I had the steak & queso quesadilla. It was delicious! It was also so big, I couldn't finish it; so I get to enjoy the other half later. My friend had the chicken club quesadilla and said it was delicious also. We would definitely go back!
Best fast food Mexican there is. All entrees served with free chips and salsa, or upgrade to the delicious queso. Try a 'Wrong Doug', taco stacker with the best of both soft and crispy. My favourite :)

WELCOME TO MOE’S!!!! ! ! ! ! ! I feel like I love to just walk in this place to be greeted so excitingly!! I love going anywhere people have a smile on their face! Especially during pandemic times!! Easily, I’d say it’s the queso blanco that keeps me coming back,, or the fact that they make a perfect quesadilla with the works ... E V E R Y T I M E ! ! In reality I think it’s truly the sunny disposition all these great Joeyy baggadonuts slangers offer everytime we come through the door... also, why isn’t there real donuts so I can walk out with A cheesey chickeny joeybaggadonuts and a real bag a donuts!! Good food. Love the included chips and salsa bar. Manager cares but his staff are basically zombies. They could pretend they care a little more.
I've only been here once but the food was amazing. They gave me the drink free because I was a first time customer and sang me a song lol. My only complaint was that the side of tortilla chips came with a tiny cup of dipping sauce. But besides that, its awesome.
Moe's Southwest grill was great hello world but they need to get more vegan selections. Being a vegan for over 10 years this time that I am able to go to a restaurant and be able to get served as well. Think about it owners have a beautiful blessed day ❤️💯
They were closing and Lawrence, made my order. He took the time out to converse with me, paid attention to my order and made it exactly how I wanted. I live in the middle of no where and I worked food service. That is some serious top notch customer service and I feel obligated to share my experience. Thanks again Lawrence!
Is not my first time visiting Moe's, and for me is the Bowl order, it is the quality of the veggies, fresh and delicious, and the adobo meat is splendid 😋 Loved it!!
I had a 10/10 experience here thanks to Louis. The man deserves a promotion or a raise, honestly. I came in really close to closing time when the stoves were off and most of the food was done, but he took his time and made sure that I got my food and everything was done to my liking. He really went the extra mile, and was a nice guy when he talked to me.
Lot's of options. A lot of food for the money. We were there we'd Oct 1 at lunch time n the one employee was so amazing n went above n beyond to make sure my rives food wasn't cross contaminated bcuz of her allergies. The employee was very nice n kept changing gloves n was very empathetic. You get so much great healthy food for a good price but ass our second time there n we will be back! Thanks Mis!!!
First time at Moe's, I really liked the food and it was interesting on how much you can hook up your nachos. Overall I will be going back again. It was clean well stocked and the crew was decent.
Adam is absolutely fantastic at this location! He is always very friendly and extremely accommodating. We have no problem driving out of our way to come to this location even though there are ones closer to us!!!!
I doordashed through this location today and noticed there wasn’t any way to ask or pay for extra sour cream, which I need a ton of in order to enjoy my bowl. I called them to ask if there was any way they could add it even though I couldn’t write it in the order and the lady on the phone was so nice and assured me she could do it. I received my meal and was ecstatic to see they added soooo much sour cream, perfect for my liking! Food was hot and delicious. Thank you for the exceptional service!
The manager, and the ladies behind the counter are usually pleasant, and helpful. But it's apparents, That it isn't in their nature to be this way. They have to try and be accommodating. Some restaurants have a staff, where the people are naturally friendly and welcoming. Really not the case here. And that isn't to say that they are mean or disrespectful. They're simply not enthusiastic about the work they do. Food is pretty good, certainly better than most fast food. And it is fast, I've never had an issue at this location with them taking too long. I'm still just confused over the difference between a homewrecker, and a regular burrito. It seems to be based on whether or not there is guacamole. Which shouldn't be that much of an upcharge,. Burritos at most places, have gotten smaller. And that is not a good thing!
Who does not like Moe's. We love the homewrecker, stack, and homewrecker bowl. Great portions. Personnel is attentive to your requests. Once or twice they messed up the order but quickly corrected it. Good comfort food.n
People friendly. Food good love their salsa bar. Prices okay. Great for families. Would recommend their nachos over any in the area.

It's clean and generally quiet in the folder months and much more lively and messy in the warmer months. Food is okay but tbh Moe's has too many options and so lines take forever on busy days. Yesterday was kind of a fluke, as there were only three people were in front of me but it was about 5 minutes per customer for some reason. The dining room was a ghost town and not many online orders were coming in.
Ordered catering from Moe's. They had it prepared on time, everything was correct, food was warm, staff were very polite and included all the utensils needed to serve taco bar bundle. Helped me carry out to my car.
Staff was great. I don't think it beats out a good old fashioned chipotle though. However, there is a much smaller lone and more roomy location. So this place has those going for it, as well
This place is MUCH improved from what it used to be. I stopped eating there for a while because of the state the place was in. Now it's clean, organized, food's good, and the staff was there to work.
The Adobe chix was delicious on my bowl, they were obviously understaffed and someone came in and ordered Thanksgiving Dinner equivalent of food which wiped them out of tons of items. Staff was nice but could stand to hurry a little bit more when the line is long and you just waited on someone who rudely ordered a catering sized order while standing in line. Should have ordered online. Not the fault of this staff, obviously.
Decent food at decent prices leave a cafeteria style atmosphere but that is not a complaint, rather a compliment for making decent food affordable to the masses and served up in an efficient manner that allows the workers to get in and out quickly and easily. Thank you! My ground beef Stack with fresh chips was more than I could eat for a little over $14.00 and Delicious!
Ordered door dash last night and they got it wrong not a big deal till what they put in your allergic to and didn't ask for. There saving grace from a really bad review was a gentleman there manager tyshawn he not only fixed the order but did it himself. Thanks to him and only him
You'll get a decent portion but a lot of miserable faces behind the counter. What can be done to make them happier on a Sunday night? The cashier's attitude is repulsive! However Jose seems to be doing most of the work, is super friendly and greeting customers, as per usual. Thank you, Jose!
I always appreciate the Moe's staff saying hello. It really gets me in the mood to order some food. It gets a bit expensive when you're adding extras an the open air salsa bar is a e.coli outbreak waiting to happy. But all that aside for Mondays at Moe's hard to beat for your fix of Mexican food.
On May 5th, Ordered over an hour ahead online, and still waited 20 minutes for my food and the forgot stuff. It would have been quicker to just bring the family and wait in line. Maybe it isn't so bad on days they aren't so busy idk. Not the first time I have been disappointed here, but the family likes their food.
I came here right when they opened up. It looked like the whole place had gotten new tables and chairs as well as a new coat of paint since the last time I was here. There were only two ladies working behind the counter. I ordered a steak bowl and she did not skimp out on the meat which was nice. While I was telling the lady what else I wanted on the bowl, the two ladies decided to cut me off multiple times to talk to each other, leading me to repeat myself. It was very unprofessional and annoying. The food itself tasted fine. I didn't receive a bag of free chips but I don't normally eat more than a handful anyways.
Ordered a quesadilla for my son and it had a miniscule amount of cheese, brought it back to the counter for them to add a little more. When we opened it again at the table the was such a large amount of cheese that it was all stuck to the foil wrapper. Also, while visiting the bathroom I almost slipped and fell on a wet floor. When you turn on the sink it sprayed water all over the place making a regular hazard. To top it off I noticed another patron discussing a broken chair with an employee. Welcome to Moe's...
They need to clean their tables, floors and counters. Absolutely disgusting. It wasn't busy, someone could have been cleaning. Friendly employees, good food and lots of parking.
Terrible..They don't greet you like they do at other locations. When you order chips and dip to go why put the cup and a boritios in the same bag to crush the chips .smh
Seemed very overpriced for the quality of food that was produced, unfriendly staff who were in a rush who only seemed to care about how fast they could get us through their line.
I ordered a burrito bowl and burrito that were supposed to come with free chips and salsa on doordash. I only sent the burrito bowl, and when I called to resolve the issue, they just never answered the phone.
The service was extremely poor we were not happily greeted and the man working at the counter was extremely distracted and un accommodating. After a decent amount of time we were finally asked what we wanted and were provided support service by the woman who seemed to be the manager. When we finally got to the end of the counter we asked the other woman for sour cream three times and were still not accommodated. She also seemed extremely distracted and asked us about 3 times if we wanted anything to drink she gave us the wrong cups and wasn’t very friendly. We are regular Moe’s customers and it was extremely upsetting to not have the service that we expect to have.
The diminishing choices and disappointments from here have stacked high over the year. Portions arent measured correctly and easy to make menu items like the edible shell for the taco salad have been removed. Ive also have had very negative opinions on the staff. The only thing that saves this from a one star is the excellent manager that works here.
Portions are smaller, food is more expensive, and the customer service is not up to par. On top of all of that, the food display is a dirty and disgusting mess. Definitely not appetizing to look at while waiting for your food. Can you say cross contamination?
I just ordered a burrito bowl from your location today and the portion size that I got was pitiful the girl on the mainline who got me my order was very nice her portion sizes of beans and chicken were appropriate but the girl who put the rest of my ingredients on seriously ripped me off. I understand portion control but if I had said l rice bowl instead of burrito they would have stuffed that thing full. I don't think I should be punished in portion sizes for simply not getting rice considering I ended up paying for the burrito bowl anyways! I asked the cashier if I could pay for something smaller like a taco because none of my ingredients even touch the side of the bowl it was just a small pile in the center but she said quote "um no" with her attitude maybe I could just put this crappy amount of food in the burrito and take a picture for you and show you how wrong you are. they were very busy so I didn't push them but I'm seriously annoyed that I just got ripped off. I worked at Moes in Orchard Park for three years I'm pretty sure you can spare the extra clump of lettuce that I Asked for and didn't receive.
I do not like open containers of extras as peppers, salsa etc. it was messy and looked disgusting
The employees here dont seem to be satisfied with their work environment. I ordered a bowl and the beans tasted funny. Also i couldn't even tell who the manager was if there even was one. There are definitely better locations in Buffalo.
1. No one yelled "welcome to moes" 2. I showed up while staff was cleaning and I was cool with that. Who doesnt want their local shop to be clean? Well, the person washing the hot counter with a rag and I assume some sort of cleaning solution on it, finished up and then grabbed a pair of gloves... now, I get that the point of gloves is to stop germs. But how much are they REALLY helping when the dude touches all over the outside of them to put them on. I proceed to order my burrito before I realize what happened.. I also ordered chips which he didnt get, someone else did.. walked outside and trashed the burrito and ate my chips and cheese... chips were cold. Overall: disappointing
I got a bowl and I said I wanted half steak and half chicken she literally gave me 3 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of steak and I paid 20$ for my order. Honestly she could’ve put a little more on my bowl. I love moes but I won’t be going to this one ever again.
The food is good, if a little pricey. The staff though, varies from day to day. Depending on who is working, the place can be immaculate, well-stocked and clean. Or, it can look like a gross mess. Drink machines leaking/out of syrup, trash overflowing, tables dirty and sticky, but no one stops to clean during these times, line or no line. One day, I hope a food inspector drops by unexpectedly during one of those "off" days. They'll have a field day with writeups.
Food was good as always, staff was friendly but the place needs a good cleaning. The men's room was locked who knows why no signage on door so I went in women's bathroom and it was dirty and had water probably at least 2 gallons on the floor not sure why. The floors in the restaurant where very sticky they almost pull your shoes off as you walk. Seemed like more than enough staff but they where standing around. It's to bad because it does take away from your good food when your eating in a fithy environment
Every time I come here they never have any of the salsas out. I got to go food at 8pm. They were already cleaning up. No salsas in sight. Why have business hours until 10pm?
Went with my s/o for dinner. The individual working the second part of the line said “use your words” to me while I was waiting on queso from the first part. Not listening or paying attention at all to fellow staff. Proceeds to put every wrong toping on my food and make every part of the interaction rude and awkward. Yikes. Everything else is fine and everyone else is fine. Sorry staff have to work with that guy.
When we walked in we were not greeted with the welcome to Moe's. The employees behind the counter making the food seemed miserable. The floor was absolutely disgusting I was literally sticking to the floor. The food was just average and overpriced.
Not pleased with the steak bowl. The steak has the texture of mush. Is it even real steak, certainly didn't taste like it. I wasted $30 bucks on garbage!
Came in for lunch at 11am one day: The food was old and dry, didn’t look fresh, and the rice could crack a tooth. Whoever the manager on shift was, needs to reevaluate having a good product.
This is the worst Moe's I've been to, and I've been to several. Food is ice cold, lines are long, employees don't care about your order or getting it right. I recommend going to any other branch, not sure why this one is so far under the bar I've seen at other locations.
On 2/8, I just got my skipthedishes order and they forgot to give the delivery guy my drink and I ordered guacamole and they gave me queso. I called up immediately, the girl who answered didn't give her name and just says its Skip's issue to handle a refund. I also didn't get my receipt, so I can't even go in and get my correction.
This is the saddest moe's I've ever visited, one person making burritos, 2 walking aimlessly around behind the counter and one peeking through the windows in the back. The check out girl who's name i only knew from the necklace she was wearing was beyond rude when i asked for a plastic bag (after apologizing for being a pain even though it's her job) said i was going to give you one anyway it was tipping over.... sad greeting, poor dirty condition, terrible staff.... throw it all in the garbage... never coming to this location again id rather visit McDonald's....
Wow. This Moes is terrible. The staff doesnt seem to care about anything. The chicken was hard for some reason. Not one thing on my burrito was warm. Last but not least the drink machine is missing half of its drink choices. Never coming back and I suggest you dont either.
They were rude and skimped on the all meats veggies etc. Also we got two cups of queso and the one was normal the other was YELLOW they said "its okay it was just over boiled".... Seriously? It was AWFUL the moes on the niagara falls blvd is the moes you want to go to! Not here

Not happy with this place.... the people behind the counter where rude and the cashier had her phone out... pepper weren't cut correctly, guacamole was salty and very chunky...also very nasty the girls behind the counter didnt have hats or hair nets while preping the food. Not returning management needs to get it together.
Slowest service I've ever experienced from a Moe's. Waited over 20 minutes in the restaurant for my food to be made even after I ordered online and arrived exactly 15 minutes after placing the order as instructed. 3 different customers that arrived after me and ordered their good at the counter instead of online got their food made first and left before I had mine. And even once I finally had it, the food was very disappointing - sloppily made, and cold.
So I want to be kind of far, when right, the food is good however, if you order online and pick up your order. ALWAYS CHECK IT. They forgot to give me a bowl of queso 3X in a month. I only ever bothered to go back once. Today I ordered a white meat chicken burrito with extra white meat and guacamole and I got a beef burrito with no guacamole. I’m not sure the price difference on that but I’m sure its like $5. It’s too late to go back but that’s so frustrating. I will not tip for the next year at this location because this is so horrible how off they can be. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE AT THIS LOCATION. Trust me, the customer support isn’t helpful either.
I order directly from their website for delivery regularly to feed construction crews. I've never had an order delivered that was 100% accurate, but it's usual something small like the meat was wrong, or a missing bag of chips. Everyone is so hungry no one really cares. Today I ordered 4 home wrecker burrito meals for my crew. Only 1 rice bowl and 1 drink was delivered, even though the receipt on the bag say; 4 burritos, 4 chips and 4 drinks. When I called the store, they were not helpful, when I called their order person working from home, she was not helpful. If you want to order from somewhere reliable that will not mess up your order, order from somewhere else. This store on Delaware Avenue is worthless.
Normally we love going here for an occasional easy dinner plan, but this time we were greeted (actually not greeted at all) by a tall skinny black girl with an attitude whom seemed put out by having to ask us what we wanted. Her questions were abrupt and spoken with derision, and her look and body language matched. The food wasn't that great and we both felt queasy the next morning. Overall a bad experience.
I ordered a side of the loaded potatoes. The guy put steak on it and I informed him that I wanted just the side as it’s shown. There isn’t any meat. Just potatoes and topping. He walked away. I asked someone to please correct it and she put cheese on top. I said forget it I don’t want it. The next person in line said she would fix it. They packed my bag and it get to the car to open the container and it’s just a huge cup of queso cheese! There is a few cold potatoes and bacon. It looks like a cup of soup. I’m upset I paid for this. It’s inedible! The staff was nice about it but they should really be taught how to make this the correct way. No one wants a cup or queso cheese with some cold potatoes!
I've never heard so many F bombs dropped by a single employee and then later in our stay by the manager. Moe's has definitely went down hill for sure.

PORTION SIZE? Enough for a rodent. Ordered via Grubhub, so it was $17.68 before a single delivery charge ($28 total). First order ever from them and so disappointed, enough to write this review. Seriously, I hate chipotle, but this is even worse than that. At least at Chipotle I can get a massive burrito. Never eating this garbage again, miss Qdoba so much.
I had an online order and they missed the meat. I spent $16 on a bowl just for there to be no meat. I guess that’s on me, don't do mobile ordering.
Ordered online so I could skip the queue, got there when my meal was supposed to be “ready”, waited at the register before anyone talked to me, told them my name and the cashier gave me the wrong order, I returned it and waited another 5 minutes before getting mine, they messed up both orders and food was cold. Such a disappointment since other Moe’s I’ve been to have been spot on.
Usually Moe's is consistent and good. This time however the black beans were burned and the chips were extremely greasy. Not sure if this location reworks the beans but when I said something was wrong with them they had no clue as to what I was saying.some of the beans were dried out and like chewing sand. Not sure about ever going back to this location.
I guess there has been a change in franchisee. It just didn't have the same atmosphere as before. Service was slow, lettuce was brown, was told at first they didn't have discounts, portion sizes were very small, new franchisee got rid of the Buffalo Bleu Cheese Dressing (which was amazing). Not going to be on our places to go anymore.
I'm changing my review... I used to come in all the time and I usually come in On my birthday. The staff isn't particularly nice anymore, everything seemed empty and their choices have been reduced to less healthier options to save money the staff said so when I ask for more kidney friendly options they said they had to take away a lot of toppings very disappointing won't be back.
Ordered a steak burrito and was givin 1 scoop of steak and asked for extra and was givin a skimpy scoop , so said miss I'm paying for it , may I have more and she wasn't receptive , ended up paying $19.73 for it and upon eating , half of the steak ended up being fat , which I didn't eat . Was alreadyyyy skeptical about going , because it had been awhile , No worries , it'll be a purple sky before I return again !!!
More meat burrito was awful. I asked the manager if I could have a refund after taking one bite because the steak inside was so bad and his response was…you already paid for it. Do you normally get to sample something before you pay for it? No you don’t. I never ever complain or return food but I couldn’t even eat it. I ended up being able to get a chicken taco that was a quarter of the size as a replacement which I am grateful for.
My Husband and I walked into an empty Moe's around 8pm 8/3. Looked at the menu board, went in line and waited for the staff to acknowledge us for ordering. Then we were asked are you ordering? We said yes and then we were directed to order at the register. Meanwhile a couple walked in behind us and their order was taken right away. When we tried to order at the register, we were told by the cashier that we were supposed to order in the area they just told us to move from. When we inquired why, we were ignored. And so we walked out and will NEVER go back. And we will also share the experience with all our family and friends. That's what happens when you have young people running a restaurant with no real supervision.
The adobo chicken is undercooked. I ordered twice from this place and called them when I ordered the second time and told them to make sure my chicken is cooked and it came to me the same way as the first time.
The service at this location is awful. The chips are poorly made. The employees are extremely disrespectful. The salsa bowls were empty. The drink machine was empty of popular drink choices. The tables were a mess. I could go on and on. One younger Hispanic employee with no hat (against health regulations) seemed perfectly content eating his chips while we were waiting forever to be checked out.This is the worst Moe's location I have ever been to and I'm glad to say I won't be returning. Eat that!
This is the second time in 2 nights, I got off work and came here. Yesterday, 4/5/25 I arrived at 9:16pm they tell me they are closed. Today 4/6/25 I arrive at 8:32pm and the close time is listed for 9pm and I get denied service yet again. I don’t understand why this is happening, I am beginning to think something else is playing a factor smh
I ordered a bowl for pick up but got back to the office to find it wrong & things missing. Bowl was less than half full. I payed extra for quacamole. No guac. No corn salsa. No Moe's sauce on side. No lime cilantro rice, plain instead. Barely any protein or grilled pepper & onions. Lots of lettuce & tomato but I did not order tomato. Chips were in the bag but no salsa. Considering what you pay, this is very upsetting. Plus, employees here never seem to speak to you. At least not during my last few visits. I gave my name, no response. Said thank you, no response. This is my last time coming here.
I have ordered here three times and each time was more of a joke then the last. When you order online they mess up your order and when you order it in person they mess up your order with a bad attitude. The food is over priced, bland and it is an over all terribly made burrito with pockets of ingredients but mostly just bland rice. It reminds me of sub par cafeteria food. There are so many good places around you could get better tacos and burrito it's a wonder they are still open.
This location is absolutely terrible! Maybe don't mark an online order as completed for pick up if you haven't even started it. If I wanted to wait 25 minutes I would have ordered at the restaurant and not online. Then after waiting an extra 25 minutes I get home to find the chip bag not even a quarter of the way full when I ordered and paid for a bowl of queso. Plus every time we do sit down to eat the place is disgusting, never a clean table floors always covered in garbage. Multiple times the drink machine has been broken but they dont bother to tell you when you order and pay for drinks and refuse to give refund. I'm done with this location! Management really needs to take a good look at its employees and policies.
Came to Moe’s to get food with my girlfriend on a Thursday night. The store wasn’t busy at all, not a single person greeted us with “Welcome to Moes” or even acknowledged us while we waited to place an order. 2 out of the 3 employees on the line had terrible attitudes with no enthusiasm what so ever like they didn’t care about pleasing the customer or about their job. This location used to be very welcoming and pleasant but the staff on this particular night are just miserable. Neither the staff or the manager seemed to care about anything other than the girl that cashed us out. 99% Chance I will never come back to this location.
Customer service has gone downhill at this location. On a very slow day I went into this Delaware location and 3 employees were standing there. Not even one of them greeted me with welcome to Moe's. "That is common now at this Moe's "I would have gotten over that really quickly if they atleast greeted me when I was standing in front of them. Instead it was awkward silence until they eventually decided to take my order. The quality of the food has gone down so much I will either travel to a different Moe's, or just stop going altogether. I highly do not recommend wasting your time at this location.

I love Moe's. But tonight was a bad experience I avoided. We walked in no one said welcome to Moe's. All three ladies had attitude and moved very slow despite the line. The one prepping was literally throwing the food on the shells. There was garbage on the floor that the employees were walking through. Before our food reflected the attitude and atmosphere we left and went to Mighty Taco.
Terrible customer service. And if you are going to blast the music like it's a club, have the worker ms speak at a hearable decibel.
Usually enjoy this place. walked in today and was ignored. 3 employess stood there and didnt even acknowledge. Us or attempt to take our order. Highly dissatisfied.
The African American gentleman who was assisting my family with our to-go order was working alone. He requested assistance, but none was provided. The employee demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, logical thinking, and efficiency in fulfilling the order independently. The manager later arrived and publicly criticized the employee's work in a demeaning manner, which was inappropriate. Had it not been Christmas Eve and my family not in need of a meal, we would not have patronized your establishment. This concern is rooted in respect, not race.
Has this ever been you—worked an 8–10 hour day, still have to go shopping, you’ve got a young child with you, nobody has dinner on the stove, so you decide to spend your money on “good food and good service” before you finally head home at dinner time? That was me at Moe’s Southwest Grill on Delaware Ave in Buffalo (2658 Delaware Ave, Suite 300, Buffalo, NY 14216) with my 4-year-old grandson, and instead of relief, I had one of the worst fast food experiences of my life. I ordered a simple veggie plate and asked about the chipotle sauce ingredients because I’m careful about what I eat—eventually someone did the right thing and grabbed the ingredient list, which I appreciated. But behind the counter, two young women were actually working while two young men did almost nothing; one wandered around with headphones on and loose hair swinging over an open food bar, and the other is the one who disrespected me. My first order was already at the register, the second part never came down because the worker started a DoorDash order, so I politely asked him, “Hey, she’s on a DoorDash—can you grab my food so I can check out everything together?” Instead of helping, he mumbled under his breath, tossed things around, and then told me, “I don’t have time for you.” When I told him he was being rude, he kept saying, “It’s you, it’s you,” and I reminded him, “I’m the customer. I’m here to order food. You’re here to serve the customer.” I was tired, flustered, had left my wallet in the car, and honestly didn’t even want the food anymore—but my grandson was hungry and I knew I wasn’t going home to cook. The only bright spot was a woman who seemed like a supervisor or team lead; she stepped in, made it right by giving us the food for free, and I truly thank her. Before I left, I told that young man, “Everybody’s going through something—you don’t know what I’m carrying or what anyone else is carrying, but you’re at work and you still have to be professional; if you don’t want to be here, you should ask for some time off.” I’m sharing this because so many of us are out here exhausted, still trying to do right by our kids and grandkids, choosing quick food just to survive the day—the last thing we deserve is disrespect on top of it.
I ordered a doordash ordered a rice bowl and 2 burritos hardly any chicken on it rice was cold like it was from the day before both the chicken and the rice the salsa had mold on it the chips were hard and cold
Terrible experience almost every time I order from this place.. The store manager sounds like she's like 20 at most.. Consistently missing stuff on orders and they pretty much just say "Oh I'm so sorry for that" like a robot... but yeah thanks for sending me the actual two things I ordered but not the salsa for the chips... or the extra sauces I paid for..
I haven't been here in 4 years. We ordered 2 Steak Quesadilla. One with black beans, shredded cheese, queso and sour cream. The other with shredded cheese and sauteed onions. One had no black beans, no queso and no sour cream. The 12" round shell used was only filled 1/3. The 2nd wasn't even steak. I think it was tofu; it was bland as all nonsense. The queso and sour cream were put on the side. The only thing they got right was the chips and cheese sauce. I won't be back ....
Door dashed and my burrito was fine but the quesadilla my fiancé ordered was inedible. Soggy and just gross to look at. She also ordered sour cream and salsa and got neither. Someone should monitor the high schools working the counter and making orders. This is why chipotle is winning.
Rice was old and literally didn’t even get enough chicken. Like is one scoop of chicken enough for a bowel? The girl acted as if she hated her job there was literally no flavor I would say this was a waste of time and money I will never in my life stop by Moe’s to even use the bathroom I’m highly disappointed in the food and service thanks for helping me waste my time and money.
I have always enjoyed Moe’s however these few times I have gone, I throw my food out after the tasting it. My rice had to be old, I asked the young lady to remove the dried rice off my food. The ground beef was old and was dried out as well. I asked if she could get another one and she said they all look like this. I was charged 4.99 for a small guacamole, the container you put salsa in. The food had one favor or taste, I don’t think my family and I will go back
I have been to this location 4 times over the past year, one time I ordered online & did not receive my queso to which I had to drive BACK to the store to pick up. each time I dined in it has been dirty, salsa bar, lobby area, all of it. employees have been rude & my burrito half the size of what it is at other locations. You’re better off driving the extra 3-4 miles to the Niagara Falls blvd location they are consistent in portion sizes, clean & friendly. I would give this store zero stars if I could
GLASS IN FOOD! WARNING! ⚠️ I came here for years and this past year the restaurant has been in a state of decline. I tried to give them time to recover and provide good service again (they were routinely not washing their hands, changing their gloves, or being sanitary at all), but this is thr straw that broke the camels back. I just bit into shard of shattered glass. That felt awful to say the least. They're no longer safe to eat at. Before it was dirty and employees rubbing their shirts on your food as they lean over it. Now, it's actually a threat to your life to eat here.
