My Wife and I came in for our very special Weddding Anniversary yesterday for lunch. Our waitress Shannon, wow she went above and beyond for us. She recommended some amazing dishes, our drinks were always filled. What really meant the most to us was that she actually cared. Cared about us and our love story. We spoke of things we hasn't thought about in years. So Thank You Ms. Shannon you made our night and unforgettable one. We will be back and hope to get you!

My experience tonight was absolutely amazing! Elizabeth was attentive, kind, and so sweet. Our food came out super fast, and the atmosphere was welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was greeted right away, and Elizabeth was quick to our table with great energy. Everything was wonderful! I highly recommend this location—five stars for Chili’s and a million for Elizabeth!

Our waiter was Emily and she was FANTASTIC!!! Absolutely loved her! Super friendly and just an overall fun personality!! She was super on top of it the whole time we were dinning even though they were busy busy!! Would 100% recommend her as a server and would dine again!

Went for my anniversary dinner. Had Lance as my server. He went above and beyond to make my husband and my experience a great one! Food came out on time, and never had to ask for refills or anything. Lance was on it! Highly recommend! Super friendly guy and very excellent service!

Wonderful experience❣️I hadn't been to Chili's in a long time but I am so glad I did. I had the healthy 3/$16.99, 6oz sirloin (cooked to "rare" perfection😋), steamed broccoli, steamed asparagus, a side salad with a delicious creamy vinaigrette dressing, and an Arnold Palmer drink....... our server Sarah was fabulous...... and probably 3 other servers attended to our small groups (total 4 adults and 1 Toddler) needs at different times anticipating our needs. Add Arnold S. Would say "I'll be back❣️"

Bre was our server tonight! She was an Absolute Delight! The restaurant was a little busy, but she handled it extremely well. Bre seemed to have the side of the restaurant to herself, it was an hour before closing so it seemed as though everyone decided to go out at the same time, but of course today was the day the computer system went down. Bre was very Knowledgeable over the Menu, definitely kept us updated on our meals and apologized for any delays. She always had a smile on her face and was so pleasant. We will definitely be back to see her. The Southwest egg rolls were delicious 😋. The Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl, was so yummy. Next time you're in, ask for Bre!

Food was mid no specials were mentioned. We did try the $6 margaritas after we seen the flyer. I would give this 1 more try it was early in the am, so could of just been an off day. Staff was interactive and attentive during our vist.

This location in Greenwood was a better spot for Chili's... business was popping, servers were motivated, food came out hot and quick. I recommend this spot, but don't be afraid of sitting in the bar area if it's waiting time

We had a party of 10. Our server couldn't have been any better. She was always there with refills without asking and very attentive at request for extra napkins, etc. Our food all came at the same time and was hot and well prepared.

First time eating here. I really had a good experience, I had the mushroom burger 🍔💯. My wife had the brisket quesadilla 👍🏻💯. I had the triple platter, Southwest egg rolls, The wonderful cheese sticks, and Chicken crispers. My cheese pull was literally almost across the table💥💯 and also got the loaded mac and cheese. 🤤❤️🧀

Haven’t been to chilis in about 15 years and I wanted to go to try the new item with the big mozzarella sticks but decided on something else due to the price of it and they don’t offer them as a side item which I find ridiculous. It was pretty busy took awhile for the food we didn’t realize they don’t give you chips or anything unless it comes with your meal. My wife said it was okay and basically a way more expensive Applebees. We won’t go back it was more of we just wanted to see how it was.

Great location. Parking lot is in pretty rough shape, especially in a low riding car. Walked in to workers lounged out in booths by the carry out entrance. We went to the front to be seated and waited a few minutes before being taken to a booth surrounded by several dirty table tops. Our server quickly took our order, kept up on drink refills and food was made perfectly to order. First impressions are everything hence the 4 star rating.

We dined in because it was something to do on MLK Day while everyone was home. I ordered a margarita, and it tasted like syrup over tons of ice, with little to no drink and no alcohol at all — despite paying for it. I mentioned this to the server, and she said the ingredients were measured but suggested that I order another drink, but not to take it off. I then ordered Tito’s rum punch, but it was also extremely sweet and syrupy, and once again, there was no alcohol - rum. It tasted so bad that I couldn’t drink it and ended up giving it away to someone else at the table, who felt the same. I also ordered buffalo wings, which were dry, and it seemed like the buffalo sauce was just painted on. It didn’t taste like buffalo sauce at all, and I couldn’t eat them. Overall, this was not the best experience. When we have a good experience, we don’t hesitate to ask for a manager to give credit where credit is due—but this was not one of those times.

Very first time trying Chili's, and it could've definitely been better. We arrived as soon as they opened and had multiple waiters and waitresses at our table instead of just one, so the service took longer and caused some confusion with items, though they were all very nice. The food was nice and fresh, but lacked flavor very basic. I'd say the best thing we got was steak and mozzarella sticks. All the other food, burgers, and chicken tenders were very basic nothing to make me go out of my way to have it again.
