As always no matter which In & Out you go to the quality is always the same and service is always great. I make it s point to go to an In & Out anytime i travel and there is one nearby. I can always count on the same great burger every time. Double Double Animal style every time for the WIN!

Drive through one was out to the light. I went through Maybe 20 minutes . Food was delicious . Employees were great. Definitely recommend this location.

I've been going for almost 17 years and I have yet to be disappointed by the service. Super friendly staff and great food. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for good burgers and even better fries.

In-N-Out is one of the best burgers and better than most high end restaurants that specialize in burgers. The double double burger with of raw onions, with fries and ice cold coke can't be beat. From what I understand, In-N-Out Burger gets their beef from local cattle ranchers and that's why they are not everywhere and they apparently make their own hamburger buns. For me, a Double Double is very filling; however, it might not be enough for people with a very high metabolism; I have seen construction workers order 2 extra Double Double burgers each with their Double Double combo meals. Oh yeah; the lettuce on the In-N-Out Burger is always crunchy and crisp and tomatoes ripened just right.

Delicious protein burgers, they really know how to wrap the burger on the lettuce. We order four burgers total. Two of them supposed to be protein but they gave us regular burgers so we went back and told them and they was all kind and remake our burgers for us and he didn't charge us for those very good customer service and delicious burgers. Incredible in every way! The service, taste, and especially value were crazy incredible! I was happy that I was able to order my hamburger “protein style” which meant it was wrapped in lettuce instead of the carbs of a bun. I have been to many of these burger joints in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas. They are consistently good throughout the country. The fries and shakes are outstanding as well. I know a lot of reviewer‘s don’t seem to like their fries, but I love them! They are cut and made fresh here daily. They actually taste like potatoes. The best burgers I’ve ever had in my life!

Typical fast food joint, but the one thing that majorly stood out to me was the service!! Staff was super friendly and attentive. They hustled taking orders, preparing orders and clearing tables. They did their job with a smile and were just really welcoming and kind. My entire party was really taken aback by the great service. Well done!

My favorite burger place to go to. This location can be very busy especially with their limited parking spots. During the day time you should avoid parking where the drive thru line is because you'll get stuck there. I always get my 3x3 Protein Animal Style with no onion, no pickles and add chopped chili. My only complaint would be that they need to wrap their burgers better if you get protein style.

Really awesome burger. The drive through here is very busy. Parking is also available at this location but, make sure you park legally and in spots not belonging to other businesses that share the parking lot. There were seats available when I was there. There was a huge line but, the cashiers took the orders efficiently. The bathrooms were very clean.

It's never a terrible experience at any In-n-Out that you visit because they have great practices at this well-ran establishment! We love their Flying Dutchmen and the ability to order food for our puppies! They know they're getting some good food when we visit In-n-Out! Theyl customer service is ALWAYS stellar and the food quality is always consistent, too. You can never go wrong with them! This In-N-Out Burger we went and it was pretty busy on a Friday night when we arrived. Our car was lined up almost to the end of the street. Luckily, the line moved at a decent pace in the drive through line. By the time we placed our order is was around fifteen minutes so considering the long line of cars this store moves fast. The person on the drive through taking our orders was very polite and I had a few questions about my order they were helpful in answering. The first window we rolled up to and paid for our order except they forgot one of the fries we originally ordered. The girl attending the window was happy to add that to the order and we finally paid. The next window was the pick-up window. We always request more salt packets, hot chillies and mustard. When we received our order they forgot the mustard. It's not a biggy but glad we checked our bags before we drove off. They were good about giving us a few extra for the inconvenience. We like eating our In-N-Out Burger food at home that's close by. Enjoying everything as it was all delicious except one thing I noticed. The burger was really red and uncooked. It's the first time I noticed it this rare. I dissected the bun and contents and threw the double double burgers into a heated pan. This is the workaround and it's pretty fast. The burgers just needed a few minutes then flipped on both sides. The only thing with this is that the fries got cold. So, I threw the fries into the air fryer for a few minutes and they came out crunchy again. When the fries get cold they got a bit on the soggy side. I bet I'm not the only one that's figured out these In-N-Out Burger tricks to warm and cook food. We turned on Netflix and loaded up our bellies. The food is always delicious at In-N-Out Burger. I'll still give them a high rating as it fresh tasting food. We will be back soon!

OMG I love going to In-N-Out once a week, on the weekend. I look forward to it all week and it never lets me down. This location has great service and burgers. Some people don’t like the fries here but I’ve always loved them. I just had my weekend double double and fries and it is just so good!

A Cali staple. You can't come to the west coast and not have it. Typically packed but they keep the lines moving. Do yourself a favor and indulge. Never disappoints.

Very busy, more than most. Can get a table of you're patient as someone leaves. They are quick to come by and wipe the tables. Service and food great, as always.

YOU ALREADY KNOW Before moving to CA I did not get the hype of In-N-Out but omg....it holds a very special place in my heart now. The prices are incredible and the ingredients are so good/fresh compared to any other fast food restaurant. Don't get animal style fries...its just not it. Enjoy the fries just the way they are!!! Just my opinion :) If you are looking for a solid burger, fries and shake combo...you just found it. The prices cannot be beat. This location specifically has such great staff...we love it!

Just as good as everyone says! A visit to In-N-Out Burger really is as good as people say — and it’s an absolute must when you’re in LA! Sure, you might have to wait a bit for your order, especially if you’re dining in, but the atmosphere and the friendly staff make up for it. The food is consistently great and very affordable. I also love the Bible verses hidden on the packaging — such a nice touch!

Lot of younger folk here, because of the high school and stuff - but quick service and consistently good food! Friendly staff, clean dining area; GOOD peppers, as per my partner. One of the best In-N-Outs. Yum.

This In-N-Out is a WELL oiled machine! Despite how busy they were, they managed to crank out orders, take orders and be helpful to new customers, and get orders accurate. My friends and I ordered some complicated items with substitutions and requests that all were made to our liking. The onions, the lettuce, tomato, and bun were all very fresh and tasty. The staff were regularly seen walking the floor, filling napkin dispensers, cleaning up, and refilling stations. Very clean. As a tourist, this was the double double animal style type experience I was hoping for!

I was working in California and heard so much about this place that I just had to go. I'm glad I did I got the double double and I loved it. The food was fresh it was very tasty. It was very busy but they moved everything along quickly. The only thing I really have to say is eat the French fries while they are hot. They are freshly made on site. The double double meal was cheaper than anything you could get at Burger King or Wendy's and it was much better all the way around. Also I read that the company takes food safety very seriously. The next time I'm in California I will definitely eat there again!

Today is national hamburger day and I went on a long hike, so I was quite hungry and ready for a tasty burger from In-N-Out. A true LA and Southern California icon, and for me, always a very tasty meal. I'm a fan of the fresh fries, but I do find I need to add salt, even with the cheese, and spread, but that's okay. I know there are a lot of hacks available for the menu, and I settled into a few simple hacks long ago. My go-to order is almost always the same, but since I had a lot of exercise, I added a burger. No regrets! Everything is always made fresh to order, and they have a super efficient system plus always a lot of staff, so there is never a really long wait. I prefer going inside and enjoying the crowd rather than sitting in the drive-through. This particular location is not bad as far as In-N-Out drive-throughs go. Some of their locations cause local traffic jams just with their lines. If you've never been before, definitely try it and see if you like them. There is a reason they are a beloved franchise.

In N Out food is usually great. After waiting for a long time at the drive thru, both of the fries I received were extremely salty. I did not turn back, due the amount I've already spent waiting. It definitely dampened my experience. The staff at the drive was still friendly. God bless.

However, when we tried to park in the handicap spot, there was a long line through the drive through and we were unable to get in to that spot since we have disability placards. It's actually against the law to have the handicap parking blocked for those who are disabled.

Absolutely love In-N-Out as we don't have one near where I live. The food is good and fairly priced. They have options for gluten free as well (fries, no bun, lettuce wrap). I was a little disappointed with the service this time as the lady behind the counter was a bit short and snappy with us, but other than that it was good!

Probably came in with too high expectations and got dissapointed. Was expecting something amazing and was not even close. Just a regular fast food burger and below regular fries. The sauce on the animal style fries is pretty good though.

This was a Sunday evening around 10pm, pretty busy as usual. Service was great and friendly. However, this was one of the saddest In-N-Out Burgers I've ever seen. I asked for extra lettuce and tomato and it's almost like I said easy lettuce. Also the bun was crispy and burnt on the inside. The patty was also left on the heat too long, it looked dry. I was so hungry it actually didn't taste too bad with their secret sauce and all.

I have been waiting for years to have one of these burgers. It did not disappoint, but next time just a single cheeseburger. Fries are just about the worst. They taste like potato sticks out of a can, hence the three stars.

Came here from Canada knowing that In-N-out is a must try. Got there biggest burger with the animal fries. The fries were definitely overrated and weren’t tasty enough to finish. The burger was juicy and had a lot of lettuce and tomatoes which is what I’m not used to. Would definitely be a good alternative to McDonald’s and other cheap fast food competitors.

I havent been here in a while, but it feels as if the entire crew are new hires and are no older than their early 20's. The whole atmosphere feels slightly hostile, and they call out theirs orders every 10 seconds which in my opinion its way too soon. They dont even give time to let the customer finish what theyre doing or whatever it is, ad it gets annoying having to call an order every 10 seconds. Give it a break people, I swear these new kids have never used a PA system and get so excited over it. Aside from that food is good, and maybe get more outdoor seating

Worst experience today! I had 25mins before a movie at the opposite AMC and meet my friends, I Went in and ordered 2 grilled cheese. Order 66. As always it's always busy here, and I rarely eat fast food but I was starving and this was the quickest option. After waiting patiently for 20mins I finally asked a what was taking so long. They FORGOT MY ORDER! They were on number 98 and Never made it. The manager came. And said I'll make it for you personally right now. Obviously I'm now late, the movies stared and I can't take that food into the theatre with me. And all they gave me was a refund. Quick, emotionless and easy resolve. They didn't even offer to give me the same order free next time to make up for it. So, I left STARVING and am writing this review in the movie theatre extremely Hangry. Ridiculous. Be warned it's VERY BUSY here at night. The staff were friendly and remorseful. But I was not at all impressed with the manager and her resolve to my order being completely overlooked.

The employees at the In-N-Out are so great, best part of this place, but the parking is horrible, not anymore is ther not enough of it as it is a shared lot with Bob's Furniture and they have way too Amy marked spaces but also the way the drive thru is set up makes it hard to get out of certain spots if you are even lucky to find a spot. If you come during lunch time, 12:30-1:30 the high-school take over begins as they are released to lunch and it gets so rowdy in there. The food is ehh at this location, I've had far better food at other locations. It's the only location in town which is why its so popular aside from being walking distance from the local high-school.

They gave me my order so late I didn't pick it up. If you don't want to waste a lot of time, visit.

1/5 experience i ordered a flying dutchman they got the order wrong 4 times and when they finally got it “right” there was raw onion on the top no onion on the bottom and the meat was raw. We got fries to and they were under cooked. it feels like they never made a flying dutchman before. Honestly i think when took the burgers back they just put onion on the top

This was always a mystery for me, how people gather here for a mediocre burger that tastes like plastic endless lines and waittimes super noisy atmosphere and oily fries yack.. Just how you can sit 20mins plus in your car for THIS? Really?? man im not advertising other place but to to glendale Lucys pizza and burgers and try a real one after we shall talk will you ever go back to in&out B

Very disappointed. I've been coming to this location numerous of times and never had an issue . Today just seemed like the team tonight was not prepared. First, we ordered 2 cheeseburgers that were so cold as if they were sitting out and one had a tiny leaf of lettuce. I went to ask for new ones, the person in charge was kind and he brought them to us but the bread was burnt black and extra toasted. Everything was so poorly done. Had cut out all around to avoid the bitter hard bread.

Normally this location is great but tonight they were off their game. I was #27 and they were calling numbers in the 50-60s and completely skipped my order.

i always politely ask workers at the counter to throw my receipt away. employee Redrian gets a 1-star for giving me a snarky "no thats all yours" and walking away, despite being three inches from a trash can lol. ill take this down in a few weeks but that was disappointing.

Waited 10 minutes in line before closing, my turn came and the woman closed the window on me telling me it's closed. My blood sugar became low to and I tried asking her for some sprite, but she completely ignored me. Why not tell me you can't take my order before making me wait an extra 15 minutes in the drive thru? Horrible worker.

What a horrible experience for some tourists that came in and I took them to In and Out. We ordered four 4x4 combos. After a long wait (which everyone knows that's part of the experience) we get home and all of our patties were burned and some fries frozen. I was in shock. You can't even call the location. We had to thow it out and settle for pizza delivery.
