great homestyle fries, and the Cajun corn was something yummy and different! The BBQ fried rice was also an unexpected but delicious surprise!

Amazing service and food. We ordered the bbq family platter and there were leftovers for the family. Highly recommend. Since everything including sides are seasoned very well, fried rice or coleslaw is a recommended side to balance out the spice.

Wonderful meal and experience at the BK location. Our waitress (unfortunately forget her name) was friendly and shared her recommendations for sides which were spot on. Ordered the sample platter which had a few meats and sides. Perfect move to try a couple of different options. Normally I would go into specifics, but honestly everything was wonderful and I would return to have it all again. Highly recommend and thank you for the great meal.

Vow first experience of the American brisket and ribs ! Simply delicious. We were lucky visiting NY and a friend who stays in Brooklyn asked us to come over and see them , we took the train R from times sq to union st , very easy to get to and worth the trip to get away from NY busy vibe ! Everything ag Dininwas fab , food , staff the general vibe , they were very polite and kind with our little kids who were hungry and playing around ! Good hidden gem 💎

Although there's a wait usually, it is well worth waiting for. Service is fast, and the meat is delicious. The meat on the ribs falls right off the bone! The only thing I can say is that I wish the macaroni and cheese was more cheerier, and had less pepper. The burger was also good! I definitely will return again another day! There is outdoor seating and a bar you can sit at to watch sports while having a drink.

Awesome food and salads! Try the cucumber salad and the corn they’re amazing. We had the combo plates with three meats and two sides for 28 bucks can’t beat that. Danny was our server and what a delightful guy. We will be back and bring others.

If you haven’t tried them out yet, then you’re missing out big time. The food is absolutely delicious. The meat is tender, juicy, well seasoned, everything is full of flavor. We tried the pork nachos for the appetizers. It’s to die for! It’s a MUST!!! I can’t wait to go back. We ordered the full rack with 4 sides and couldn’t get enough of it. Nom nom 🤤

Stopped in for lunch because it was across the street from our hotel...so glad we did! I had a Peach Sweet Tea (bourbon) which was very good. For eats I got a combo with ribs, brisket, greens and mac & cheese. Portion sizes were perfect and the food was great, especially the ribs. Wait staff was great and attentive even though they were also taking care of a large table as well. Ambience was laid back and cool. Will definitely go back next time I'm in Brooklyn!

About 25+ yrs ago i used to work at the restaurant in Rochester ny, and the food was some of the best I've ever had. Fast forward to recently, its still the best restaurant food I've ever had. The food is unexplainable. You have to taste it to believe how good it is. We had wings, and they were smoked to perfection. We ordered the 3 meat combo plate. Half a chicken and 2 helping of prime brisket along with 2 sides macaroni & cheese, collard greens. And let me tell you, it tasted like someone your grandma would make. Cornbread was like in the old days. This is some good old fashioned southern cooked food in nyc, dont miss out. The owner John is a down to earth man with a great heart.

Awesome bbq spot with classic BBQ choices- pulled pork, ribs, brisket, mac n cheese, fries, and pitchers of beers. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Options to eat both inside and outside, as well as having a huge sit at bar with sports screens.

Iconic BBQ place - must try if you’re in New York for a few days. Brisket is my choice - soft, tender and super juicy! Mac & cheese and Cajun corn are great sides to complement it. Highly recommend.

One of my all time favorite places to eat at, Great price range not too pricey and Food is juicy and has so much personality. In my images I got the 3 meat Rack, u can always ask for wings instead of chicken, and you get 2 sides, for just $30. A lot of food for the price and I always got some to take home. Love this place and always down to come here often.

Great place for BBQ. I came twice in under three weeks. We started with the fried green tomatoes and Cajun shrimp. The fried green tomatoes were delicious! We both ordered the two meat platter. The brisket is my favorite in the city - succulent and tender. The mac and cheese has a nice kick to it and I also loved their coleslaw. Our waiter Miguel provided excellent service throughout the evening. And of course, no barbecue feast would be complete without a pint of Guinness to wash it all down! Our meal came to just under $50 per person. We'll definitely be back for more, and I highly recommend it to anyone craving top-notch barbecue in Brooklyn! Tip: Reservations recommended

Delicious BBQ place with top service, spacious indoor and outdoor setting. Portions are big and despite the restaurant being part of a chain, feel local and offer Brooklyn beer options. We ordered family set for 4-6 people but can barely finished with 7 people. A good spot for a chill day.

Tried the location in Troy a few years back, the taste is the same but the portions are smaller 😔😔 inflation at its finest... the pulled pork and brisket hits everytime, the mac & cheese was creamy but a bit cold, and the cornbread was a bit flavorless. Still glad that the vibe is the same as I remember, brings back memories

Not as crowded but the night was really cold and kept some others in. Had a large family reunion, so it was a mix of ages and dietary restrictions. But the restaurant and server handled everything with ease. We basically had a large room by ourselves, so the server allowed us to have the food buffet style, so no one would be trampled for the food. Parking was tough, but every one had a great time. We will return soon.

An old mechanic shop they turn into a meat lovers Paradise. The chicken wings melt inside your mouth. The meat is so tender on the ribs. It just falls off the bone. It has a full bar and plenty of seating. You could sit outside when weather is permitted as well. They have multiple locations and I end up in the Brooklyn and the Manhattan spot all the time.

Absolutely loved this place! We dined here on our first day in Brooklyn, and it was such a great choice. This American BBQ restaurant has a spacious seating area and a menu packed with a variety of barbecue options. My partner and I enjoyed our meal so much—I especially loved the BBQ chicken, while my partner couldn’t get enough of the BBQ ribs. Every server we interacted with was incredibly friendly, making the experience even better. Can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in Brooklyn!

This is for delivery so I can’t speak to Atmosphere… I ordered delivery for my family. When it arrived it was not correct. Not theft, it looked more like not the whole order made it into the bag, and we got the wrong sides. I called the restaurant and was put in contact with the manager Megan. She fixed it immediately. No issues, she was very nice and decisive. In a world where customer service interactions can be terrible, it’s good to know there are Megans out there who know how to handle issues quickly and with as little disruption as possible. Thanks!

Literally amazing, the most delicious food! We had the shrimp to start and then a combo plate each for mains with a local craft beer, our server was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Highly highly recommend

I wish I took pictures but I was too busy drinking, eating enjoying great live music and, in general, having a wonderful time. The Brooklyn location is great. Fantastic atmosphere. One of the best beers I've ever had and the food was outstanding. The icing on the cake was a live band that was performing when we got in. The waitress said that happens every other Sunday... Lucky us. We're 100% going back.

And EVERYTHING was fresh— it’s so worth driving around and finding parking (I recommend looking on 3rd Ave) because the QUALITY and FRESHNESS of the food is ALWAYS guaranteed no matter the time of day honestly! Me and my family loving going to Dinosaur bbq for so many reasons. The food is amazing (brisket and Mac and cheese is my go to), the service is fantastic (quick and friendly - shoutout to Meghan for being an attentive and awesome manager!), the portions and prices are great too. We’ve been coming here regularly for months now and the food and service never disappoints!!

Went to this place a Tuesday in the afternoon, the attendant was great, with such a positive attitude, the atmosphere is fantastic, the people is friendly and they suggest what they think is better to eat, drink… and the food is really great, the bbq flavor is delicious, I went with my wife and ordered a whole ribs rack with 4 sides and some beers. It was so good that we ate almost all of it including the sides. The ribs where delicious and we couldn’t decide which side was better because all of them were great. There is a great variety of beers, my favorite was the Lexington, my wife also loved it even though is like 8% alcohol. In resume, I will be back and I recommend this place 100%.

Some of the best bbq I've ever had for sure. The place has such a chill vibe and lots of cool decor. Definitely my favorite place to eat in Brooklyn. The sauces are fantastic and all the food was delicious. Amazing and fast service. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

I ordered rack of ribs on uber eats with a side of bbq sauce and Mac with simmered greens. Delicious and it was a lot of food. I reheated it in my Dutch oven with a little bone broth and it was tender and full of flavor. Next time I want to try brisket and their whipped sweet potato.

Started pretty great. But raw fish turned us off. I guess they're so used to food being made in advance and reheated they don't knw how to cook to order. And the items were pretty much warm, not hot. Service can be better. Literally had to hunt down the servers attention. Not too bad an experience but like I said first impression really works numbers on the overall.

Ribs might be my favorite in the plate. The meat could be easily pulled off from the bone. (Brisket was the second and pulled pork the third. But them were all good and not dry at all.) Sides might be the part that think that was not that impressive. They were good, average. Cornbread was slightly dry. Sweet potatoe pie was not sweet, kinda a healthier option I guess! Pretty light.

Dino bbq is a decent bbq place and above average for New York but don’t try to compare it to real southern style bbq. I got the combo deal with brisket, pulled pork, sausage and an add on of ribs. Everything tastes good and the meat is soft but the portion was small. Even though I got the 3 piece combo plus ribs I wasn’t full at the end. Maybe it’s just a problem with their combo deal… Desserts were very good specifically the one with the caramel and brownie cookie. Was hard to stop eating it.

Dinner at dinosaur BBQ in Gowanus, Brooklyn, NYC. Made a reservation and our party of 5 was seated right away. Cons: service very slow, food service very slow, and crazy loud. My wife had difficulty speaking to the person next to her. Pro: everyone enjoyed the food. My wife and I didn't love it. Sauces too vinegary. Sweet tea on point. They've got outdoor dining that's dog friendly, but we did indoor last night. Parking can be tough in the area.

It was good. I would come back and get a different dish. The brisket was okay. Wasn’t great. Very fatty and not really tender. The fries were delicious. Our waiter was extremely nice and helpful. Nice atmosphere. They give good portion sizes.

The cornbread was the star of the platter we got . The chicken, ribs and brisket were tender and the sauce was tasty. The fried rice was good. A good portion of the French fries were just fried hard skins. The Mac and cheese was a bit dry. The service was ok, but the server forgot and never brought some of the items we ordered... perhaps tired and overworked.

It's probably best to make a reservation. My family of 4 and I were walk-in around 5/6pm, but the group after us were told a long wait time because they had to save tables. They have limited indoor seating and tables out doors under an awning. When you go inside they have a temperature check station and hand sanitizer. The staff wear their masks properly and request you do the same unless you are seated at your table. The food was really good. I enjoyed the brisket the best. I took a star off because I got the chimichurri steak, I asked for it medium, it came out well. It wasn't the best steak. My father got the brisket. It was delicious. I loved it on the nachos. I loved it by itself. Just get the brisket and greens

Visited this location to eat and it was delicious! My table got combo plates which lets you get 2 or 3 meats and the platter includes two sides of your choice! Everything tasted good but the cornbread was a little dry.

The lady front of house was excellent, obviously used to handling a waiting list, we had a drink at the bar and she came and got us when a table was ready. I sat down while by husband paid the bar tab, our server queried why I was sat and where the drinks came from. He then made us feel rushed to order and eat up. The meat is excellent, so well cooked and delicious. I didnt like the coleslaw as it was really vinegary.

Great bbq spot to stop at and grab some good smoked food. I personally love the wings, but I hav3 had several different dishes here. I usually do a pick 3 combo, such as chicken ribs and pork. You can mix and match them. They have sausage and the pork belly or pulled pork option aswell. They all taste great in my opinion.

Really nice barbecue place in Brooklyn. Prices are fairly reasonable and portions are large. We went around 4pm on a Saturday afternoon and seats were easy to find for a party of 6. We ordered the 6 person meal, the mixed appetizers and a large plate of pulled pork. The 6 person meal has 3 sides and corn bread and includes 1 roasted chicken, full rack of ribs, 1 pound of brisket or pulled pork. Mixed appetizers include deviled eggs, wings, ribs and fried green tomatoes. The restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible and service is ok.

This restaurant has been on my list since last year, so I was in the neighborhood doing The Brooklyn Bookstore Crawl and I decided to come here for a small lunch. A table was readily available for me. My waitress was very nice. Everything looked so good on the menu. I told myself I’m definitely coming back with my friends. I ordered a small rack of pork ribs with a side of Mac and cheese and bbq fried rice. Everything was yummy! The Mac and cheese had a kick to it. The cornbread was nice and moist but not dry. I had a pleasant lunch. I have no complaints on anything. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I got the devil egg and their signature dino burger. The devil egg is nice but a bit too filling. The beef in the burger is so tender and juicy!! A busy place so the order took a while but it was worth the wait!!

My husband and I decided to try Dinosaur BBQ for dinner/date night and we don’t eat pork so our options are limited but we ended getting the brisket, chicken and Korean style bbq short ribs. The brisket was very tender, juicy and delicious. The Korean short ribs were a little on the sweet side but still pretty good. I couldn’t even eat the chick because I was already stuffed but I did take it home and had it the next day. It was good despite being leftover. My favorite were the greens with corn bread! The greens had a kick of spiciness and were delicious. They have a few bbq sauces and my favorite was the bbq habanero sauce. I wasn’t impressed with the Cajun corn. We also order fried green tomatoes as an appetizer and they were very good- probably the best I’ve had. It came with a dipping sauce which added even more flavor. We also order 2 drinks and our total came out to $123 including tip. There were plenty of options for seating although we made a reservation online, You can also walk in. They have a little space for event seating as well. My only drawback was the food took a while to serve but it’s not a big deal. Overall even though I’m not a big meat eater I would go back.

The food was alrightttt. For the St.Louis Ribs, Briakwt and jalapeno cheddar sausage link with Mac and cheese and fries. The Mac and cheese was heavily black pepper flavored and the meat was tender but under seasoned. The wings were the best part Korean flavored ones were yummy and so were garlic chipotle flavor. I don’t think it’s worth the hype but it’s decent food!

NYC is not really known for BBQ so I’ll say this is definitely one of the better spots that you can find. The brisket was good but a bit dry but what really stood out to us were the sides. Happy we decided to stop by since we heard so many things about this spot. Not sure if I’ll be back but definitely worth a try if you’re in the area.

Who doesn't like great BBQ?! Dinosaur Bar-B-Que definitely serves up some good eats at a reasonable price. With four people, we were able to get a variety of items from the menu. We were able to kill some time at the bar while waiting for our table. The reason for four stars as opposed to five is that the hostess told us it was going to take 30-40 minutes for a table..there was half a section open. I didn't get that at all.

BBQ is okay. 'Hunk' of cornbread is small. Sweet potato mash was way over salted.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) Cornbread was excellent and the cider cocktail hit the spot. Outdoor seating gave me a little old-school New Orleans vibe, which I liked. But the rest of the meal disappointed: dry brisket/ribs, bland mashed potatoes, plain mac & cheese, and a sausage that needed more kick. Service was fine, dogs were welcome, but overall it felt like Dinosaur BBQ is leaning too hard on the same tired playbook.

Hospitality can be better. Staff just hanging out and chatting, not checking up on guests. Staff aren’t in clear uniform so looks like they just walked in off the street. Bartender wasn’t that attentive.

Aside from the sweet potato and the collard green sides that were good, everything else was quite average. The chicken was dry and temperature was cool. The salmon was ok/average. And the service was very slow.

Came here for lunch and was expecting a lot better. The food was tasty and was cooked well. I thought they used way too much pepper in the sides (Mac and cheese& mashed potatoes) The burnt ends that I got to go, was literally just a few slices of brisket. Not impressed I also thought for a famous BBQ spot that it would be much better. I don’t know if I would visit again.

Ambiance (5/5): The venue is very spacious and nicely decorated. Be careful of the steps that elevate the bar area. Rustic décor. Large private dining area available in the back as well. Full bar with bar seating to the left. Service (2/5): We came on a weekend at 1pm and our party of 2 was told to wait on availability when the restaurant was almost a third empty. We were seated, patiently trying to make eye contact with the wait staff to place an order and even walked up to the takeout ordering window after mistakenly thinking we were supposed to self-order there, that even the table seated next to us almost 10 min after us was serviced before us. Luckily after our drinks and food were ordered, the food came out fairly quickly! Food Overall (2/5): Both the original sauce and the habanero sauce were not good. I preferred to eat the meats without which is such a shame because I usually like to eat my BBQ meats with the variety of sauces! But that also meant that the meats were deliciously seasoned and did not need any sauce accompaniment! Pulled pork Bahn Mi (5/5): This was way by far the best meat and sandwich by far that we had here. The meat was super soft and flavorful which was doubly balanced with the Korean bbq sauce, pickled vegetables, and the unique bread. St. Louis Ribs (4/5): The next ribs were cooked to be fall off the bone and wonderfully seasoned! The serving size was only 3 ribs but it could have used a little more fat to meat ratio to make it even better. However that much complaints to it. Brisket (2/5): The briskets were seasoned through but were they dry as heck. I couldn’t even finish my first piece of the 3 pieces. I was really excited to try Dinosaur BBQ, the place is super cute inside with a fun vibe but unfortunately, the food was a big letdown. I ordered the brisket, which came drowning in BBQ sauce and pickled jalapeños, completely masking the flavor of the meat that should’ve been the star. The mac and cheese was dry and forgettable, and the greens were just a soggy, overly salty mess. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and definitely won’t be going back.

A true letdown. Imagine if you walked into a barbecue joint and the first thing you noticed was a lack of ANY smells? No grilling meat smells, no smells of any kind. This is what you expect in a Chili's or a bennigans, not a barbecue joint. This was a very corporate excuse for what apparently is a "barbecue" restaurant. The food is meh, the atmosphere is straight out of the boardroom, and the ambience is about as authentic as you'd encounter if someone who's never been to a barbecue joint designed the decor. Even the wall art is meant to look old but fails in all ways. There's so many other choices for good barbecue with a better ambience, go to those places instead.

This place has dropped off so hard. This used to be a neighborhood staple; a good place to have a fun and pretty decent bbq meal. Not sure what happened but the food now is bland and cold, really truly mediocre and for the cost, it simply isn't worth it. I hope whoever is making decisions here reads this and gets it back to the decent quality it was at before.

we got the fried green tomatoes, fries and the 3 meat combo with 2 sides: mac and cheese and bbq beans. they drenched all the meat in sauce. why is my brisket drenched in sauce? sauce is meant to be on the side. the pork belly was crisped to an inedible point and burnt black, and that was also drenched in salty sauce which made it impossible to eat. not sure if that’s standard or if they were trying to hide the burnt meat. the chicken wasn’t barbecue chicken, it was just rotisserie chicken covered in barbecue sauce. it was dry and overcooked. the fries were soggy. some too salty, some with no salt at all. the mac and cheese was extremely bland and had no seasoning. the bbq beans weren’t bbq beans and had a really strong celery flavor. everything was either oversalted or not salted at all. the one redeeming thing was the fried green tomatoes, which were actually really good. the cornbread was dry and had a weird texture. even the sauces were bad. wasted $60 on this takeout order.

The food was overpriced for the flavor. The brisket was overcooked. The slab of ribs was seasoned well but tough. Lackluster experience. The waitress was amazing. The greens tasted like vinegar slaw, potato salad was good. The cucumber salad was vibrant but missed the mark just slightly. If you like fried green tomatoes, they were delicious. $140 later, I could have had a V8.

Our server was rude and struggled with even the basics of good service. It took a long time just to place our order, and after the food finally arrived, we had to wait even longer to get utensils and even the check. Never got refills on our water. This would’ve been almost acceptable if they were busy but the truth is they were not at all!

Stay away. Always inaccurate orders, especially with takeout. Meal for the family was picked up. The meal for me had to be no sauce. The receipt clearly had this printed on it but the food was slathered in it. No dinner for me tonight. The credit for the entree doesn’t come close to making this right. The restaurant gets off too easy being able to issue a credit and not make things right - and that is why they don’t improve - it’s not painful enough to change the behavior. This place is a joke.

We had an awful experience at this Dino BBQ location and would not recommend it to anyone. We arrived just 10 minutes late for our reservation, and instead of showing any understanding, the staff was completely inflexible — then made us wait another 45 minutes outside in the cold before seating us. When we were finally seated, the food was shockingly bad. The food was all cold when it arrived to our table... I brought my visiting cousins from Korea here hoping to showcase good American BBQ, and instead I was embarrassed by how terrible everything was. This location clearly suffers from serious quality and management issues. I’ve been to other Dinosaur BBQ restaurants that were excellent, but this one is absolutely not worth your time or money. Save yourself the disappointment — go elsewhere.

I was in the mood for some barbecue, so I decided to give Dinosaur Bar-B-Que a try after checking out their menu on Uber Eats. I’m disappointed to say the least. First off, the packaging was a mess. The food was drenched in barbecue sauce, and the cornbread wrapped only in paper, broke in half and the sauce stuck to the wrapper. It looked and felt like it was thrown together with zero care. The brisket was overcooked and tough, with no real flavor outside of the overpowering barbecue sauce. The St. Louis ribs weren’t any better, also overcooked, not tender or juicy, and lacked the richness I normally associate with this cut. I couldn’t tell if the ribs were cooked in the sauce or just coated after the fact, but either way, it didn’t help. The coleslaw was chopped into huge, uneven chunks and tasted raw, like it was rushed and unseasoned. The cornbread itself was bland, at the very least, a touch of butter would’ve been appreciated. It honestly felt like no care was put into this meal, let alone the packaging. I lost my appetite after a few bites. The menu looked great, but the execution was poor across the board.
