They offered a free sample as soon as I walked in. They were open at 6am. Fantastic customer service, fantastic clean location. I wish all the donuts were nice and warm like the glaze one :) I would go back

I came in and they gave a free donut sample of their classic donut. I tried their pumpkin spice pecan donut and it was phenomenal. Next time I’ll get it a little reheated but it was delicious and the pecan pieces were a nice touch. I think I should of gotten a coffee or milk to go with these donuts. I’d definitely come back again and Krispy Kreme is probably my favorite donut spot of all time.

I went to this location for the first time tonight inside the place with my kids and the staff on hand there working at the time around 8pm were all amazing. They welcomed us by greeting us, giving us glazed doughnuts to try (my kids loved it, too), and the cashier there, Kristen, was excellent by making sure we left satisfied. I'll be coming back due to the excellent customer service.

Great Krispy Kreme! The Burbank location had Apple Fritters which I rarely find at the Mississauga, Ontario location. They also didn't have a huge lineup of people which, again, is not the case in Canada. Thanks for the tasty donuts and pleasant experience in the store.

Light and fluffy when fresh. These do not keep more than a couple of days! Definitely share with friends! Almost always a long line either inside , drive through or both. Came to see the green donuts for St. Paddy’s day. Fun and made the texture slightly different but still delicious. Staff are Grace under pressure. Great work! Crowded ambiance today.

It’s been a while since my last visit, and I only stopped by because I had a craving for their iconic doughnuts. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed. The service was slower than expected, and the doughnuts were excessively sweet for my taste. While they do have that signature appeal, I found them to be overpriced for what they are. As someone who values supporting small businesses, I'd much rather explore local options in the future.

Stood in line and two people were helped before me, then when I asked for help I got the eye roll. I had a coupon and was still charged full price even though coupon was scanned - be sure to check your receipt. Donuts were hot though - too bad service was cold.

Sarah was extremely rude to us in the drive through on 12/30. She gave us attitude from the start, closed the window abruptly, and then laughed with a coworker about us. Another employee in the back was aggressively placing our donuts into the box, which caused them to crack. Each time Sarah reopened the window to speak, she appeared to be holding back laughter, rolled her eyes, and then turned around to laugh again. The entire situation stemmed from a simple misunderstanding about a deal. We did not know it required one assorted and one glazed donut. If this had been explained calmly, it would have been no issue at all. Instead, the situation was handled unprofessionally and made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. Customers do not deserve to be treated this way

It's overrated. The donuts don't taste fresh or hot, even though you can see how they're made. I ordered a slushy lemonade, and it tasted like cough syrup—not at all natural. The place looks new, but it's not completely clean. The tables and the floor have food remnants.
