Our waitress-DIANA was fantastic and awesome. She came back to us to ask if we needed anything else like drinks, napkins or chili sauce. I needed napkins and water and and cup to go. She was excellent.

First time visiting this particular Red Lobster Restaurant and I must say I was very impressed with the service and food. Our server, Ruben L. was very attentive, courteous, and well knowledgeable on the drinks and food. When in town, I'll be sure to drop by again.

Ruben, our waiter, was friendly. He got our order correct. Ruben promptly provided what we asked for such as extra napkins, lemons, and to-go containers. The food was delicious.

Got the surf and turf, split it with my mother. Lobster is very small but very good, not a big fan of the mashed potatoes but thats just me. The dessert was the star of the show! Red Lobster – Brownsville, TX Review Had an amazing experience at Red Lobster in Brownsville! The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch, thanks to Christian (a trainee who did a fantastic job) and our server Ruben. I ordered a huge Lobsterita and a plate packed with two lobster tails, shrimp linguine, five coconut shrimp, hush puppies, and mashed potatoes—all for under $60! The portions were so generous it lasted me three meals. Can’t wait to come back for Lobster Fest! Highly recommend.

We were served by Christopher. We have been to this location maybe 8 times in the past year and it’s always a wonderful experience. Christopher is fast, attentive, and always does the most to accommodate us. We always order biscuits without cheese since my boyfriend is lactose intolerant and it’s always an easy process. The food is ALWAYS delicious and always to our liking. I recommend everyone come and have a 5-star experience. Especially right now during crab fest. :)

The service was great, Jessica was very kind and had an answer to all of my questions. The host was also very sweet. The food was amazing 10/10 I would highly recommend the shrimp linguine. Ordered a slice of strawberry cheesecake for dessert and it was yummy and could feed about 3 people.

Great bourbon mixed drink and the seafood boil was delicious. Biscuits were soft for the first time in a while. Sat at the bar area and Mr. Chris P. was our server, even though it was full and was welcoming all the walk-ins, he gave us his full attention.

I gave everything 5 stars but its closer to 4.5 stars. The food was good, though it was an Alfredo with shrimp. My server Karina was very attentive when it came to recommendations on foods or refilling my drinks.

Our server kept disappearing on us. It seemed she was late to her shift then was tripled booked so we rarely saw her. Poor support from management when it came to assisting her area. We’ll be back as the food was great. Hope a better experience with staff next time. Full disclosure, the restaurant was not busy during our visit so not sure why this person was tripled booked.

Please pay more attention to the food and the customer service is very slow.

I had never been to Red Lobster and I'm not sure I'll be going back! The host wasn't very friendly or nice for that matter, the place smelled very bad, & don't get me started on the bathroom! I went in and ran out of there!!!!! Seemed and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in a couple of days or at least all day! The food wasnt so great and it hurt my stomach! The steak was hard and very very chewy! Very bad first experience!

If I could give zero stars I would. This was our first time eating at ANY Red Lobster. It was my son's 19th birthday and he wanted Red Lobster. We had a party of 10 (6 adults 4 children). To begin with we had a server that was not attentive at all. When she sat us down she gave the children NO menus or crayons so my daughter had to go and get them herself. The server never checked on us as she should have. My daughter in law ordered a margarita and her glass was chipped on the bottom which cut her when she picked it up. She asked for another glass in which the manager rolled his eyes at her and said "of course". He didn't take the chipped glass he just left it there. (Safety hazard IMO) My son's salmon was undercooked. It was raw and slimy in the middle. He asked for a different plate in exchange for the undercooked salmon (Lobster shrimp Tacos). I ordered the Lobsterfest S&T Sirloin with mashed potatos and coleslaw and my plate had fries which I didn't ask for. My daughter ordered the Tuesday special (Lobster Shrimp & Salmon) hers was cold and given no melted butter for her Lobster the other was boxed to go (husband was running late). The salmon was super tiny approx 2in X 2 inch ( the to go box was larger than the whole meal pic attached). The birthday boy ordered the Seaside Shrimp Trio with "fresh" Broccoli and bacon Mac and cheese. Well he was surprised to see that "fresh" Broccoli meant steamed lol. He was expecting it fresh like of the branches (He doesn't like cooked veggies). So they brought him a bowl of raw Broccoli that looked frozen. We did complain to management but only got a non sincere apology so after a $230 bill I am sure to say I will never eat at Red Lobster again. I was very disappointed for the price we paid we expected a better experience.

I went today for solo lunch & the service was horrible! I ordered a margarita & an ice water. It took a while to get my margarita! By the time I got it, you can taste how watered down it was from the ice melting. I had to ask the supervisor if he could call my server because I wanted my water. Never once was I asked if I wanted a regular on my water. The food was good though. I even had to ask another server to bring me my bill because my server didn’t bring it. I saw the other servers being very attentive to their customers. Not mine though. Next time I’ll just stick to the one in Mcallen.

Went today to eat. There were only 2 other tables. Ordered an appetizer and entrees for myself and son. Waited over 30 min and nothing ever came out. No refills on drinks or biscuits. Waived down another server and asked about our food. Finally our server comes out and says oh the chicken for the salad wasn’t good so had to remake. Never came to tell us anything just had us sitting there. Finally after almost an hour our entrees come out and I ask about the appetizer that was never brought out and I get told oh the kitchen somehow looked over it. So I declined it since my food was already out. Worst experience. And definitely will Not be returning.
