Worst Wingstop ever. I asked for bbq sauce and this is what I got. Per management, this is evenly sauced and when ordering you have to say you want your wings wet. I didn’t even need a napkin to eat the ones I ate (3pcs) and the paper the wings are on don’t have sauce on it either. I’ve been coming to this Wingstop since they first opened and have never had to say I want my wings wet. I must say these last couple of years the quality of food has gotten worse. This is my first time eating there in about 4 months and now I know why. They won’t get another 💵 from me.😡😡😡

Why do I see Uber delivery couriers pouring drinks for customers? They don't have medical clearance. Their hands are dirty. I'm thinking of reporting this to the inspectorate.

I think they crossed the street and bought some fries because the fries they gave me were not the usual wing stop fries. They were horrible

Hate this place. They’ve messed up my order multiple times. We went last night, got the 20 for 20 special with large ranch. and they only put one small ranch in there. Then we called and they said they remembered they put multiple ranches and after I repeatedly said there was only one and then they’re like “let me check with my manager and hung up” and i called back and the lady there was like “i told you i was gonna check with my manager” and i was like “so you needed to hang up?” and she’s like “well i needed to check” and i said “why’d you hang up though??” and she just said “come in 5 mins” and hung up again and at this point I’m extremely upset so I go and then she’s complaining still that she put them in there and I show her what I found in the bag. I was like “why would I lie about ranch?” and she’s like “a lot of people scam us so just double check your bag in the future” and I said “how about you double check it and make sure you’re giving me the right order” and she keeps repeating to double check it in the future and I said “well ima have to because you obviously don’t.” This lady had no plans of giving us the ranch we paid for. I didn’t even care about the ranch. The order was my girlfriend’s, it’s the absolutely horrendous response they gave me.

Take forever to bring food I heard 15 minutes but it was 50 minutes and this big teen girl with glasses always stares and makes me feel uncomfortable!

The store itself is insanely loud moreover their customer service is sub par at best. The lady thought I said boneless she insisted that she was right and I was wrong I didn’t feel like arguing so ask again kindly and they refused if someone is paying 20+$$$ they should replace it no questions ask. I used to work for Panera bread and that is how they trained us when dealing with dissatisfied customers. This place is a joke!!!

Our first time here. We ordered in person “to go” on a Sunday evening. Store was busy and we waited 30 minutes after we placed order. By that time we were so ready to leave we didn’t double check the order. When we came home we realized the fries and the buffalo fries were missing. Probably will not come here again.

This review is regarding a delivery order. I ordered an hour in advance and my order still showed up late. The wings were fine but I ordered unsweet iced tea but received sweetened tea instead. Notice I didn't say iced.... There was no ice in it and I couldn't drink it because of dietary restrictions. Thanks a whole lot.

I can't believe how bad the service is here. Been waiting around 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich. They are not busy at all and have 5 people wandering around the kitchen working at a snail's pace. Meanwhile a manager is at the register area speaking so loudly on the phone that there's an echo in the empty restaurant. The cashier slurred her words so badly I could barely understand a thing. She wasn't friendly at all and looked half asleep. I've worked in restaurants for over 20 years and am appalled by the terrible service this location provides. It's sad too because Wingstop has great food. Definitely won't be coming back to this location though.

My first experience at this place was horrible. I placed a phone order and when I arrived, my entire order was incorrect. The lady at the register seemed to not care at all and moved extremely slow. I ordered the fries with Cajun seasoning, 10 wings, and a drink with cheese sauce & ranch. I soon noticed after eating quite a few of my fries that a long strand of hair was in it. When I made it home, I had, currently am having, an allergic reaction. My face & mouth is extremely itchy and swollen. I feel extremely sick. I didn’t bother to eat the wings. It’s a sign from god. Something nasty happened with my food and I will be taking this matter to higher management. Beware of this place. It is disgusting and unsanitary. I feel sooooo sick. A health inspector needs to be called in. (They also charged me double!)
