Has both my parents funeral reception here. The service is amazing. Really authentic Mexican decorations . They provide reasonable accommodation. They let us bring a mariachi group from start to finish non stop music, they never let your beer glass go empty, same for sodas and water. They bring out the food buffet style in back reserved area but also have intimite setup inside the restaurant . Usually can seat you pretty quit. I will parking lot is a little thight but there is plenty of parking outside on city street.
Excellent as always! My favorite Mexican restaurant. Charming decor, and efficient waitstaff and generous portions of mouth watering food make this a popular destination.
This restaurant has turned out to be such a gem for me as an owner of a business nearby! I love to go there for their happy hour, but what I’m really happy about is their large group catering service. I had a last-minute event and they were great accommodating my needs. The food was packaged really well. They gave me a hot box to keep it warm. And I was able to rent some chaffing dishes From them versus an outside company. Everyone loved the food After our entry line, dancing class! I have to give a shout out to Keli,who organized it all so our Air Fit Bungee Frequent Flyer Recognition Night was perfect! This place is one of our favorites go to restaurant for Mexican food. The atmosphere is always lovely, patio seating is usually our favorite area (unless there is a private event) sometimes they have live music. The service is always great. Their margaritas are really tasty and their food is delicious. I've had their tacos, flautas, sopes and ceviche.
Delicious chili colorado! Service was excellent and extra friendly. My granddaughter especially loved the guacamole.
We love enjoying a pitcher of margaritas on the relaxing patio--sometimes we even bring our poodles to enjoy the sun as well. Food is always amazing, and service is friendly as well. We also often bring out of town guests because we can expect a good experience and delicious food.
Ivan took excellent care of us. Very attentive. Very accommodating. Very friendly. It was very busy and he still took care of everyone in the bar area. He is a valuable worker. Food is always good. Taco Monday is always fun!!
My wife Debbie and I recently celebrated our marriage at Barragans with a wonderful outdoor wedding dinner and it was beyond fantastic!! Our guest count was about 50 of our precious family and friends, and the service we received from Ramiro and his team was that of true caring and professionalism and attentiveness above and beyond our expectations!! From the sound system for toasting, to the delicious food, drinks and table service, we felt like royalty. Thank you Barragans for giving us a night to remember.
A great place for large parties. We had a Celebration of Life luncheon for our mother on Saturday 8/2/25 for 50+ people. Laura at Barragan's made reserving easy and we got everything that we were told. Their food, service and staff were amazing. We were in the lovely lower patio and made comfortable in every way, with set up service, food serving, drink refills, bar service, umbrellas, outside air conditioners and clean up. The food was delicious and staff were phenomenal and attentive. Thank you Barragan's from our family and friends for taking off the stress and making this difficult day a beautiful experience. Barragan’s is an easy STAPLE - cannot recommend it enough!! An incredible menu, fun atmosphere, fabulous service, & great margaritas make this a must. Highly recommended!
Delicious Mexican food is served at Barragan's! I really enjoyed my enchiladas, beans and rice meal. Guacamole and chips were quite tasty. Lunch special is fairly budget-friendly. Nice ambiance. The mole is amazing!!A beautiful ( and quite large) outdoor patio makes for a pleasant dining experience. Definitely recommend.
One of the legacy Mexican restaurants in Burbank. Excellent food, great service. A bit out there but worth a visit if you are in Burbank. Also live music in the evenings.
Had an amazing experience! The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was warm and family-friendly. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was fresh and full of flavor. The location is easy to find, and everything was spotless, from the dining area to the restrooms. A special shoutout to our server, Ivan, who was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!
Great spot for large portions of food, fun for families or casual eating with friends. Easy seating options indoor or on their patio. They have live music. Plenty of parking spots. Staff are friendly and quick should you need anything at the table. Recommend giving them a try!
It's been awhile since I visited. It was a pleasure to visit for this occasion. My friend's 21st birthday celebration 🎉 Wasn't aware we can book a private area. Food still delicious and the service was phenomenal. Can't wait to come back to have my favorite dish 😋

This is one of those places that we have driven by countless times. So even though it was Mother’s Day, we opted to give it a shot. Surprisingly, we were sat immediately. Our waiter was friendly and I appreciated his recommendation for the tongue with Spanish sauce. Now I messed up by stuffing myself with chips and salsa. We started with La Botana (the Mexican sampler: mini taquitos, flautas, sour cream, guacamole, corn and flour quesadillas). I wish the salsa was more spicy. The tongue was moist and flavorful. I thought it was odd to include olives but I truly enjoyed it. My wife went with the three piece flautas combo served with rice and beans. I have to say that my wife and I will be back again.
Have visited frequently but have never sat outside. Loved the outdoor seating and plenty of umbrellas to keep the sun out of your eyes. I had the Chilaquiles and they were delicious! A definite must place to try if you have never been!

This is a great little spot that's been here for years. It's a mix of Mexican/American cuisine. Drinks are well made and not watered down. I usually like having their menudo or their chilaquiles with a side of margaritas. The atmosphere is casual and layback, with the majority of their costumers being regulars. We'll priced menu as well. It's a good regular spot to come back and back again
Taco Monday's are my favorite. Get some tacos, a drink and enjoy the vibe without breaking the bank. The staff members are great and the service is on point.
