Food was good, service was friendly. Only complaint was that the building wasn't open for walk in service but post covid I can't fault them for it as they can make the same amount with drive thru service only.

The service was sorta fast but the food was great! All fresh! (: the soda was eh bc it didn’t have enough fizz then the 2nd soda I got traded for didn’t have much syrup but overall my hunger was satisfied!!!

Faster than the Whataburger across the street, tonight they couldn't find the sauce I wanted in the back so I said don't worry about it. When I looked in my bag, they had added 2 tacos for the inconvenience. At least they're trying. It's fast food people, give em a break.

Drive Thru Operator/Cashier seemed to be doing it all and with great timing. Thanks to the cooks who kept the flow. They had a good 7 cars before I got there, during my wait, and after I left.

Although our order was slightly wrong, it was quickly made up for by the speedy service, and the refund of the item we didn’t order, along with them allowing us to keep it. All of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and I even overheard them receive positive feedback from another customer, and they were all very grateful. Although I don’t often eat fast food, I would totally recommend this restaurant to anybody who wants a quick, nice meal.

This place is where I grew up with has changed a lot but luv all there menus and breakfast jack and super tacos jumbo jack egg rolls and many more they have a great selection ,I could go on but try for your self.

Not sure why they give so many packets of hot sauce, I ordered 8 tacos and got 27 packets of sauce, last week same I got 24 packets ...just sayin ease up on the fist full of sauce

I visited this location on 11/01/2017 and it was my best experience at a Jack in the Box. Alvin confirmed my order twice and even checked my bag before handing me my order! I was greeted with a smiling employee that was eager to please their customer. Lunch was hot and delicious. Try the new Taco Nachos

Service is slow through the drive thru. And the outside lighting has a lot of lights that need replaced. The girl at the window was very nice and didn't just give me my food, she actually spoke to me and told me to enjoy the rest of my day! That was a plus+

Great menu for a variety. I like the Grilled Sourdough Burger the most, especially a double meat Grilled Sourdough Burger. Not all J.I.N.B have the Breakfast Scrambler Sandwich but that is my favorite breakfast sandwich. I get the Bacon & Egg Breakfast Scrambler with Cheese. Very good and tasty. Hey, Jack let's make this sandwich a permanent item on the menu 😋

Can't recall the last I'd visited---but do recall it was for some sort of breakfast bowl, which was delicious. This time we had hamburgers, fries, and drinks. The area was clear, the service quick, and the meal enjoyable.

Well the place was as clean as can be. The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly. However, I was disappointed in the food. I got the chicken sandwich, and all I saw was bun. I think you can get something more appealing at McDonald's. I also got the bacon Swiss burger too. That was also a bust, because I was expecting lettuce and tomatoes. It tasted like their bacon ultimate cheeseburger. Needless to say, I felt like I was eating a dry burger.

Food was good. There was an employee that seriously annoyed me. Her boyfriend was there and gave him a free cup for no reason. I was waiting for my meal while she stepped out to talk to her boyfriend. Jack-in-a-box you have to do better in finding employees

Good location....bad customer service. First they got my order wrong but i dpnt blame them it couldve been my lisp and miscommunication. Second you can here the employees being rude in the back i spanish and talking about customers. Im hispanic and bilingual in spanish and english but mai ly speak english plus i was able to ubderstanf them clearly. Third, they had hispanic/mexican music playing in their work area at a pretty high volume to were you could hear it anywhere in the building. Management could use a refresher on customer service. Other wise good location...

I had picked up my son from his friend's house and he wanted Tiny Tacos. We pull up to the speaker and I order 3 boxes of Tiny Tacos and a Jr. bacon burger. The kid who is working the drive through hesitates. I am thinking to myself he is new and does not know how to ring up tiny tacos. He tells me my total of almost $8 and I knew he had the wrong order. I get to the window when he repeats my total the Jack int he Box app with the picture of the tiny tacos and say "This is what I was ordering." He rolls his eyes and updates the order. There was zero apology or anything. He acted like I was wasting his time. He has to make the tiny tacos fresh and when he hands me both bags, one rips and falls down on the ground. He tells me "I will make you a fresh on." Again, there was no an apology, or anything. He also should have folded the top of the bag over and handed me the bag correctly instead of almost throwing me the bag. We wait again until the finish the tiny tacos and he hands me the new bag. He did say "sorry about that", but was very curt about it. It sounded almost forced. To the owner of this Jack in the Box, you store is hit or miss. Sometimes service is top notch. Other times, whoever is working at night probably needs to either not work at Jack in the Box or go work on the day shift. The young kid working the drive through should learn listening skills. He also needs to repeat the order back to customers so he does not get orders wrong. I get it that mistakes happen. He should have apologized first and not roll his eye at me when he got the order wrong. I get that is hard to find good help these days. I would think that folks work night are the more seasoned folks that have a bit of experience.

Not quite what I remember from years ago. All the tables were dirty, food not only came out wrong, but was lacking in flavor. Had the sourdough jack, curly fries and 2 tacos. The curly fries were good, but the chicken nuggets we got were under cooked. Will not be returning.

Corporate needs to send in backup. Their soda machine was empty, understaffed, and I had to wait a half-hour to get food in the drive through. I feel sorry for the over worked employees at this location.

I've lived here for about 6 months.. and I don't put in bad reviews unless there is good reason... And this is consistently the worst jack in the box I've been to... Closed when I've never seen jack in the box closed and they've had a taco sauce shortage for the entire 6 months I've been here.. order 2 tacos and you get two sauces .. drove here and disappointed once again.. I decided I was putting in a bad review before I left the parking lot.. and I won't be back..

If I could give zero stars just would. I had to wait for a response for over 10 in the drive thru, then that messed up my order (mistakes happen I understand) then they closed the dining area over an hour early so I had to wait in line at the drive thru again just for them to give me a completely different order. Awful customer service I will not be returning to this establishment!

It took 10 minutes to get our food with no one else was in the restaurant. While waiting for our food I noticed the dirty lobby. There is mold in the ac vents. The drink machine was not working. No taco sauce. Avoid this place!!!

I ordered a basic witch shake and the monster tacos my shake wasn't even mixed there was pumpkin and Oreo all on the bottom of the cup and there was so much of the pumpkin flavoring at the bottom it was inedible and the tacos they gave me weren't even the monster ones they gave me two half empty shells like seriously disappointed here

2am no other cars or other people in resturant. Went through drive thru, was asked to wait. 5 min later they took my order. Got on the road, wife pulled food out and it was wrong. Had to get to the airport so i could not turn around to get order corrected.

I wanted to order two breakfast sandwiches, and an orange juice. The girl looked at me like she didnt understand and asked "what number?" I repeated, I dont want the meal, just the two sandwiches and the orange juice. She again, replied (with a dear looking at headlights look) "ih, what number?" I turned around and just left. That has to be a new low for Jack in the Box. This wasnt a language barrier, this was a level of intelligence problem. Has this service industry really come to this? I knew some restaurants have done this, but they actually show people how to do other requests. Im disappointed at Jack in the Box...thankfully, I only drove thru here.

Buda tx,location is never open for breakfast,no signs to let you know what’s going on and the drive thru had safety cones to block it. Funny thing is that there are people inside but no service,sorry taking my business elsewhere

I understand there is a lot going on right now, but if you're going to remain open, be prepared. I waited in the drive through for 40 minutes today. They were not taking orders at the drive up screen. They were making one order at a time, when you pulled up to the window. This is completely unacceptable. Due to the way their drive way is set up, you cant even get out of line. Dont go here expecting fast food.

Act like they can't here you take the order. Takes five minutes to take your order when there was literally nobody in line or inside. I speak proper English with no accent and they act like they can't understand. Asked for curly fries and gave me regular fries. Had to repeat my drink multiple times. Who doesn't understand Powerade.

drive thru, there were NO other cars in line, Soon as I pulled up, she said to give her a moment, I waited 10 MINUTES!! then a line was forming behind me so I just said "hello"and she snapped. "I said give me a minute" I waited another 5 minutes and then I left. Terrible service

They seem to have a lot of issues with their systems, apparently preventing them from taking anything but online orders. I wonder what systems are down that prevent in-person ordering while keeping online ordering.. online? We ended up getting stuck in the drive through for 10 minutes, unable to order anything, unable to pull through. "Our system is down" isn't very believable when they're obviously handing out orders to Door Dashers.

Got there around 9 10 pm to drice through. I ordered and got out at 9 40. There were two cars ahead of me... I'm not sure they were under staffed, but 30 mintues wait at non rushing hour is not understandable. Even cashier didn't greet or check my order. My food wasn't good as other locations. If you see these comments, please think one more time.

This has to be the worst location I’ve ever visited. The guy was completely rude, took him way to long to get my order, has no communication skills, no customer service skills. I would pass on him being slow if he said anything, but it shouldn’t take you longer than 10 minutes and here I am 20 minutes in. Do better.

Went today asked for the slider box combo. The drive through person had no idea what I wanted even though they have a sign promoting the slider box combo. After several minutes she said ohh you want the little burgers. I know people need jobs but please put somebody in the drive that understands customers. I believe it was a language barrier.

Went thru the drive thru tonight. Got curly fries - stone cold; tacos that were greasy; egg rolls that were ok and a ranch chicken sandwich that seemed to be missing half the piece of chicken. It seems hard to believe that the piece of chicken would only cover half of the bun. That can't possibly be right - not.for $6.99 for just the sandwich with 1 piece of bacon cut in half. Extremely disappointed!!!

My family came through the drive thru this past Saturday night. February 3 and spent $60 worth of food, when we got home our fries were old and were not even halfway filled. The burgers were good, but literally everything fried was just trash. It's just upsetting when you are expecting fresh fries and instead get old fries, that aren't even filled all the way. And I also heard one of the employees tell my daughter, "why did you have to order a shi* ton of food." And he seemed very annoyed with our order because it was a large one. I think his name was Devin, from what I saw on his name tag. But really, that is just so rude!! How could you talk to a customer like that???? We just came through to get food for our friends that were visiting from out of town. And we come home to bring them old food! Our family friend Nur said that it was the worst food he had from a Jack in the box, we felt so bad. So what I got from my visit at this Jack in the box in Buda is that their employees have terrible customer service and that the employees obviously do not care to give out quality food.

This place has no AC. Like is it not legal to make your employees work in 100° building the women who work here look like there going to pass out. This is so wrong. I bet if the owners house ac went out it would be fixed that day but this place has had none for over a month I will be calling texas work force commission on you people

Let's say, you haven't all day and you notice it's about an hour before jack in the box closes. Well, don't order from this one after 11 pm. Twice, I've placed a mobile order, thinking they're open until midnight. Nope, jokes on me, someone decided to close shop early, come the drive thru and act like no one is there. I can see your car and you!

Went to order food and on their menu at the location. They have a bundle deal we wanted to try. When trying to order they said it was online only. So... do they not want any business???? Why would you have to order online in the drive through? Not a very smart way to run a business and keep customers. Don't think I will be returning, will go elsewhere.

The lady at the window in the mornings has a poor attitude and her finger nails had dirt caked underneath. My order gets messed up half the time as well. Today I got the wrong items in my bag I told her that I specifically ordered the #26 and her response was “you said #23!” I order the same meal every weekend. I think I’ll start driving out to Kyle for a better atmosphere and better customer service.

The dark haired woman at the counter this morning July 5th 2024 gave the worst service I have ever received. Literally snarled at us when we came to the course to order. She talked rudely during the entire transaction. They got the order wrong and she rolled her eyes at us. How do people like this still have a job?

I had ordered 20 tacos and was missing 2 tacos and 2 orders of mini churros and when I called several times to let them know, no one ever answered the phone. I showed up the next day with my receipt and the person in the drive thru said there would be a long wait and I said that would be fine so that I can get the items they owed me. She sighed big and had a very ugly attitude and said okay. I only waited 3-5 minutes so I guess they just didn't want to work. Bad attitudes and poor customer service.

The food was good but the customer service was terrible! The Shift Manager was working the window last night and didn't give me any sweet n sour sauce for my egg rolls. I didn't notice until I got home so I went back and asked for 4 packets. The same lady Shift Manager gave me two. I told her I asked for 4 and she refused to do it. lol She only gave me one more and said "supplies were tight" right now. Even though she forgot to give me any and I had to drive back, that was all she had to say. So much for customer service huh Jack In The Box?

Jack in the box says they're supposed to be open 24 hours at this location every time I've come because I work late they've been closed nine times out of 10 and it's frustrating The lights and everything are on even appears to be open but they block the drive-thru with a pallet to discourage people from coming I'm guessing.

This location is legit never open until the posted time. By 11:30 each night, they have stopped answering the drive-thru speaker. Employees are inside, lights are on... but the drive-thru is backed up with cars that eventually have to give up and drive off. The franchisee should fire his entire night crew and start from scratch.

The place is dirty. All the tables are sticky, the AC never works, it's hot and humid in there. The guy that was taking our order was too busy texting while I was ordering. It took 30 to get our food, and they still forgot to give me all of my food. Horrible place

Sunday morning before church and waited over 15 mins in line with only two cars in front of me!!! Nothing fast good about this place

We didn’t get what we ordered my husband ordered a sausage burrito got a meat lovers ordered a sausage and egg on sourdough sandwich can’t remember the exact name of it got a burger instead food was luke warm at best sodas were flat and he customer service was not great I will NOT BE returning to this loca

Place is filthy and disgusting. Staff seems incompetent and rude. Should have realized that when the only cars in the parking lot are the employees, it was a bad choice to stick around. Whataburger is only a few feet away, I suggest going there instead of this nasty place.

Place was dirty, the cashier never Never greeted us when we walked in. She acted like we were bothering her while we were ordering our food at a food chain restaurant, the men restroom horrible hand soap was not available in the women’s restroom was clean and had hand soap. I had to go into the women’s restroom to wash my hands

12/22/24. Not by choice visitor wanted this crap. And they didn't fail. Cold food, nasty fries definitely left in hanging basket over old grease, sodas were flat. Definitely need health department to surprise visits them. I stopped got snacks cuz no one wants to eat this nasty stuff. Menu had 2 for 5 sausage corsaints ordered it, was given bunch of excuses finally was told we aren't offering it, "I can't get it to come up." "Why is it on your menu boards?" "Nothing I can do about it, maybe they'll take banner down this weekend." My thought stick sold out on it, or just remove it. Placed different order, kept correcting him. "Did you correct my order?" I entered what you asked for!! At this point I feel like there maybe spit on the food with the attitude I was given 🙁😟🫤🤔

How is this place still open? The food is disgusting. When did the tacos go from two for $1 to now two for $1.79 for this?! the quality the quantity is just ridiculous. tasted like I was eating a cold cheese taco unfortunately wasted my money and just threw it away, on top of them getting my order wrong and now I have to wait a few days to get my money back.

Staff was not friendly at all. Also asked if wanted regular or curly fries. Not sure why if they just give you half n half.
